(Literally) Should have been an easy that turned into a nightmare with its GLITCH GALORE Got stuck w/ 1 S.I.P and 1 fucking Gold Brick Almost reached the point of giving up on it and just fuck it off. After cooling down from frustrations, I spent an hour making a research on people getting stuck at 98.1%, 98.8% & 99.9% well I was at the 98.8 mark. Nothing seems to help much as people are missing something totally different than mine. After that, I sat on it with a frowning face, thinking it would be another 2hrs wasted, looking for that one single brick. Then BOOOM! Shit happens it finally Paid Off. Gold Brick Detector finally showed up on one of those Classrooms. and the rest are fucking history! Game wise, something you'd expect on a Lego game, it's cute, it has bricks, it assemble stuff and resembles Characters and Environment everything that is Lego. But be forewarn on the glitches that comes along with it. It's just sad that they didn't polished this game as much as they could. For me it leaves a bad taste on my mouth towards other Lego game, Now am hesitant to grab another sale item at the game shop. Hopefully that 6 years gap, Tt had figured things out and didn't messed around, Lego's AVENGER game. Cheers yo! Stay Safe! Popular Post Maddawgmax
#33 Platinum True Thievius Raccoonus Unlock all trophies for Sly Cooper's first outing Platinum on 9th February 2016 (10 months, 2 weeks, 6 days) Took me maybe a week of actually playing (if that), I had just started it forever ago and just recently got to playing it again. Loved this game just like Jak and Daxter. Tons of fun and something really simple to just sit down and play for fun in my downtime. Started with the fourth game and it got me really interested in getting and beating the earlier games first. Can't wait to get into Sly 2 and work my way up to finishing Thieves in Time. I originally bought this game for me and the kiddo to play, but since she fell asleep 15 minutes into it, I couldn't not earn the platinum for it! Gotta keep that completion ratio up! Overall it really wasn't a bad game though. A lot of collectibles but they're all pretty easily found. I have definitely played worse kid's games than this one.
Popular Post Priere
#64 Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls "Pragmatism's Last Reward" ♪ If there is Monokuma, there is happiness. Bite! Bite! Monokuuuuuma! ♪ Upupupu, the ultimate Despair is almost here....all we need is... Welcome to Ultra Despair Girls, a game story that is set between the first and the second Danganronpa games. It introduces a new (or perhaps, old? ) threat...and it has to do with Mr. Monokuma again, meow! (that Monaca reference though). The story this time takes around a certain average, ordinary highschool girl called Komaru "Blankblank", sister of "blankblank", and Toko Fukawa, the Ultimate Writing Prodigy. Together, they Pew-pew-pew and cut-cut-cuttly-cut monokumaaaaaas! That is fun, right? you have no idea, it's so fun and hilarious, it's too good sometimes The villains this time around are a bunch of kids - Kids who have fallen to despair thanks to a certain Big Sis they admired along with Remnants of Despair. There are 5 kids, with each of them having a really unbearable trauma caused by their parents, which led them to hate all adults and calling them "Demons". The traumas each of the kids, even Monaca meow, represents a real-life problem that parents sometimes cause their children to suffer from, they really shouldn't be taken lightly. Examples of this is sexual "harassment" at a very young age, being extremely drunk around your kid, pushing your kid to overly-over the limit and treating them like a disposable subject, denying one of your family member's existence and hating your kid because they "limited" your objectives in life now that they are born. All of these problems, i highly despise any parents that do make their children suffer from these.....It's sickening. But anywaysssss, i won't go berserk now and let's just dig into the fun part Unlike the previous Danganronpa games, gameplay, animation, and even character designs are highly different. Instead of being a mystery interactive Visual Novel, it's a hybrid of shooter and VN. Komaru literally shoots Monokumas with a hacking gun that is pretty much a Megaphone Animation and design is now in 3D instead of the unique cardboard-like sprites from the previous games. This game also tries to mix a lot of things in just one simple game, and it really, really did it marvelously. If you are a Danganronpa junkie and finished the 2 first games, get this game ASAP. If you aren't, what the hell are you waiting? I cannot wait for Danganronpa 3 (the animation so i can see a certain someone....) and Danganronpa V3 Upupup, let us all dance with MonoMono... Popular Post AJ_Radio
#12: 13.02% Rare Collect all other trophies to unlock. Excitement Rating: 5-6/10 Difficulty: 3-4/10 After being bedsick for several days, throwing up on myself, having to use the bathroom countless times, and getting a horrible migraine, I was unable to do much of anything (which is why I haven't been around here lately). Now that I've finally gotten over my cold, I can post my latest platinum. So where to start with this one? LA Noire was the second game I registered on my PS3 (after Red Dead Redemption). A little history of myself. This was one of those games I was highly looking forward to in the months before it's release. I remember certain people on Youtube were giving away copies of this game and I thought I could win a copy myself. Unfortunately I never did, but I ended up watching up to the middle of the Homocide cases before I even touched LA Noire. 2011 was a good year for big title games, this being one of them. But for some reason I never got around to getting a PS3, I was more of a guy who enjoyed old school games, and the PC was where it was at. I played through most of the Traffic cases and the DLC cases in early 2013 and found myself feeling a little disappointed. Maybe it was the slow change of pace compared to other Rockstar offerings, I don't know as it was three years ago. I got caught in various online games such as World of Warcraft and Old School Runescape, so LA Noire and the PS3 were, for over a year, placed on the back burner. Even though I beat the story in March last year, I simply felt getting all the trophies seemed like a big waste of time. Platinums were not something I had in mind. That has changed, but going through all the story cases, not to mention the collectibles were an aggravating time sink. First, the collectibles. I still have no clue why they were simply thrown in LA Noire. Of the Assassin Creed games I've played and most/any open world game I've touched that featured collectibles, the ones in LA Noire felt the most pointless. The film reels have nothing going for them other than the titles of famous 1930s-1950s Hollywood movies and a silver trophy for finishing the wild goose chase. After beating the story once, and replaying them again to earn a 5-star rating, I never encountered one film reel, not until I started going after them. They're not just on the ground, you actually have to search for them. One of them involves driving into a train tunnel a good distance before you come across an intersection, after which you get out of your car and find it. Honestly who in their right mind would find that just driving around? Even with a guide I still spent well over three hours looking for these film reels, because Los Angeles in LA Noire is still big. You could probably fit a good chunk of GTA V's map into LA Noire. A lot of people gripe and complain about the car collectibles but I didn't find them too frustrating. It was of course a pain in the butt when I was down to 5-10 vehicles, without a guide I would of been lucky to have found a third of them. We might think most of today's vehicles look the same, just go back to the 1940s and see that every other vehicle is the same, apart from the grill and the title of the car. The thing I want to touch on though is the story. It became clear to me that Cole Phelps wasn't a favorite of mine. In fact most of the characters (as one may or may not expect in a noir genre) I didn't like that much to begin with, either because they were just annoying or they were there to stir up trouble. We see what we think is a modest war hero go from patrol cop to a fully fledged detective, getting into a lot of speed bumps along the way. We see flashbacks of Cole as a Lieutenant on Okinawa, and how it ties into the present day story. During the journey the various characters who run into Phelps provide support, or they are simply a roadblock that Phelps must overcome. My gripe about this game is the further I got into the story, the less I enjoyed it. Traffic is probably my favorite desk of the four where you play as a detective. You are introduced to a likable captain and a likable partner, it's a shame I saw so little of them in the desks that followed. Homocide has a less likeable captain and partner, and the story of this desk revolves around the Black Dahlia. It was nice to see Team Bondi take a piece of history here, but the unsatisfactory ending that followed gave me a bad taste of what was to come. To make a long story short (because I'm rambling too much and I could easily turn this into several pages), I didn't particularly enjoy the ending of the game. The last two desks (Vice and Arson) focus more heavily on Cole's past, and the people involved don't entirely fill in. I honestly feel that Team Bondi was having a lot of trouble in getting this game to stick, as LA Noire still feels in ways unique even when compared to other detective games. Personally I wouldn't call LA Noire to be a fully fledged detective game, as there's gunfights, foot chases and car chases, and the occasional street crime to respond to. I don't want to turn this into a review, but there is definitely a lot to be said about this game that is both bad and good. Facial animations still look solid, but not impressive anymore considering the current-gen technology. All in all though, while I just spent the last few paragraphs griping about the collectibles and the story, I still found something to enjoy in LA Noire. I found examining for clues to be amusing, how I can closely examine some while for others I can further examine them by pressing X. Some of the banter between Phelps and his partners was funny, if not informative at times. I can go on and on, but I'm proud to say I no longer have to worry about this game as I hold the platinum. I definitely could of got it done sooner, but I didn't expect the collectibles nor the replaying of cases to take so much time. Personally though I hope to see a possible sequel or spiritual successor to LA Noire. Shame about Team Bondi closing doors, although I've heard from varying sources that there were terrible working conditions and poor treatment of workers. According to IGN the game took seven years to make, and Rockstar had to jump in to prevent things from getting worse. Which is something I will never understand because with how complex companies have become, a catastrophe could be for any number of reasons. In short, I didn't enjoy LA Noire as much as other games I've platinumed, but it's one I wanted to get out of the way and enjoy while I could. Anyone wanting to platinum this game you could probably pick it up cheap on Amazon, or get it digitally via PSN although the user interface for PS3 is rather bad on there. LA Noire isn't the best in it's genre nor it's category, but those of you who like history and the vintage '40s I recommend playing it. Play Time: 45+ hours.

Popular Post markcavan
#75 - Ether One - PS4 This has been a game I wanted to play for a long time but had been putting off due to the large number of glitches that folks reported and with the latest set of fixes I decided to go in and play. Purely from a game play perspective this is a real gem. Its lovely to explore, story is thought provoking and the puzzles while a little obscure are not too difficult. However, where the game falls short is with bugs when your going to try and complete and get the trophies. I need 3 play attempts due to game breaker glitches, one related to the miners vigils projector and second for voicemail messages. So I would suggest if trophies are important to you use a guide or you will need multiple plays but don't let that put you off. Its a good game (little depressing but sure so is life sometimes) and well worth a look. Enjoyment 5/10 Difficulty 5/10 and time 20 hours (probably about 5-8 if you religiously used a guide).

So after the great succes of the previous TellTale game I just couldn't resist playing another one (almost) straight after. Even though I haven't watched the series I hadn't much trouble following the story. After a while you get used to the characters and stuff so yeah. Just like the previous TellTale games this game is full of epic, unexpected, beatiful and awesome moments. Yet again, TellTale sure knows how to deliver a good story. Only difference between ps3 and ps4 version is the size of the map as it is bigger on ps4. It is definitely better on PC because of all the mods and texture packs etc giving the game a lot more purpose. This game always gets mixed reviews which is understandable as it's not everyone's cup of tea but if I ever buy a vita I will probably get the platinum on that console too.

Popular Post Re-LoreLink
HEAVY RAIN Master Ahhhh!! What a joy I've felt replaying this old friend of mine, and how natural the path to the platinum actually was. Heavy rain was the last game I bought for ps3right before I moved to England last year ( I had quite some time off my videogames routine) and I've always thought of going back to watch all the endings and experience everything else left. Heavy Rain focuses only on the narrative, and while the quality is excellent, as well as the trated topics, there are some plot holes and some dumb choises (both in actual gameplay and in screenwriting).Nothing that could ruin the experience the game brings though. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't played it yet. (I yet have to play Beyond:Two Souls) Difficulty: 3 Enjoyment: 8 Time: 20+h
