Popular Post D-Tron
#91 - Riptide GP2 All Trophies Got it for $2.80 from the flash sale and beat it in a night. I used my mad racing skillz to try and nab the highest spot I possibly could on the fastest achievers list and managed to get #17; Not to shabby for 1,461 achievers! Despite being a short lived platinum, I had enough enjoyment for it to be worth the flash sale price. It sparked my interest because it was on sale it was made by the developers of Wave Race 64 and Hydro Thunder Hurricane. Though they didn't make the original Hydro Thunder, my all time favorite water racing game, I could tell it might be one of the few decent water racing games on PS4. Especially since the industry is so grounded into FPS and (more recently) MMO games. The game is a surprising 100mb! I guess it makes sense since it's actually a port of a mobile game, but to have decent graphics and mostly working water physics and still be smaller than most indie games? That's crazy. My biggest upset with this game is definitely the rubberband AI. Rubberbanding being piss poor game design for most racing games. It's awful in this game because all the AI opponents seem to scale with your own speed and magically start going faster when you get close to passing them. The idea of a boost mechanic in racing games is to make the player go faster not make everyone go faster and it seems Vector Unit didn't understand that. They might as well patch up the tutorial so that when it gets to the boost part they change it from "Press X to boost" to "Press X to make everyone go faster." Worst part was it wasn't even balanced. They either go as fast as you and there's always one AI opponent you can't pass for the entire race or you manage to overtake the AI so much that thay go too fast for their own good and start crashing into walls lol. It's like they just give up at some point because by the final cup in the game, I was smoking (vaping?) all the AI opponents and left them in the dust (waves?). Regardless, It was nice to finally get back to a water racing game that worked for the most part. The water physics were fine and tricks didn't work only for a handful of times. I would recommend it if you liked games like Hydro Thunder or Wave Race. Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 7.5/10
Popular Post playdemos1
#57 - God of War: Ghost of Sparta Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Another plat :D This game a lot better than GoW Chains of Olympus, not talking about weapons but about interactive scenes and surprise moments while playing through the game. Anyway have some fails but is not that bad and that difficult, the story it's also better than the other one. The trophies are easy, a little bit of farming may be necessary but easy!
Popular Post dalailama1989
The Witcher III: Wild Hunt The Limits of the Possible So, I finally did it. After having played this fantastic game when it released in May last year on easy difficulty and played about 120 hours for all but two (three) trophies, I started a run on Death March! difficulty about 10 days ago. I really enjoyed the game again and it was cool to try out some new methods/builds as well as dialogue-options. I did it on a New Game + and even if I was about 6 levels above the recommended level, I had quite a lot of trouble in the beginning: First of all to get to used to the controls again as well as recognizing that my build was pretty weak (but good enough for normal difficulty). My build on the first playthrough was pretty much filled with red-attack-skills, although I hardly used all of them, but rather the standard-fast-attacks only. I tried out a sign-build with Quen, Yrden and Axii, but that was not my thing as well. I finally got inspired by an alchemy/combat-build and used fast-attack/whirl and two decotions until the very end. This run took me 60 hours and 22 minutes. I did all side-quests and most witcher contracts, but skipped through all sequences and most dialogues (at least the one's I already knew). I could have been faster, but I went after all Gwent-Cards again. Not necessary at all, but I just wanted to. Gwent is the best fucking ingame-game I've ever played - just so addictive. I hope for some more cards, an extra DLC or even a standalone-game (with multiplayer) So, I now nearly spent 200 hours with this game and there is still a lot to do. Lots of unvisited places - and more important: the first Expansion Set. Just started it and I'm really diggin' it. Looking forward to the second Expansion as well. This game is highly recommended - I don't remember any game, which gives more content for this price (not to mention the extra map, stickers and soundtrack-CD). A lot of bang for the buck! MeteorHawk
#63- Murdered: Soul Suspect (PS4) [WON'T LET ME POST IMAGE AGAIN!!!] "Moving On" Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Another redux, I got the PS3 plat a few months ago and couldn't pass up the opportunity for another pretty easy platinum. I know this game didn't exactly set the world afire but I actually think it is a bit underrated. Gameplay isn't perfect but the storyline is very interesting and engaging, one of my favourite supernatural mysteries alongside Until Dawn which I also recently platinumed. Though I doubt I will revisit the story of Ronan again, I must say I really enjoyed giving this another go. Collectibles are the only pain but they aren't all that hard either, just Abigail's paintings really. Popular Post Xel
#89 Assassin's Creed Syndicate Master Assassin Earn every other trophy. Syndicate excels at re-creating a dingy dangerous London which is big and hugely populated. Graphically the game is beautiful and some of the highlights are simply exploring with the new free-run set up - basically free-run up and free-run down controls, it makes an epic difference from earlier versions. All said, though, I wasn't blown away remotely by Syndicate. Its story is unoriginal, the missions are tedious from the off and you can't help feeling about an hour into the game, this is a redressed revamp of the last edition of AC. There's something cynical about Ubisoft's obsession with making this an annual release. Personally, I'd like Ubisoft to go away and take a long hard look at what they haven't achieved and recognise that a franchise doesn't need an annual release to keep fresh in the buyers minds, it needs to be inspirational and enjoyable. After Black Flag, I would have happily awaited years for the next release and for the next one to blow me away - but instead, we get Syndicate. It is not a bad game, but I need something fresh, I'm done with this franchise. Edited January 26, 2016 by Xeliot

Popular Post manumatik
Plat #24 - Bloodborne Second time I plat this. I beat my record for like 1 week or so. It was obviously much easier now. First time I did it in my old account I solo'd all bosses, blah, blah. This time I wanted to have FUN, so I did a lot of online play and man, was the best thing ever. It was the first time running through the DLC. Speechless. What an amazing level design, Ludwig and Laurence made me cry blood, and Lady Maria... oooh my Lady... What an incredible fight; that one I did it alone cause I wanted to take it easy and enjoy it. Ludwig took three hunters to take down, Laurence felt the wrath of Vatr, a.k.a. Buckethead, who died a hero (as many, many times before) under a beast fist of lava. But I talked too much! I will probably keep jumping on the game for some online action with friends. Yharnam, me loves you. Miyazaki for president.
Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #81: Legends of War: Patton (Vita) Very happy this was a PS+ offering for this month. I was annoyed of the PSP version....mostly because this one has a easy platinum. Only struggled on 1 or 2 levels at the 4th pack of missions....having to not die. I had tread carefully. I wish I did not try to restart some missions for heroic....as the latter missions were easy to get Heroics with Anti Tanks. Assassin trophy is better done in the first play through...had to play 6 missions to get commandos. Never get close enough without get hurt/killed...always try to snipe whenever possible. Hope we get something just as good for February.
Popular Post Omega8FattyAcid
#4 - Lightning Returns XIII Eternal Light Proof of a true master who has excelled in all things and has collected all possible trophies. Easiest and fastest of the XIII trilogy, The gameplay was mostly tedious and stressful due to the time limit, but the combat was very fun. The story is kinda ridiculous, but it tied everything together. Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 5/10
Popular Post DamagingRob
#114- Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Bad Company Elite Obtain all online and campaign trophies Well, that was a grind.. Trophy guide on PlayStationTrophies.org said 20 hours for the online trophies; took closer to 40(38 hours and 39 minutes to be precise). Part of that was 3 different boosting sessions for demo kills, though. I didn't get it in the first 2 sessions I was a part of, but third time's the charm. It was pretty fun, but I could have done with a bit less forced multiplayer. The single player was enjoyable, from what I remember. It's been over a year since I did that. ^^' I liked the first one more, though(played on 360). I wasn't a fan of this one being made into more of a CoD type of health system. But it was still good.
Popular Post AJ_Radio
#9 - God of War: Ghost of Sparta Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 6-7/10 Didn't enjoy it as much as God of War 1, 2 or 3 but definitely one that is fairly easy. Only difficult parts were those damn wraiths and Challenge #4, where you have to kill all enemies without getting hit. I'm bad at those kinds of challenges so that one took a couple tries. Definitely an improvement over Chains of Olympus, which is my least favorite of the God of War games (not counting Ascension as I haven't played that yet) #10 - God of War Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 6/10 The most difficult of the God of War games to platinum. Mostly because of that damn challenge at the end which involves fending off three pups and two satyrs as you try to lower the platform. Tried no less than 100-150 times at this, I'm not kidding because I truly did try that many times. After about three hours of utter frustration and breaking my PS3 controller I was forced to go out and buy another one. Tried another attempt at the challenge and beat it. So what I did eventually was go back and beat challenges 1-9 without using Rage of the Gods. The first go around I used it during the 2nd challenge which requires you to kill all undead soldiers in the time limit. Got to challenge #10, watched a quick video on it and knocked off the satyrs using Blade of Artemis attack X + []. Then when I just barely saw the bottom of the platform I was supposed to jump on I activated Rage of the Gods. Knocked off the pups and the satyrs easily, then prayed to god I wasn't going to fall victim to a satyr attack which would 90-95 percent of the time knock me off the platform. In a stroke of luck I finally reached the platform and got the gold trophy. Then after all that I used the Dairy Bastard costume to beat the game in under 5 hours while spamming Poseidons Rage. Took me 4 hours because I wasted a lot of time just standing around spamming Poseidons Rage to kill off the enemies while getting the Red Orbs needed to max out every magic ability and weapon. On top of this I struggled with the Ares fight since it had been over a year and he just found a way to keep his health bar up to max, but eventually I killed him off. Earned the 'speed' gold trophy and the platinum, and it was definitely the most difficult of the God of War games. Second only to Arkham Asylum in terms of difficult platinums I've earned, and that was only a stroke a luck I managed to earn enough points to get the Freeflow Silver trophy on that game. Now it's off to beat Uncharted 1 on Crushing difficulty. Edited January 27, 2016 by Ian Lee

Popular Post Nihiris-
#63 - Final Fantasy VII Gaia's Guardian Obtain all trophies Being one of my favorite games of all time, this was a quick one for me in under 27 hours. Was a pleasure to play through this game yet again, but this time with trophies. Don't know what else to say, I've spent a bajillion hours on the PS1 version and got 100% with that version and PS3's PS1 Classic version, so it was a definite that I'd get this plat And plus it was good to see my Gold Chocobo, Spanky, back in HD glory!
Popular Post Hayabusa85
Platinum #50: Goosebumps: The Game (PS4) You Can't Scare Me! Very easy with a walkthrough. Thankfully there were extra ways to die though since I did manage to accidentally skip a step in the platinum walkthrough. Platinum #51: Gemini: Heroes Reborn (PS4) Platinum Trophy A rare moment for me being one of the first achievers. Not a bad game considering TV & Movie licensed games don't tend to fair too well. Would have been better with a bit more challenge though. Very simple game and platinum made up of mostly unmissable story trophies. Even the collectibles are not too much out of the way and you don't even need to get all of them. Edited January 27, 2016 by Hayabusa85

Popular Post straysheep87
# 116 - Game of Thrones (PS4) I had to buy the PS4 version, because the PS3 version was so lagged, that some action parts on last chapter were almost unplayable. This version runs smoother for sure, and on this run, I choose alternate choices, and the course of the storyline changed a bit (I actually like this ending more than my PS3's version ending).

I recently made a UK account so that I could see what else was available on their PSN and I saw Sound Shapes and was like "Am I really gonna be that cheap guy that just does another cloud sync? I already did it for PS3 and Vita as well."......then I saw 87 silvers, 1 gold, and a platinum and was like "Hell yes, I'm gonna be that cheap guy.
