Popular Post Appappachai
Platinum# 59 Life is Strange: Before the Storm Enjoyment 8/10 Difficulty 1/10 Rarity 64.13% I was originally just playing this as an easy plat on the way to 60, but I actually ended up liking the story. I even grew to like Chloe, at least way more than I did in Life is Strange. Rachel didn't quite measure up to expectations, but she had been built up so much that was never going to happen. I felt some parts were a little forced, like the graffiti on everything and no one ever mentioning it or noticing. But the story was twisty and engaging enough to let that slide. Not a perfect game, but definitely a fun entry to this series and great backstory. Platinum# 60 Ys: Memories of Celcetta Enjoyment 8/10 Difficulty 3/10 Rarity 8.45% I've never played an Ys game before, and I started it like 2 years ago thinking my Vita could use some love. Unfortunately I had just finished Hearts R and for some reason wanted to rush other easy platinums late 2016/ early 2017 and really wanted Berseria to be trophy 2000. So for whatever reason Memories of Celcetta was lost to the backlog. Only to be found again while I was thinking of games to plat before they cancel the rewards for plat program. It was one of the few games I have on handheld, and I found myself with a load of downtime at work, so there we have it, perfect time to hunt a JRPG. The gameplay was solid, but the story kind of lost me in the last third. Which, to be honest, is when a lot of JRPGs drop the ball. The only annoying trophies were grinding out skills and learning them randomly. Great game in the end though. Not a difficult plat, just not a short one either. Platinum#61 Code Realize: Guardian of Rebirth Enjoyment .00001/10 Difficulty 1/10 Rarity 47.73% I had never played a visual novel before, and this one had been given away on a psn forever ago I think. Or I bought it super cheap to see what it was. I absolutely did not do research at the time and hated it. Left it on my backlog forever. But, free time at work, and time crunch for platinum trophies plus backlog cleansing have all led to me playing this dating sim. Now, I don't know anything about visual novels, I just assumed they were interactive stories. I guess I'm wrong, because this was nothing but a dating sim that you manipulate to date the boy that caught your fancy. I eventually just fast forwarded through it because the cringe was near lethal. I don't think I'll play another dating sim. If anyone has an recommendations for visual novels that aren't that, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm literally stuck places sometimes with only a vita to hunt with. Platinum# 62 South Park The Fractured But Whole Enjoyment 9/10 Difficulty 3/10 Rarity 25.19% This game, while not as good as the first one, was amazing. I loved the new additions to the battle system. The story was okay, though I feel it wasn't as extravagant as the first one, I do see what they were doing with the whole super heroes and time travel parody. The whole dad fucking your mom thing got really annoying. But, Morgan Freeman explaining things more than made up for it, and Professor Chaos at the end actually made me laugh a little. The only difficult fight I had was Mutated Cousin Kyle. He's no chump on mastermind. I think my hero got one or two shotted a couple times. Totally worth the play if anyone was on the fence. Especially if you can catch it on a sale Edited August 15, 2019 by Appappachai Life is Strange trophy image

Popular Post madbuk
#329 - Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy These are some great games... however, replaying what I've already experienced wasn't quite as fun as I had expected. Before playing the PS4 port, I had played the entirety of Ace Attorney, Justice For All, and the first two cases of Trials and Tribulations on mobile. I stopped at the third case because this port got announced. I'm not sure why I found this so dull to replay compared to Steins;Gate, another VN, which I have played several times now and enjoyed each time. Maybe the investigation phases just dont lend themselves well to replays? Once I got to the new content, my enjoyment drastically increased. I'm satisfied with how the trilogy ended and can see why this was meant to be a stopping point for the series as a whole. Everything came together and wrapped up nicely by the end of the third game. I really liked how little things were planted throughout the trilogy that build up over the course of the three games, it's done very well. The third game especially had a very engaging over-arcing plot linking the cases together. I'd say the third is the best overall, followed by the first, then the second. I really hope they port over the future games next because I know nothing about those so I'll probably enjoy them much, much more.
Popular Post SKyZoX9
#67 Burnout Paradise remastered Enjoyement 5/10 Challenge 2/10 So kids this is the story of 10 years old me with his psp and burnout. Burnout was such an epic game in the early 2000. What we leaned today ? That childhood tastes are bad, the concept of burnout didn t aged well, the game was far too recycled, so were the music, for its own sake. The RNG of the trafic is horrible, the feeling of grinding for better cars is non existent due to the fact that you just need the use the dlc cars.. Anyhow fun the first 10 hours boring the last 20. Edit : forgot to post the trophy, while the platinium couldv been valable, the pictures of the others trophy are just the plat in different colours.. Popular Post Edunstar84
@Appappachai The Code Realize visual novel is an otome visual novel, which is a dating sim that focuses on the girl choosing from a group of guys. If you want more action in your VNs, you should try the Danganronpa and Zero Escape series. On topic: Plat #88: Mixups by POWGI PS4 Would've been a more solid game if the hints were less arbitrary. The developers could've tried harder in that regard. Some puzzles/themes were easier than others, and I could figure them out myself. I needed a guide for most of it. At least you don't have to complete all of the themes for the plat.

Popular Post ZitMeatloaf
#30 - Marvel's Spider-Man "Be Greater" I'm sure most of you have either already played this game or seen a thousand reviews, but in case you haven't: It's great! I really enjoyed playing through this game. It's not perfect (no game is), but it's definitely one of the best games I've played. While I hadn't really planned on this ahead of time, I'm happy this will be one of the milestone trophies on my profile. Not because it was difficult or anything, but simply because I like looking back on my gaming history and remembering the fun times with great games. I like that this will be a frequently seen reminder trophy for me. I decided to take a celebratory selfie from atop the Empire State Building. I'm sure about 6 million other people have done the same thing, but I like the way mine turned out...
Popular Post djb5f
#70 DriveClub Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Duration: 2 years, 1 month Long but easy platinum. No real difficulty in any of the trophies except for getting through the long grind to level up each of your attributes to Level 6. Each race, vehicle, and course starts to feel like the next. Still while repetitive and limited in scope/activities, it does the base game well. I have a lot of DLC to play to at least pick up the rest of the Silver trophy challenges; I doubt I stick with it long enough to pick up the 100% Gold's which are highly challenging (and long, so much DLC). This was a fun game to play casually when you have 30 minutes here or there but playing for long sessions like I stated, gets a little stale.

Popular Post Phoenix_argentea
Platinum Trophy No. 132! Atelier Shallie Plus All trophies obtained Two Atelier platinum trophies in a row! And finally I closed also the "Dusk trilogy". Not one of my favourite Atelier (actually, my least favourite), just for a couple of thing (well, more than a couple): too many playable characters (from all the two previous games, and even someone I didn't expect, like the Homunculus or Solle with his personal Homunculi Army! I really wanted Linca back, and I didn't like leaving her on the background. Also, she's not the same person you met in the other games!), and too many events, especially at the beginning of some chapters (something like 10 events to watch in a row! ?). And there's a NG+. Well, at least is not like Escha & Logy (which had a good 95 % "copy & paste" from the previous run). But the final good traits are available only by mid-boss drops like Sea Phoenix or Silver Dragon (and not by rare relics like in Escha & Logy), and the Lv. 99 grinding was a little bit boring just for the cap exp points after Lv. 80 (but I found two useful bosses which gave me a super boost exp points!) But also good things. First of all, the soundtrack! I really liked the Sand Sea theme and all its variation (Forest, Cave, Ruins, Trade Area, etc.) and the Aquarius battle theme (it's a Ys battle theme!). Also exploring the world was interesting (especially the Ghost Ship with the corridor of illusions), and the story of the struggle to save a thirsty dying world. The combat system was fun, with all the assist moves which change every time the three characters in the first line. And finally Ayesha is back! Together with Keithgriff! You can imagine who is my favourite playable character...? With the final move "Hand of Dusk"! He's followed by Miruca, since I'm almost exactly like her... What I really like in the Dusk trilogy are the clothes... Some of them are really amazing! ? But I didn't like the new Logy's outfit (the blue version): it was better the previous in the 2nd game! And if I should choose a moment among the trilogy, it would be Awin's ending at "The end of the world". I really wanted to know something more about this place, especially what there was beyond that waste land...It was really a special moment and I stood there for 5 minutes, watching the sundown. Too bad it wasn't in this game... ? And finally the platinum screenshot with the two Shallies! And a nice bug I found during NG+: during the fights Shallotte has no broom! it's invisible! Popular Post Conor
#38- BACK TO THE FUTURE: THE GAME (PS3) Platinum Trophy Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Time Taken: 1 Day, 11 Hours & 29 Minutes (10 Hours in-game) Rarity: 12.8% Very Rare (PSN) / 51.00% Common (PSNProfiles) Hardest Trophy: A Prickly Pair (Bronze)- Had a conversation with a cactus "Don't worry, everybody, I'm okay, the billboard broke my fall..." As a huge fan of the Back to the Future trilogy (yes, all of them are classics in my eyes), this game was an utter delight. Basically a sequel to the films, this Telltale episodic adventure retains all the charm and spirit of the films. It helps that Christopher Lloyd reprises his role as Doctor Brown! The voice actor for Marty also does a damn good job of impersonating young Michael J. Fox Spoiler (who also has a voice cameo in the final episode) . The story is as cleverly wacky as the films and should satisfy any fan. The characters that Marty comes across are interesting, particularly the primary villain who is, surprisingly, not a Tannen, although many generations of King Butthead make an appearance and cause all sorts of trouble. It really is a commentary on the dangers of moral outrage, albeit told in a very tongue-in-cheek and outrageous fashion. It was very entertaining to meet the teenage Emmett Brown and help him on his voyage of discovery in the world of science to make him into the Doctor Brown he would some day become. Although the final episode meanders a bit and feels like it could end at no less than three different points, the game is still awesome and I would recommend it to anyone who likes even one of the films. The game itself is a Telltale game so there's nothing too difficult here, although some trophies do require the player to go a little bit out of their way. Following a guide can also cause you to miss out on some great details that you wouldn't find unless you examine literally everything, and the game is worth replaying to see how certain scenarios play out, although the end result of each episode is always the same. That's enough full Telltale games for now, have to do all the separate episodic games like Jurassic Park to get them out of the way, but once I pass the #50 Platinums mark I will be going back to finishing off the PS3 Telltale games.
Popular Post ZoutjeNL
Platinum #6 Peggle 2 Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 4/10 Peggle 2 was a nice change of pace to play. The goal is simple, clear all red pegs and you win the level. The complexity comes with the 3 different goals per level and the trials at the end of each world. Overall it was pretty fun and pretty easy. The characters all have their unique abilities which make it fun to play with multiple characters. Jimmy and Gnorman were my favourites to play with. Their special abilities were the most fun to use so I mostly played with them. The DLC adds 2 characters: Jimmy and Windy. It also adds 20 levels and 20 trials. The DLC makes the platinum way easyier as you get 20 more levels with each 3 objectives to go for. You need 180 objectives in total. Without the DLC you require to complete every single objective in the base levels, this is really hard. I definitely recommend to buy the DLC not only to make it easyier on yourself, but to have access to one of the best characters to use. There was only one trial I was stuck on for quite a while, the one where you need to get 750k points in one of the Windy trials. With some perseverance and nice guides on youtube I managed to do it after a few more tries. I can recommend this game. It is a nice game to go for after something more serious.
