Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #454: Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls (Vita) Platted this in celebration of the 10th Neptunia Anniversary (August 19th) I had to pop it on August 20th (15 mins past 11:59 PM on 19th) Bad preparation for Delphinus cost me from completing on said date. I had to then spend an hour or two to open 4 Class Limits. Then grind Level 20 to 50 Classes If I had open class limits beforehand, would have gotten them while grinding to level 99. It is my 8th Neptunia Game Completion, last one was from 2016. Got Really tired of playing Compile Heart games. Could not push through. The 4 year break was good, little bit interested in getting back to Cyperdimension/Megadimension. Popular Post hittheroadbucky
Difficulty 6/10 Enjoyment 4/10 2020 is the year of the backlog and this is one of the OG contenders. I actually started this game back in 2015 as it was one of the first games I bought when I got my PS4. I couldn’t get into it so I ended up moving onto something else. I don’t know what it was that made me come back to it now, but something did. I ended up just starting a totally new playthrough and started working my way through the game. Honestly I found it so difficult at the start, more so than most games with a similar premise. Both me and my weapons were weak and constantly getting killed. I really quite liked the middle of the game when I was running around doing side quests, but the difficulty spikes at the start and end of the game pretty much highlighted why I put it down for 5 years ? also those challenges were atrocious. The final trophy I needed for the plat was saving 15 survivors from Rais’ men. That was an absolute grind. By the end of the story and the collectible hunt I only had 11, so I spent the last 3 hours replaying the same bit from the same mission to try and get the last 4 to spawn. Tedious. I wouldn’t exactly recommend the game, I personally think Dead Island did it better ?♀️ That being said I’m surprised the plat is as rare as it is, because none of the trophies are too challenging in themselves and none are missable thankfully. I would also say that this game is designed to play coop, so a lot of my struggles were probably from doing it solo ? I’d definitely suggest having at least one partner to run through things with
Popular Post Phantochi
#201 - Dead Cells This game is an absolute blast, it's a 2D sidescrolling action platformer, combining rogue-like elements, with challenging combat and awesome aesthetics. It draws heavy inspiration from titles such as Castlevania, Dark Souls and BloodBorne, and during your gameplay you'll notice mechanics such as the Estus flask, the Bloodborne combat heals, or a roll with invincibility frames. This is truly one of those "okay, one more try and I'll sleep" game. Then soon you will realize the sun already started rise. To sum up: Did you like Castlevania but wish it was brutally punishing? Did you like Dark Souls but wish it was 2D and more responsive? Did you like Rogue Legacy but wished it was skillfully challenging? Yes to any of these? Then buy this game now and have fun dying on the last boss of a 40min run Edited August 21, 2020 by Phantochi

Puppeter04
On 8/19/2020 at 7:52 PM, Ala-Arska said: LEGO Harry Potter Collection: Years 1-4 True Wizard Collect all the bronze, silver and gold trophies Snape?! SNAPE?! SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAPE!!! This is one of the earlier LEGO games, and it shows. Characters don't use voice clips from the movies, instead they talk sort of blii bluu jibberish. Which actually works well Many action prompts (circle button shows on screen) are absent, instead there's sort of an arrow at times. Still, no biggie. The lack of prompts only makes tasks more cryptic and a bit annoying, and it does bother if one's eyesight ain't good. Mine's passable For this PS4 version, the devs could've fixed some of those issues. And they definitely should've fixed the numerous glitches that plague Hogwarts. Freezes when not suitable (right around autosave, in the end of levels), Gold Brick pointers where there isn't any, targeting issues... Changing characters only through Asterix and Obelix-barrels is tedious and adds unnecessary time to 100%. I missed the big char grid immensely here. Otherwise it's business as usual. This is now my LEGO Plat no. 36 I think, so many, many blocks built... Harry Potter as a franchise ain't exactly my favourite one (Star Wars, LotR, Indiana Jones rulezzz!!!), but fans will love this surely I'm glad you got this In my case, one student in peril glitched on me so, I couldn't get all the gold bricks, then I couldn't get voldemort and do the miscellaneous trophies, so no plat someday I'll do it again.

Popular Post starcrunch061
Plat #401 - Control Director of the FBC Unlock all other trophies Hmmm. This is a game of the year candidate? Must be grading on a curve. Rather, Control is a decent 3rd person exploration game with mediocre run-and-gun combat. It has an identity crisis. I think this game went through many iterations in development. Its open world, with hidden zones that can only be accessed with certain abilities suggest that at one point, it was meant to be a Metroid-like title. But the hidden zones are completely optional, and the rewards (outside of a single trophy) are laughably bad. Further, sometimes, entering secret zones makes no sense. For example, your character can't shoot a grenade gun through a window; they're far too strong for that. BUT, she can dash through it just fine. In conversation, our main character Jesse often has internal dialogue where she asks herself what her best response might be. This suggests that the game was meant to be choice-driven. However, in actuality, Jesse resolves these questions as quickly as she poses them, which means that conversations go much longer than they need to. The overall strangeness of "The Oldest House" suggests that Control was also meant to be a more serious Men in Black, perhaps akin to Grant Morrison's run on Doom Patrol. However, the overarching plot betrays this as well. While our heroine certainly encounters much strangeness in her overall journey, ultimately, the game really boils down to her finding her brother, and then saving her brother, and the overall strangeness of, say, a refrigerator possessed by a giant worm, or an evil rubber ducky is just a step on the path of the much more mundane goal. Control gives you access to many different combat powers. You can shoot multiple guns. You can launch objects at enemies. You can create shields of rubble, and project them at your foes. You can take over the minds of foes and have them fight for you. You can even levitate and hurl yourself at foes. What a shame that the powers are so unbalanced. The best power is launching. It works well for every single foe in the game. Even foes who can dodge your launch can't dodge it twice. By comparison, mind control is laughably bad. Often, your controlled foe will just sit, doing nothing. The enemies recognize this as well, and will literally ignore the controlled foe, continuing to aim their sights on you. Pointless. The shield is just as bad. Actually, it's a little worse. At least mind control takes care of a single enemy immediately. The shield often does nothing. Control gives you the ability to mod your person, as well as 4 of your guns. You'll find hundreds of mods throughout your playthrough; they are generated at random from enemy encounters, and also appear in treasure boxes (possibly randomly as well). But you can only wear three on your person, and this is supposed to mod ALL of your skills. I had a health upgrade, a health pickup upgrade, and a launch upgrade. I missed out, therefore, on energy upgrades, shield upgrades, mind control upgrades, levitation upgrades, etc. Why bother having so many mods if you can only use three of them? Why not simply modify your skills, rather than your person. Also, I really wish people would play Cat Quest. They way they did armor and its upgrades there should be the standard in games like this. Why does the oldest house have so many holes in the floor? And why do those holes lead into the great beyond? in Control, you die all the time. The game is easy, don't get me wrong. But you will die, and much of the time, it's hardly your fault. Enemies will spawn right next to you, and fire off rockets out of hidden launchers immediately. Some will simply suicide, exploding away your HP. My favorite were the ones that turned invisible. These bastards would follow you through multiple areas, appearing out of the blue and taking 50-75% of your HP before vanishing again. And, just in case you are prepared for this invasion, watch out for that hole in the floor! It's instant death. Performance issues abound in the game. Don't pause it. God - it's hell on your eyes when you unpause it. A couple of times, I fell to my death in places that didn't seem to have any holes to fall through. And often, enemies which appear magically in a spawn will disappear just as magically (happily, in these cases, they die when this happens). I don't really get some reviewer scores. I'm down on the game here, because these are real flaws, but the game itself isn't unplayable. But a masterpiece? Game of the year? Well, I do remember someone once saying on gamefaqs that Okage: Shadow King was the greatest RPG ever made. I remember Digitally Downloaded giving Dynasty Warriors 9 a perfect score of 100. You just can't get good help these days. Edited August 21, 2020 by starcrunch061
Popular Post Conor
#76- MURDERED: SOUL SUSPECT (PS4) Moving On Enjoyment: 6.5/10 Challenge: 2/10 Time Taken: 23 hours, 1 minute, 21 seconds (<10 hours in-game) Rarity: 7.7% Rare (PSN) / 38.27% Uncommon (PSNProfiles) Hardest Trophy: Collector All- Collected all of the artifacts This has a somewhat unfair reputation as a "bad" game when it actually isn't. The premise- you play as a detective who has been killed and you have to solve the mystery you were investigating before you can move on- is pretty cool, and it is mostly competent. But not really anything beyond that. The game is short so a lot of it feels a bit undercooked when there was so much more that could have been fleshed out. The optional mysteries were cool, so there could have been more of those but instead you have four that can all be solved in the first half of the story. There are a ton of collectibles but only a few have any real bearing on the overall plot, including a series of ghostly drawings that basically scream to you from the beginning "XXXX is the Bell Killer!" There isn't a lot to say about this game, truly, so let's see what I had to say about it two years ago... I had heard middling reviews of this but since I got it cheap and needed a break from Kingdom Hearts I decided to go for it. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this brief but engaging paranormal adventure. Not the greatest game in the world by any means- the combat is bare minimum and there is an overload of collectibles which serves mostly to pad out the very short story- but the narrative is actually pretty well written and the central mystery is quite intriguing with some clever twists along the way. Main protagonist Ronan O'Connor is a very deep and interesting character (EDIT: LOL, I actually wrote that) . You learn more about his life and crimes by means of the collectibles but his relationship with the world around him is quite good if you take the time to read through everything as you work towards solving the case of your own murder. Definitely one to pick up if you see it going cheap and have a few hours to kill. The collectibles, like I said, were way too many in number (I used a guide because there's no way I was gonna go looking for them all by myself) and the actual side missions were sparse and could all be completed in the first third of this 6-8 hour game. Not really any replay value either, though I'll certainly pick up the PS4 version as well to double-dip. As a personal aside, you'd be very easily able to find a guy named Ronan O'Connor in my home country of Ireland, a friend of mine's brother bears that exact name! It is worth the small coin I paid for it on both PS3 and PS4 and is a quick and easy plat so long as you don't miss out on the collectibles in the Museum before going to the Judgement House (very nearly happened to me this time around!). Following a guide is the fastest solution, of course, but almost none of the collecitbles are really that far out of the way and the rest can be found by literally searching everywhere- the map is very, very small so it shouldn't take more than an hour to round up everything. There was a lot of potential here and I'd love to see more games flesh out this concept. Quick and easy plat with 49 trophies to boost up my completion rate and Trophies-per-day count! Popular Post Hanstarkiller17
Platinum #64 100% #82 inFamous First Light This is another backlog plat that's been a long time coming. I actually saw the game when I was scrolling looking for another game and decided now would be a good time to finish it too. Once I remembered how all the different powers worked, the game was easy enough to finish. I had already finished all the story missions and collectibles when I first played the game three years ago, so all I had left were the arena missions and challenges, plus a couple free roam challenges. These didn't take long at all however, and I finished up the game in just a few hours of playtime. The game itself was short but fun, and while I don't exactly remember the story-line from three years ago, the combat was smooth and engaging. Glad to finally finish this game, and I would recommend picking it up next time it goes on sale again!
Popular Post Ya_Boy_James
#33 - DONUT COUNTY All Done Unlock all trophies. This was a charming indie game. Donut County's art style, gameplay, music, writing, and story each offered little moments of surprise that made the game enjoyable. This trophy list shouldn't give anyone much trouble, but there's more to enjoy here than an easy platinum. Donut County lets you discover its pleasant surprises without charging any frustration. Popular Post Phoenix_argentea
Platinum trophy No. 182! Atelier Totori ~The Adventurer of Arland~ First-rate adventurer Another Atelier platinum ... My list keeps growing, I think it should be the 14th or 15th... Anyway, nothing to add after the DX version. But here the trophies are in English, and you can take the platinum screenshot! And now the rarity is right: 7-8%, while the DX version is 30%! I really love the story, the dialogues, the characters (especially the couple Totori & Mimi , the development of their friendship, and their "Adventurer ending" is my favourite!). Too bad that there are so many places that you can visit only once (like the "fairy forest" or whatever is it, some caves or all the "islands journey") Yes, this is one of my favourite places! But I don't remember exactly the name of the area. I think south-west of Alanya, coming back from the Stern Hill, and maybe next to the "Camp of the Defeated", but I'm not sure... The soundtrack is one of the best of the Atelier games (just followed by the Shallie ost), I really like all the varioations of the main theme, Following her footsteps, especially the melancholy ones, like The Forest or The plains, or only The peaceful ruins), but also the final battle theme (Terminus) is really awesome (and it was used again in Meruru Plus in the Makina Domain! ). But, unlike Meruru (which requires an insane Alchemic process in order to synthetize the ultimate weapons and finally clear the Makina Domain), here the synthesis is very simple: just move the proper traits (which you can find with the Spring Cup trick) into a blessed coin, craft the ingot and nothing more! No traits combination! Finally, a platinum screenshot with the true ending! but, as I said previously, I like much more this ending!

Popular Post BlackSnake1435
Platinum #49 Assassin's Creed III Remastered Diffuculty: 5/10 Enjoy: 7/10 After playing the amazing Ezio Trilogy a couple of years ago, I decided to try AC3 for the first time, considering that I could now enjoy a remastered version without any multiplayer-mode or similar. I must say, I enjoyed most of the gameplay in this game, but unfortunately, I didn't developp any feelings towards it. The story was just meh for my taste, Connor is, at least for me, a character without charisma, you really don't get to like it as it was the case with Ezio and even with Altaïr. I enjoyed the DLC though, the animal powers were awesome, a great inclusion to this game. I don't know if I'd like to touch any assassin's creed after the third main installment, considering that most of them were no very good received by most gamers I know.
Popular Post Rick_Sanchez
Platinum #252 Fun:5/10 Difficulty:3/10 I do love the Neptunia series but this is not the best game to get into the series with. The combat system is too simplistic to the point it's literally press a button to win when you're able to. The story begins with good ol Neptune and pals having amnesia and you have to proceed through the story to find out what happened to them and restoring their goddess powers and restore the world from the 2D plane of existence it has become. Instead of going around dungeons in a 3D environment, you go through a 2D environment in a metroid-vania style of game. As you progress, you obtain ways to explore more of the map and obtain more treasure. Once you get Noire the game becomes easy mode. She has a fire spell that just makes the game literally press Square to win 95% of the time. I will say the music is nice and the 2D environments are colorful and beautiful. Be careful of the missable trophies that are extremely easy to miss so be sure to follow a guide so you don't have to do a 2nd playthrough.
Popular Post yellowwindow7
School Girl/Zombie Hunter / School Girl/Zombie Hunter nope, that's not a double typing, that's the name of the trophy and also the name of the game. this is one of the least favorite Tamsoft games i ever played, i liked Senran Kagura PBS it's the first game i played on the SK series.. loved the Coop online mode so much ( you can only play it alone since the multiplayer is deserted ) but i really loved Onechanbara Z2 Chaos, while it's not as good as something like devil may cry, god of war or bayonetta but it's so much fun when cutting zombies in half, this game is on the same universe of Onechanbara but instead of the hack and slash and katana go Swosh! now you shoot zombies pew pew. i gotta admit that the shooting mechanic is fun though i recommend you to edit the controls to your liking, i have enjoyed the more open levels but then the odd and headscratching design came to ruin the fun. - zombies appear under your feet and sometimes you get's attacked or get damaged by thin air because a zombie blocked your path and attack you before he/she completely formed and spawned in front of you felt super cheap. - every freaking level is running on a short timer ( because everyone loves that! ) many time i harvested a lot's of weapons and got carried away with the killing enjoyng my time only for the timer to end and lost everything i did. - someone so drunk been hired to works as a level design, the school you're playing in is so freaking HUGE! and completely detailed with everything.. the school football yard, the classrooms, a dancing japanese room the rooftop and there's even another building etc. all of that you can't go into because they put magical barrier all over the school to makes it felt like a maze, only one specific mission will allow you to go anywhere but the timer will still ruin it for you. - the game graphically TBH looked like a low budget ps3 game but the framerate for an odd reason can drop from 30 to 20 and on one area the game will lag like crazy, i thought this is only on the ps4 version but then i saw a mission guide of someone playing the PC version and on the same area the game still lag, they used unreal 4 on this game so i assume whether the devs is not familiar with this engine or Unreal 4 is really bad on games with super huge worlds/areas. - and finally the randomness of the weapon drop which made this platinum really boring and so annoying, could have fix this by letting you explore the whole school in an open world style and find the weapons on different part of the school on each chapter as a side quest or secret while you're on your way to the goal but nope! the story is not serious in this game as they intentionally made it so cheesy and with comedies, so i can't take shots at that, i mean the girls will order a care package and the army will send them foods / weapons and sometimes teddy bears and shampoos or laptop with a pirated famous game installed on it. this platinum is straight forward but dear god the random drop made it boring! after i beat the game i spend around a month and half grinding the levels for this stupid last weapon to drop by luck, once the weapon finally dropped the last trophy and the platinum popped up i got this accomplishment relief and at the same time wanted to break something with anger ?

Popular Post ZoutjeNL
#46 Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 6/10 After a long hiatus after playing the first game I went on to tackle on the second game. Right of the bat this game clicked immediately with me. The extra ability to slide is amazing and a game changer. I really was terrible at the first game but somehow I was pretty decent at this one. I found the levels to be more enjoyable (with the exception of those space levels they can burn). Overall I had a great time with this one. The trophies are mostly pretty straight forward. Complete the game and defeat all the bosses, find all the secret exits, collect all the gems and last but definitely not least; collect all relics at gold minimum. I started playing through the game and getting some secret exits along the way and grabbing a few miscellaneous trophies. After completing the game and unlocking the awesome running shoes I went for all the gems/boxes. Most of these were not so bad but some dead paths were quite tricky. And finally the big beast remained. The time trials. After sucking at the time trials in the first game I was prepared for the worst. But having unlocked the shoes and better speed techniques in this game it was actually a lot of fun. I got used to the mechanics and most levels I completed within a couple tries. I was looking around the forums to see what levels were the hardest and many found Hanging out the hardest. That one took me only two tries so I was happy to get that one out of the way. The ones that took me the longest was the jetpack levels and the polar levels. The Jetpack levels just for the terrible controls. All in all I had a great time with this game and it was way more fun getting the relics than in the first game.
Popular Post DamagingRob
#478- Space Overlords SPACE OVERLORD Unlock All Trophies. This game was a pain in the ass. Lol. 3/10 difficulty my butt.. Basically, you fly around tiny planets with a million things trying to kill you, and destroy all the buildings. But it's next to impossible without powerups, and how do you get powerups? By destroying buildings, which give you a single point. So, you have to create your own map with buildings clustered together, start matches on it with long loading screens, land on them to destroy them all at once, and then immediately restart. This is done until you have a comfortable amount of points (for me ~50k), and takes hours. I had to farm 160k just to get through Story mode. Story mode starts off ridiculously hard, for some reason. Turrets blast all your health away in seconds, and if you get caught by one of the round force fields that circle the small planets, you are pretty much screwed. It gets somewhat easier later, especially when they're levels where you're not destroying every building. But there are still a number of annoying ones. My recommendation is don't play this crap. At least I didn't pay money for it, since it was a Plus game. Platinum image: Spoiler

Popular Post PooPooBlast
#144 and 8000th Trophy Yakuza 5! Yakuza 5 was a very spectacular game. It captured my interest from start to finish throughout my 163 hr journey (if you count the second playthrough) and there was never a dull moment. This was the largest entry to date with 5 playable characters each with their respective 5 playable cities that’s packed with an insane amount of content that’ll keep you busy for hours and hours. Story The synopsis of the story is as followed: Kiryu moved out of the orphanage to become a taxi driver in another city in order to not interfere with Haruka’s dream of becoming a popular pop idol given that his name and status is associated with the Yakuza. Of course, poor kiryu cannot catch a break and once again gets wrapped in Yakuza shenanigans due to his legendary status which always attracts trouble. This dream that I mentioned, along with the meaning of family and sacrifice is brilliantly woven and shared with the other cast members acting as the main theme of the game which I admit got me teary-eyed a bunch of times especially in the finale. With that said, I won’t delve too deep into the story because it’s best experienced firsthand! Just know that the Yakuza series always delivers on the story front and boss battles! Spoiler Never thought I’d fight 100 Tojo goons as Kiryu! Fighting a bear!!? Or that flipping four-way shirtless fight at the end with Kiryu, Saejima, Katsuya and Watase. Or that showdown with Baba at the stage while Haruka was performing. Etc. etc. The standout characters for me were Baba-chan (poor guy just needed a hug) and Shinada (aka Dante from DMCV and Sephiroth from FFVII) because of how wholesome and relatable he was as opposed to the near perfect Saejima, Kiryu and to some extent Akiyama. Minigames/substories Oooooh boy. Buckle up if you plan to play yakuza 5 because there is no shortage of minigames. Since each character had exclusive minigames in their cities, Im going to divide it based on that and mention the standouts. Nagasugai (Kiryu’s city) Exclusive to Kiryu were the taxi driver missions which brought out some of the best moments in the game in the form of having weird passengers in your car while you drive them to places. I mean what kind of cop wants you to race a gangster group so that you can actually get them off the road for good? . Kiryu also has a minigame where has to fill in as a noodle chef serving well... noodles in some timed minigame. It's hard to describe but if you've played hot dog bush on Y8 or those flash cooking minigames you'd know what to expect . And then there's that one substory where one of the computers at the taxi place gets a virus with a lady moaning because one of the employees was probably on a porn site and then seeing Kiryu getting all flustered Tsukimino (Saejima’s city) Exclusive to Saejima were the hunting missions and snowball fights. The hunting missions had a few moments that felt a bit like a slog, but I surprisingly enjoyed the therapeutic effect of being alone up in the snowy mountains hunting animals. There is also a decent background storyline to boot associated with one of the characters there. But by far my favourite thing was the snowball fights with Saejima. The camera goes in first person and then you have to hash it in a battle royale kind of mode against a few players in a snow fort area. Arguably my favourite minigame in the game!! Some notable substories I encountered were dressing up as Santa and bashing goon heads because apparently they were out hunting people in Santa costumes at malls… or delivering ramen in place of a delivery guy because he slipped on ice and busted his back so you have to walk on ice, being careful not to slip while a shit ton of people are hurling at you like bowling balls because they cant control themselves on ice And oh yea did you know Saejima can do Karaoke now? Well he can!! Hearing him sing Baka Mitai or being a passionate back-up singer for Rouge of Love was just something else xD.. Sotenbori (Akiyama/Haruka’s city) Sotenbori will always be my favourite city because of how packed the streets are with neon signs and reflective surfaces that look stunning at night. In this city you get to control Akiyama and Haruka. Haruka had a wiiiiide array of activities to do which includes dancing in a rhythm minigame, doing a weird handshake event where you have to shake your fan’s hands for a certain amount of time before a bodyguard comes and breaks it up , being in a comedy show, being on a trivia show, being on a talk show, doing interviews and some weird running show that’s apparently based off a real thing whereby girls (idol girls I think) actually run as fast as they can while being filmed which I didn’t know existed xD. Poor Akiyama didn’t have anything exclusive though Kineicho (Shinada’s city) Shinada was one of my favourite characters in the game simply because of his relatedness, laid-back nature and some of the weird shit you’ll run into in the game. His entire life revolves around baseball and naturally you’ll be doing lots of that for his side activity. But oh yea because he’s also broke, he takes on nightlife jobs (i.e writing journals for in an adult magazine). Naturally, you’ll conjure up some weird people one of whom becomes your weapon master and offers to train you in exchange for showing him how to transform himself and not be awkward with the ladies/how to talk to them Some other weird people you’ll run into are two ladies who look your baseball coach Fujita and your friend Uno who tries to rope you into sleeping with them… Yikes! That’s not the best part though. My favourite was training your chicken to become the ultimate racer! No seriously.. You get to breed, train and race chickens which is not something you do everyday . Kamurocho (All characters) The main hub for all characters. In here you can do a wide variety of activities with all characters. Some of the best minigames are Taiko No Tatsujin (drum minigame) in the sega arcade, sexy air hockey where the more points you score, the more your opponent shows cleavage (don’t question how the Japanese think ), batting centre.. which isn’t your ordinary batting centre. See, for one of them you have to do quick maths before the time runs out and shoot the correct panel. What’s the prize? A GIANT pin-up model on a massive display. In the second batting minigame, you have to hit the question marks covering the itsy bitsy parts to unveil ahem what’s hidden . Finally, something that’s worth mentioning is that the hostess clubs have been drastically refined from previous iterations which was actually more enjoyable this time around. In fact, this may have been the basis by which the cabaret system in Yakuza 0 built upon. Just something cool worth mentioning. Trophies Simply-put the game asks you to do everything, literally everything as you have to get 100% in game completion which involves beating all minigames, doing all heat actions, training with all masters, doing all substories, crafting all weapons and equipment, eating all 568 foods!, and more. It’s more of a grind than difficult. The only things that gave me some trouble were pool and coliseum with Akiyama because he has the weakest skills imo and lowest HP of them all. Other than that, everything was straight forward really. Soundtrack One of my favourite part about the entire series especially if you’re a rock fan. Yakuza 5 was no exception and it gave us some of the best soundtracks out there in my opinion. Because there was such a diverse array of soundtracks I decided to group it into categories based off of how much it wants you to go shirtless to duke it out yakuza style so grab a pair of headphones and enjoy (no spoilers!) Tracks that you just want to relax to! "It's chilly in here" Spoiler This one plays in club Eden. I actually first heard it in the mahjong parlor of Yakuza kiwami 2 and Judgment but never found it till recently in yakuza 5! I can myself chilling this while playing in the background or doing tasks on my computer The ultimate chill ost imo! Tracks that you'd enjoy if you were a 16 year old Teenage girl (My guilty pleasures ) "Gets a little sweaty in here moving to the beat" Spoiler This is one of Haruka's idol songs. What can I say, it's my guilty pleasure! Never thought I'd hear a rap song that sounds a bit like Vanilla Ice but here we are! Plays in one of the dance battles Another one of my guilty pleasures . Plays in one of the dance battles Tracks that gets you amped up a bit. "I really need to cool down but I can't afford to show my dad bod" Spoiler Akiyama's theme! He always gets one of the best ones out there! Shinada's theme. My favourite of the main character fight themes! This is the victory road battle theme which is essentially a tournament where the best fighters duke it out to crown who's the best fighter in japan. Shinada kicking ass Shinada's batting minigame! badass AF Tracks that'll make your loins swelter! "No holds barred!!" Spoiler One of the best fight themes.. Can't say where it plays else it's a spoiler! Another theme that's dope AF on a really cool place/fighting arena Plays in a 4-way orgasmic shirtless fight... Just when I thought I couldnt get enough at the sight of shirtless men duking it out Even though we got a different version of this track in the west, I think I prefer this one more. Badass! Im marking this a spoiler because it shows the name of the character you fight in the title. Spoiler The perfect track to destroy hordes of goons. *chef's kiss*. Plays in the coliseum. Made the battles hype AF! Plays in Dr. Minamida's fighting simulation minigame. Track is beyond badass. What a wild ride Yakuza 5 was. One hell of a memorable experience especially after wrapping up the remastered trilogy (3,4,5) on PS4. Just Yakuza 6 remains.. which is planned for plat #150. I feel kind of empty that I wrapped up the game now but at the same time, the journey will forever be remembered in my mind. Well... Onto the next one!
