Popular Post Biscoito18
#101 - Resident Evil Zero Wanna Go for a Ride? Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 5.5/10 It took me a long time to finish this one. The dated coop system and the lack of item box made me give it up after finishing the train part. More than a year later, I decided to give it a second chance and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the rest of the game. That said, this platinum is only worth it for fans of the series. You have to study the game thoroughly so you don't waste time with extra playthoughs and even then I still had to make 6. Overall, RE0 is one of the toughest games in the main series and I'm proud of myself for not giving up. Hardest Trophy: From Zero to Hero Unlike other Resident Evil games, here you have to finish the game on hard without any extra weapons, infinite ammo or other perks given after finishing the game on easier difficulties. And it's quite a challenge. If you haven't saved enough ammo for the final two bosses, you'll have to do as I did and restart from a much earlier save. The only time this had happened to me before was the first time I played Code Veronica on PS2.
Popular Post Rias Gremory
Platinum #501-#502 Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry Common: 52.20% Difficulty: 2/10. Enjoyment: 10/10. Challenge: 8/10. Music: 8/10. Genre: Point and Click, Adventure, Comedy, Drama, Erotic and Romance. Grind Difficulty: 7/10. Platinum Grand Total Time: 2 days and 7 hours. After the success of Mein Leben, I turn back into this nice erotic game. This was a very interesting game. I admit tits and asses like this was surprisingly fun. I have to say though, it went very impressive and shown alot of "interesting" things I come across. Now I can fully focus and get back on track on more easy plats and prep for my next 550th milestone. Highly recommended for this game. Next Platinum: ??? Popular Post SoliDeoGloriaIHS
Platinum numero 60: Champion of Champions Platinum Trophy Paladins Fun factor: 8 Platinum difficulty: 2 out of 10 Replay value (after the platinum): 7 This platinum has taken me a few years mostly due to my taking a 2 1/2 year hiatus from gaming. I'm a little puzzled by its ultra rare status considering I found it to be a fairly easy platinum. Most all of the trophies came naturally through normal play. The only two trophies that I boosted were the Last One Standing trophy and the Bounty Hunter trophy. Probably the only other trophy that required some concentration and was a little tricky was the Sniper trophy and even that wasn't terrible. I gave this game a fun factor rating of 8 out of 10. I really enjoy this game. In the past, when I needed a break from trophy hunting this was one of my go-to games for just some simple, mindless online competitive play for fun and it will remain that way now that I have earned the platinum. Besides the trophies, the game has several in-game challenges that encourage continued play and that I am looking forward to pursuing. To avoid burnout with the trophy hunting, I have always had the habit of taking anywhere's from a day to as much as a week off from trophy hunting after platinuming a game depending on how long and arduous it was to platinum a given game. In that time, I still wanted to play so I would play something like Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 mp or zombies mode, Pinball FX3 on my alternate non-trophy hunting/junk account or this. This will remain on my PS4 and my play rotation for some years to come. If you have never played Paladins, I highly recommend it. It is a fun game and a fairly easy platinum with high replay value. Popular Post InsomniWrench
#50 - Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Master of the Multiverse Was holding off on getting the plat for other games so this would be my 50th. Easy platinum but very fun and a great game. Been a fan of the franchise since PS2, it was great to finally have another full length game that went back to the main story they started on the PS3. #51 - Control PS5 Director of the FBC Got the PS4 version of this first and I was really surprised by how much I loved it. Wanted more by the time I'd finished. Couldn't transfer the save file to the PS5 version so I had to play through it again, but they added an assist mode that made it much faster. #52 - Operation: Tango Operation: Tango - Mission Complete! Got this with PS Plus thinking I'd never play it, but a friend finally got PS Plus as well and wanted to play. It was a very fun little game, not something I'd ever usually go for since it requires 2 players and voice chat but figuring out the puzzles and what to do was fun. There 2 different roles to play as, Agent and Hacker, each one experiences the game very differently, you need to complete the game in both roles for the plat. The second playthrough is even more fun when you switch roles, seeing what the other player was seeing during our first playthrough.
Popular Post Undead Wolf
#361 - Yakuza: Like A Dragon The New Dragon Obtained all trophies. As I'm sure most fans of the series were, I was initially sceptical after hearing this entry in the series would be making the switch to turn-based combat. I kept an open mind about it though since I love JRPG's, and having experienced everything the game has to offer now, I find myself really impressed it. This isn't just a good JRPG, but one of the best JRPG's I've played on PS4. Like for real, I found the combat really engaging, and its turn-based nature only served to accentuate the quirkiness/humour of this series. Some really funny special moves and Pound Mate (basically summons) cutscenes you can activate during battle that just wouldn't be possible with the real-time action combat of the previous games. Having to think more about the actions I was taking in battle was nice too. Some other things that really impressed me were the story and characters. Ichiban had some big shoes to fill now that Kiryu's story is done, and I'm pleased to say he's an excellent new main character. I connected with him pretty much immediately, so much so that I was getting emotional during a scene in the opening few hours that involved him. Also, that ending... No spoilers, but it kinda messed me up lol. ? It's not just Ichiban who you connect with though as there's a whole party you play as now. Some really great scenes with them too. One thing I was a bit let down with was the platinum hunt itself. In general, I prefer the games in the series that task you with getting 100% in-game completion as it usually involves doing a wide variety of tasks that keep things interesting. There is no 100% trophy in this game. In fact, if you just focus on getting the platinum, it feels like you're only just scratching the surface of the side content. Despite that though, it's still a lengthy platinum for one reason... the True Final Millennium Tower. This was originally DLC in the Japanese version of the game, but now it's incorporated into the base game trophy list. This dungeon is quite the challenge, and it's pretty much a requirement to reach max character level and also max at least a couple of everyone's job levels. I don't mind grinding in games too much, but in this particular instance, it didn't feel like the game was really designed for 99 job level cap introduced in the DLC (it was 30 in the base game). It takes *forever* to grind out levels and it's pretty tedious too since you're just going back and forth in the same area over and over again. So yeah, i would have much preferred getting good at a variety of minigames like other Yakuza titles than spending tens of hours grinding EXP, but oh well. Hopefully they balance things a bit better in Yakuza 8. But anyway, I loved this game overall and I'm really excited to see how things improve in later entries since they're committed to this style now. That's the whole series completed now (including spin-offs), at least until Lost Judgment comes out. Can't wait for that! ?
Popular Post The Arizona Ranger
Platinum #8: Fallout 4 (PS4) [achieved on my PS5 playing the digital Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition I purchased from the PS Store years ago] First Trophy: Future Retro (Bronze) - November 10th, 2015 (10:26 PM) Last Trophy (which popped the Platinum): Benevolent Leader (Bronze) - June 13th, 2021 (1:34 AM) Gap (First to Last Trophy): 5 years, 7 months, 4 days, 6 hours, 55 minutes Game Review Base Game: 7.5/10 Fallout 4 is still fun to play, even after six different playthroughs over the past 5 years on the PS4 version of the game. Counting the eight other playthroughs that I have done on the PC version of the game [with various mods installed], that is a whole lot of Fallout 4 [around 1,000 hours] under my belt. Game of the Year Edition (with all DLC): 8.75/10 I absolutely loved Far Harbor, Nuka World was mostly enjoyable, the rest of the DLC content for Fallout 4 (the two settlement workshop ones, the Vault 88 one, and Automatron) was decent, but nothing special. Platinum Difficulty: 3.5/10 Outside of the somewhat frustrating and buggy Benevolent Leader trophy, pretty much all of the trophies for the base game are easy to get, if you stay committed and don't mind playing through the game multiple times (in order to get all of the trophies for the four different in-game factions) Was It Fun?: Yes (outside of a few annoying issues/bugs that popped up, nothing game-breaking but Bethesda is known for the bugs in their games, no matter what Todd "It Just Works" Howard says) Would You Recommend It to Others?: For the most part, yes (more details below). If you are a fan of Bethesda's past Fallout entries (Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas) or what Bethesda does in their games, then you will enjoy this game and I highly recommend that you look into it. You can look forward to a game that has multiple routes to the end of the game (the Minutemen and the ever-annoying Preston Garvey, the Institute, the Railroad, and the Brotherhood of Steel), and is playable after you finish the main story (unlike Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, which the game ends once you complete the final part of the story). In the case of Fallout 3, the Broken Steel DLC fixed this, allowing players to continue exploring the Capital Wasteland even after finishing the main story. Fallout 4 will chew up many hours of gameplay as you explore the vast expanses of the Commonwealth and have merry misadventures with your in-game companions you can recruit to travel with you. This game should easily give you 60 to 90+ hours of content to enjoy, especially if you playthrough the entire main game (all four faction endings, invest time into the majority of the side quests/companion/settlement stuff) and do all of the DLC that Bethesda released for it. For those who are not fans of what previous Bethesda games (Fallout, The Elder Scrolls) are like, don't care much for action/shooter RPG games, or don't want to sink a ton of hours (more than 30 hours) into a game in order to get all of the trophies for it or 100% it (with all of the DLC trophies to consider), then I can not recommend this game for you. Will You 100% The Game?: Eventually (just need to mop up missed trophies from the various DLC expansions for the game). Just going to take a break from the game for at least a week or two (currently focusing on Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart on my PS5). This next weekend will the the earliest I consider diving back in Fallout 4 to get every DLC trophy I missed out on (starting with Far Harbor). Next Game to Platinum: The Order: 1886 (PS4) Just need to mop up the five trophies I failed to get during my last playthrough of the game (finding all of the inspect-able items, collect all of the phonographs cylinders) in order to make The Order: 1886 my 9th game to achieve the platinum trophy in. Still debating on what my 10th platinum should be (see the list below): Marvel's Spider-Man (PS5 Remaster) - 88%, currently need two trophies to pop the platinum on this game. Saints Row: The Third Remastered (PS4) - 95%, currently need two trophies to pop the platinum on this game. Azur Lane: Crosswave (PS4) - 48%, currently need seven trophies to pop the platinum on this game. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart (PS5) - 76%, currently need six trophies to pop the platinum on this game. (Extremely Doubtful) Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star (PS4) - 82%, currently need eight trophies to pop the platinum on this game. Doubtful that I will bother with this one since I don't really want to replay all of the levels in the game on the hardest difficultly. Popular Post Phlegeth
#47 N7 Elite ME2: Acquire all trophies I love Mass Effect 2. Even doing everything right, the Suicide Mission is still really intense. I never did the Shadow Broker DLC my first time so that was fun. I really liked the car chase scene. I did do the Overlord DLC and remember it being pretty messed up so I saved it for last. And yup, even more messed up than I remembered.
Popular Post Sylvanticore
# 37: All trophies obtained Obtained all Horizon Zero Dawn trophies. I am so glad that this game is done, I think the game was fine but there were times during this that I really just wanted it to end but that could also be down to the fact that I wanted to get every collectable as soon as I could and explore as much of the map as possible which made it annoying when I would finally get a main/side quest that took me into that area anyway. I feel like I would have had a more enjoyable time if I had done the quests first and then got the collectables along the way but it's a lession I've had to learn now. I've still got to do the entire Frozen Wilds DLC and NG+ Ultra Hard before I am 100% done with this game but for now I think this game can still on the backburner for a little while, Aloy needs a rest and so do I from robotic animal, up next... erm...Maneater PS5 or finally finishing FF7 Remake.
Popular Post No longer here
#125 - Resident Evil Village Fun: 9/10 Difficulty: 6/10 PSNP Rarity: 18.34% PSN Rarity: 2.0% AND THERE IT IS NUMBER 125 FOR THE MILESTONE!! I had to choose this game as I am a fan of the Resident Evil series and have platinum some of the recent titles as well. The game's more of an action approach but I really enjoyed it. I thought it was well paced for the most part and the gun customizable options made it better for combat. The trophies were rather fun and not too hard, except for the mercenaries. I am genuinely surprised how 2 percent of players were able to achieve this, thought it would be a rarer platinum. Anyways, this game is great and I recommend it to anyone!!

Popular Post madbuk
#421 - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered I have been wanting to try this out since PS+ gave me it. Have never played a CoD before and it seemed like a good starting point, I just always had other games distracting me from it and thus never got around to actually playing it. A recent Discord event changed that however and got me to finally play it. It's... ok. The shooting feels good, but there are so many questionably designed sections that feel like they come down entirely to RNG being in your favour, like the ending of One Shot, One Kill, the ending of Heat, Mile High Club, the final countdown chapter... Those weren't fun sections at all, and I hope the sequel (which I do plan on playing at some point) has less of that. The story wasn't quite as gripping as I had expected. CoD games don't seem to be known for their story anyway, but considering MW2 was remastered without its MP at all I figured maybe the MW games were an exception... not really. I couldn't tell you the names of any of my AI squadmates apart from Cpt. Price, and ask me again in a few weeks and I'll have probably forgotten what even happened. It's not a memorable experience at all. Overall I enjoyed this, but it's definitely not one of my favourites.
Popular Post Major_Kiba
#201: Concrete Genie A nice easy platinum finished it in about half a day. It was an ok game nothing special but not bad either. The painting and overall aesthetic was interesting. The only real negative thing I can say about the game is the combat sections that get added in during the last 4th of the game just felt out of place. Luckily it is only about an hour or so worth of content.
Popular Post snakebit10
#348 This is the second time playing this. I did the PS3 version years ago. Overall I still enjoy this but the camera and jumping is not good. I died more from missing jumps or not double jumping in time than I did from enemies. For the most part I remembered everything in the game. Other than that I don't have much to say, most already know. I hope that maybe one day I can actually complete Jak II. I started that on PS3 but never finished it as I felt it is a huge step back from the first game. I already have the next 2 games planned. Platinum #88 Street Fighter 4 Difficulty 10/10 Hardest and proudest plat i ve ever done. Even harder than SMB and wolfenstein for me. It took me 249 hours and 2+ months of just playing this game to get it without using exploits and using only DS3. Havent had any prior experience in SF series. Trials are the reason why this game is easily 10/10. After having platinumed Wofl2, Vanquish and SF IV it is time to play some a lot easier games ??. Wow! Having this kind of persistance is amazing. Popular Post Jake-TheGreat97
#100 Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart Nine years after earning my first platinum, I've finally reached the 100 platinum milestone. As for the game itself, it's easily my favorite Ratchet game since A Crack in Time. The tech behind the game is also kind of incredible. It's one thing to watch a gameplay video on the internet, but it's entirely different playing it for yourself. I never stopped being amazed by how fast the game could load and stream in data. Like I said before, it's pretty incredible. The visuals are also amazing. I know it's cliché to say that every new Ratchet game looks like a Pixar move, after all people have been saying that ever since Tools of Destruction. But that being said, this game really does look like an animated movie most of the time. When it comes to the trophy list, I was surprised by how easy it was for a Ratchet game, and that's saying something. While I was playing, I was making sure to max out all my weapons. Not only because I wanted the most powerful weapons, but also because pretty much every other Ratchet game required you to do so if you wanted to get the platinum. Upon finishing the game I found out that there is only one weapon you need to max to earn the platinum, the rest are optional. You also don't even need to collect all the collectibles like in the pervious game. That being said I still think this is a great game and easily one of if not the best game currently on PS5.
