ille1234
It depends on what game it is, if it was sly game, ratchet & clank game or a Battlefield game iwould buy it without blinking
Jason_Rocks68
Been doing it since 1993, No problem now. Though trophies are pretty cool, it's not a necessity, more of a checklist of things you can do once you finish a game. But it is pretty nice to have an automatic list that lets you know when you have 100% instead of making your own.

eUzal1
COD: Modern Warfare Assassin's Creed Metal Gear Solid aaand... Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.. when I first played this game I had no internet connection so I couldn't download the patch. I beat the game without receving trophies then beat it once again and got trophies
Chambers35
For me it really depends to be honest, if I'm really bored and have nothing better to play then yes I will play pretty much anything as long as I enjoy it. But when it comes to game like Oblivion for example, I don't like investing that amount of hours for no real reward
MxARCHiExH
Certainly. I think people care to much about trophies and achievements. I play on my PC from time to time and most games don't support a trophy system. I also have several PS3 games without trophy support (Viking, Vegas 2 and soon Sonic '06.) and I still play them. If other people care that much about trophies, then I suggest they just buy an Xbox 360.
soccereric587
As much as I play trophies I still play games like Oblivion every so often for fun.
HeyItsSpanky
The only one I ever played was the original Resistance. Although it was enjoyable, I felt lost as I was looking for something to accomplish other than just playing through the story. I feel like lot of trophies give games a direction. Artemisthemp
Play Assassin's Creed, Soul Calibur 4, Tekken 5 dark Resuscretiong, God of War: Ghost of Sparta (PSP) and Going to play Obvilion (wish they had Trophies).
Cer-be-rus
I prefer trophy support, but I still play games without trophies from time to time. Sometimes I don't like the fact that games with trophies made it harder for me to go back to a game without trophies.
Brenden
If it is on the PS3 then no, Trophies inspire me to complete the game without that motivation feel I won't get the most out of that game and therefore I will not likely get my moneys worth. PSXtreme_
Not only will I play a game without trophy support, I'll also play a game 2 system generations old WITHOUT having them updated with new fangled HD graphics.Hell, me and the wife have pulled out Super Mario Bros for our NES (that's what 4 generations old?) and spent an evening hoppin' on mushrooms (which is completely different than being hopped up on mushrooms). ImperatorA3
You bet your ass, it's called Valkyria Chronicles. Bought this a couple of months ago, great game. Trophies are nice, but I notice a different approach between a trophy game and a non-trophy game. I tend to more enjoying myself with non-trophy games. spacemonkey3k
I played through Fallout 3 twice before the trophy patch even came out and enjoyed it just as much as any game since trophies. MGS4 as well but that's almost a given. I still pop in MGS4 every once in a while just for fun.
DanielVT
Yes, I will RARELY play a game without a trophy list. Let me reiterate that is an EXTREMELY RARE occurence. I'll be playing KZ1 soon off of the PSN and that has no trophy list, but I just want to play the full story of Killzone as I have never played KZ1 but have played KZ2 and KZ3. Death
Of course. All of my favorite games are from older consoles (I feel like I haven't played a real gem that shined on current gen consoles yet). If you're just talking about PS3 games, then I could respond with 'yes' again. I wanted to try out Folklore and Silent Hill: Homecoming
