The game will have 2 player local coop on PS3 and 4 player local coop on PS4, plus something called GoatVR which I assume is some sort of first person mode (details are sketchy). YES. I saw the gameplay of the (PC) back then when it was first released, it felt like ( Pain ) on the ps3 but with a bigger open world where you have the freedom to go anywhere wrecking havoc.
