Profile only showing PS5 games

Is it like me? Ps3 and ps4 trophies would not update on online trophy sites, but on ps3 and ps4 I see them?

As others have posted, this seems like a larger ongoing PSN issue. And your PS5-trophies-only-showing has been an ongoing PS5 issue since it launched, today just seems to coincide with a bigger problem.

Yeah, I'll just have to wait and see. I was in the process of making a list for a challenge but that'll have to wait now as going through that data on PS4/5 is impossible.

But it was a first that I read (or in this case experienced) about all non-PS5 trophies disappearing. Usually it's just updating slow on other platforms.

Same here can't update my ps4 trophies on psnprofiles

All of a sudden my trophies are hidden. I don't own a PS5, and I'm currently playing a PS4 game.

I just earned a PS4 trophy on my PS5, but it didn't register on PSNP. I turned my PS4 on and synched trophies to see if it is on PSN, and it is, but it won't register here for now. None of my trophies are hidden.

What is going on with the site why they removed all console games but PS5? Only games showing are PS5 games WHAT GIVES???

Trophies sync across consoles. Latest trophy on PS4 shows on my PS5. No update on PSNProfiles.

On PSN Trophy leaders it shows correct with the latest trophy.

So it might be fixed but I would probably need to earn another trophy for PSNP to update as it doesn't update if it doesn't see a difference in the total number of trophies.

Does this also extend to the reason why I can’t access my friends profiles or see their recently played on the PS5? I just get a “can’t load’ message followed by an error.

Might be a bigger issue indeed... We'll have to wait it out and see in a few hours or tomorrow

Just turned my PS4 on after a week and it started on the Privacy setup. When I went to hidden PS4 games, it said "Service Unavailable. Maintenance Ongoing"

Hopefully it's a simple fix. For what it's worth, I checked another trophy site and everything showed up fine there.

Did the Platinum in Plague Tale: Requiem about an hour ago, but it doesn't show up here, despite me making a manual update.

Started to doubt myself, but if it's a bigger problem, I can calmly wait until it's fixed.

It was a PSN issue.

 

Sometimes this happens and as far as I can see there's no way to tell if it's a temporary PSN glitch or you've actually hidden games so we have to trust what we get.

Thought it was just me. Was wrapping up 2018 Spider-Man on NG+. Both of them popped yet only the Power and Responsibility trophy is on my profile.

Hi all,

 

I've been a member for a while now and have always been able to view my profile correctly however, It seems that as of this morning my account is only showing PS5 games. 

 

I have not changed any settings on the site or console and have tried to update it several times, I have also checked that my trophies are showing up on the PSN app which they are.

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

According to your profile, you have 8,000+ trophies hidden, which I assume are connected to PS3/Vita/PS4 (whatever you have of those platforms) games.

 

I think you can unhide PS4 games on the PS5 and app, but for PS3 and Vita you need their respective consoles to unhide.
