Popular Post insaneeeRob
Don’t Ruin The Moment Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Finally! This platinum was on hold for like 3 years lol I only had 2 trophies left (crushing and dont shoot until chapter 5) but I didn’t wanted to do all that stuff (3 years ago I was really bad at crushing mode lol). Since I have the catalog of Ps Plus Extra I had to earn the platinum once for all. It wasn’t that bad and really fun when you don’t have to look out for collectibles. Chapter 4 is still a nightmare, long and boring???.

Popular Post shadaik
#90 Stray All Done The currently mandatory one. I love all games where I play something that is not a humanoid, so this was right up my alley. Except for that alley full of zurks, also known as urghs, don't go there! One chapter short of its story it feels like, but excellent. Not going to waste too much breath on a game roughly everybody who has Extra has finished or is finishing right now. Mew: 8/10 Meowrr: 6/10 Purrrrrr: 4/10 (thanks to those damn Zurks) Edited July 17, 2023 by shadaik formatting
Popular Post Teva_Forlan
Hollow Knight What a journey... At first, I wasn’t interested into Hollow Knight because I just didn’t like the bestiary around the universe of insects. But so many people around me have been amazed by this game claimed as a "classic" so as an indie game and metroidvania enjoyer I’ve just pushed myself a bit to get into this. First of all, Hollow knight has definitely one of the most beautiful artistic direction. It’s rich, various, inspired, alive and accompanied by a magnificent ost for each location (The 2nd part of Sealed Vessel theme was my favorite by far). This is the perfect mix to encourage exploration and find upgrades, new locations, meeting npc’s to know more about the origins of the story… Gameplay is on point, movements and hits are fluid, fast and powerful according to the charms used giving you plenty of options for getting through the game making enjoyable. By launching the game I was in a chill mood, moving on peacefully from a point to another one until the endgame. But, I found The pantheon of Hallownest; the pure definition of…Pain. So obviously I spent most of my time, too much of my time on Absolute Radiance. I’ve seen that we could unlock lifeblood spots during the rest phases with bindings on pantheons but I didn’t need it since I could reach Absolute Radiance pretty easily. Among all the bosses, Nightmare King Grimm and Pure Vessel are really my favorites; especially Pure Vessel for his hand-to-hand combos that reminded me a bit to Vergil from DMC. While Absolute Radiance is only about projectiles and platforming... I also enjoyed Sly and Hornet but I found them really weak, maybe they needed more combos… But don’t worry Hornet will be way stronger when I’ll take her on Silksong. On the other side there were some things I didn’t like so much as only have a 2% chance to make Menderbug spawn to add him in the hunter’s journal. The fact that when I’m hooked on the wall and using Crystal Heart ability to propulse myself, I couldn’t cancel it to readjust my position. Then maybe a bit too much backtracking during my adventure. However, Hollow Knight has succeeded to combine an immersive exploration, enjoyable gameplay, a beautiful ost and a wonderful sad story that makes it as a truly masterpiece. So, thank you Team Cherry. ?

Popular Post Mr_Fluffy_Pants_
179 - DC League of Superpets Wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be honestly. It’s aimed for kids for sure so the difficulty is pretty much non existent, but that can be good sometimes. Type of game that you can turn your brain off and plat in a couple hours if your in that type of mood. 178 - Endling (PS4) Did the ps5 version and enjoyed the game and the trophy list quite a bit. Since it’s so short I decided to do it twice. Wins the award for my favourite game where you play as a fox. (Enjoyed it more then seasons after fall and spirit of the north, the other two fox games I’ve played)

Popular Post DeidaraSasori
#103 - Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi Personal Difficulty: 3/10 Time to plat: 25-30h The most unique DBZ game I played. A lot of people hate this one because of the rock-paper-scissors mechanic which brings the luck factor to the table but for me I just enjoyed it because it was trying to do something different. The story mode is better than earlier DBZ games and to my knowledge this is the first game where you could create a charactor and they even have voice lines, something that even Xenoverse doesnt lol. A solid game but the combat could be better and the online experience is just horrendous, disconnects happen very often making it a pain to grind for those online trophies.
Popular Post Elvick_
Platinum #298 Elden Ring (PS5) Elden RingObtained all trophies That was a ton of fun. I followed a guide by Platinum Chasers which was very helpful, but I wish I hadn't for my first playthrough. It didn't entirely ruin the fun of the game, and I did go off and explore to an extent. I just didn't want to end up doing something that might've locked me out. And I can't stand text guides. It was awesome. Though not perfect. The lock on is utter garbage. I can somewhat understand why they'd not want you to be able to lock on and keep locked on around corners, but it often drops when something is right in front of you (like Giants when you're on a ledge near then). And for some spells that means completely missing since some you can't redirect while casting. I played with magic which seems pretty OP in a lot of ways, especially with that physic that gives unlimited FP for a time and that laser beam thing. I melted quite a few bosses with that. The last phase of the final boss when I finally won (third or fourth try; the first phase was easy enough, though I did take damage it was easy to recover). Anyway, when I finally won it was a Heil Mary Pass where I was out of healing, nearly dead, and the boss was doing it's annoying nonsense. So I just recovered my FP and cast that beam at it and hoped for the best.. and I got it! :'D Similarly one of the later dragons required for a trophy I nearly got first try doing similar, but it had 1HP left (couldn't even see the health bar), and as I was casting it I was yelling "go go go" and my dog started to bark and then I got killed in the chaos of that plus the dragon doing the thing with lighting and swooping from seemingly nowhere. Got him second try with tons of health/fp potion things left. The hardest fight was definitely Melania (sp). I won in the most lucky way imaginable. The first phase she barely did anything and between me and that one summon.. Tiche? kept staggering her, and we got her into a corner for most of it. She got some licks in near the end, but it was fine. THen second phase she didn't do many of her moves before dying. Which was great. I'll take it. The little phantom things she would throw out would get me at least once or twice, seems like each individual one requires a new dodge direction idk. Since one would always get me hit. And the dive bomb combo one shot me. Earlier on many mid game bosses were one shotting me. So it was pretty rough but I guess it's only fair when my magic lets me stay away and do a lot of damage. Unlike some of the DLC bosses in DS2 Scholar it didn't require me to change that strategy at all with magic. In that I had to get close and personal either to use magic, or actually use my melee weapon. In this if feels entirely viable to never touch a physical weapon. I like that you can allocate the tears or whatever to restore health or FP. Makes it more interesting. The graphics are nice to look at the art design is absolutely beautiful. There's a lot of framerate issues, especially mid game areas. And texture popin when teleporting was really awful at times. I even had some stuttering cutscenes in the final moments of the game. So that's kind of disappointing given how long I waited to finally play this game that it hasn't been polished better in performance mode. I'm sure it's not as bad as it once was, I've seen some mumblings that it was a problem. And while it was annoying it was never game breaking or during any important action. The magic user hats are hideous. I had a stupid statue head on me the whole game mostly and it sucked to see that in cutscenes. But stat wise it was way better. Given there's a character who is useless to make outfits customized somewhat you'd think they'd let us have some glamor and choose to be a fashion focused person without sacrificing stats. I had some cool armor of the wolf dude for awhile but changed armor to better stats when I got to Melania and it was ugly. Well not my taste rather than ugly. I missed my cape. Music was really good. Story, hell if I know what was going on. The open world is kind of overwhelming and I feel like if I did play it blind I might have played it for about 3 hours liked the combat but dropped the game because it's daunting at times. It's hard to say really. I am very particular and know myself and I get derailed really easily in a game. There's so much I saw and didn't do, but so much I did but clearly didn't finish doing that I definitely plan to replay it on PS4 and platinum it again some day. Trying to focus on doing as much as possible vs just getting the platinum. Second From Software game down .I think the next one I'll tackle is Dark Souls 3, because the combat looks like a lot of fun. We'll see. BUt it'll be awhile as I've got to get to FFVI (300) and inbetween that is one other platinum. And I'd like to do V-I in that order as 301-305. But that depends on if I don't burn myself out on samey games. I've already flip flopped on what 299 was going to be. Sorry Killzone Liberation. It can't be helped. Then 300-400 will be filled with more RPGs than usual as that's my main goal for awhile. But I digress. Not sure what else to say about the game. I don't think any boss was as hard as Fume Knight or Sir Alonne in DS2 Scholar, but then this game is more fluid and consistent. So I didn't quite get that same level of awarding feeling, and I used a magic build there too (which wasn't following the guide). *shrug* I like magic. I can't help it. THough those two fights I couldn't win doing magic, and ended up using melee to win. lol Hmm, I think that's about it. Other than I hate those hand spiders. There were like three areas in a row where I thought, "this is the worst enemy in the game" and then a worse one came but nothing was as bad as those for me. They killed me so easily and they always loved to come right at me. I really loved the game. I'm relieved it's over though. Just because I probably should've spaced it out a bit from DS2 Scholar and Lords of the Fallen. Too many Souls and Soulslikes near each other. Though that's probably because both of those games required 3 playthroughs. DS2 2.5 for dumb spells, and then LotF 3 full playthroughs. Nightmare. I'm glad I could do a backup to get the endings in this more easily. I can't imagine playing through 3 times for the platinum. Oh lord. Popular Post da-Noob123
What doesn't kill you... The Quarry was another good outing by Supermassive Games and probably the best one since Until Dawn. I chalk that up to them using the supernatural and not just smoke and mirrors so to speak. There were a couple of plot holes in my opinion and I would have liked the endings to be a little more fleshed out but the journey was fun. Piecing the story together was good like always but the way saves are handled took a step back from where Little Hope had progressed them to. After I unlock chapter select leave it unlocked for Pete's sake! The Bizzare yet Bona-fide podcast was a nice touch. I will probably get to House of Ashes around Halloween time.
Popular Post BlinkWinkel
#242 - The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure Fortunately there was no trophy for clearing the game under level 40 like in the previous game, so I enjoyed this platinum more since we can take our time grinding as much as we want, and don't have to constantly stress about being as underleveled as much as possible for the whole game. Great JRPG like the previous games, I plan to buy Trails into Reverie on PS4 as well later. On 6/14/2023 at 11:27 PM, DEI2EK said: Trophy wise was your typical trails list but of course this had another play for 100 hours trophy, which I was sitting at about 60ish when I was done with all trophies so I had to idle my PS5 for 40 hours. Thanks NISA for looking out for my electricity bill. Lol same for me, except I had to idle my PS4 for around 10 hours after finishing 100% of everything else in the game. I even took my time grinding a lot, and listening to all of the voiced dialogue on my first playthrough (I did skip most of the unvoiced dialogue though).
Popular Post Leon Castle
#250 LEGO 2K Drive 13th Jul 2023 It's been some years since the last Lego Racing games. Last one I played was Lego Racers 2 and 100%ed it some years ago on a PC that could play it and loved the first Lego Racers game a lot. Lego 2K Drive did remind me of both Lego Racers games and it also let you unlock Rocket Racer(the final boss of both Lego Racers games) but as his rebooted for Lego City Stuntz self. Like both Lego Racers games(well more like the first as the 2nd limited you to one) you can make your own car/off-road car/boat. So I went and made RR's car by following a guide and later on after Drive Pass 1 come out and I grinded to LV 43 and fixed it to look more like the OG from the Lego Racers games in the 1st's colors. I rework a bit of the police jeep and recolored in the 1st RR's car colors This one I just recolored in the 1st RR's car colors The game's classes C,B,A is reversed of Mario Kart's 50cc,100cc,150cc by that i mean C Class is Hard(most on Sky Cup Grand Prix race) B Class is more or less Normal A Class is Easy as heck(not on Sky Cup Grand Prix race) Thanks to the game's Boost that refill by drifting or with a certain Perk that lets you refill by breaking stuff.

Popular Post Moridin83
#274 The Wolf Among Us So after a number of games that have disappointed on multiple levels, this one succeeds almost everywhere. I have only 2 minor gripes, one not even with this game: I wish I hadn't waited so long to play this, but my first TTG experience was Game of Thrones, which put me off them for a long time. The other minor nitpick is that having to do the alternate choices for book of fables entries felt like it cheapened my choices a little. That minor gripe aside, I loved this game. Even though I haven't read the source comic, they managed to suck me in to a world of deeply flawed characters trying to make do as best they can. There was enough choice, or at least the illusion of choice, that I felt like my Bigby was distinct from others, and my choices had way more impact than GoT at least. Overall, definitely recommended if you like narrative adventures.
