Popular Post Property_Damage
Platinum #310 / PS5 Platinum #4 kudos to those who liked this game, ugh Not me! this game is one of those constant reminders to myself of why i skip out of the vast majority of titles given away through ps+ but you know..my ps5 trophy collection needs some trophies and free is free i suppose but meh, this game reminded me of a bad version of pokemon snap (to a degree), but with gay protagonists. I mean yeah, its in there, thanks for that curveball Sony

It looks great and the inventory in this point-and-click game works great. Unfortunately there are segments that and dialogues that just seem to draw out. It alsohas issues with crashing randomly. Popular Post its_ArchroniX
Onrush ONRUSH - 0.6% on Console - 8.25% on PSN Obtain all trophies in ONRUSH. Perhaps the most frustrating platinum trophy I have obtained so far (even worse than Modern Warfare Remastered on veteran). Not because the game is hard or the challenges are just impossible but because the bots in this game are SO incredibly inconsistent. One match they will carry you to the win in a single minute (leaving no room to complete your challenges.....) and the other match they just are tired of living and crash into every single enemy vehicle they see. The times I had to repeat certain events because the enemy team was just too good or my team was just too bad is infuriating to say the least. To anyone looking for a fun racing game to play for an hour after work or with a friend/ relative on a lazy Sunday afternoon I'd say Onrush is perfect. For people that are looking for a 'fun' platinum trophy grind I will definitely say skip this game. The first few trophies in the game are a piece of cake and will make you question why I'm complaining in the first place but the last 4 trophies or so are just NOT worth all the rage-moments, at least not for me. I for one am happy to have the platinum now so that I could delete this game asap from my PS4 and move on to a more fun game. Dav9834
12 hours ago, eigen-space said: Platinum #125 - Final Fantasy VIII Remastered Platinum, 36.20% Rarity Difficulty - 2/10, Time Spent - ~45 Hours , Enjoyment 9.5/10 Final Fantasy VIII will probably always be tied for my first favorite Final Fantasy game because it is practically perfect. The story is just wonderful... it takes you on the emotional growth journey of mainly Squall, though other characters also show personal growth. Most of the story decisions make sense, unlike other Final Fantasy games. And there are definite tear-jerker moments during the course of your adventure. I think I enjoy this game mostly because I can relate to the other characters and/or because they remind me of my friends (and they aren't all 1-dimensional tropes either). And then there's the game's mechanics. The first couple times I played the game, I focused on having a high-leveled party to smash things up. Granted, the first time I played this game, I was like 10 years old and didn't quite understand the magic-junction system so I had to rely on base stats and GFs mainly. Then as I started to understand the junction system, I didn't worry so much about power-leveling during the game. This time around, I specifically tried for a low-level approach and.... the game is practically broken when you do this. If you have a mastery of the junction system and take the time to draw spells from enemies, you are super over-powered; even at low levels (my team was averaging about Level 35 by the final battle) you can max out your stats with appropriate magic and GF ability junctions. Combine that with enemies only getting stronger as you level up, you're using high-level-equivalent stats against low-level enemies. The only reason why I knocked half a point from enjoyment was because I expected Omega Weapon to pose a challenge. However, because his level also scales with you levels like all other enemies, this fight was so broken. He only got in 2 attacks before taking a dirt nap. This is very much unlike the original game where he's at Level 100 regardless of your party's level and actually takes a lot of planning to be able to beat. Would also like to add that though I appreciated the updated character models, they looked kind of out-of-place with the non-updated backgrounds. Regardless, love this game and highly recommend to anyone. As a fellow FFVIII lover, I knew you were my favorite
slaaack1
#14 - We Were Here Since it is/was 4 free and is a coop only game we gave it a try. It was better than expected (for a free game). We did 1 blind playthrough where we had some minor issues at some points but after that it was pretty easy to go for the plat (its already 60% plat rate). It was a little short with only like 2hrs play time if you do a blind playthrough and only has like 7 puzzles but again, its free and it is good for being free. I recommend it for everyone with coop partner or who would do it with a random. Edited March 4, 2021 by slaaack1

Popular Post Juzota
#146 - Telling Lies All Done Unlock all trophies. What a weird game. I was expecting this to be similar game like Erica, Late Shift and The Complex, but it definitely was not anything like those. You basically sit on a computer and watch bunch of videos. Not the most entertaining game I've played. What I like about games I mentioned earlier is the fact that you have some choices how the story goes on. Most fun I had with Telling Lies was playing a round of Solitaire. I think that sums it up. driscio
#35 Flow (PS3) This games control scheme can jump in a pit of lava. It is so frustrating and even the gold trophy image is being difficult (it's there but it's transparent because yes?). It is finally out of my backlog and I never have to play it again. Popular Post Captain_Bone_666
#63: Maneater Platinum - Obtain all other trophies Easy, bloody, a little strange, but somehow fun. It took only 12 hours to complete, no guide necessary. There were a lot of warnings of game breaking glitches, corrupted saves and more. I was probably lucky, but I had no glitch, no problems with any trophies, and overall only one game crash that did not have any negative consequences. I was not a particular fan of the controls, but as the game is really very easy it was no problem for beating the game. I would not buy it for a full price, but it was enjoyable as a PS+ game.
Popular Post Golem25
Platinum #84 - F1 2011 (Vita) COMPLETE - CONGRATULATIONS ON COMPLETING F1 2011 10,939 Owners - 1,213 Achievers for a percentage of 11.09% (average completion; 34.11%) Enjoyment; 7/10 Difficulty; 7/10 (3/10 outside of Time Trials) Trophies; 8/10 (unique tiles, diverse requirements, SCREAMY TITLES) 2011 was a better era of F1; 10/10 Ooft, finally done; my very first Vita game has become my latest Platinum. First F1 Platinum too, although not the last.... F1 fans, remember when a season of racing didn't devolve into MWL (Mercedes Wins LOL)? Sure, it was RBWL (Red Bull Wins LOL) but I can't help but feel the sport was a bit better off back then. Must be me getting on in age. Or the fact that I love backmarker teams, with the 2010, 2011, and 2012 seasons featuring no fewer than three very, very poor shitboxes on the grid in the form of Lotus/Caterham, Virgin/Marussia, and the unfortunately-abbreviated Hispania Racing Team. There were some real nostalgic tracks in the mix back then too; F1 2011 features the likes of Sepang (Malaysia), Istanbul Park (a Tilke snorefest IRL but fun to drive in-game), the ill-fated Valencia Street Circuit, the even more ill-fated Buddh International Circuit, and my personal favourite, the illest-fated Yeongam International Circuit in Korea. And what to think of the drivers, with Kamui Kobayashi, Jarno Trulli 'Train', Narain 'Cucumber' Karthikeyan, Pastor 'PDVSA' Maldonado, and plenty of others. I used to go to races back then, the Belgian GP specifically every year, and even have an IRL momento of the 2011 edition; the front-wing end plate that fell off Kobayashi's Sauber C30 (you can see it loosely dangling as Hamilton wipes himself out, I picked it up from the straight past Campus after I clambered my way onto the circuit following the race) So the screenshot makes the game out to be more than a little rough, but in motion the game looks really good on the Vita - even if it's a port of the 3DS version, as so many other titles are on the little portable that was forgotten by Sony. Developed by Sumo Digital rather than Codemasters, the game sold so poorly that F1 2012 never raced onto the handheld platforms. That's a genuine shame, as this is actually a really good racing game; definitely more arcade-y than the simulation-driven F1 games on console, but this very much fits with the pick-up-and-play nature of the Vita. Load times are reasonable, and you can set the race length to just three laps - making it perfect for commutes or as a bite-sized snack inbetween sessions on other games. The nineteen circuits are all nicely-recreated with the usual suspects like Singapore, Monaco, and Abu Dhabi being visual highlights. In terms of pure racing though, I really loved Yeongam which is somewhat surprising given how disliked it seems to be among fans. The elephant in the room here is the fact that it took me eight years and ten months to pop the Platinum, and that was, in hindsight, for not so good a reason; the game has a mildly-difficulty Challenge mode that featured only one sorta hard scenario (starting in a Williams halfway down the grid in Sao Paolo, overtake race leader Sebastien Buemi of all people in just seven laps), yielding a not-too-tough Gold Trophy. The Time Trials, my least favourite game concept ever, proved a lot harder with 19 records needing to be broken, including about half a dozen unfairly timed ones. I wasted a good few hours on Suzuka, and probably wouldn't have beaten Silverstone were it not for the out-of-bounds glitch allowing you to skip a few chicanes. But once I got past the harder goals, it was a breeze to the end with me leaving the moderately easy Yeongam target time for last. Woke up in the middle of the night as I am prone to do, flew across the circuit, and popped TIMED TO PERFECTION plus the Platinum. And yes, the Trophy titles and descriptions are in all caps for some reason. Quirky but I like it, with the same going for the tiles as you can see above - they aren't even perfectly round! I honestly prefer them to the drab designs featured in the console games at the time. These bad boys are tied into the game's internal Medal system which has its own tab on the Main Screen, allowing you to check your progress and accolades - quite a few of the Trophies even unlock in-game helmets, which is a nice way of rewarding players which you sadly don't see often. Popular Post TheDragonfly44
Platinum 144 - Punch Line This game was pretty bizarre and i only have some regrets playing it lol. I don't know if i can recommend it to anyone necessarily as it does have a slow and uncomfortable start but the story is quite complex and surprisingly a little wholesome (74/100) Platinum 145 - Medievil I really like the comedy/horror/cartoon style of the game and i really wish more games had the Scooby Doo vibe lol. Overall once i got the hang of things despite some jank it was a mostly fun and enjoyable experience even if not anything spectacular. (77/100) Platinum 146 - Guardians of The Galaxy As probably one of the only few people left on this planet that thinks Telltale Games are actually pretty good, this is definitely the worst I've played. (Haven't played Borderlands, Game of Thrones or Minecraft Season 2) That being said, it was still quite funny and all the characters carry the good-ish story quite well. It also gets bonus points for having two of my favorite songs in it (82/100) So that's all for now, nothing all that challenging but still good experiences. As I mostly work on my backlog of started but unfinished games (the amount of games i haven't even started it absurd) and get closer to another milestone, im starting to wonder if i really can make Persona 5 Strikers my 150th or if i'll have to make something else it.
Popular Post KooTippa
Platinum #22 - Ghost of Tsushima Enjoyment: 9 / 10 Difficulty: 3 / 10 Last unlocked trophy: Helping Sword Hand Complete all Tales of Tsushima This game is a masterpiece. Definitely the best game Sucker Punch has made so far. It looks great, it sounds great, the gameplay is smooth and it feels good. I enjoyed the story and it made me wanting to see more the further I got in it. The game wasn't hard to learn, at first when I started I was getting my butt kicked in combat but in the end it is easy to master. Getting the platinum was fairly simple, you'll easily get it if you are willing to spend some hours in the game (which wasn't a problem at all to me because I enjoyed all of it a lot, I have little bit over 200 hours in my save right now). I highly recommend this one to people who haven't played it yet!

Popular Post Darling Baphomet
Platinum #95: A Way Out Fun little co-op game that is essentially a split screen (yes, even if you play online) B movie. The writing is cheesy as fuck, honestly; both of the characters are the typical emotionally repressed tough guys you'd see in 90s action movies, and that pretty much defines the course of the game - the plot twists are cheesy and the action scenes over the top, but it's one of the best two player experiences out there. It's not hard at all, but it's absolutely a game you want to play with a second person. Worth paying 1$ for the month of EA Play. Looking forward to the next game from them, It Takes Two, which should be similarly fun.

Popular Post Omelette Paradise
#458 - Concrete Genie So I really enjoyed this. Painting with the DualShock 4's motion controls felt a little off to begin with but I soon got used to them. Some of the collectible pages were a bit annoying as they can fly away from you at times leaving you having to chase after them but they rarely travel.far. The story was charming and the genies were pretty cute to be honest. I really liked how the game encourages the player to express themselves with the wide array of designs they're able to paint. This was one of the better PS+ games I've played and I'd be well up for a sequel on PS5. It's just a shame about the VR only DLC trophies. I don't own a VR headset but if I ever get the chance to borrow one I'd definitely redownload the game to finish off the 100%. Popular Post Darling Baphomet
Platinum #96 - The Outer Wilds Definitely one of the best games I've played in a while, wow. First one in ages that's made me cry like a baby, too. When I first heard of this game I thought of it as an Outer Worlds knock off; then once I'd seen the cover art, as an artsy 2D indie game - well, I wasn't wrong with the artsy part, that's for sure. One of the few games that's not only extremely innovative and well made gameplay wise, but also genuinely has something to say about life. If you play this, don't look at a trophy guide for at least the first ~8-10 hours - nothing's missable, anyway.
