Popular Post Copanele
I will use my final swap: Removing P4A for Battle Fantasia Yakuza Kiwami - achieved Monkey King: Hero is Back- + achieved Blazblue Continuum Shift(PS3) - + achieved Persona 4 Arena(PS3) Battle Fantasia Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3(PS4) I initially wanted to do both UMVC3 and P4A back to back, but...I kinda got burned out by UMVC3's trials. They suck. So decided to replace P4A with another rather crappy game, Battle Fantasia. Reason I am choosing this is because I have the online done (thanks @FreshFromThaDeli), Survival mode and that You want me to WHAT? trophy. Rest should be just mindless boring grind while I watch a podcast or something. Sorry P4A, I will attempt you another time, I swear

Popular Post Koro249
I'm back with another update for Tier 3 already. I was very motivated to get Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus done, as it is one of the most popular, most talked about challenges on PSN and I wanted to be part of the Mein Leben club. So I pushed myself to do run after run and I had some really infuriating deaths (including a random grenade without indication and 2 times where I fell through the map while attempting to do skips lol). But yesterday, I finally did it. After doing some practice, I would say it took me a total of maybe 12 real attempts over 4 days if you don't count some really early deaths. The game itself is pretty damn good. I really liked the gun-play a lot and the story (which I know by heart by know) was pretty crazy and enjoyable too. For me as a native German speaker the German dialogues that the nazis would have while you are sneaking around had something really hilarious about them and I often found myself staying hidden, just to listen to what they had to say. You could argue that there is not a lot of enemy variety in the game and a lack of boss fights, but the bosses in The New Order weren't particularly great either, so I didn't really miss any of that and I think it was a good decision on their end. Now for Mein Leben. If you know your strategy, it's in theory very doable. Yet, the amount of pressure I felt as I made it to some of the final areas was insane and I think the length of the run makes it easy to loose focus on some spot and then throw it, even though you technically know how to pull it off and it can be very frustrating to just waste 2 hrs of your life like that. But, it was very satisfying whenever you finished a section flawlessly and realized how automated some of the sections have become to you. This is what had me coming back. Anyway, thanks to @Baker121 and @HusKy, for sticking with me throughout my journey providing tips and motivating me. Now it's your turn to do it. Check out my run if you are interested (no, i'm not talking to myself, I was streaming ): So what's next? I will finish some non UR stuff on my profile, before finally going back to Nuclear Throne. That one is a whole different beast. Edited July 21, 2021 by Koro249

Popular Post Azimir_
Hello everybody, Here’s a little update on my progress: • Fall Guys (1,26%) : 91% • TT ISLE OF MAN (2,52%) : 100% • Trials of the Blood Dragon (2,36%) : 0% • WipEout Omega Edition (1,32%) : 0% • SMB (0,22%) : 0% After several months of my trophy hunting « break » I managed to finish TT Isle of Man last week. I had a loss of motivation after losing my backup a few months ago, but I decided to get back to it recently. Very good simulation game, rather demanding in terms of driving. Unfortunately the number of tracks is quite limited, which makes the whole end-game part sometimes boring. The longest thing was to reach the 500 000 fans, about 70 hours of play. I recommend this game to all motorcycle enthusiasts, and even to the curious who are interested in this crazy race that is the Snaefell Mountain Course. The next step for me will be to get the last Fall Guys trophy, "Infallible", and start Trials of the Blood Dragon.

Popular Post Joe Dubz
What's up peeps! I would like to use another swap if I may; planning to replace Neon Abyss with Hammerwatch instead... After quite a bit of trial and error with my friend @StarstormDX, we managed to get through the glitchfest that is survival mode last nite! We had to play via Shareplay on his account, so I haven't popped it yet myself. However after that epic battle last night, I'm confident we can replicate the results and get through a 2nd time. Otherwise I'm just grinding away at Mercenary Kings, the game is a blast but is a hella-grindfest towards the end. If you've ever played Metal Slug back in the arcade cabinet days, this game is like an improved version of that with some RPG-lite elements. Tier 3: The Escapists (3.59%/1.36%) 100% The Escapists 2 (2.92%/0.92%) 0% Mercenary Kings (1.39%) 68% Neon Abyss (3.31%) 46% > Hammerwatch (1.19%) 92% Wuppo (0.72%) 68%
Popular Post da_eMTy
Finished my Tier 2 List and I´m really happy with it. Nova-111 wasnt a Title I would put my hands on, if I only watched the trailer. But after seeing it in this event it got my attention. And it is a great "turn based" game ? the Idea is great and how it plays out and evolved over the time is a lot of fun. It is not really difficult or time consuming and even the collectibles arent that hard to find. overall it was a nice trip with this tiny spaceship. I definitly would recommend it. My swap was a good choice and a motivation push to finally complete PUBG. And I really loved it. Im not the type of gamer who loves to stack games but after 2 days I already miss it. So maybe it will come to my Tier 3 list with the NA stack... I love the Trophy Ideas in this game, they really push you to use different weapons and strategies, to play offensive and dont camp your way to the chicken dinner. Tier 2: PlayerUnknown´s Battlegrounds (EU 1,11%) ✔️ Hawken (0,65%) - 100% Secret Ponchos (EU 0,15%) - 100% That´s You! Popular Post Arcesius
I got another game done! This time it's one that, despite looking cute and all, hides a pretty daunting challenge in its trophy list: Wuppo is a weird one. It looks... weird but very cute, and is at its core a... twin-stick platforming shooter? Very difficult to describe, since the interactions with other NPCs, side-questing, exploration and lore are as central to this game as the combat and gameplay. I opted for doing my first playthrough on Insane difficulty, and I think that was the right choice. The game felt challenging at times, and having to learch each of the 18 Bosses' moveset while dying in 2-3 hits was pretty fun. The only downside is that I also needed to fight the secret boss, Zwepel, on Insane aaaand... yeah, this guy was a giant headache. Once the game has been completed, you unlock Boss Run, which is basically a Boss Rush mode. While you can choose your difficulty settings on the Steam version of the game, you are locked into playing on Hard on Playstation. Without a doubt the hardest task in the game is to complete Boss Run: Impossible, a low% run. That is: No weapon upgrades, no purchases. You start and finish with your standard Pea (Color) - Shooter and have exactly one healing item at your disposal. Now, reaching the final boss is not the issue.... But reaching the final boss while still having your healing item is pretty damn difficult! Overall this Boss Rush is much more manageable than Hollow Knight's P5, even though despite it only being 18 bosses instead of 42, it's not really much shorter.. Still, starting this one from scratch didn't feel too frustrating. Definitely a game I can recommend to people that enjoy obscure, weird indie games with solid gameplay!! Now, I'm going to be travelling starting on Monday, so probably won't start any new games before I'm back from my vacation. I will probably swap one of the two remaining games with The Metronomicon though. I just bought that game and feel like playing it
Popular Post Copanele
Another one down from my side too, and this one was a dumpster fire : Battle Fantasia Yakuza Kiwami - achieved Monkey King: Hero is Back- + achieved Blazblue Continuum Shift(PS3) - + achieved Battle Fantasia - achieved Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3(PS4) What possessed me to play this game I don't know. It was bland, uninteresting and uninspired. Also 10 times nastier than Injustice. The platinum was a slog, difficult + RNG + complete story mode tons of times for some crappy postcards to add in the library. I can find no redeeming quality to this game so therefore I won't recommend it to anyone. It's best to be avoided like the plague. I would probably write more about this game but at this point in time I am too tired to form any decent review Only one behemoth remaining for this tier, UMVC3 is next! Time to fire up those combos!

Popular Post FreshFromThaDeli
1. Battle Fantasia (0.60%) 100% ✅ 2. Dead or Alive 5 (0.51%) 100% ✅ 3. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes (4.36%) 61% 4. Rez Infinite (3.47%) 6% 5. Sonic Mania (1.78%) 19% This pushed me to my limits. Big statement, I know. The single difficult trophy in this game is to complete all Survival courses. There are 8 of them: Rookie: 10 Easy: 20 Normal: 30 Hard: 50 Champ: 100 True Fighter: 100 Master: 100 Legend: 100 You are reading that right, defeat 100 opponents on one health bar, 4 separate times! ? You regenerate up to half of your health back after every character you beat. I attempted this Survival mode last year after clearing up the online mode last year and maybe attempted Champ difficulty twice before shelving it. Thanks to this thread and this thread alone, I had the motivation to go back and finish up DOA5. Now I don't normally make a big deal out of difficulties because eventually ways to cheese your way to success may be found ultimately making it easier as time goes on or developers decrease difficulties through patches etc. Not in DOA5's case! The AI in the survival mode is BRUTAL. Thanks to the annoying ass mechanic: Counter hold. The AI would get so hard to beat to a point where it would counter hold almost all of your moves and reacting in time is simply not feasible in a game as fast paced as DOA. Then you got hyper AI that converts every ounce of damage into a big combo, your health bar can easily get halved in a matter of 2 seconds for the tiniest mistake. Also, according to most threads about this game, it is deemed harder to play on the most recent patch as the AI counter holds you even more. So instead, I played without the latest patch and used good old Lisa (La Mariposa) Hamilton. I learned the basic BnB with her and proceeded to spam that shit throughout the match. It wasn't easy having to adjust to the enemy positioning and adjust my combo for more damage or if I preferred to not be in the corner. Nothing is more heartbreaking than losing in the 80+ range and dying only to have to start all over again. Especially considering the fact a good run that goes up to the high rounds like 80+ can take up to 30 minutes! When you lose so high up, that feeling is soul crushing. I had to dig deep, take long breaks and take deep breaths to conquer this game's survival mode. It took me a whole day's worth of attempts to do 32 in Central Fiction, so I don't think I could do 100 fights in DOA. Massive respect for getting this done.
postofficebuddy
Shit, had a trophy glitch in Rochard and I didn’t even notice initially. Got the trophy for finding 100% of all collectibles but after syncing I saw the trophy for finding 50% of collectibles never popped. This isn’t going to get me flagged I hope. Should I contact a mod?

Popular Post Joe Dubz
I have a double-feature to report, as I was able to pop 2 plats last night! First up is Mercenary Kings. The game is like a call-back to the arcade cabinet days, as it plays very similarly to Metal Slug from that era! Fortunately MK is much more polished than its predecessor, featuring a decent set of upgrade systems. You can upgrade your guns with a ridiculous number of options, as well as installing bionic mods to give you a boost in certain areas. I can't recall the exact number, but the game features something like 114 missions to play through! I had a lot of fun with this game, even though it was quite grindy at the tail end. Difficulty-wise, I wouldn't rate this above 4/10... There is an invincibility exploit you can use if you downgrade the patch, but I didn't even find that necessary. With the proper loadout, you can melt the enemies and bosses with ease! As mentioned previously, you will be doing a lot of grinding for materials and money. I tried to play it smart and start this process very early on, in order to save myself some time for the end game grind! I spent about 50 hours with the game, and if I had to guess at least 5 of those hours were grinding solely for mats. Either way, I do recommend this one as long as you don't mind a bit of a grind! Next up, I was finally able to complete Hammerwatch! If you've ever played Gauntlet from back in the day, this feels similar to that but with more of an upgrade system. This one came out from the depths of my treacherous backlog, as I clocked the plat in just under 2 years' time. This was mostly due to not having a couch co-op partner before online became available. I would be remiss not to thank @StarstormDX for his help in conquering this beast... I could not have done it without you bud! This game could be awesome... unfortunately lots of bugs in the most recent update, which added online/MP functionality to the game, broke Survival mode to the point that it is practically unplayable! You have to deal with stalactites dropping from the ceiling periodically, which basically one shot you if you aren't careful. The aforementioned update made it so the stalactites are invisible half the time, making it very challenging to move around out of the few safe zones available! The only feasible way we could figure out how to get it done was via Shareplay, which then requires it to be completed twice so that both players get their trophies. At any rate, the game features Survival mode as mentioned, as well as a campaign level and another more RPG-themed campaign. You'll need to play through them each 3 times, once on normal and again on hard, as well as completing each one in co-op. This game is quite the challenge; I feel very comfortable rating this an 8/10 on the difficulty scale due to Survival mode alone! If it weren't for the broken mess that is Survival mode, I would recommend this for sure. Otherwise just know what you're getting yourself into if you opt to try it. Tier 3: The Escapists (3.59%/1.36%) 100% The Escapists 2 (2.92%/0.92%) 0% Mercenary Kings (1.39%) 100% Hammerwatch (1.19%) 100% Wuppo (0.72%) 68% Alright, off to the next challenge! I booted up Wuppo last night to get back in the groove. I figured I will play through on Insane mode for that trophy, as well as to give myself some practice for the inevitable bitch that will be Boss Run low%! Cheers and happy trophy hunting gang!

Popular Post postofficebuddy
Well Grimydawg says I’m in the clear thankfully. I had to delete the game and save data but I eventually got the 50% trophy to pop. And with that, some good news. Tier 3 1. Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed (PS3, 0.54%) - 100% 2. RWBY Grimm Eclipse (PS4, 4.21%) - 100% 3. Blazblue Continuum Shift Extend (PS3, 2.81%) - 100% 4. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (PS3, 2.70%) - 100% 5. Rochard (PS3, 3.78%) - 100% Tier 3 complete! I should be getting a bit more free time in the near future so I can go back to more consistent trophy hunting. Rochard unfortunately has been delisted but for anyone that has it on their download list you may want to consider putting it in future tiers. It’s honestly not very hard. The speedrun trophy is quite lenient. I made a few fairly major errors and still managed to finish with almost 20 minutes to spare. I’m still in the process of deciding what tier 4 will be.
Popular Post Varhur
1. The Swindle (1.09%) - 100% 2. DuckTales Remastered (2.58%) - 0% 3. Grand Theft Auto 4 (0.93% plat, 0.47% full completion) - 20% 4. Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days (1.47% plat, 0.7% full completion) - 100% 5. Lone Survivor (4.67% plat) - 100% Cleared Kane & Lynch 2 alongside Lone Survivor. I've held those games unpopped, with one easy trophy remaining alongside few others, while waiting on my Shrek Forever After copy to arrive, so I can pop it as my 100th plat, but with delay after delay after delay and hearing that it's gonna "arrive tomorrow", I just gave up, because now they're telling me that it's gonna arrive on Friday and it's not enough time, since I have one game in queue that gets shut down 1st August... So I've popped everything I had, including those two games. Rant aside, Kane & Lynch 2 is a cover-shooter that for it's main theme, takes repelling violence and does it quite well. What it doesn't do well, is shooting, because for a cover-shooter, covers sure are one of the worst place you could be, since enemies can easily shoot you through it, so Extreme playthough is just doing the cover trick from Uncharted on every occasion. Online was excluding random disconnections alright, up until some random started stalking our group, obsessed with trying to get #1 spot on leaderboards of the game, so he asked us to help him grind the money, which would take 3k hours minimum... Type of person who goes asleep while in lobby and locks other ppl from playing completely, was namecalling us, from something like "fuk U pussy" to asking to suck his balls on mic, to nwords with hard r. We did report him for that, hope he's banned. Lone Survivor is a horror game in pixel-art about someone stuck in an apartment, while some sort of disease turns people in zombies, though there's a lot of symbolism and situations that make you doubt if what's happening is real, from the elusive Man in Blue, to the girl that you know from somewhere, to The Man Who Wears A Box. The game also has a mental health system that you have to balance and push it one way or another, depending on which ending you want to get. I'll be focusing on Max Payne 3 multiplayer now, though I don't think I'll be swapping it for GTA 4, though I might replace GTA 4 with something later on.
Popular Post Potent_Delusions
Tier 1 Complete Finally got there. I'm going to be more conscious of which games I pick in Tier 2 as to complete it a lot more efficiently than Tier 1 since i'd like to raise some more money. I'll give a lowdown of the games completed in this tier like some of the fine people in here have already done. Persona 4: Arena This is undoubtedly one of my proudest platinums. I've owned the game since August 2014 and if i'm being very honest...I was actually quite 'scared' to start it given that It has a set of very difficult trials and then the infamously cheap/difficult Score Attack mode on top, the latter being the more scary of the two. In my humble opinion, this elevates it to a position above most other fighting game platinums. However, in April this year a good friend of mine offered to help with the Multiplayer and I took up the opportunity. It's always been one of the platinums that I've eagerly wanted so now was the time to get going! This event seemed like a good way to further encourage me to start it. I decided to tackle the trials first which took me quite a while but this came with a big benefit: getting to know the movesets for every character which is invaluable information for the Score Attack mode. In June, I started Score Attack and was overwhelmed with how much the AI will annihilate you. An auto combo which will deal about 8% damage to the AI will deal about 60-70% damage to you. The mode is full of these gimmicks that aid the AI in every way possible, perhaps the most famous of all (other than supers that kill you from full health in one hit) being in the final fight of the run against Elizabeth: she has a move called Diarahan that will heal her health fully if you do not damage her in the small timeframe in which she does the move. On top of this, she is in Awakened mode when activating it and remains so for the rest of the fight: you are now fighting an Elizabeth with her entire moveset available and considerably more health. It would not be an exaggeration to say that one wrong move in this mode will very easily lead to you losing the round. However, I eventually beat the mode once and it was a feeling of great satisfaction. Steadily, I started to fully understand the patterns of all characters in the game and thus the mode became less daunting. I'd still fail sometimes near the end which was as gut-wrenching as ever but eventually I got there. If anyone in here starts the game and wants advice/tips...I'd be very happy to assist with what I can Bounty claimed. F.E.A.R. 3 Eh. This game is OK. It has some really nice ideas like possessing enemy bodies to effectively use them as an expendable meat shield, and it's a good FPS series, but this particulary game didn't wow me much. I did the co-op with fellow participant CriesOfFurya and we had a laugh during it, that somewhat boosted my views on the game. The game itself is nowhere near as scary as FEAR 1 or FEAR 2 which was a big drawback. It was quite enjoyable but nothing I'd be shouting from the rooftops about. However, it is a quick and easy Ultra Rare platinum if anyone in here is on the lookout for such a game. Blazblue: Continuum Shift There's many games on PSN where the developer/publisher spared trophy hunters by not putting in a trophy that would have blown the platinum difficulty into a whole new league....and this is a textbook example. The game tasks you with completing 100 trials collectively across the whole cast. 3 DLC characters came to the game, adding 30 more trials which do count towards the total which does make this more forgiving. However, if the game had asked you to complete all base game trials....this would be brutal. The trials in Blazblue are well known in the fighting game community as some of the hardest in the genre and I can see why. Each character has 10, and by trial 6 they are already getting pretty tricky. The 9s and 10s for most characters would be very difficult indeed. Carl Glover, a puppet character, has some of the hardest trials i've ever seen in a fighting game personally. Reaching 5/10 for him felt difficult and that's only halfway! However....you need only 100 trials which makes this much more bearable. The remainder of this game is fairly easy. The artwork in this game is great and it was rather enjoyable actually. Sniper Elite 3 This game is decent. It was an enjoyable co-operative experience but not as good as Sniper Elite 4 which I had done last year (which is good since the series is improving). It was a lot of fun still though and WW2 is always a great setting for a shooter game. The only thing that got a bit tiring was the Authentic playthrough where if you so much as breathe one decible too loudly, you'll have guards saying "allo?" and becoming alerted. Me and my partner ended up just playing much of the campaign loudly without caring for stealth, which I feel the developers didn't have in mind but it felt a lot easier like this. An enjoyable game and a good series, I'd recommend this to any shooter fans for sure. Tom Clancy's HAWX 1 Another game I did with fellow participant and good friend CriesOfFurya. Luckily this whole campaign can be co-op'd so that's what we did. It makes the difficulty absolutely trivial, even on the hardest setting, as you effectively have unlimited lives unless you both die at the same time. The multiplayer was a bit more annoying though as it relies on a luck-based RNG killstreak system. You need to personally have a certain killstreak available when an opposition player also has a certain killstreak activated which means you rely on two sets of RNG to complete four different challenges necessary for a particular trophy. The XP grind was also unique in that it wasn't of benefit that we both used 2 PS3 systems. It required a lot of multi-tasking of both systems and so it was more than we bargained for, i'd advise that you get 4 human players for this one! The game was decent though, very much bolstered by the fact that it has co-op campaign. TIER 2: I've decided to go with the following titles for Tier 2: 1) Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 (PS3) - 58% 2) Worms Rumble (PS4) - 0% 3) Necromunda: Underhive Wars - 0% 4) Predator Hunting Grounds - 0% 5) Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - 54% Thanks
Popular Post Don_carlito94
Update: Super Meat Boy completed I haven’t had an update for months, mainly because I’ve been busy tackling SMB but also due to not having gamed as much as I wanted to. But here I am to announce that I have finally conquered it. Now this game.. I’ve had in my backlog for a looong time, but I never got around to play it and let’s just say I don’t play platformers so I never prioritized it as first or second game in the waiting line. I won’t lie, seeing you guys beat the crap out of this game and other platformers really inspired me to go ahead and do it, so I said fuck it, now or never and I just swapped I am Bread out for SMB. So was it fun? Absolutely it was such a blast platting the game, and I feel like I might try out other 2D platformers in the future because of SMB and the warm welcome it gave me. Since I was a rookie and probably the worst player when I started this game I really needed to get past the learning curve, I even struggled with Forest Light world when I began my playthrough lmao, that’s how much of a platforming noob I was ?. Despite the difficulty I overcame the challenge in the end with enough persistence. I don’t think I would have played SMB if it wasn’t for this event and the people here - who gave me some inspiration for games. Really happy to have so far been able to complete three very difficult games in this event. Now I need to finish WRC7 so I can move on from tier 1 - I’m a damn turtle compared to most of you, I see some good progress from you guys, kudos! Tier 1 1. Assetto Corsa (0.23%UR) - 100% 2. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus (0.84%UR) - 100% 3. Project Cars 2 (4.00%UR) - 100% 4. Super Meat Boy (0.24%UR) - 100% 5. WRC7 (4.27%UR) - 85%
