colinmazzini
#47 Platinum Zombie Tycoon 2: Brainhov's Revenge Fun: 6/10 Difficulty: 6/10 This game would have been a lot more fun without the difficulty spike in Chapters 6 & 7. Without those the difficulty would be two lower and the fun would be two higher. However, it is a unique and fun game that should certainly be checked out just for what it is.

Popular Post Ala-Arska
Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse Ultimate Adventurer Tracked down all trophies One can never have enough black loading screens (insert sarcasm font here). It's Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade meets The Da Vinci Code meets The Ninth Gate! Already fifth in the series, and I've only played the first and the second one. I must've lived in a barrel during the third and fourth ones I tend to use the initials of the game I'm talking about, but calling Broken Sword BS just seems...wrong. It's BS only by name. The art style was still nice and uncomplicated to look at, just as with the first titles (well, maybe not anymore, but...). Sound and music are somewhat forgettable, nothing special caught my ear at any point. Voice acting is solid, nobody's cheesing it. Well, after seeing Star Wars III years ago, anything's better than Darth Vader's big "NOOOOOO!" Compared to most of the point 'n click games out there, Broken Sword 5 is a nearly humorless experience. No dick jokes, no toilet humour, no biggie. BS5 (see, it sounds like an advanced poop) is all 'round good fun for fans of the series or this genre. And there's nude paintings

Popular Post aquartertothree
#116 - Resident Evil 7: Biohazard Difficulty - 4/10, Enjoyment - 8/10 Got through this one surprisingly quick and painlessly. So glad that unlocks carry over into any difficulty as Madhouse would've been a disaster for me otherwise. Props to those who did play Madhose with no items or from the start! As someone who's first video game was the original Resident Evil (I have a long ~history with the series) I'm just really relieved to have liked this so much. To be completely honest the original trailer for this had me less than sold but thankfully the game itself was nothing like what said trailer had me expecting. There were definitely a decent amount of iffy bits but i find myself coming out of this with mostly positive thoughts. Finishing another mainline RE game in yet another new style had me thinking about the future of RE. Capcom is at a crossroads of sorts when you consider that there are 3 notable styles of RE games, each with their own fans and detractors. There's the classic/fixed camera angle styled survival horror of the games up until 4, the third person action and sometimes horror of 4-6 with Rev1/2, and now the first person horror of 7. I wouldn't count on this happening since Capcom is Capcom but I figured it would be reasonable for all of these types to carry on into the future. Mainline/numbered RE titles can continue onward with the first person style, we can get more third person action/horror style in the Revelations side series, and finally any ports or remasters can be done in the style of the original games. We could even see some smaller games in the style of the old ones on PSN or something for a cheaper price vs a full $60 affair. I'm not sure how likely this is but considering we've had 3 RE games release in a year (1 mainline, and some spin-offs) I figured it wouldn't be too out of line. This would leave all current RE fans (regardless of type preference) with something they're pleased with, which is definitely a good thing. Even better yet for someone like me who has liked all styles as it would just mean more, more, more. Throw in a Mercs or Raid mode only side game with characters, stages, and weapons from across the series and the gameplay styles shown in 4/5/6 and Revelations and things look even greater. It's just a very exciting time for me to be a RE fan and as long as Capcom doesn't mess things up too badly, I'm hyped to see what comes next. Also because why not, let me rank the series. This is obviously early but I played through RE7 3 times so I think it might be fair to try to place it.: REmake > RE3 > RE1 > RE2 > RE7 > RE5 (in co-op, SP it drops a few slots) > RE4 > Rev 2 > Code Veronica X > Rev 1 > 6 > 0 I don't really dislike any of the games but Rev, 6, and 0 all bore me quite a bit. 6 has my absolute favorite gameplay in the series but it's wasted badly in anything that isn't mercenaries or the other MP modes. SoapMacTavish222
#236, #237 and #238 are as follows. #236 was Nubla on Playstation 4. I already achieved the platinum before when I downloaded it from the U.K, store but it has recently become available in NA, so of course I had to download it. #237 was Clockwork Tales: Of Glass and Ink. This was just your average point and click, puzzle type game that kind of reminded me of Torin's passage for some reason (Old School computer game if you don't know what that is). And for #238 Dead Synchronicity. Out of all these games, the only one I would actually recommend was Dead Synchronicity which was actually a pretty solid story overall. The other two I only played for boosting my gamer score and didn't really get too much enjoyment from them. But Dead Synchronicity was actually enjoyable to play and was an easy platinum. Popular Post Elvick_
Platinum #97: Snoopy's Grand Adventure Platinum Trophy Get all trophies I quite enjoyed the game. It'd be better if the developers weren't terrible. The game has major framerate problems particularly when using a costume, especially the one that lets you see through/move through walls. Makes playing the game much harder. Game is overall super easy, get hit, and you have a lot of invincibility time and the health floats around so you can grab it too. other than the framerate, though. Loved pretty much everything about it. The level design is pretty open, which is great change of pace from linear 2D platformers. Though makes collecting all the jelly beans a bit annoying on some of them [just 2 levels really that are super confusing]. But, all in all, it was a fun ride. And, the adorableness of Snoopy knows no limits. Love all his idle animations. And the details in the hub world as you unlock all the kids, and more toys for them to mess around with.
Popular Post B1rvine
Trophy Hunter from CastleVania: Lords of Shadow 2 This game was quite fun. I haven't played the first game, but picked this up off the sale not too long ago. It reminded me of Devil May Cry quite a bit. I recommend this to anyone who likes hack n slash games. It felt good to play an antihero for once that wasn't necessarily a "good guy." I loved biting people as Dracula. Anyway, most of the trophies were pretty easy. The only challenging ones are related to the challenge arena. Fun Factor : 8/10 Difficulty Factor: 7/10
Popular Post TheFinalEmblem
Platinum #74- One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 Ah, good ol' One Piece never lets me down, what a spectacular game that furthered my very little knowledge of the series just a bit more. I loved the game, playing as Tashigi, and it was a ton of fun, but the 100% Gallery grind was nuts, especially getting everyone's Crew Level to Max. 90 hours later and this awesome plat was mine, though! Now, it's onto #75, Tales of Berseria! This last 1/4th to 100 plats is starting, and I never thought I'd be even close. Popular Post Omar
#107 – Thumper All S Rank – Get S Rank on all levels .Achieved: January 28th, 2017 .PSNP’s RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 8 .Enjoyment: 9 I was craving a difficult game, something that could test my gaming skills to a degree. That’s when I found out about this one and decided to give it a go…….I must admit it gave me exactly what I needed. First and foremost, if by any chance you are not good at rhythm games, do yourself a favor and don’t play this game On the contrary, if you have a knack for them or if you simply enjoy them, this will be your cup of tea. The concept behind it is intense rhythm with an undertone of horror. Backgrounds will twist and turn with different distractions to keep your eyes away from where they should be. Music will make you feel threatened all the way and the learning curve is not a curve, but a series of significantly difficulty leaps that can be off-putting at first but which become satisfying as you overcome them. I am really glad I got it done because I’m adding quite a rare platinum trophy to my collection, and I totally recommend it if you are looking for something both intense and complicated! Here you have a snippet of late game gameplay to sway you in or out of playing it! https://twitter.com/BousfHearts/status/825105991998066689 Edited January 28, 2017 by Omar
Popular Post Fatty_Fatness
Ruling the Roost Collect all other Trophies Earned this a little over a week ago, but I figured I'd post it here... because I absolutely LOVE this game. I know it won't be for everyone (and being a PSVR game, hardly anyone will actually play it), but this game for me was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. The sensation of flight in this game is truly amazing... it feels like you're on a roller-coaster, except you have total control over where it goes. For the times when you don't have full (directional) control (i.e. the underground tunnels - which might be about 30% of the singleplayer game), it feels so much like you're flying the "trench run" in Star Wars, twitch-dodging obstacles in your path as you follow a very narrow corridor. The flying controls (i.e. tilting your head) were always so finely tuned that I never felt like they were at fault for any of my hundreds (thousands?) of crashes. The other "missions" in the game consist of races (against the clock) flying through rings, catching fish (against the clock) as you fly over streams & ponds, and dogfighting/escorting other birds. I enjoyed all of these modes thoroughly, but the underground missions were my absolute favorite. Spoiler As dogfighting was perhaps my least favorite of all the singleplayer modes, I had diminished expectations about how much I would actually enjoy the multiplayer. Not only that, I usually dread even the thought of squaring off against others online in any game, as I typically manifest the team burden for a few hundred matches... so I was fully expecting to loathe Ubisoft's decision to add multiplayer to this one. I was even pondering accepting a non-100% completion BECAUSE of my reluctance to play the multiplayer! But that all changed within a few matches... when I realized how much the mechanics of this simple "capture-the-flag" style team multiplayer really clicked with me. Spoiler It really is very simple... everyone has one recharging (2 second?) shot that kills in one hit, and one single-hit/temporary (5 second?) shield, and both teams are after one semi-randomly located "prey" and try to be the team to bring it back to the single semi-randomly-located nest. (The nest moves after every successful retrieval, and is the very same nest for both teams, so if you're capable enough, you can have the opposite team run the prey most of the distance back to the nest, and then try to steal it from them at the last second and fly the prey the few remaining feet back to the nest.) Here's a video of a multiplayer match I had a little while ago... normally the game wouldn't let either team be larger than 3, as 3v3 is the largest lobby one can have, but somehow this happened: TLDR; I love Eagle Flight. It is now among my most favorite games ever, VR or otherwise. It was the most enjoyable (and honestly, EASIEST) UR plat I've gotten yet - and happens to also be my rarest trophy/plat too! Also a proud top 10 -if just barely- first achiever... Highly, highly recommended, especially if you have a PSVR and any interest in unique VR experiences. Have my babies/10 Lasting impression: Unexpectedly, the most fun I've had playing competitive multiplayer in any game, ever.

Happy Rooster Year everyone! Light-hearted musou-esque kind and not forgetting dem OPPAIs (boobs in japanese if you may). My first entry into the series and definitely not the last. The characters were pretty legit and comedic in every way. Just a few flaws here and there. Combat not being very smooth at some point which makes combos quite frustrating to execute. Other than that, great and enjoyable to release some of that stress which most musou games do. "Just as I thought, booties are better in pairs!" Popular Post Cleggworth
#158 Zero Time Dilemma Zero Escape I always thought VN's were not my kind of game but I'd probably rank VLR as my favourite game I played last year. So as soon as I saw Zero Time Dilemma on sale I jumped at the chance to pick this up and it did not disappoint. Whilst not the knockout 10/10 of VLR, ZTD is a strong 9/10 which changes things up just enough to be fresh but still retains the great characters and fantastic plot twists of its predecessor. If you are still on the fence about VNs this is the series to go for

Popular Post MStalker58
#132 Alien: Isolation TFW you open a door and are immediately greeted by the Alien staring back on the other side. Then, as death inevitably comes you suddenly realize that you haven't saved in at least 20-30 minutes. Creative Assembly did an incredible job with the AI behavior of the Alien. The xenomorph is relentless and acts completely random which creates some very tense moments. You never truly feel safe. Even when you acquire gadgets and weapons, they only provide a brief moment of safety before the Alien is back to stalking you. Most of the game will be spent hiding in lockers or slowly crouch walking through corridors and rooms, just praying that the Alien doesn't drop down from a nearby vent or that it is not lurking on the opposite side of a door or around the corner. Even when you can see the Alien on the opposite side of the room, you never know if you are safe to move because he will constantly turn around at unexpected times and start patrolling the other direction. This randomness is the highlight of the game and the major hook of the gameplay, but it can also be frustrating at times. There are moments where he will drop down right behind you and there is nothing you can do about it but die and try again. Replaying the same areas over and over again can get frustrating but that is also what creates the tension in the game. Speaking of tension, the audio in the game is great at setting the mood and adding to the drama. Playing at night and with headphones is definitely recommended if you want the full terrifying experience. Every little sound sends your heart racing and builds that tension. Before moving on, I just want to state that I'm not a huge fan of the movies. I've seen them once or twice when I was a kid but that's about it. That may play a factor in my overall thoughts on the game because I've read from fans that the attention to detail in the game is incredible and they loved exploring every inch of the environments. However, for me it did feel like the game was a little longer than it needed to be (something I usually never say) and got repetitive at times. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood for a survival stealth game considering I had just finished another stealth game (Splinter Cell Blacklist) but for some reason the game seemed to drag on by the end. Don't get me wrong, the whole cat and mouse game with the Alien was great and I loved that aspect, but there wasn't much else about the game that I absolutely loved. I know I'm in the minority though because most people on this site seem to really love this game. I enjoyed the game and it was unique, just not sure I loved it like some others. If you are a fan of the movies this is probably a must buy. If you want a good stealth survival game with lots of tension, it is still worth checking out even if you haven't seen the movies. Popular Post ViciousAly
#34 TITANFALL | 2 Welcome to the 6-4 Earned all trophies. Rarity at the time of posting: 11.74% I must admit, when Titanfall 2 was first announced and with a SP campaign no less, I was extremely skeptical about how the campaign would fare and the game overall (seeing how the first one was MP only and I only played it only a little on PC; concept was great, execution was good but flawed). But after the release, when I saw that it was receiving critical acclaim and high praise from everywhere, I knew I had to try it (was on a FPS playing streak). And I can say it with absolute honesty that Titanfall 2 is the best FPS I played, and comes 2nd (if not equal) to DOOM. Ever since Modern Warfare, I have been extremely interested and attached to FPS genre of cinematic nature and where the developers take good steps of the first-person perspective to deliver a pretty natural type movement and field of view that you see on the screen. Modern Warfare 1,2,3 and heck even Ghosts' cinematic and amazing set piece and QTE ending was something that I can never forget. Titanfall 2 does everything correct that CoD used to do before; in terms of screenplay, well-written character (BT), story, gameplay, fluidity and much more. If Respawn can deliver the same energetic and well-written game again; then yes, I'm looking forward to Titanfall 3. 10/10 for the Game 6/10 for platinum difficulty Edited January 28, 2017 by Shikari
