Popular Post GilgaMax305
Plat #47 Borderlands 2 Borderland Defender Round Two I have to say but I personally think Borderlands 2 is one of the most unique FPS I've ever played This game was just awesome in so many ways! What made me got more into the weapon system was that it was all randomized... O_O So I knew there were a ridiculous amount of powerful guns to be discovered, and it was completely endless! The story was surprisingly entertaining and Handsome Jack was a badass villain Although the only bad I will say is that playing solo can get REALLY boring Overall I loved Borderlands 2! Oh and I almost forgot...SHOOT ME IN THE FACE! FACE FACE FACE! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!? Plat #48 Guacamelee! Guacamelee! Platinum Trophy Indie games have been making quite the name for themselves lately, so I was surprise how good this game was! The game was very colorful and nice to look at too, so I had no issues with the design of the game Combat was really good and fun to master Platforming was smart as well although some of them were frustrating at times Story was cheesy and basic but didn't have a problem with it though Managed to plat this in 7 Hours and 4 minutes
Popular Post Ala-Arska
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale All-Star Legend - You've Only Done Everything You have successfully earned all other trophies in the game. Congratulations! A very mediocre game, despite having several badasses in it. Completing the Arcade Mode was like watching paint dry: it gets very boring very fast. Not much to say about the online side, my experience with it was limited to watching the sentences "connection lost..." and "searching..." over and over and over again. But Sackboy CAN kick Kratos' ass, and that's something you don't see every day
Popular Post ClaireFarronXVII
Tales Of Xillia Lord Of Xillia Oh wow where do I even begin? I've been playing this game for a week straight, because it's such a great game .The story is pretty much your everyday RPG story "Save the world with your merry band of followers" but it's still well done, because there were a few unpredictable moments. The characters are what really make the game interesting, you've got the goody-two shoe main character, the god-complex female love interest, the hyperactive childhood friend, the badass mercenary, awesome war veteran grandpa and little a girl who plays with dolls. It's really hard to hate them Overall it was rather enjoyable and probably one of my favorite RPGs on the PS3 Now I'm even more excited for the Western release of Tales of Xillia 2 and Tales of Symphonia Chronicles. Favorite Line: "Teach me about BAZONGAS!!!!" Difficulty: 3/10 Edited February 22, 2014 by Claire Kamitsure
Popular Post SitusKiss
# 136 & 100% Batman: Arkham City Earned by 16,667 of 280,412 PS3 game owners This game was an improvement over the first one in many ways... I didn't think they could have accomplished such a feat - Arkham Asylum was a phenomenal game. Rocksteady took the series to a whole new level and made this one of my favorite PS3 titles to date. I loved the feel of the game and the free-roam capabilities (sandbox games are definitely my forte). The story was great and all the cinematics did a great job of adding to the experience. The campaign difficulty was fairly minor and didn't pose much of a challenge. The random enemies throughout Arkham City were more difficult than some of the fights required to progress the story. I thought some of the Catwoman sections were more difficult than the Batman ones. The Riddler challenges were pretty tricky (and very numerous) in this game. Especially the trophies associated with the Combat, Predator, and Campaign challenges you had to earn medals in. Combat Challenges:I thought the combat was easier this time around once I got used to the new control layout and how to utilize the gadgets. Ultimate Stun and Ground Pound FTW! They added the benefit of "Critical Strikes" for perfect timing during your freeflow combos... this did 2 things: 1) caused more damage to the enemies and 2) added 2 to your combo multiplier In addition to that, you can abuse the evade maneuver (as long as you evade over an enemy) whereby the combo meter does not drop if you keep evading over enemies (even consecutively). Predator Challenges:These puppies were stepped up in difficulty from Arkham Asylum IMO. I didn't really love them in the 1st game and they absolutely infuriated me, at times, in this game. Your timing and reaction has to be pretty darn fantastic for some of them. Campaign Challenges:As if going through all the maps (and their Extreme equivalents) wasn't bad enough, Rocksteady decided to add insult to injury by making you do all the challenges AGAIN! This time, you get 3 challenges (a mixture of combat and predator maps) lumped into a single "campaign". The insult is... you also have to choose "modifiers" (mostly handicaps) to make things all the more challenging. Ugh. The trophies for this game were mostly straight forward with the collectibles taking quite a bit of time. The Riddler challenges, and their respective trophies, took the longest and provided the most difficulty. DLCI purchased the GotY edition and had the pleasure of completing all the DLC for this game as well. Harley's Revenge was fun with some collectibles and a few missions that take place after the main story-line. Catwoman's missions were integrated into the main story (as far as I could tell) and added around 40 collectibles to the free-roam portion of the game. Of course, you also had to re-complete all the Combat, Predator, and Campaign challenges (as Catwoman) too. The Nightwing and Robin DLCs simply consisted of playing through all the Combat, Predator, and Campaign challenges with their respective characters. I haven't worked that hard for bronze trophies in quite a while, haha. I did enjoy the mixture of the gadgets and the unique fighting style of each of the characters through. I'm really glad that I took the time to fully enjoy everything and the 100% completion feels pretty good now that it's over. I would highly recommend the game. If you don't care about the completion % of your profile, you could easily skip the DLC and just enjoy the greatness of the main game. Platinum Difficulty: 6/10Overall Enjoyment: 9/10100% Difficutly: 8/10 (mostly just takes dedication and time) Video of Platinum: Link to video on YouTube

To my surprise I quite liked the singleplayer and it felt good revisiting the world of wolfenstein. To be honest the trailers looked bad so wasnt expecting anything, but i´m glad i played it. Popular Post CyberSkins
I got the platinum trophy for Batman: Arkham Asylum. Those combat challenges are the biggest pain in the butt I have faced in a game. But when I finally beat shock and awe extreme and a seen that trophy pop it was just awesome. Popular Post Dead Weight
79. Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Despair's Last RewardEarned every other trophy in the game Easy Platinum, won't stay ultra rare for very long; probably will linger around the 10-20% range. Not hard in terms of difficulty but there is a repetitive grind after completing the story, Speaking about the story, it's really good but man.... It's really dark, and to compare it to Virtue's Last Reward on Vita; its story is much much MUCH DARKER.

Popular Post Wavergray
#43 KINGDOM HEARTS Re:Chain of Memories This was one of the most time consuming platinums ever! After 2 playthroughs of each story my Enjoyment of the game was gone. Getting all of Sora's cards and getting Riku to level 99 can easily take 10-15 hours apiece, but beside those two things this game is imo the easiest Kingdom Hearts game. Most of Sora's Sleights are broken, Riku barely has to level up at all, and all enemies including bosses die to Sleight spam. The only reason this platinum is Ultra Rare is because it takes 6 playthroughs to get it. I hope they let difficulty stack in 2.5, I don't want to have to play BBS 9 times. Popular Post Kittens Are Awesome
#40 Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee Platamire Munch Ahhh...it's been ages since I've earned a platinum trophy that wasn't just named "platinum." And a good one too. Oh yes, I'm definitely a weirdo. Apparently, not many people like this game; however, I sure as hell do and so does a buddy of mine. Unfortunately for him, he suffered the dreaded don't-regrow-spooce glitch. I just happened to earn the platinum on the day the Oddworld team released a patch to fix that and a slew of other issues. Thankfully, I didn't suffer any trophy glitches. I loved this game a lot. I suppose not many will though. I love the art direction and style. I love the whole Oddowrld universe. It's just original to me. I guess because I take into consideration the time it was originally released and that it was an Xbox exclusive, and now XBL/MS won't carry it, just puts the icing on the cake for me. I'm guessing it's like veggiemite/marmite. You either love it or hate it...it seems to be an acquired taste. I say give it a try, especially if you have PS+ since it's free at the moment. Try it on an alternate account.

Popular Post Chambers35
#62 Dark Souls So after over 2 years since I last earned a trophy for Dark Souls I decided to go back to it; mainly because I watched some gameplay for Dark Souls 2 Once again I fell in love with the game, just like I did with Demon's Souls after I left that for some time, and finally acquired the plat! So happy Big thanks to @Goekie for helping me get some of the weapons Much appreciated.

Popular Post ImperatorA3
WipEout 2048 Took a while, due to the online campaign that didn't seem to end. Not a big fan of the trophy image, because it looks like a silver trophy. Popular Post Terra Leonhart
#62 Tomb Raider True Survivor This is the best reboot game for me. The story, gameplay just everything about it i loved. I like that this time Lara is more relatable and show more emotions than the previous one. I'm very happy that Crystal Dynamics are making a sequel to this game if next is anything like this game, BRING IT! Ironically, it has one of the most boring multiplayer ever. it was such a drag playing i managed to get to level 36 after that i needed to boost (thanks to Lord-Vertigo). I just hope next they don't have MP or if they do decide to add it make more entertaining and fun than this one.

The trophies were very satisfying to collect and it was extremely pleasing to have this plat 'pop' especially as I had been stuck on the last trophy for a couple of hours haha.
