Uncharted 3 for PS3

I loved the Uncharted series when I first played it years ago but I never cared to play any of the multiplayer. Since I only got into trophy hunting this year I missed the server shutdowns that happened in 2019 locking me out of the platinum. Having the plat for Uncharted 1 and 2 (apparently I played 2's MP years ago so I was still able to plat it) but not 3 really makes my collection feel incomplete which sucks for a series I really love.

I only started trophy hunting from the PS4 era and this has left me with many unfinished games on the PS3.

I wanted to finish them but many of them are impossible because of server closures.

For instance I would have liked to finish all the Uncharted games, the Killzone franchise and all the older FIFAs.

Also wanted to complete some Rockstar games like Max Payne 3 & GTA V (PS3) but those servers are also going down.

 

I hope that in the future Playstation or the game developers themselves find a way to make these games possible to complete.

That would be really nice but it is probably never going to happen.?

Most of the times are the online trophies, I wish I could still platinum Driveclub and download all the dlcs, guess I slept on it oh well.

I’m basically doing the first part of level 4 (when you kill that New Jersey asshole) and getting a platinum medal (1000 XP) every time. Takes about three and a half to four minutes to finish, including loading screens.

The PS3’s NBA Jam reboot is a game I would love the platinum for as the original may have been my favourite game as a small child but I believe it’s impossible due to server shutdowns. ?

Mad Max for PS4: I had it installed when the shutdown was announced last year but i didn't play it because of the bad stories i heard about bugs and glitches and i didn't want to make it a priority.

GTA 5 for PS3: Never played it because i really disliked GTA 4, but i probably would've played it eventually if not for the bounty system removal.

Deception IV, I was really close to get it but left it for some time, as the game is a bit exhausting. The damned ps3 broke and now I'm out of chances.

- Blues and Bullets: Good and atmospheric Telltale like game that should have been released in 5 episodes but the developer only released the first two. 22 of 36 Trophies are unachievable.

- CounterSpy: "Only" a 100% game but with one unachievable trophy (for an online feature in a singleplayer game), thanks to a server shutdown.

Bit wistful about Bulletstorm. I reckon Final Fantasy XIII would have been an epic platinum to get but I am not interested in that massive time sink. In hindsight though, it's kinda silly for me to complain about 100 hour plat runs considering I blew 1,000+ hours on Overwatch alone. I ought to have quit that game at the 500th hour mark (probably would have, if the PS4 had a time tracker). That's five FFXIII-esque s right there.

It's on PS Now last time I checked, you probably would have to start from the begining though.

Really sucks that Hitman: Absolution is unobtainable on PS3 because they never got the Contracts mode back up and running, but at least there is the PS4 version without the online trophies.

Resistance 2. I paid no attention to trophies in my PS3 days and by the time I got into trophy hunting, which was just recently, it was too late.  I love the Resistance games so missing out on this one was disappointing.
