I hated this film as a kid. But the older I've gotten the more I've grown to appreciate it more and even love it. It's bizarre yet beautiful and soooo much fun. Still has my favorite live action Batman and Catwoman

I enjoyed it quite a lot actually  but it just felt like it was a set up thing rather than it's own thing and I mean that wouldn't really be a bad thing if it got a sequel but it's netflix so I guess we shall wait and see, It's still worth watching though.

I watched Tombstone, a western that follows some pretty badass characters, with Kilmer pretty much stealing the show, such a memorable performance.

The gigantic battle! - which race will win ... and rule the universe?

 

In the distant future (1997), the post-nuclear holocaust Earth is divided into two rival superpowers, North Hemis and South Hemis. Both empires are engaged in competitive race to reach Mars. When a badly under-equipped rocket malfunctions and begins drifting toward the sun, its helpless crew is rescued by the rival mission team. The combined crew continue the flight to mars, when colossal monsters lies in wait on the Martian moons! Remarkably, for being done ten years before man landed on the moon, they got quite a lot of space agency details correct. However, they got just as much of the science we know today wrong.

Evil waits. With the motor running.

 

A small town is terrorized by an unknown stranger who kidnaps and abuses little girls. When her only child is kidnapped right in front of her, the school bus driver begins the desperate chase to catch the criminal. This has one of the slowest, strangest car chase scenes ever filmed.

The Godfather (1972) , for some reason, only watched yesterday for the first time and since i'm a big fan of Mafia, crime and casino theme in movies , i don't know why i haven't started before but since i picked up the DVD Collection recently , it triggered in me to finally watch finally. Today, i might watch the Part II . I loved the almost whole 3 hours of screentime, it made me really into the drama and the events coming after one after the other.

I watched ‘The new king of comedy’ which i believe if I’m not mistaken is a Chinese comedy movie. It really is quite funny but also filled with emotions that you can attach yourself to. I’ve already watched it twice and really love it as this movie is directed by Stephen Chow so if you know him, you know what kind of movie to expect when watching this one if you ever do ?

When his flamboyantly fashion-conscious brother assumes the secret identity to continue an ongoing fight for justice, the results are nothing short of hilarious!

There's No Place On Earth To Hide!

 

After a collision with a comet, a nearly 8km wide piece of the asteroid "Orpheus" is heading towards Earth. If it will hit it will cause a incredible catastrophe which will probably extinguish mankind. To stop the meteor NASA wants to use the illegal nuclear weapon satellite "Hercules" but discovers soon that it doesn't have enough fire power. Their only chance to save the world is to join forces with the USSR who have also launched such an illegal satellite. But will both governments agree?

I just watched All Nighter with J.K. Simmons and that other guy that no one ever remembers. The performances were good but the film itself was not all that great.

I finally saw Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse recently - can't believe it took so long to get around to because it was fantastic (as I've been told many times). It's always great to see an animated movie trying a different animation style rather than going for the usual Pixar/DreamWorks 3D. The soundtrack was great, the characters were a lot of fun, I particularly like Noir with the Rubiks cube!

 

Definitely recommend it to any superhero fan that hasn't seen it yet, it's just so damn stylish!
