I think I know how you feel, that Modern Warfare Veteran part was tough as nails. I consider myself a very decent MW player, even online, but I don't know how far I wouldve come if they didnt have checkpoints in the missions, some parts felt like a Relay race, just get to the checkpoint, like one hell at a time, haha. Good job getting the mission done. ; )

Popular Post KenjiCBZ
Fall Guy's: Ultimate Knockout Infallible Win 5 Episodes in a row (4.02% - Ultra Rare) Probably the most infamous and discussed Trophy of the last year. It's been exploited various times and a good 60/70% didn't get it legitimately, but I did and it was a real struggle. A lot of luck and random factors in your way to prevent you to obtain the mirage of winning five times in a row: one disconnection, one weird desync, one time a luck based game occurs, one terrible teammate, and all of your progress is lost. I eventually did it, in the most traumatic way possible: the fifth win happened to be a 12 players Thin Ice final, and in the end it was between me and one last player whom I had seen grabbing out my teammates, until it was between me and him. The struggle was real, he tried to grab me out too and I was able to escape everytime, you have no idea how much my heart was beating and how much my hands were sweating, and I didn't have to lose focus. And when that last player died and I won... That was the most satisfying moment in my life, no kidding. I remember I actually said "... It's over." The ultimate irony is that since then I have drastically improved my win ratio in Fall Guys and I have achieved 5 wins in a row twice more, as well as two 4 wins in a row with just a close loss in the fifth final, it just had to happen for the first time ? And trying to do that was a real struggle, a daily attempt lasting for months, for something that seemed close to impossible to do. I have obtained others skill based Trophies but I think that this one, with the huge luck aspect related to it that I mentioned before, outlasts them.
Jamescush147
Billionaire! - Collect a billion studs From Lego Worlds. Not hard just the most grindy trophy I went for. It took me 6 hours for two days to get it. 3 hours hitting X one day and then 3 hours hitting X the next day. Designer's Delight from that game was also a grind trying to find the final 4 bricks I needed. 4 hours opening treasure chests for the final four.
Popular Post FeelTheCosmos
Man, I love these threads, I'm glad this one came back. The memories While reading through this definitely brought back some "Ugh" moments for me (GT5 Gold Standard, ...It, Flappy Goat, and the Arkham Knight community challenges to name a few), there's ONE GUY that sticks out above all others: By My Hand Alone - Disonored. This thing. This f*cking thing! For those that don't know, there's a challenge DLC in Dishonored and one of the challenges is a survival/combat challenge with 13 waves. For this trophy, you have to reach wave 13 while killing every enemy (53 of them) by yourself. The problem is there are multiple factions who will fight each other, which spawn randomly and run straight at each other. Some of the factions can one shot other factions, and this can (and frequently does) happen before you even see where they spawned. You'll only have 3 enemies to kill in a wave and you'll go kill the first one in 5 seconds, only to look and see that one of the remaining enemies has already killed the other! Anyway, I got this trophy back in 2013 or 14 after probably 40 hours of pain. Knowing I was no match for the Tallboys in waves 10-12, every time I got to that wave I'd set up oil cans in each corner (10 minutes per round), only to have the whole thing fall apart seconds later by a stray bullet or something, then have to wait another hour for a viable run again. Just awful. It was so bad that I ended up writing a guide for it on another site, hopefully to help others who struggled as much as me. A few months later I got into 100% club speed running, and seeing the top time at Dishonored was like 4 days and something (and pretty much still is), I decided I'd do it. Spent about 2 1/2 days solid playing the story, both story DLC's, and most of the Trials until I just had this trophy and Daredevil remaining. Played this challenge for 17 straight hours and was unable to complete it. To this day it's still the only speed run that I actually failed to complete. I've missed my times before, but never have i been actually UNABLE to get the 100%. One more paragraph, you read this far maybe, why not see the end, right? So when we all got locked down last year, I decided on a fun challenge to keep busy: I decided to replay my entire trophy list (200 games) and see how fast I could complete it. It took 7+ years the first time, I figured with nowhere to be and all the experience gained I could probably knock all 200 out in about 18 months, so why not? Only rules were "no unobtainable games" and "no games that were too hard to complete the first time." Dishonored made the cut, because I HAD in fact completed it, making it hard to argue that I couldn't. It finally came up (#163 I think) and I spent last weekend back in the brawl. I knew this would be awful, so I timed it. I spent 38 hours last weekend trying to get this trophy and failed. Again. I finally had to beg the comissioner (my wife) for mercy and declare this one "too hard," which she was generous enough to do. Fortunately I was smart enough not to get any other trophies, so it won't mess up my 100%, but dang if this isn't the hardest trophy to get! TL;DR, By My Hand Alone - I'd consider myself a pro at Dishonored, but in 3 high-stakes attempts to get this trophy I have failed twice.

MrGarland
Heroic Survivor - Complete all missions on Elite difficulty level Of all the games I can think of, this is the one that comes to my mind. It's been nine years since I did this, and it still stands as one of the toughest things I've done in gaming. I probably don't even have to explain why. The name of that trophy pretty much says it all. Since I don't play FPS games too much, that might explain why it was so hard. Not to mention, I was also pretty much of a beginner back then as I was getting used to the PS3. If I did it nowadays, it might be less harder, but I'm pretty sure some levels will be hard, mainly the final battle.

Yeah, that's a wild one. I still see people cheating this trophy in the dispute threads and trying to pretend like they got it "right before" the servers shut down. What they don't know (because they didn't actually achieve it) is that that trophy was so hard that people on this site recorded every single person in the top 1% for like the last 12 weeks of the game, from the in-game leaderboards. If you aren't on it, you didn't get it

Phlegeth
Practice Makes Perfect! from Crash 1. Like Crash 1 was not designed with speed runs in mind. And The High Road with the different hitboxes. I knew I could skip a level since I was doing Stormy Ascent. But I wanted aaalllll the relics. I spent like seven hours on The High Road alone. And Deflowered from Drakengard 3. Yea, let's throw a random rhythm game in finale of a 3D Beat-em 'up with dodgy frame rate at best. And let's get the camera man drunk too.

willmill97
Guitar Hero: Metallica - 575k in Creeping Death on Expert was one such trophy that I felt like I had evolved once it popped. Guitar Hero Hits - 4* Through the Fire and Flames on Expert & hitting every note in Raining Blood sequences on expert too are ones I could never replicate now the closer to frailty I get with age. Uncharted 4 Survival - ***SOLO*** On co-op this probably isn't as daunting, but on solo you're really in for a buggering. Every single CoD 100% - Unlocking Reznov on Solo on BO4, countless zombie Easter Eggs, do I really need to explain?

I wouldn't say that would be a rage snap, more of a not feel like playing it anymore snap. I played it too, not disc version, but the psplus for ps4 so I can't rage snapping the entire console in half ? even more exhausting, as I wanted to plat it before my daughter born (since I wouldn't have time after that) and after i plat it she decided to born a month earlier than expected ?
Xenoblast91
Pacifist - Hyper Scape: This was super daunting, as it took me like 3 days of full grind to actually being able to get this one. You must win a match in the battle royale game without killing. A mix between camping, good at evading enemies and know how to use your perks. It daunted me because the game died so soon that I was super afraid that this would be harder; and indeed it is. Days after I got the trophy, devs updated it to make the trophy more annoying. I was super relieved once I got rid of it. Masterminds - GTA V: I can recall that this one was super epic, mostly because it's super hard (once you play it first time). I was overwhelmed by real life issues, and moreover, this gave me loads of unnecessary stress to point it out. Anyway, the known requirements for this single trophy are insane, and my team including me, it took us around 2 months of grind to manage to do it. Even though, when the trophy popped I literally cried; like finally all mine effort and the others paid off plus the things in my life started to fall into place again. It was a nightmare, and this gave me insights about how to properly tackle challenges like this caliber from then onwards on other games and stuff. You must be fully equipped, ready to know what to do and expect many fails but endure the learning curve to finally succeed.
Popular Post Copanele
The hardest trophy for me personally has to be Crash Bandicoot's Gold Relic on Stormy Ascent: An Ancient Antiquity Normally this trophy wouldn't be this hard...if you are a platformer enthusiast. I am not. You can't imagine how bad I am with platformers. Crash Bandicoot has been a nightmare to play for me. I'd gladly redo any game on my list EXCEPT this one. A close second would be Injustice God Among Us - World's Finest : Complete all STAR Labs missions with 3 stars. World's Finest Reasons - I had to play with ALL characters, including the ones that I can't stand AND some of the missions involved shooting meteors or jumping over barrels, which isn't something you normally do in a fighting game. It sucked.
