Popular Post blu3st4rdust305
Knocked out Tier 2. Finished Slain and Deadlight during the Halloween event. Rather enjoyed both of those, even the no death run on Deadlight was not as awful as I thought it was going to be. Only just squeaked by with Legends of Ethernal. Playing on Hardcore without upgrades is pretty unforgiving. I do not recommend this approach. I spent a terribly long time trying to get past the boss on the Old Watchtower. Popular Post MrHealthy
Damascus Gear: Operation Tokyo HD Edition [NA] I just said the other day that I would be hard pressed to do much more this year, and here I am having knocked this out in a couple of days. Damascus Gear Operation Tokyo is an isometric mech themed hack and slash by Arc System Works (yes the same company that does a ton of fighting games). It's a budget release and you can tell this cause it only has a handful of maps that you will repeatedly play with marginally different objectives. The AI both friendly and of the enemies is also pretty bad. That said though, neither of these negatives really bothered me and I overall had a good time mindlessly blasting mechs. This release includes the previous two paid DLC packs in the Vita version as well as a new exclusive mode. Though there are no trophies tied to the new mode or the DLC levels so you can skip them entirely if you want I do recommend doing the first 4-5 DLC levels (SS rank) for the significantly stronger mech parts they drop which make getting S mission ratings on all the base game levels a breeze. Before becoming completely OP with the DLC parts there are a few difficulty spikes but because the AI isn't so smart you can abuse that a bit as well as just mash repair kits whenever you need to keep your health up. The story is a nothing burger. Basically just use your GEAR mech to fight the RAGE which are gear mechs that have gone rogue without pilots and are trying to exterminate humans. Start as a newbie and become the best GEAR pilot in order to retake the surface of Tokyo. That's it. Sadly you can't skip dialogue the first time you play a mission so I mostly just had to mash circle to get through it. Overall it's a pretty easy completion with the hardest missions being moderate at worst. The only hang up for getting the 100% is getting all base game mech parts for Part Complete. By the time I was done everything else I had about 80% of them and while there is a decent list of what levels each part drops in the guide a lot of them only drop from specific enemies and documentation of which enemies is sparse. It's also completely random which part they will drop from their pool of parts. Sometimes I would get the part I needed in 1 try, sometimes I replayed the same level dozens and dozens of times until it dropped. This one trophy added like 8-10 hours to my playtime. Interestingly the original Vita release has way more owners and way more common trophies than either of the PS4 stacks despite the PS4 version being easier to 100% due to the included DLC levels. I am now one of 5 people to have completed the NA stack of this game. And managed to get the fastest completion time of us without trying. There are also only another 5 who have done the EU stack. Compare that to several hundred who have finished the Vita stacks. The sequel, Operation Osaka, is not on Extra so I won't be doing that on PS4. I do have both Tokyo and Osaka on Vita in physical form so I will probably do both next year. Popular Post Dzware
It's been so long since I got an UR completion, that I almost forgot about this event.. but here's what I finished this past month at least. Ark: Survival Evolved was just an easy and boring 2 hours of typing in commands. There were a couple updates since the guide was made, so needed to look around a bit for a few trophies, but nothing too bad Uncharted 4 was actually quite challenging, until I gave up and just turned on auto aim and breezed through the rest of crushing difficulty like that. The DLC survival was fairly easy too, as I just joined a group where 2 elderly ladies completely carried me through it. Overall a pretty fun game though. I've been working on multiple UR games lately (too many games at once really..), not sure which ones I'll finish before the end of the year, so I'll just list them all. The tournament mode trophies for this game were just awful and frustrating. It's on a weird schedule and there are constant disconnects so sometimes you just waste your time attending the tournaments. I woke up at 4AM 3 times to attend a tournament and got disconnected 2 out of 3 times in the first match and once in the second match. I never was able to finish a tournament besides the first one I joined so I was just praying that I could get a win here and there before I would disconnect. I heard it was even worst before they "fixed" the tournament mode and I don't envy anyone who did this in the months prior.

I picked it up on sale for about $3 quite some time ago and was finally in the mood to check it out. It’s a hack n slash game that seems to be inspired by stuff like Shadow of the Colossus or the Attack on Titan anime series, as the game is all about taking control of a super fast-moving hero called a Sentinel whose job is to fight off giant monsters called Ravenii before they can ravage the cities. In all honesty it’s a pretty bad game. You’ve got irritating characters talking in your ear non-stop as you play, and the gameplay loop is super bare bones and repetitive, basically every single mission consists of running around fighting small monsters and trying to hold down a button to charge these obelisk things to “rescue” civilians, and building up enough charge on your weapon to take down the Ravenii. Theres always a city nearby to protect, and the Ravenii are basically giant beasts that will ravage and destroy it if you don’t kill them fast enough. You can hack off their limbs temporarily to hamper their efforts, until you have enough runic charge to run up their huge bodies and hack off their heads. As the game progresses the Ravenii get increasingly annoying to deal with and start having thick armor and locked helmets that will require lots of body climbing and precision strikes in order to take them down. Theres usually several secondary objectives you need to achieve alongside the main ones, and this is where the “difficulty” comes in. It’s not exactly hard at all, but the game can be quite frustrating sometimes as there’s a lot of RNG at play with the procedural generation of areas and the types of Ravennii that show up, so the challenge basically comes down to having to micromanage several tasks at once which are usually spread across the map, trying to juggle several Godzillas while saving civilians and keeping the city from being steamrolled, and dealing with the janky ass camera and controls when trying to climb up their massive bodies. It’s not entirely uncommon to get trapped inside some ogre’s ass crack or armpit while trying to climb up to his head… fun times. The funny thing is though, despite everything I just said, I had a really hard time putting this game down. I usually find it difficult to sit and game for too many hours in a row without getting bored or fidgety, but something about this game was really addictive and so I banged out the whole thing in just a couple days playing for long hours. Sadly I couldn’t recommend this one to anybody as I think most of you guys would hate it or wouldn’t have the patience to slog through it (hence the UR trophies), but if you can find it on sale for a couple bucks like I did then it’s worth checking out for that price if you think it looks and sounds interesting. #364 - Shadow Warrior 2 Now this one on the other hand… I couldn’t recommend this one enough. It was absolutely fantastic. Super fun platinum & probably my favourite Shadow Warrior game in the new trilogy. If you’ve played SW1 or 3 this will be quite familiar, except this time around they decided to go with a Borderlands-style looter shooter format that offers huge replayability and hours of fun with the option for co-op play with up to 4 people. As in the other games, melee is still king here, and dashing around at dizzying speeds slicing up demons with your katana is as thrilling as ever. But this time around they made guns WAY more powerful and fun to use. This time around there’s a huge arsenal of weapons at your disposal with easily a dozen or more melee weapons and 70+ unique guns. The game has 4 main difficulty levels, with a further 10 or so “Insanity” level multipliers to keep scaling up the monster difficulty and value of loot with each run through the game. The main loot in the game are these increasingly powerful gemstone drops which can be swapped in & out of your weapons to spec the stats and elemental effects to your liking. Between your weapons, armor, amulets and power slots you can create tons of different builds to shred demons in endlessly satisfying ways. This platinum is SUPER fun and most of the trophies will come naturally after a couple playthroughs of the story. The only conceivable explanation for this being an UR is because of the trophy for grinding out 10k Masamune Orbs, but even that can be trivialized with the right method. Platinum took me about 35 Hours. Shadow Warrior 2 is currently on PS+ Extra so check it out while you can! Especially if you have some friends to play with. ===== In other news, I’m planning on starting Silent Hill 2 tonight and I’m both excited and intimidated to dive into this classic for the first time! I expect it will take me at least a few weeks. I was really hoping to finish Tier 4 before the end of the year but as of now it looks like I’ll probably run out of time, unless anybody has suggestions for 1-2 qualifying games that can be completed fairly quick. Thanks for reading. 🙂
Popular Post MrHealthy
NASCAR Heat 5 What a mediocre experience. I am a fan of racing games and have found myself playing them more and more lately. But I have never done a stock car game as I have little interest in stock cars. Decided to give this a go just so I can say I at least tried one, but I should have listened to my inner monologue that told me it was a bad idea. It wasn't awful mind you, just incredibly boring. In terms of rarity it's an ultra rare plat largely because the trophies are glitchy and often don't pop when they should. It's never too hard to get them to pop when this happens but it is annoying as hell. It's also grindy with the 200 race wins. Once I had everything else done I still needed 120+ to get it done which was a slog. The only actual challenging part was the 20 challenge levels, though they get a lot easier once you realize that you can manipulate the car setups and AI to your advantage. It's one of those games that I don't have much to say about because it was so unremarkable. I did enjoy the small handful of road tracks in the game. Other than that nothing was memorable. In fact I suspect I will completely forget I have even platted his by mid 2024. Popular Post Duke_Ryle
Completed Weird West (PS5 Version) for my 5th and final game in tier 1. I was able to complete it before it creeps over to VR status. It was a pretty cool game and I had a lot of fun playing it. It had interesting lore and did a good job world building and I enjoyed the main story quite a bit. The side quests, bounty hunting and exploration were disappointing. Lot of fetch quests or mindless crap. The side quests necessary for trophies were slightly better but not by much. There wasn't really any point in exploring a new dungeon or area outside of the main story. It's not like you were rewarded with extra story content, better weapons or experience. It was just kind of the same dungeon and enemies over and over again with a couple of surprises here or there but nothing worth going out of your way for. Still was a good game. I may revisit the PS4 stack at a later date. Now I'm just going to concentrate on Dishonored's Dunwall City Trials for the rest of the year. If I can get it before the end of the year I will post it here. If not hopefully it will be part of the 2024 competition.
Popular Post MrHealthy
Atomic Ninjas [Vita] I stumbled upon this easy ultra rare completion by chance. I was looking through my old PS+ games on PS3 for things that were pretty chill and easy and decided to play this game. The PS3 version does not have any ultra rare trophies so at first I didn't realize. For whatever reason I decided to start the vita version before the PS3 version and it was only then that I noticed two ultra rares on the vita list. This is a multiplayer game that is obviously long dead. It's an incredibly easy game to boost though. Doesn't take very long either, about 5 hours or so if you are very efficient, maybe a couple more if you are not. If you have a ps3 and vita or two PS3's you can do all the trophies yourself bar one. That one requires you to host a match with 4 unique PSN ID's in it. So also very easy to boost if you have a partner that also has 2 consoles. Not much else to say about this since I never actually experienced the game as intended. Seems like it would have been fun back in the day. Here's Melty in particular. I used ABC, 236C until they get to the corner. Once they're in the corner once you get 236C to hit, follow up with BC to juggle and you can then either super with 236236C or just 236C again. Does a shit load of damage. Popular Post Baker
It has been a while. I don’t even remember how many games I finished this year but I believe this is my 6th. Initially I wanted to save this until January and get myself a good start in next years event. I left one easy trophy, but decided to unlock it anyway. What game are you talking about? Have I finally done it? Have I beaten DMC 5? No. It’s… The Metronomicon. This is a turn based RPG rhythm game and boy did I struggle with this one. Specifically on Hard difficulty and then especially in Arena mode. I’m really not good at these types of games so I’m pleased I got it done. To show you what the game is like I saved one clip. This is in story mode on hard. Now since this is a RPG I’m way overpowered here and can make plenty of mistakes and still finish it quite easily. Although this went pretty well. But there are much harder and faster songs than this one. In arena mode you have a set party at set levels and you need to beat a specific challenge. You basically can’t miss a note. Very hard for me. A solid 8/10. A very fun game nonetheless with some awesome music! Also one very annoying trophy where you need to beat 50 songs in a row without pausing. It’s called No Pee Breaks. I just did it and after song 4 I already had to go to the bathroom. That was a test of will- and bladder power. 😂 This was it for me for this year. Until next year! Great event as always! A super heartwarming thanks to @Thedah, thank you for giving me the tips for Melty (and Xiaomei, her A-Forward C combo was way better than what I had in mind). Unfortunately...I had less than poor luck with the AI in this game, it absolutely whooped my ass 😂Haven't seen such mad input reading since Persona 4 Arena Score Attack mode. Took me more than a few tries with characters like Rouna or Misty. I'll share one video here as an example. I still won but my god did I get whipped! Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-: My first game from the Guilty Gear saga, not a hard one, just a big massive grind with M.O.M. mode if you are going for the plat (Even worse if you are doing the EU version because you dont have the latest patch available so expect a lot of resets), the trials trophies are easy because you have a lot of trials to do and you only need to do 300 (a lot of them are just your basic hadoken or dragon punch motion), I found a little more hard the 30 S Rank missions since some of them are kind of random so S-rank them has a little of RNG involved...
Popular Post FreshFromThaDeli
Tier 2 3/5 Complete 1. CoD MWII (MWIII) 💯 2. Dark Awake: The King Has No Name 3. Dead Nation Apocalypse Edition 4. Far Cry 2 5. Street Fighter 6 To start off, MWIII is the game I am claiming for Ultra rare conpletion but Activision and Sledgehammer games decided to make a unified launcher for CoD this year and in doing so has ruined this rendition of the game and probably all future releases for trophy hunting. The list will fall under the same umbrella and the game they are deciding to use for the base of the install is CoD MWII. So effectively MWIII is a dlc for last year's game and they are not even attempting to hide it. The ultimate 'fuck you' from Activision is the fact MWIII has a Platinum and it's own trophy list for the PS4 version. I don't even mind that the PS5 version doesn't have a Platinum, I just want a separate trophy list but I guess that's too much to ask. Anyways, this game had a decent Campaign. Multiplayer has no trophies but I have played over 30 hours and I can safely say its the best of a bad bunch. This whole new MW series of games since 2019 have really poor and clunky movement. This game still feels bad to play imo. The maps from 2009 MW2 (still my favourite CoD to this day) are all present and some of my favourites like Favela just don't play well at all. Zombies is the weakest mode in the game but unfortunately the mode where you will be spending 90% of your time. Sole reason is getting 50k kills. Yes, you read that right. It's a painful grind as Treyarch have nerfed the EZ method discovered at launch and I was too busy with the Campaign and Mulitplayer. Zombies is truly watered down garbage now. I prefer round based but now we have a Batyle Royale map repurposed for Zombies. The main problem with the mode is the considerable amount of downtime. Finding contracts to complete and then always have to exfil takes the fun out of Zombies. Instead of the Zombies finding you, you have to go out of your way to find them. The biggest frustration was all the disconnects this game experiences. Zombie rewards exfils by enhancing your load out for your next deployment. I can't tell you the amount of times I have used up my rare loot for my next deployment only for the game to immediately time me out and you lose all your gear. This is my last submission for the year on this thread. I took a 'play what I want' approach just like last year. Will be excited to join again next year and make it a four peat of yearly entries to this great thread. Good luck to everyone who is finishing up their tier in time for new year.

Popular Post dieselmanchild
Tier 1 SteamWorld Dig - (0.95% 💯 ) The Evil Within - (3.97%) - BOUNTY! I’ve become a huge fan of the survival horror genre in the last few years and have especially enjoyed exploring the roots of the genre with the early Resident Evil titles. But I’ve long wanted to hunt down a copy of the acclaimed, genre-defining survival horror masterpiece, Silent Hill 2, and so I finally went and ordered a copy of the HD collection. Along with being a classic in the genre, Silent Hill 2 is known amongst trophy hunters for having a tricky ultra rare platinum, and I knew I had to have it. The game still holds up remarkably well for a PS2 era game. The gameplay, tanks controls, and fixed camera angles are a little bit dated (and so the upcoming remakes of SH1 & 2 are more than welcome imo), but in terms of atmosphere and mood, they just don’t make ‘em like this anymore. You play as James Sunderland, a grieving man who receives a disturbing letter from his deceased wife, urging him to return to the town of Silent Hill, to a place that held some significance in their relationship. As James wanders through the deserted town inhabited only by strange beings and monsters, he encounters a few other oddball characters, including a strange woman who looks strikingly similar to his dead wife. The game has a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack to add to the mystery and dreamlike aura of the town. You never really know what is going on, what is real and what is not, and why this strange town is beckoning you. It’s a very atmospheric game, dark and beautiful and tinged with a sense of melancholy throughout. Trophy-wise the game is pretty straightforward. You’ll spend most of the time running through the game repeatedly in order to see all the endings, which is one of the requirements for a perfect 10-Star rating. But all that practice and repetition is welcome training for that run anyways. Besides logging all endings in your save file, in order to earn a 10-Star rating you need to meet a number of conditions during a run: Play on Hard/Hard, beat the game in under 3 hours, saving no more than 2x, while collecting 150+ items and achieving 75 melee kills and 75 shooting kills, taking under 500 damage points total, and beating the infamous boat ride in under 1 min 20 secs. It’s a lot to juggle and requires memorization of the entire game, but it’s very doable and after 6 runs this should be no problem for most people. I really loved this game and can’t wait for the remakes so I can get a chance to play the first SH game, as well as platinum this again. I’ll be diving into Silent Hill 3 HD soon as it was also included in the HD collection, but sadly that one doesn’t come with an UR plat. I’d definitely recommend this one for anyone interested, it’s a great game and a fun challenge. #369 - Darkwood Well if it wasn’t already obvious by now, I really like horror games. But horror has always been more about atmosphere and the general vibes for me, it’s very rare that I actually find a horror game or film to be legitimately scary. Enter indie horror masterpiece, Darkwood, one of the only games I’ve played that actually had my heart pounding as I came dangerously close to crapping my drawers numerous times. Darkwood is a top-down indie survival game by Acid Wizard studios. The game is set in Poland in the 1980s and centres around a mysterious plague originating from deep inside the Darkwood forest. Inhabitants inside the forest are slowly going mad, trapped inside an apocalyptic hell, isolated both by their own government and by the strangely aggressive forest growth that is cutting off all roads and connection to the outside world. This game is incredibly creepy and atmospheric, with deep lore, brilliant hand drawn art, and one of the best soundtracks I’ve heard in a long time. Acid Wizard did a wonderful job on a limited budget and really created something special with this one. The gameplay is entirely set around a day/night cycle and is the only game besides Dragon’s Dogma that I’ve played which actually makes this mechanic have any real significance. During the day, you venture out from your hideout into the dangers of the surrounding woods to explore and scavenge as much loot as possible, but you must be sure to venture back before darkness to fortify your base, turn on the generators, craft items and weapons, set traps, and prepare for the nightly onslaught. Night time is where this game gets truly scary. Without the light from your hideout, torches, and flashlight, the world falls into complete darkness and all manners of monsters and beasts begin stirring in the dark. The light and walls of your base are the only things keeping you alive, but they also attract lots of attention, so you usually spend the entirely of the night cycle fending off attacks from monsters and cowering inside while they scream and bang on the doors and try to rip the barricades off the windows. Successful survival of the night yields a currency called ‘reputation’, which you can use to buy things from the trader who visits your hideout at dawn, and this mechanic becomes instrumental in being able to craft more powerful weapons and upgrades later on, and supply the ammo needed to keep them relevant in combat. This game does a lot of things well, but I think the sound design is where it truly excels. It’s apparent from the moment you first step in the game that the sounds effects and audio quality is top notch, and as such I found this game is best played with a pair of decent headphones. Scavenging the forest, even in daylight, is dangerous, and hearing stuff like the nearby footsteps or grunts of a savage, or the crisp snapping twigs and tree knocks nearby will have you constantly looking over your shoulder and keeping your head on a swivel for danger. But it’s the sound that come from being trapped in your house at night that make this a truly scary and thrilling experience. Trophy-wise this game has a lot of missable trophies due to branching paths at certain story junctions, but with a bit of save scumming you can easily unlock everything in a single playthrough.

The game is heavy RNG so i wasn't lucky on this run. Still i got better time on NA then EU. For the fastest achiever on NA Well Done to you 👏 Slender: The Arrival can be freebie Ultra rares if you mann up to the horror. And decent at speedruns SteamWorld Dig PS4 100% I liked this game more then the Second game. Both are similar difficult i would give both 6/10. Here comes Speedrun into test. You really need to plan out your routs and upgrades correctly. I had 10-12 min to spare on Both games. I had to retry my runs cuz i saw i wont have enough time. But Overall great games SteamWorld Dig 2 PS4 100% as the above ^ My 5 more games gona take longer time this time around. But hopefully mid Nov My Final 5 games for this year PUBG: Battlegrounds EU (PS4) 100% -- playing this with friends is actually a fun experience even there are more bots then active players these days. @sssande93 @RBK_94 We are having a blast with it. Im doing NA version for it aswell since stats carry over. Wont be done before new year tho NeverDead (PS3) 100% -- Thanks to @francis1289RPT @GrantVernonHart @U_mad_bro7778 for Co-op stuff. This game was quite easier then i though. Not agreeing with a 7/10 difficulty. more like a 5/10 would be better Super Animal Royale (PS5) 100% -- Ah yes i did this agein the game is very chill. Super easy few Ultra rares Lone Survivor (PS4) 100% -- Now this game can be very confusing at first how everything works. But eventually finishing the game 1 time with an ending. You quickly understand it more. So it gets easier. Good game too. worst grafics iw played i think 😅 But that doesn't stop the game being good SteamWorld Heist (PS4) 100% -- Now this is super RNG when it comes to drops of hats your need for Trophies. + maps are random generated. It is a challenging game at first. Until you master the mechanics. Then It wont be so bad anymore I was very slow with this 5 more games that im usually are. Busy with other stuff. But i will now say im good for this year. Will continue this for the next year too. But i will be more focusing on completing series that are none Ultra rare. Such as Metal gear solid/Far cry. and other series. Still im planning lots of Ultra rare games in 2024😎 Happy new year and Marry Christmas >Everyone 🎄🎇 Edited December 22, 2023 by Tomy_IV

Popular Post Redblaziken8
TIER 1 1) Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City >100% (3.77% UR) 2) Battlefield 3 > 100% (2.75% UR) 3) Yakuza 0 > 100% (4.52% UR) 4) Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel PS4 (3.32% UR) 5) Call of Duty: Black Ops (3.72% UR) Tier 1 done! Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel 3.32% Ended up doing Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel with @rjkclarke and had a lot of fun with it, think it's UR because most people weren't too keen on TPS when it released and I'm guessing BL2 got a lot more attention. Great game though, playing as Claptrap was a lot of fun and it mixed up the gameplay a lot with not knowing what Claptrap was going to do when you hit the action skill button - really enjoyed all my time with it. None of the trophies are even a pain. Moved on to play BL3 now and a bit disappointed with it compared to the other BL games. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.72% Been tackling the zombies DLC trophies with a group of friends this year whilst we're working through all the COD zombies games we have on our lists. Ended up enjoying this quite a lot but I didn't like zombies much when I played it as a teenager. I think having a goal with a trophy helps a lot with that actually. Also enjoyed the campaign a lot and got through the veteran campaign in a few days. Some dicey sections but not too bad! Really nice to get this one at 100%. Only took me 12 years and 11 months... never thought I'd have all the trophies for this when I was a fat teenager playing COD multiplayer. Was going to do GTA IV this year but still haven't booted up the Gay Tony DLC to finish off the last few trophies I have on that, so that's going to be one I tackle next year, then need to decide what games to do for the UR cleanup next year. 😄

Popular Post tony_snake_24
I completed Rocket Arena This is a multiplayer 3rd person hero shooter from EA. It wasn't succesful, unfortunately, because the game is good, I had fun doing it. However, it was also frustrating at times, because at some point the devs updated the bots to be harder and they overdid it, to put it lightly. Bots can stunlock you and kill you really fast, steal your kills, and have godly aim. Thankfully learning that dodging also cancels stuns and equipping some perks made it bearable. Depending on the character too. But hey, at least it wasn't a boring grind! You had to pay attention and engage for sure. I was planning on doing this on February next year or earlier, but after being recently delisted, a server shutdwown was also announced for the 21st of March. Thanks to this, a x10 XP multiplier was added, which shaved off a lot of lvl grinding hours. Getting the 100 kills with each character became the main objective. The trophies are basically to level up a character to 100, 5 to 25, and get 100 KOs with the launch characters. The characters have cool designs and moves. I will kinda miss this game. Just one more game to finish tier 3. I think I can do it! Tier 3: - Border Break (1.69%) (100%) - Dead Space 3 (2.03%) (92%) - Gundam Evolution (PS5) (3.09%) (100%) - Gundam Evolution (PS4) (3.14%) (100%) - Rocket Arena (4.62%) (100%) Spoiler Tier 1: - Medal of Honor (3.36%) (100%) - Rumbleverse (PS4) (2.1%) (100%) - Rumbleverse (PS5) (3.55%) (100%) - Dreadnought (EU) (0.84%) (100%) - Dreadnought (NA) (0.66%) (100%) Tier 2: - Knockout City (PS5) (4.27%) (100%) - Knockout City (PS4) (3.92%) (100%) - Multiversus (PS4) (1.85%) (100%) - Multiversus (PS5) (2.35%) (100%) - Lemnis Gate (PS4) (2.86%) (11.49%) (100%)
Popular Post Cruscah
Although the image above shows MWII, I'll talk about the biggest COD DLC ever released, MWIII. The campaign got a lot of hate and I have to be honest here... I don't understand why. It's a short campaign, just like every COD since MW2019. The quality and the story felt on par with other new MWs, if not better. The warzone-like missions were weird for sure, but it was great to have some variety from the usual. Anyway, veteran was a walk in the park and other campaign trophies are very easy. Sadly, there are no MP trophies (don't be mad at me, I just want a list like PS3 BO3 for a new COD). Remaking MW2 maps was the dumbest decision here, only 4 maps are good and the rest is garbage, they really should've done MW3 maps instead. Now let's talk about the zombies, where you'll spend most of the time if you are going for the trophies. At first, I was skeptical about how this zombies would work, but I have to admit that, after playing it for close to 100 hours, MWZ is very good. It's not as good as a round based zombies, but it's good in it's own way. There are some questionable decisions, the fact that it's online only and you lose everything if you get disconnected was the worst for me, my internet was not working properly when the game launched and I could barely complete a match. Trophy-wise, going for 50k kills seems to be what's causing more trouble, it's a shame that you don't need to complete the acts to unlock the trophies, that was the best part for me. MKX is, from all 3 that I have on my profile, the best traditional fighter game yet. The gameplay, the combos and the character design are really cool, I honestly didn't care about the story, but playing the towers with all those modifiers was where I had the most fun. Nothing hard in the list, I'm new to the genre and I managed to complete everything with ease. The online trophies are boostable and the rest is basically a grind, there's a 10 hit combo trophy that had me worried at first, but you can mess around with modifiers to make it easier. After having a lot of fun with WipEout, I figured that I should give a try to what appears to be the most decent copy, Redout. The ships feel heavier, the gameplay is less complex and the game has one of the worst translations that I've ever seen (seriously, I had to look up for some stuff in english to understand), other than that the game is good, the tracks are amazing and the soundtrack has some bangers. I'm looking forward to eventually do the beast that seems to be Redout 2. There are two challenges for the platinum, winning the final tournament and earning a platinum medal. The last two tracks of the tournament are wild, they can take some time to get used to. The platinum medal probably isn't that bad if you choose the right event, but I was too committed in a specific one. Sniper Elite 4 is very good, great graphics and fantastic gameplay. Unfortunately, playing it right after Sniper Elite v2 and Zombie Army Trilogy was not a good decision from my part, I got very exhausted in the process of going for the 100%. The collectibles system is dumb, you have to loot corpses to find some letters, even following guides for this can be a pain in the ass. The hardest trophy is not even an UR, because DLC rarities makes no sense on PSNP, you have to complete the game in the Authentic Plus difficulty. My plan was to do A+ with a friend, but he found and told me about @RiSNFoX, who was kind enough to help us and many others at the time (thank you, you're a legend). For Honor is a medieval action game made by Ubisoft, the gameplay is the strongest aspect, it's very unique and quite neat honestly. There's a story mode, but it's very short and forgettable, the focus is mainly on the online PvP. You'll need to boost a little, some game modes are dead and you won't be able to find a match, the rest is a grind and a waiting game. After doing Knockout City and For Honor this year, I realized that the worst type of trophy for me are the ones that you have to login everyday for some meaningless task. I've been meaning to play Rocket Arena since the rarity was at 6%, the announcement of a server shutdown was the motivation that I needed to finally get into it. The game is decent and I had fun, but there's something in the gameplay that's not smooth enough to make me want to keep playing it, and others probably share the same feeling because the game was dead one month after release. The trophies are very straightforward and there's nothing particularly hard since you can do everything against bots, the AI can be quite frustrating after a few matches, their aim improves a lot (understandable) and they'll steal all your KO's (stupid af). As expected from an Olympics game, Olympic Games: London 2012 has a lot of variety in the gameplay, enough to make the entire journey very enjoyable. Most of the events were great and really well made, the few that I didn't like were more a matter of preference than quality. The hardest part of the platinum, and the reason of it's UR rarity, is that you have to complete the game on the hardest difficulty while getting gold in almost all the events. This was more challenging than I expected, the opponents in is unforgiving and some events took a lot of attempts to complete. Thankfully, if you don't get gold, you can close the app and try again, which makes the platinum a matter of persistence. Spoiler Beat Saber (4.50%) 100% Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II (6.79% / 0.25%) 100% Dandara (6.09% / 5.03%) 100% Dead Cells (4.39% / 0.40%) 100% Deep Rock Galactic (0.65% / 0.46%) 100% Fantasy Strike (0.74%) 100% For Honor (2.65% / 0.59%) 100% Hunter's Arena: Legends (1.83%) 100% Lonely Mountains: Downhill (3.62% / 0.91%) 100% Mega Zombie (0.30%) 100% Mortal Kombat X (1.44% / 0.88%) 100% MotoGP 10/11 (0.71%) 100% MX vs ATV Legends (2.96%) 100% Nidhogg (0.38%) 100% Nidhogg 2 (0.00%) 89% Olympic Games: London 2012 (3.40%) 100% Overwatch 2 (2.13% / 0.48%) 100% PlayStation VR Worlds (0.61%) 100% Redout (3.19%) 100% Rocket Arena (4.66%) 100% Sniper Elite 4 (3.16% / 0.74%) 100% WipEout Omega Collection (1.17%) 100% I think that's it, it's very unlikely that I'll complete anything else for the event. In total, 418 URs were acquired in 47 different games, much more than I could've expected. The best part of the event for me weren't even the URs, it was making new friends, I've met so many great people from this event and I'm very grateful for that. Happy Holidays and I'll hopefully see y'all next year
