I thought this was a decent game, especially for the price. The music was repetitive and terrible but the gameplay was simple in a fun way, like old Amiga sidescrollers. Easy was a cakewalk. Hard was initially annoying until I switched to the melee character. He's very overpowered with invincibility when attacking and faster DPS than the shooter. Made the bosses laughable. I didn't think it was that hard. Use the leaderboard to get cards that give +300% or more, meaning you only need a quarter of the target score. Any maps that have combat, use the card that gives unlimited poison arrows as they beat all regular enemies in one hit. Other maps you can farm animals if short on points. The only level I remember being annoying was the lost city, mainly because you needed a near full combo even with +300%, but after a few runs you'll get the hang of it. Thanks a lot for the tips! Popular Post Alantor32
Platinum #25: Sword Art Online: Lost Song This is the second SAO game that I platinumed and my 25th one. I have a lot of fun with this entry in the SAO game series. Not only that, but it's my 25th platinum trophy. Now it's on to SAO: Hollow Realzation.
MidnightCJ
Teslagrad. The game came in GameFly so I did it again. It's a really neat indie platformer with magnetism puzzles and some really nasty bosses that require you to use the tools you gained earlier to defeat them.
Popular Post Theladozz
#47 - Enter The Gungeon Dat Plat This was an extremely fun and addictive little game. Aaand a bit frustrating too because of how big the luck factor is. The same thing can be nigh impossible or laughably easy solely based on what items and guns you got, but that also means that no two runs are the same and I guess that’s one of the main appeals of the game for some. The game has couch co-op which is awesome, but I don’t like how only the “host” gets trophy credit even if both of us are logged in on our accounts. Also most of the game actually feels harder in co-op (probably because of how the camera works) so from a trophy perspective it’s ultimately rather pointless, and trophies were the only thing I cared about after a certain point. The trophy list is decent, you always have something to work towards and none of the trophies are obnoxious except one. Yup, the God damn fucking Frifle quests… I’m not even surprised it’s the rarest trophy by a fair margin even though there are quite a few more difficult ones. Goes to show how people feel about pointless fucking grinds. That one made me a bit salty but yeah otherwise great game.

Popular Post TheActualMeg4cy
Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back - #8 If you're having any difficulty with Crash 1, then no fear here... you're more than likely to have better luck with this game as opposed to the first in the series. Crash 2 in my eyes was the game opening up to more casual players whereas the first game is the hardcore 'dark souls' like of the original 3. The game handling in this felt much better too, with crash not feeling as heavy like in the first game and overall, the music and levels were pretty fun, with the odd exception of the later stages such as Piston It Away (not even going to lie, you know something is up when the little bots in these levels are harder than the end-game boss). I had plenty of fun with this game. The trials weren't nearly as frustrating as the first game though some levels still do require you to be extremely fast and precise to even just obtain the gold relics. In terms of the enjoyment factor for Crash 2, I'm going to give it 10/10. I know this number might appear controversial to some but personally, I felt like Crash 2 was more welcoming to new players of the genre whereas the first game (in 2017, at least) is not as welcoming, due to the difficulty. In terms of platinum difficulty, definitely going to say it is much easier than Crash 1 but again, that is with some experience behind me. 3/10 for Experienced Players and 6/10 for New Players.
Popular Post Undead Wolf
#160 - Frozen Synapse Prime Prime Directive Earn all of the other trophies I actually quite enjoyed this one. It's a turn-based game where you really have to think through your moves, otherwise the tables can turn against you very quickly. You're encouraged to experiment with different tactics to overcome the levels and the AI never does the same thing twice, so it always keeps you on your toes. The campaign dragged on for longer than I would have liked, but I'm still glad I decided to play it, especially since it's an UR plat that's much rarer than it should be.

Popular Post Mad-rise
#10 Ratchet & Clank The Hero of HeroesCollect every trophy in Ratchet & Clank Uncommon - 30.77% I was glad I got to play this one, I played all the R&C not long ago on PS3 (Expect for some spin-offs & Into the Nexus) I thought the game was shorter than I remembered when I finished it but it wasn't that much, I just had fun playing it. (howlongtobeat says 10hours and 12hours for original) Anyways the platinum was a bit more tedious than anticipated because I think I played the game about 3-4 times to get Death By Disco I don't even remember how many times I replayed it. I wonder if there will be a sequel or they're going all-in for spiderman. I was disappointed when I saw that the movie adaptation didn't get good reviews because that meant lower chances for the Sly Cooper movie (same studio) to happen which also meant lower chances for a new sly game :/ Edited July 11, 2017 by Mad-rise
Popular Post FluffyAssassin64
#71 - Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back "The N. Credible Crash Bandicoot!" Collect all the Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back trophies. And here it is, platinum #2 of the remastered Crash trilogy! Very similar to the first game (sometimes almost disappointingly-so), Crash 2 was still a very good game, but I can't say I enjoyed it as much as the original. The island-spanning, 'world-traversing' map of the original is gone in favour of the more standard warp doors... and this is both a blessing and a curse. It certainly allows for more variety in levels (even though, like I said, many of the levels here share many similar traits to the original game), although the charm of the 1st is - for me - depleted quite a bit. Cortex, N. Brio and Coco are still loveable characters here, and the music, sound, and gameplay is very similar (despite the addition of a new 'slide' and 'slam' move). Overall, I would say this game felt easier (in terms of time trials, etc.) than the 1st one. There was no 'The High Road' here to force me to spend nearly 2 hours learning its intricacies, and many of the time trials were easily completable in very few attempts (several I completed in my 1st or 2nd try). Sure, some of the more creative levels do require a bit of innovation, but again; nothing out of the ordinary or crazy here. In summary, still enjoyable, but not as much as the 1st game for me. Regardless, it's a good change of pace between Dark Souls III (recent platinum) and Nioh (coming up next), haha. Enjoyment rating: 7.5/10 Plat difficulty: 3.5/10 (a bit higher if you're new to 3D-platformers)
Popular Post whoadreader
#194 - Anima: Gate of Memories This makes my 7th platinum in 6 days! I really really enjoyed my time with this game, the story, gameplay and characters were all really interesting and I looked forward to each new area I entered to see what the theme was. The bosses are all quite different and I like how all their backstories are tied to collectibles. If I had to list downsides of the game I'd say the difficulty randomly spikes in some areas and bosses, and that melee fighting is often significantly more difficult than attacking with magic, especially against bosses where I only fought one of the 8 bosses with melee.

Popular Post TheFalseDeity
#25 - Birth By Sleep Birth by Sleep Master Obtain all trophies. Didnt think id ever score a KH plat due to chore like minigames but i like a couple of the games so its nice to plat one. Never managed it on Ps3 due to the rhythm minigame but they showed some mercy in the Ps4 one making it just barely easy enough for me. MF is still a cheap little bitch though but eventually you get a lucky run without instadeath or him ignoring i frames or ignoring second chance or some other mechanic circumventing nonsense. Gameplay is a big step down from 2 but dear god is it nice not to have to put up with Sora, Donald, and Goofy such a shame theyre apparently going to continue being the focus after 3. Do still have to put up with Mickey alongside BBS adding his kinda screwing things up for the story by somehow noting his apparently "forgetting" the main villain...casual destroyer of worlds...killer of friends...how could one possibly remember him? But whatever. More reason to hate him. Overall a decent game though and has my favorite keyblade in Void Gear. As for difficulty...for the most part its easy. MF is more luck based than skill so thats ever so fun but the other 3 post game bosses are cake if you want them to be. Critical is as usual just being hard for the first and maybe second world for your first character as you get used to the gameplay. One of the final bosses has a gimmick thats rather bullshit as it will restart everything rather than just that segment on top of the fact that the gimmick can glitch with how youre supposed to end it simply having no effect and thats always great but thats about it really.
razizo41
Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped The platinum wasn't hard and it wasn't easy. The only thing that took time but was still a breeze in most levels is the time trials. Trying to get a gold minimum on each level took a couple of minutes to hours of desperation. And maybe it's just me but I hated the water levels as much as I did when I was a kid. Enjoyment: 9/10 Nostalgia: 10/10 Diffuclty: 5/10

Popular Post Elvick_
Platinum #108 Rocket League Virtuoso Unlock All Trophies Fun game, though I'm not very good at it. I can't use either camera effectively for everything so have to switch all the time and often forget to, or forget which is which. I can't control well on the one locked to the ball, but can't track the ball for shit without it. Not sure how the hell people manage to do aerials and fly around effectively when I can barely even play regularly. lol, now to try to get 100%. My first certified item is crap, it's one that wants me to get bicycle kick goals to upgrade it. That's not happening. I'm bad enough at getting regular goals, and I barely ever do successful bicycle kicks. Putting RNG in a game like this is pretty dumb to me, but w/e.

Was worried I'd built it up too much in my head but turns out it's one of the best Metroidvanias I've ever played. Though I think I over planned the low% no loss under 4 hours run. Did it in 90 minutes with 26%. Was a lot of fun.
