Popular Post dmland12
#8 -- The Last of Us RemasteredIt can't be for nothing (6.13%) Great game. Everyone knows it. The single player was a real joy -- great characters, story, & gameplay. I wasn't sure if I would like the multiplayer as I've never really played much FPS/TPS multiplayer, but it turned out to be really fun and the trophies were easy to get, though it took a lot of matches. I still need to cleanup a few DLC trophies for the 100%, but I'll save that for later.
Popular Post Gregorymany
#106 Ratchet & Clank HD Gadget Master My first time playing this classic from PS2, and despite of being old it really impressed me. Most of the elements that made the game a very good adventure game was there in the first title. It is a very good platformer, focused on action and shooting gameplay too. The game have lots of sessions with different gameplay, like hoverboard races, spaceship fights and giant clanck sessions. Cools gadgets to access locked areas, very fun and unique weapons, items to improve your character, collectibles like hidden gold bolts, and skills points to unlock new costumes. The story is consistent and with a good humour. There is so much to do in the game, and it never gets boring, because it´s fun. And after clear the game, you can star a NG+ with an increased difficulty, and you can purchase gold verssions of the weapons.
Popular Post PieceofBrett
Platinum #37 - Bloodborne This is the first 'souls' game that I really played through and I enjoyed it a lot, although the chalice dungeons along with the occasional boss or two made me want to throw my controller. The setting, music (especially The First Hunter OST), and lore are pretty amazing and even though we are almost halfway through 2015 this is my GOTY.
Popular Post BumperSticker
Plat #92 - GTA V Enjoyment - 10 / 10 Difficulty - 4 / 10 After spending over a year in my backlog, I finally got around to mop up every missing trophy on the list. The campaign was amazing! I've grown attached to all 3 characters by the end of the story thanks to their unique personalities. Never have I felt bored roaming around Los Santos, blowing stuff up, stealing jets or customizing cars. The multiplayer, while fun, was WAY too repetitive. If I didn't have friends to play with, I would have never had the patience to get to level 100. Heists are amazing, but with only a few of them, they get boring fast. Rockstar already announced a major patch being worked on, so I hope I'll have something to come back to soon. Also, it felt like I spent 30% of my time just staring at clouds, waiting for the game to load. Bottom line is - campaign is awesome, multiplayer is fun IF you have friends to play with. Popular Post Kittens Are Awesome
#57 DEAD NATION Romero Would Be Proud I love the plat name. This game was so much damned fun. I did nearly 80% of all trophy hunting with my honey in co-op. That just made playing this already awesome game that much more fun. I loved the zombie variety along with the level design made the art style feel really fresh in a saturated genre. I have to admit, the whole zombie thing is really old for me. From tv to movies to video games, the whole zombie phenomenon has worn thin. However, Dead Nation seemed to bring something new to the whole zombie thing that really kept my attention. I highly recommend this game especially if you have a couch co-op partner.

Popular Post captainskyhawk
Plat Number 50 The last Of Us Remastered I bought this game specifically to be my 50th platinum, really loved the PS3 version and wanted to do it again. This version has a better multiplayer trophy list and is easily managed without boosting. and yes I did do 2 full grounded walkthroughs. This game is too good for cheap shortcuts.

However decided to go back and smash the platinum in a couple of days. Still a great game, and will probably pick up the sequel sometime soon. Popular Post Kishnabe
#44: Hyperdimension Neptunia U: Action Unleashed (VITA) Way more fun than Senran Kagura, probably because I like the characters far more. Story was decent, battle system similar to Senran, Surprised by the crispness of the graphics, and how fluid it was. 50th level tower was hard if you did not use any cheats.....and it was probably the only decent challenge in the game. Easy platinum bar the lily lord grind. 23 Episodes of Arrow till I finished off the trophy. Aiming for Hyperdevotion....but that will be even more of a grind
Popular Post Galactic Hyper Balls
This is one of the last trophies I earned and gave up after 50 hours, this game was so much more confusing then demon souls without a nexus to make traveling easier After making it to Anor Londo it all came clear, WARP Covenant: Chaos ServantDiscover Chaos Servant covenant. 20th Dec 20129:29:41 PM 3 years later I stepped back up and spent an extra 90 plus hours, also I'm not a from software veteran and I don't use dup glitches After I got the bloodborne plat my confidence was boosted so I took the challenge and stuck through it till the end I'm confused that in the demon souls trophy guide he encourages you to use the dup glitch to get the platinum. Popular Post UK-Danny-93
#32 Lego The Lord Of The Rings One Ring to build them all. Collect every trophy. 26.52% UNCOMMON My first experience with a Lego game and I really quite enjoyed it. I picked the LOTR because I'm a big fan of both the books and the movies. The game is based more so on the movies and even uses the music and voice work in the game which I really appreciated. It was interesting to see the ways they recreated all of the iconic scenes of the films in the Lego world and I think they did a good job in that regard. The gameplay mechanics are very simple. Whack things with [], jump with x and then match the character with the right ability to whatever obstacle is in your way. These abilities are nicely tied to the characters; Frodo for instance can light up dark places, Legolas has a bow and acrobatic skill, Gandalf can levitate objects etc The road to the platinum is fairly simple. First just play through the 18 story missions in story mode. Then you'll need to playthrough a second time in free mode to collect all the collectibles that were unreachable before (in free mode you can switch on character on the fly and use any of the treasures). You'll want to prioritize the missions with the designs for the items that reward you with the studs x? red bricks to avoid grinding for studs later on. Then when all that is done there's the open world of middle earth to run around in completing small challenges for mithril bricks and handing in all the fetch quests. When I realized I'd be spending a lot more time working on the collectibles than I did playing through the story I was kind of dreading it. But I actually found the simple game play relaxing and it wasn't at all the slog I was expecting. I don't think I fall into the target audience for Lego games in general, it was the the LOTR that was the main draw for me. If I pick up other Lego games I'd be very selective with the IP it's based on. I'd give the game a 6/10 for enjoyment, a 2/10 for difficulty and a 7/10 for time commitment needed Edited June 3, 2015 by UK-Danny-93
Popular Post ButteredPretzel
#8 - Lone Survivor (PS3) True Survivor Collect all Lone Survivor: Director's Cut trophies. Enjoyment: 6.5/10 Difficulty: 3.5/10 A creepy indie survival horror 8-bit game with a unique storyline. Fairly short to complete however has multiple endings. With the use of a guide this platinum was fairly easy. I found this pretty fun at first but as I kept playing it started to become slightly annoying and I just wanted to get the plat over with.
Popular Post Sawyer-Ford34
#27 - Ether One (PS4) Enjoyment: 4/10 Difficulty: 8/10 Ether One is a very challenging and intriguing puzzle game. I am not a smart guy, and trying to solve some of the puzzles was quite difficult for me. To be honest, without a trophy guide I think I'd have never been able to get the Plat. Ether One has a great ambiance and you never really know what is going to happen next in the story. Basing up on the fact that the developers had very few means to work on this game, I can say that Ether One is pretty efficient. However, I feel like I've picked the wrong game this time. Puzzle games are not my thing and it kind of ruined my experience. The only game of this type that I like is the Sherlock Holmes series...
Popular Post Senbon Kaguya
#109 - Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist Decorated Agent Collect every Trophy Finally got this one done! I suffered a save corruption but I managed to restart and get everything done when I gave myself the will to. Played through the entire campaign on Perfectionist and got the No Kill Option Engaged trophy along with it. I loved everything about this game, the music, the levels, the action.. I know there's people who thought this was a disappointing Splinter Cell game but I personally found it amazing. Definitely glad to have started it back up and got the platinum!
Popular Post Razza
# 101 And Also Trophy Number 5000 Wolfenstein The Old Blood The Old Blood Master - Collect All Trophies As I really enjoyed Wolfenstein The New Order it was an easy decision to pick this game up once it came out. Wolfenstein The Old Blood is the prequel to The New Order and shows the adventure of B.J. as he ventures out to obtain a document which contains the whereabouts of Deathshead compound. The game play is identical to that of The New Order but introduces new guns such as a new shotgun, the schockhammer which absolutely wrecks waves of enemies in mere seconds A new feature that they also have added to this game is Challenge maps which have you replay parts of certain parts of levels trying to get the highest score possible by chaining kills together and getting head shots... These are actually quite a bit tougher than you would expect as the score requirements for gold are quite high Overall I loved this game as it is at great price for a DLC game and provides a lot more content than most DLC games would
