Popular Post backslash240
Enjoy Your Powers Collect all trophies inFamous Second Son. Well there ya go all the inFamous games finally done. I always liked the series and still do, so yeah i hope they make more lol. And yeah it's kinda short compared to the first two and those jumping enemies get old very fast on expert (stay in one place i'm gonna shoot you dammit!). But the game is fun overall and i enjoyed it, highly recommend it. Anyway the next plat is gonna be the number 100 and i better choose a good one, so gotta keep going! Popular Post ViciousAly
#35 HORIZON: ZERO DAWN All Trophies ObtainedObtained all Horizon Zero Dawn trophies Rarity at the time of posting: 8.16% (VERY RARE) Guerilla Games has really outdone themselves with Horizon: Zero Dawn. Again, I was not going to pick up the game on launch but I excel at making impromptu decisions and after diving in and finding it deeply interesting, I knew a plat was inevitable. And blown away, I was. The gameplay mechanics, the concept of the story, the character facial animations and such, really superb. I have been a fan of GG since the early Killzone 1 days on the PS2, and have nearly picked up all their games at launch (minus Killzone Mercenary on Vita), but Horizon: Zero Dawn again proved me that I should keep my faith with GG. I have always liked Action-RPG games (huge fan of Mass Effect and its decision system), and GG doing something else other than FPS, shows that the studio has potential to excel in genre territories they haven't traversed before. Overall, enjoyed the ride of mysteriousness as to why what happened in the game world, happened. Uncovering as you go with Aloy, plus why are there different types of machines, why only fewer animals, all of this is explained in the story, and man pretty clever of GG to merge their whole world and everything with a reason behind it. Gameplay is solid, played on a base PS4, everything felt smooth (melee left some room to be desired). Platinum isn't hard, only time consuming, but once you get the armor, then everything becomes simple. Good thing for collectibles you can buy maps so not too much running around aimlessly and frantically to search. Popular Post Lucas
#38 Heavy Fire: Afghanistan Platinum Trophy For collecting all trophies This game has been in my backlog for quite some time and I finally decided to play it yesterday to ensure my win in the final fixture of the Trophy Hunters League season 17 . I expected it to be quite a bad game after reading some reviews but also remembered buying it a while ago, thinking it actually looked kind of interesting. When I first started playing, I wasn't really impressed. But as I progressed through the game's ''story'' (which is not worth listening to by the way, you shouldn't care about the story in this game), I actually started having fun. I had never played a rail shooter before and I was enjoying my time playing this game. Rookie difficulty was too easy though so I was happy when I unlocked Veteran difficulty. Even though I already played all levels on Rookie difficulty when I started playing on Veteran, my second playthrough was actually far more enjoyable. The game got more challenging and I actually died a few times . I was happy when I completed the last episode though as the gameplay did start to get pretty repetitive. I recommend anyone who's looking to mix their gaming up a bit, to pick this game up when it's on sale again as it is a pretty fun game to play. I also recommend people who are looking for a quick, easy platinum to pick this game up. Do not pick this up if you're looking for a game with a cool story, nice graphics or diverse gameplay though as this game doesn't have any of that to offer to you. Popular Post harsly
#81: BioShock (PS4) I've finally come around to play Bioshock which I've been waiting for, for years. My initial thoughts were disappointing, but the more I played the more I liked it, and I liked my second playthrough more than the first. I really saw what I couldn't or didn't see in the first playthrough and I saw just how well made this game was. Apart from some freezes and glitches, this was a very pleasant experience. Popular Post 30 Year Old Boomer
Platinum #50- Horizon Zero Dawn PS4. Rating: 9.5/10. First of all, want to say it's been a while since I posted in this thread, the reason is I've been holding off my 50th platinum milestone for a special game and this happened to fit the criteria perfectly. Was originally intending to make it The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, but as amazing as that game is, I felt too overwhelmed by it and decided to put it on hold for an indefinite time period. Anyways, enough about that, but Horizon's been something I've been anticipating for a while and I'm pleased to say it lived up to my expectations well. I pre ordered its CE even as I tend to pre order CE's of games that I really want. (Good enough CE in my opinion, like the Aloy statue that came with it.) I've got to say, Horizon Zero Dawn is an amazing game. I liked everything about it from the graphics and beautiful scenery (Especially on top of a Tallneck machine or a high elevated area, that's what I liked most.) to the really fluid gameplay that felt solid and fun to play. I thought the story was compelling enough, it hooked my attention for sure and I actually liked it. Only have a minor problem and that's how most of the characters seem to have short time in the game, but I liked some like Aloy, Sylens, Varl and Sona, etc. Just wished they could have had more screen time, but that's a minor insight. Gameplay is definitely one of the best aspects of the game, really fun to hunt down machines with a bow and take out their components or go for stealth kills. The armors you could get in game were also nice, but the best one has to be the shield-weaver outfit as that renders you pretty much invincible unless you take a lot of damage and I thought its appearance looked pretty cool. I also did like the setting and scenery of the game, the ruins of the old civilization definitely was interesting to look at and kind of reminded me of The Last of Us in terms of that. And other sights were nice as well. Anyways, the trophy list is nothing too difficult, but I'd say it's a pretty fun one. I would rate it a 4 or a 4.5 out of a 10 in terms of difficulty, but even the trials weren't hard at all to 3 star. I thought the trophy list was actually a nice one and it didn't have any tedious trophies to hunt. It took me a week and 3 days to platinum, would have said that's a good time, but honestly, I'd like to try doing it fast sometime to see how fast I could achieve it. But that doesn't really matter as I had a great experience with the game and I felt like I devoted a lot of time to it. And I'm even going for in game 100% completion, that's how much this game really meant to me. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone wanting a great PS4 game and a fun trophy list. Definitely a contender for GoTY of this year so far and probably the only game I'll get at launch this year. (Maybe Shadow of Mordor's sequel, but not so sure about that.) Hope to be on track from now on and pop a lot more platinum trophies this year, I've got a lot planned out for this year. Even expect some harder and challenging platinums' to be on my list as well.

Popular Post Ala-Arska
Deponia Deponia unlocked! Complete every trophy of the game When it comes to Plat screenshots, you win some you lose some. This is the latter. I don't know why, but it feels like I've played Deponia before. In past life, perhaps. So much does this game draw from known point 'n click titles that it's overly familiar from the first minutes onward. Not that I mind much, though. It was an enjoyable ride after all, with oodles of witty humour. If it ain't broken... Once almost dead and buried, this genre has risen from the grave in the past few years. And I'm all the more grateful for it. If you're up for mixing unrelated objects together for no rational reason, look no further than Deponia. Plus, no speedrun trophies!
Popular Post Fire
#116 - Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD Shiny Moolah Get all other Trophies. In this game you play as a bounty hunter making his way in a Western-like region of the Oddworld. The game itself is a mix of third-person platforming and first-person shooting. It's a bit tricky to get used to at first, but you'll soon get the hang of things. Story is quite interesting, but it gets kinda repetitive later. Trophy wise, its an easy and fast platinum with straightforward trophies. Difficulty 3/10 Enjoyment 7/10 #117 - Jak II Done Done Done For excellent and dedicated field work in the field of battle for completion. Two down, one to go This is probably the hardest game in the trilogy. Difficulty spikes in this one are so obvious which makes some missions so annoying and hard. And what makes it even more annoying is the camera. Dunno how many times i died on boss battles cuz of that. Nonetheless, its really fun and enjoyable game. Plus, almost every cutscene is fun to watch. Orb glitch works, so you can easily get that trophies out of way very soon Difficulty 4/10 Enjoyment 9/10 Edited March 11, 2017 by Whyfire

Popular Post Floriiss
Lateeee update but hey better late than never, right? #150: Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn A Realm Restored Obtain all available FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn trophies. Main Game Finally after many hours my quest has come to an end. This is probably the first and last time that I'll go for an MMO platinum. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the Final Fantasy series, but FFXIV is definitely not what I expected it to be. There was just so much to do. There were millions of side quests and it never seemed to end lol. Furthermore the lack of voice-acting made it pretty plain in a lot of cutscenes/conversations. Next to those things there was also a lot of grinding involved. Hours after hours, days after days. It almost felt like I got sucked into this one episode of South Park where they had to grind on the weakest enemies for weeks/months to become stronger than the other guy. Not everything about this game was bad though. One thing I absolutely adore about this game is the music. Fantastic music which created an awesome atmosphere all around. Luckily, even with this massive content, the trophies weren't that bad. In fact, they were actually pretty easy to obtain. Most of them were just grindy, but not difficult at all. It could've been a lot worse. Imagine that there were trophies for obtaining all of the quests/side-quests, or reaching to level 60 in each of the classes. Now that'd take a long time. Anyways, glad I'm done with it. The platinum image looks phenomenal and it's definitely an awesome platinum for my 150th Milestone. #151: Dragon Ball Xenoverse If You Show Me Your Courage Obtained all trophies! It's been a while since my latest Dragon Ball Z game so I was really excited to play this game. I'm glad it didn't disappoint. The game was pretty fun, although I must admit that I liked Battle of Z more than this one. The main reason of that is because this one had a lot more grinding and RNG involved. I think that I've been really lucky with the RNG though. When I was going for all of the skills I've obtained most of them on the first few attempts. Only two skills took a long time to obtain, but overall I'd say it went pretty smoothly. The character customization was one of my favorite features of this game. Also I liked looking at other characters because some of them were pretty badass! Although not as badass as mine #152: Tricky Towers Grand master wizard Unlock all trophies. Main Game Didn't really expect much when I booted up this game, but it turned out to be pretty fun! Overall this game was pretty easy. Didn't have any trouble with the puzzle and the race modes, but the survival modes sometimes were a bit tricky. Get it? Because this game is called Tricky to-- Alright I'll let myself out lol. The multiplayer was a lot of fun too! It was fun doing cups against other players and just having a little competition of who can get as fast to the finish line without your tower falling over. It was hilarious seeing other towers fall apart right before the finish line lol. Definitely recommend this game to anyone that is looking for a fun challenge. #153: Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare The End of War Earn all available trophies for Call of Duty®: Advanced Warfare. Main Game Well that was... unexpected. After seeing so many bad reviews about this game I actually thought it was going to be a really bad game, but I really enjoyed it. It was nowhere as bad as people said it'd be. The campaign was awesome and the Exo Survival was pretty fun too. I'm not sure why people say this game was garbage? Maybe people just hate the COD franchise in general and label all their games as shit. Might as well just ignore future reviews and try it out regardless.
Popular Post colinmazzini
#55. Sly Cooper True Thievius Raccoonus Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 2/10 This was a fun little platforming game. I also thought the game was incredibly easy, right up until the last map area. There seemed to be a large difficulty spike (relatively speaking as you can see my rating, but still I would say the last area is twice as hard as the rest of the game) but the levels were so short it didn't really matter. Still look forward to the next one to see how the series grows as I missed all these types of games last generation (Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, and Sly Cooper), which I am now just starting to walk through. Also, the really cool thing about this platinum is it is my 10th of the year already. I usually average like 20 for the whole year so I am way ahead of the curve right now.

Popular Post Walt the Dog
Platinum #311 Dying Reborn (NA) Ended up breaking my Nep plat streak with this one. This game took me about two hours with a video guide. The story was honestly kind of unremarkable to me. I'll be doing the EU version down the line though, so maybe that'll change my opinion now that I have the power of hindsight. Platinum #312 Enigmatis Not much to say about this one. It's one of those P&C games that also has hidden object scenes in them and I used a walkthrough the whole time, so the only annoying parts were the hidden object scenes. Being liberated of the "no hints" trophy and unshackled by the spam penalty for the bonus chapter was nice though. Platinum #313/Trophy #19000 Superdimension Neptune Vs. Sega Hard Girls (EU) The story was pretty enjoyable. It's not really great, but it's at least entertaining enough to make the game enjoyable. Took me 17:45 this time due to the reading I did as well as stuff I did to write my trophy guide. Just gotta do the NA version this summer and I'll be done another Neptunia game.
Popular Post WorldOfSheeps
#14 - Horizon Zero Dawn All trophies obtained Obtained all Horizon Zero Dawn trophies. Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 3/10 (Hard Mode) What a fantastic game, a game I didn't wanted to play in the first place… The (gameplay) trailers didn’t get me excited. Probably because it reminded me of The Witcher 3, a game that I stopped playing after an hour. Anyway, the only reason I bought it was because my brother wanted to play it. But after I playing it myself, it grabbed me and didn’t let go (in the first three days I played something like 32 hours). At the moment I've done all Main / Side quests and errands and I'm considering to collect all the remaining fragments, notes, etc. (I currently am at like 75% of all the non-Trophy collectables). Before playing Horizon I was trapped in a 'dark' period of playing games only for the Platinum Trophy (games like i.a. Coffin Dodgers and Day of the Tentacle Remastered, games I would never play before). But Horizon Zero Dawn brought me back to just enjoy gaming, something I really missed. I’m really happy for GG that Horizon is doing so well and it makes me (a bit) proud to be from the Netherlands .

Popular Post PooPooBlast
#61 - Watchdogs 1 Let me start by saying.. *ahem* FU**$&#&%#&2%-#+#**% whomever thought it was a good idea to implement the "Disk Space Full," trophy. This was by far the most aggravating thing I've come across trophy hunting ever! It was luck-based and to put it lightly, I wasnt even close to having that luck... Had to hack the last song from a civilan and they spawn randomly.. At least with skill-based ones, you're guaranteed a trophy for completing something. Let's just say that the last guy who had the song, had some serious bodily harm done to them.. Needless to say the game was really fun and the story was not bad. I really enjoyed the game besides the mentioned trophy, but the game did get repititive with its side tasks. Here's to hoping watchdogs 2 doesn't have the same issues as this one, including that trophy >:(

Popular Post KratosTheMighty
Plat#64 Infamous First Light Pretty straight forward plat. Even the collectibles are easy to obtain, and find. I've yet to play Infamous: Second Son, but I really enjoyed First Light... If you like hero games, want a cheap and easy plat... pick this up... Doesn't hurt that the plat is an awesome image. Plat#65 Star Wars: Battlefront Boy was this game a pain in the ass. Hero Hunt can lick a salty crusted ballsack... it is hard to find a match where you don't just get blasted by the hero, and if you do become the hero it is hard to effectively get kills... The 1 match I won, I was up against idiots... so I had that going for me. If I had not gotten this as a christmas present, I would not have played it... If you love multiplayer games have at it.... otherwise don't bother.
Popular Post TBostonFC
#7: Day Of The Tentacle Remastered Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 0.1/10 Last month, I started a new profile to take trophy hunting a bit more seriously. On my original profile, I had so many games that were barely even started and most of the games I lost access to. It bothered the heck out of my OCD. I feel like Im doing well so far, in a month I've obtained 546 trophies and 7 plats. Anyways, here's my most recent plat: Day of the Tentacle Remastered. Very, very easy trophy list, took me about 2 hours and 8 minutes. But what I enjoyed most about this game is that it has a Pajama Sam/Spy Fox/Putt-Putt vibe to it. Sends me on a nostalgia trip to when I was much younger. It's super silly and quite a strange adventure. The hardest trophy is Most Annoying Guest Ever, but thats just sitting there for a couple minutes spamming the Square button. I recommend this from both the Trophy Hunter viewpoint and the Gamer looking for fun games viewpoint.
