Popular Post Cave Johnson
英雄伝説 閃の軌跡 THE LEGEND OF HEROES 全てのトロフィーを獲得した。 A combination of things led to me platinum this again. Feeling hyped for Sen III, I looked up the Japanese version of the first game to find that it was only around $20 on ebay. I mainly got it for the voice acting, but I couldn't resist stacking the trophies as well. I managed to get the platinum in two playthroughs, but I did screw up getting two charcter notes. I only had to speed through chapter 4, 5, and the beginning of 6 again on a different file (I save a lot). The voice acting only being partial is a bit disappointing, but that's probably because I'm kind of used to the Evo versions. It was still a lot more enjoyable with it, though. As a result, I think I love Fie even more now, lol. I got the Japanese version of Sen II recently, and I'm looking forward to playing it with voice acting next. Also, replaying the first game knowing what happens in Sen II is somewhat... depressing. I won't go into detail, but anyone who has played both games probably knows what I'm talking about. One more thing... I just remembered that I haven't finished Akiba's Beat yet. Oh well, I guess I'll save finishing it for a day when I'm feeling masochistic, or like I really hate myself, and need to be punished.
Popular Post RedRodriguez87
lol I guess I'll throw my headband into the pile along with everyone else. Perfect Storm Master Oh I remember the year this came out, and how its visuals blew our mind. Of course, this was back before I gave a crap about trophies, and before trophies were even a thing, but when I started to collect, THIS was one game I came back to, thinking "I wonder what kind of trophies it would have if it did? Would they be easy, or tough? I bet they'd be easy." Flash forward to the present day, and not only does it have trophies, but its easily the.... well, easiest out of all the games. I'd like to think I predicted the future, and for reals, this does take me back to that year 2008, when I was working in a big-ass grocery store, that had a big ass multi-tv connection in the big-ass entertainment dept for the games, which was the first time it came out and I played it. Ah, the memories.......... Edited September 4, 2017 by RedRodriguez87

Popular Post Elvick_
Platinum #115 Goat Simulator (PS4) All The Goat! Unlock all the Goat Trophies! Fuck Flappy Goat and whoever programmed it. One of the worst things I've ever stomached. I got to 9 and flubbed on 10 got tiggered beyond belief and sat there screeching for about 2 minutes. lol, visually it's nice, but the music is horrible (but I muted it) and the hitboxes are absolutely terrible. That aside, it was a dumb ride and for about $4 was fun until that point. Flappy Goat is the type of thing that really makes you despise a game. It's hard to even talk about the rest of it now. I think there's a lot of cool things going on in this. Lots of content and things to do, which is neat in itself. And it's goofy. But the glitches are a bit much. I'm just glad to have that over with.
Popular Post STFUxDxD
#77 and #78 - Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time Mask and Stripes Forever Collect every bronze, silver, and gold trophy. Another ps+ freebie that has been in my backlog for quite some time. I actually played through this game twice and earned both platinum trophies legit without using cross-save. Not surprising, my second playthrough was way faster since I already knew what trophies I needed to watch out for and where to find all the sly masks and treasures. Overall, I enjoyed this game very much and was never bored. This was the first Sly Cooper game I've played and I highly recommend it to others. Popular Post Juzota
#87 - Uncharted: The Lost Legacy Don't Ruin The Moment Collect all the Trophies I did enjoy this as much or even more than I enjoyed Uncharted 4. Lost Legacy was full speed action almost from start to finish and that's how I like it. Only part of the game I didn't really enjoy was Chapter 4. I just don't find it amusing to go around looking for stuff that doesn't really matter. Why I did enjoy first 3 games was the fact that it was like playing through action movie. This game had lots of that cool action stuff, but chapter 4 felt just boring. I know many people enjoy that kind of big open world areas, but I'm not one of them. Not in a game like this. It was nice change to play as Chloe, she's probably my second favorite character in the series after Sully. Nadine was also much more interesting in this game than in A Thief's End. I did like how their relationship evolved during this game. Good stuff. Popular Post Swar00
Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness Warden of the StarsObtain all trophies. It is surprising and fitting the 50th platinum trophy earned is Star Ocean 5. This game took awhile trying to get all of the items, battle trophies (I'm referring to the 1 million hits battle trophy), and beating the higher difficulties. Comparing this game to Star Ocean 4, it is not as insane grinding out the luck based battle trophies.

The story behind Star Ocean 3 is very nice, but not too much. The final difficulty for me is a 4, with all super boss (galaxy) all modes, battle trophy, etc., but maybe many people will not agree with my opinion, so if you want to play this game follow the difficulty in the guide courtesy @dertswa687o. #31 ?

Popular Post Major_Kiba
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 Master Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Hearing that this game was a remake of the original that came out on the ps3 I was expecting to have a good time. But I was expecting to play the same game just with an updated combat system. I could not have been more wrong they took the humor and writing style from later games and incorporated into the basic framework of the original story. I can safely say that this game is probably tied with Victory as my favorite HDN game so far.
Popular Post nenugalimas
#140 Twisted Metal: Twisted metal can be fun at times but I found myself not really enjoying it. The gameplay was too erratic and unpredictable to provide consistent entertainment. A lot of the features felt very mediocre in its implementation, making them fun at times but a major annoyance in the majority of occasions. Trophy wise the game is fairly easy but the MP trophies are a major pain in the ass. The MP which is a mess to begin with just HAD to have really broken trophies that make boosting an absolute necessity. Fortunately all the trophies unlocked when they had to. I would've been livid if it glitched after all that effort. Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 5/10
Popular Post FluffyAssassin64
#77 - Until Dawn "A Symphony of Horror Trophies" You collected all Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies in Until Dawn It must be said; this was a great game. I'd wanted to play for quite a while, and getting it for free a few months back was a bargain (but at 50GB, it took a long time to download on my 8Mbps Australian internet!). I knew sort of what to expect from this game, but I certainly didn't think it would grip and move me the way it did. First up, the characters were extremely well designed. It's a testament to the developers that there are some characters you can absolutely detest, and others you can absolutely love. I won't spoil anything here, but I will say that there are certain characters you'll want to die, and others whom you'll be devastated if they get brutally murdered. The interactions and situations you find yourself in always feel dramatic and tense, particularly because - on the first at least - you have no idea if / when a character is a mere QTE away from death. This absolutely worked to keep me hooked, and meant that I was never 'relaxed' playing this game. The facial capture and animation was stunning, and voice-work and motion-capture were brilliant; I felt like these were real people (apart from a few goofy animations; particularly from Chris, haha). I can't think of a game in recent times where I've felt as much as I have for these characters in terms of attachment. The environments were also impeccably designed; from a dark and dreary winter lodge, to the terrifying mines and the unexpectedly creepy woods, I was always on the edge of my seat. Use of lighting, camera angles, jump scares, a beautiful and haunting score, and excellent sound design all meant that I felt like I was truly there. To that end, I DO recommend playing by yourself, in the dark, at night and with headphones. I know some people might think it's 'too scary', but honestly, you're missing out on so much by not letting the atmosphere of this game really take over and envelop you. It's truly great stuff. Now, with regards to the gameplay... my feelings are mostly very positive here too. Sure, the actual interaction consists of QTE's (requiring quite quick thinking, by the way), moving the right / left stick, and making conversation / decision choices... but again, because the production values were so high, I still felt incredibly invested in the experience. Some late-game segments that require you to hold the controller as still as possible were definite highlights; I was terrified! Haha. The choices themselves were also surprisingly impactful; some almost frustratingly-so. I made a decision that I thought would have no consequences, but later found out that if I had said something different, I could have saved a character. 2 characters died on my first playthrough; and 1 of those felt a bit unfair (though the other was completely my fault, haha). I really felt for what the characters were going through, and this only added to the experience. The system of collectibles in this game was also very well done in my opinion. Rather than 'random' things strewed around, there were several types: 'Totems' which reveal something about the future - these were an amazing addition in my opinion; they help reveal situations you want to avoid, and the best decisions to make. One of these, for example, showed a certain character patting a big, white wolf. That meant that I was much less afraid to approach the creature at some point in the future, whereas otherwise I would have been a lot more wary. One of the best collectible systems I've seen in a game, in my opinion Clues and historical information - This was also very well-done, with strategically-placed information around the game world that actually had relevance to that area (similar to how games like Bioshock work); a great example of environmental storytelling. This was made even more impressive by the fact that characters - in conversations - actually make comments based on what you did / didn't find (i.e. they will offer more / less information about what happened to them based on how much you explored). This might seem small, but went a long way to helping me feel like part of the experience. I won't spoil anything about the story (it's great, by the way), but know that every decision you make has some impact - however small - at a point in the future. This was clear when I replayed the game on my quest to achieve the other trophies; again, I won't spoil, because they give away some key plot points. The various reveals were handled very well, and I thoroughly enjoyed the story for the most part. This is a game worth playing 3 times in my opinion (1x completely blind, 2x for the trophies as required)... although note that you can start the no / all death playthroughs from about half-way through, so it's not quite that long. HOWEVER: also note that if you use episode select to 'start' from a certain point, you CANNOT use episode selection again to change anything before you finish the whole game. So, for example, if you start from Episode 5 to correct a decision you made there (a death, for example), you need to play RIGHT UP TO THE END OF THE GAME for it to count. It's annoying, but will hopefully save you from wasting a chunk of your life. Also note that collectibles don't work this way; jump around episodes at your leisure. I've been very positive up to this point, and that's because this is an incredible game. It's very cinematic for sure, and I know some people will complain that "it's not a real game"... but seriously, give this one a go. There are some inconsistencies (characters either over or under-reacting to an event that was likely scripted for a different decision at an earlier point, dialogue that either doesn't make sense or goes against what was said previously, etc.), though some of this comes down to simply what the developers were going for; a 'knock off' horror movie that actually manages to out-do them in many regards. P.S. The deaths in this game are brutal, haha. Game rating: 9/10 Plat difficulty: 2/10 (time-consuming, but easy as long as you have good reaction speed)

Popular Post Aexuz
NieR: Automata #175 Got the platinum after 57 hours and its surely one of the best games I've played this year. I'm glad I played the original NieR first so I could enjoy more all the references, characters and lore. . It was one of the few games I coudn't stop playing until I got the platinum and it took more than it should because I went for 100% unit data and quests that were not needed for platinum. Compared to the first game the grind was almost non-existent. Most of the materials were sold in the game and chapter select make it really easy to achieve all the endings. Another thing I liked is that almost nothing was missable and there was no much need for guides except for some weapon and materials. Enjoyment: 9.5/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Time for platinum: 57 hours
Popular Post starcrunch061
Plat #234 - The Book of Regrets Platinum Thanks for playing! All in all, the Book of Regrets was a fun game, but I wish it had been a little bit longer and harder (that's what she said!). I miss text-based adventures, and they do a pretty good job with modernizing the genre, but the game is just too easy. The puzzles, in particular, are laughably simple (and always the exact same, which is unfortunate for a game that requires 4 playthroughs or so). Also, it's so random what's good and what's not (for those who decide to play, try to beat the final boss with the rope weapon, which is REQUIRED to max out the Staff of Confidence). But you have to love the originality in that platinum trophy name! Edited September 5, 2017 by starcrunch061
Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #150/8000th Trophy: Persona 5 (PS4) Took me around 125 hours to finally complete it. Wanted to hold it off for 200 Milestone went for 150 instead. Should be 8k when Neverend trophy list syncs with servers. I liked how the story was started off , right into action with no 1-2 month buildup. The only problem I had was preparing for Secret Boss. I messed up forgetting to Min/Max one of the Gamebreaking Persona late game. Had to wait till that option was available with weaker confidant boosts. Lazy not to grind for more money and put effort into a 2nd Persona (Hear Raiser/Debilitate). Which would have made the fight 10 times easier. Got lucky in my 8th Consecutive attempt. Both down to a sliver of health, prayed for no misses. Left the game wanting more Persona/SMT. Hoping they bring P1-3 to PS4 with Platinum. A traditional point and click adventure with excellent animation and some funny dialogue moments. Only trophy I disliked was the speed-run trophy, I hate them almost as much as I hate online multiplayer trophies. Overall highly recommended to check this game out. Nothing too complicated with all but one trophy coming naturally while playing. Its a brick breaker/smasher where you change your colour in order to destroy gems of a matching colour.
