A decent game. The gameplay was better than the first one. However the story was too short. It took me a couple hours and I was already done with the story. The sickest part of the game was fighting the Golak. That cutscene when he showed himself was cool. Compared to SW:TFU I the Holocrons were really easy to spot. Some challenges were exactly what it says: a Challenge. Challenge #1, #2 and #10 gave me some trouble, but the others were pretty easy.

Platinum no. 44 Alien Isolation

 

 

This game is a lot of fun. Its the best game with Alien on it! And for me its Best game of this Year. I have played almost of all game in 2014 and this? Its scary, it have Alien, music and it have everything what you need in game like this.

Enjoyment? 9/10

Trophy 5/10

BTW. Trophy 100 times too many (you must be killed 100 times by alien) is just stupid. why not other way? DONT be killed more 100 times?

I'm so glad that I downloaded this game when EA gave it free on the PlayStation Experience. I love this game.

IMO, super easy platinum. Only somehow hard part was completing the crazy difficulty on garden ops.

I also got to the fastest achievers leaderboard, I'm 30th.

#149-Wonderbook: Book of Spells

 

This was the last game I got for free while I worked for Sony and I just never bothered to play it. Well with the Trophy Competition on and needing a platinum for 149 I decided to finish it off. 2hours and 24minutes...my fastest plat ever (well except for Sound Shapes of course). This would be a great game if you had little kids who liked Harry Potter but it provides no real reason (except for a fast platinum) for anyone over the age of 12 to play it (unless you are a Hardcore Harry Potter fan). I kind of wish Wonderbook did better for Sony though as this was a cool idea and could have been a big hit with the kids.

I really wish this game had been more popular as well. This was a solid game with very fun multiplayer (I didn't say it had fun multiplayer trophy requirements though ). Yes winning 350 rounds of multiplayer can be tedious and was a lot of boosting but Prospector was a ton of fun and once I found a good group to play through it with it became a blast to do.

 

The single player was alright as well. Mercenary mode is a little tougher than Crushing but nothing too bad. I really liked the build/battle mechanics and I think we can all agree every game is better with jet packs.

 

This is a pretty easy (but long) Ultra Rare platinum and I do recommend it to anyone who enjoys 3rd person shooters.

Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel

 

Got this on sale and it was the best $2.99 I've spent on a game this year.

The game was way more fun than I thought it was going to be. There were a couple

of grindy trophies, but being able to play with my brother made everything more fun.

So huge thanks again Kingdell6 for the "help" in getting this game done .

I bought this for $1.99 when it went on sale, never played the first one, but this one looked pretty good for the price. The platinum isn't very difficult, but the game was pretty fun.I just wish they gave the Wizard an attack ability other than the ability to levitate enemies. You can get the platinum about halfway through the game, but it's worth it to finish the game as it is a fun game to play. Overall, it was well worth the price and I'm glad I decided to get it.

Strider Master

This is one of those games, you start playing and you can't put it down because of how fun it is. Fast paced non-stop 2D action as you explore a somewhat linear open world game. Hard mode was not that hard, with only bosses giving you trouble in the beginning. Just learn their attacks and dodge. Has a good chunk of collecting that will make you backtrack the previous levels. The speed run trophy was fun to get on normal. My time was 2:37:00 with only getting updates that are on my way to the next objective, so it's pretty doable. Overall Strider is a fun game to platinum and is currently on sale in the Holiday Sale Week 2. Also meet your 9th fastest achiever. ^.^

#50 - Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep

 

This plat was quite the grind. Having to do everything in the game three times was rough, and took the longest out of all 4 KH games because of it. But the game is still one of the best, making the grind a little bit less painful. I'm both glad to be done with it, but also a bit sad that it's the final KH plat until KHIII comes out sometime in the next few years (I'm betting on 2016, but 2017 wouldn't surprise me). Anyway, fantastic series, my favorite of all time. Now I'm off to replay Kingdom Hearts 3D and complete my playthrough of the entire series from KH1 to 3D.

Platinum #77!  It was pretty decent tower defense game. Hardest thing to do in this game was few secondary objectives like: Get kills with killstreak and no damage to base or refinery.  Overall it was still quite easy platinum and no big grinding required. Go for it while it's free now if you want easy plat.

 

Platinum Difficulty: 3/10

 

Overall Enjoyment: 7/10

#40 - Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc

 

 

A tad different from the games I usually play. The concept is interesting, but I could have done without the Bullet Time Battles which are hardly a fun mechanic. The school mode is the most boring thing ever though. It would have been alright as a mini-game, but not as a mode you have to run through about 4 times to plat the game. Also the announcement of daytime and nighttime started getting on my nerves after the first few times, totally unnecessary Anyhow, overall it's an alright game, with a wicked story, and an easy plat, even though a somewhat time consuming one.
