Popular Post FOOTBALLNUT
#98 Assassin'd Creed Unity Master Assassin Earn every Trophy Platinum on 25th May 2018 (2 months, 1 week, 4 days) **********My Personal Gaming Enjoyment Experience********** I like Assassin's Creed Unity setting in 18th century of France during Revolution as the graphics is stunning and beautiful with all those non playing characters running down the street of Paris and I also love the storyline since Ezio Auditore adventure ended in AC:Revelation there isn't any decent storytelling but on the other hand I also annoying hate it as well due to the broken mechanism of this game plus it is still full of bugs & glitches and this is have been patch multiple time by Ubisoft. I can't imagine playing without any patches when it was released on 2014 and I really feel sorry for those who brought it on Day One. Well, all story will eventually come to the end and it's the same on "Creed & Understanding" storyline in 18th century that began on 1715 to 1722 AD during Golden Age of Piracy in "AC4: Black Flag", "Assassin's Creed III", between 1754 to 1783 AD during American Revolution, "AC: Rogue" between 1756 to 1783 AD during Seven Year's War and France Revolution between 1776 to 1800 AD in Unity and Unity is been the last. Honestly I don't really understand what is the conclusion on Unity and I can't really see any link from previous series except the beginning of sequence it was also the ending scenes in Assassin's Creed Rogue. Ubisoft tweaks the melee combat system again and I need some practice to get use to and by the time I figured out I was almost late into the games. And I was disappointed when they remove using the hidden blades during combat. Solving the mystery cases and found out who the culprit is nice introduction so are the Paris's story mission but solving all enigmas riddles really need a video guide and I don't know how many gamer's can actually solve those without any guide unless they deeply know about France Historical. I also don't know what is the purpose of Companion mission it was short un-interesting and the payout is like peanuts. I don't mind grinding collectibles but lock-picking a chest became a bit annoying after awhile. After so many update and patches I still encounter some furniture and NPC in mid-air but not those facial expression bugs that I saw earlier on YouTube. The detection mechanism in this game is still pretty broken same as PS3 version AC:Rogue I can get detected with no whatever reason at all and to said the least the camera angle is still like a crap and it was even worst in Unity. Ubisoft seem to bring along those older glitches and bugs into the PlayStation 4 version. And I also hate the long loading screen it made me think twice using fast travel At least the co-op is pretty fun playing with friends and if the server is not so glitchy it will be nice online co-op, in my opinion it's better than grind through Wolfpack trying to reach level 50. Overall I will and have to accept all those glitches and bugs will still be there in future Assassin's Creed like "Syndicate" nonetheless I still enjoyed been the "Creed" and will still keep playing the franchise as long as Ubisoft keep going. 100% Everything in Unity Spoiler Assassin's Creed Unity Platinum Video

Popular Post Undead Wolf
#203 - Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Wizardry Whiz Awarded for becoming a master magician. Congratulations! You truly are a whiz at wizardry! I originally played this game like 4 years ago, and while I thought it was a decent game, it didn't blow me away. Well, after the recent release of the sequel, I decided to give this game another chance, and I'm really glad I did. It's a very special game - I see that now. I'm still not really a fan of the combat, but I love everything else. It really feels like you're in a Studio Ghibli movie, only with glorious JRPG elements. The story is fantastic and is fraught with emotional moments. Mr. Drippy is a favourite of mine - he really makes the adventure a joy. It has a pretty standard trophy list for a game like this; not hard per se, but can be very grindy. It was a little tedious getting the last few trophies but I still really enjoyed my time with this game and I look forward to playing the sequel where the combat seems to be much more my style.

Popular Post AJ_Radio
Platinum #145: Strider (May 31st, 2018) Difficulty: 4/10 Excitement: 8/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 9 - 10 Hours After playing through Guacamelee on the PS4, I decided to tackle another game off my backlog that is another Metroidvania. Strider. Strider is a reboot of the 1989 classic originally released for the NES. You play as Hiryu, an assassin from the Strider organization sent to hunt down Grandmaster Meio, the main antagonist in the game. Kazakh City is where most of the game takes place, as soldiers with guns, mounted machine guns and armored critters block your path. The plot is rather straight forward, but coming from a Metroidvania I didn't expect anything more. Movement is controlled entirely by the left stick. There is no d-pad function in Strider. Square is your basic attack, but as you progress further into the game you gain more abilities. One ability is a downwards thrust attack which allows you to destroy certain bridges and doors on the floor. There are four plasma types, two being freeze and fire. Certain doors can only be opened with the proper plasma type, many areas contain secrets and powerups that increase your overall health, overall energy and the maximum number of kunai you can use. You start the game with little health and only a couple abilities. As you progress you gain access to more, usually by taking down a boss. Abilities like double jump and changing your plasma type on the fly depending on the obstacle you face makes traveling much easier. As with other Metroidvanias, you have to backtrack to find all the secrets. Unfortunately the map in this game is piss poor, there's no real way to fast travel to every area in the game like you could in Guacamelee. There are spots where you gain an option to ride a hologram like panther, but that is only in certain places. This made gaining the various collectibles a chore, as you have to work your way back to the area to access secrets you couldn't get before. Enemies respawn as is commonplace in Capcom games (although this was developed by Double Helix Games), so you may have to kill them again. I ended up spending a lot more time in certain locations than I would of liked, as fast travel isn't quite as convenient like it was in Apotheon or Guacamelee. The map itself was poorly designed, making it a pain in some sections, including one particular section where if you don't time your platforming properly you end up getting thrust back into the Prison area of the game. You then have to work your way back to where you were. This game is fairly easy. Hard difficulty wasn't exactly hard. Normal felt more like Easy difficulty, thus anyone familiar with Metroidvanias should have no problem beating this game. The bosses save for one were rather easy to take down. The final boss was disappointingly easy on Hard. Still, I enjoyed this game, though not as much as other recent games I've played. It's a solid Metroidvania, and a worthy reboot of the old NES classic. Strider is not for everyone though. If you dislike traveling from location to location in search of secrets and dislike the 2-D gameplay aspect, then this game isn't for you. Those who enjoy Metroidvanias will find this worth a look. It's nothing outstanding, but apart from the bad map design I had no real complaints with this game. The time I spent on it was worth the 9 - 10 hours I invested in getting the platinum.. Popular Post Wuthg21
#105 Magicka 2 You Are The Special (1.30%) Is that title even proper English? This game was a game i didn't see myself platting, but after finishing the story on the hardest difficulty it gave me and my boosting partner the boost we needed (it took us 1 year to start playing the story again.) After doing that i started doing the grind trophies by myself, which didn't take as long as i expected. Now all was left were the trials and the challenges which took us a few tries. If you want to play a game that contains a lot of ultra rare trophies and consists of grinding, then yes go for it.

Popular Post AJ_Radio
Platinum #146: Transistor (June 4th, 2018) Difficulty: 3/10 Excitement: 8.5/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 10 - 12 Hours I heard of a game called Transistor from a few people on the internet who were into indie games. While it looked good, it didn't captivate me enough to really go and try it. I finally decided to cross off another game off my backlog and try out Transistor. Turns out it was a very solid game. Gameplay is done in an isometric view. You are Red, a young woman who lost her voice due to the Process, a robotic group headed by the Camerata. She finds the Transistor, a sword with a talking voice that is actually the voice of a man who was killed by the sword. Together they fight the Process in an effort to regain a city that once laid prominent. Transistor was different from other games I played. There is lots of strategy to be had here. Strategy is done in a similar fashion as the VATS system in Fallout 3 and Fallout 4. You can initiate a "Turn()" which allows you to plot your next few moves. You are only allowed so many moves per Turn(), with some abilities costing more than others. I won't delve into great detail about the actual game play as that would take me an entire essay to explain. But upon killing your enemies by strategizing your earn experience, and after a set amount of experience you gain a level. At various points in the game there are access points, which not only saves the game but also gives you the option to add/remove abilities and set other abilities as upgrades and passive. Any ability in the game can be set to Active, Upgrade or Passive, each offering different benefits depending on the ability you're using. This allows you to play around with different abilities and gives you a big advantage if you set certain abilities using the right upgrades. One option to give you more experience per encounter are limiters. These are slots that give the Process more of an advantage, resulting in a more difficult encounter. Using limiters can be quite tricky and difficult if you don't know what you are doing, as more enemies will spawn and enemies in general will have more HP as opposed to what they would have otherwise if you didn't use limiters. But even with limiters, Transistor isn't all too difficult a game. The biggest hurdle for me was simply getting past the learning curve, as by my second playthrough I knew exactly how to deal with all the different enemies. In addition to fighting off the Process through the story, there are backdoors you can access which are basically training rooms more or less. These are basically challenges that you can participate and overcome in in order to earn some experience. There are Speed challenges in which you must destroy all enemies within a time limit, and there are Planned challenges which require you to destroy everything in one turn. I felt these were a good way to experience the different abilities Red has, being able to combine abilities together for a good attack is always satisfying. This was a fun game I will admit. It was enjoyable plotting out my own moves, and not too many console games utilize strategy as well as Transistor. The artwork is beautiful and the soundtrack is absolutely superb. For a small team of developers, Supergiant Games did an excellent job here. Bastion is definitely on my must play list, as for Pyre I don't know too much about it. Transistor is definitely one of the better indie games, and I greatly appreciate a title that doesn't outright copy or follow the same formula as other games. Definitely recommend. Popular Post Intoner_Zero
Plat #89- Dreamfall Chapters Believe I got this in May. Anyway, great game with interesting story and cast of characters. Never played the first part, but there's a handy character info page when using the pause menu. Choice variations don't give you minimal differences in regards to story development, which is good! TT should learn from that. And gotta love those raunchy pub names~ Plat #90- Hitman: Absolution Originally my first Hitman game that I played as a rental some years ago and when the server news hit a few weeks ago, I thought that I should like to plat it. Contracts wasn't too bad and didn't take too long at all. Was worried about money not showing up initially, but quitting and then logging into the network on the game screen seemed to do the trick. Getting reacquainted with the game after all this time was pretty smooth. Level challenges are a great way to discover and explore various play styles and paths. Playing on Hard Mode was alright; sometimes I was stealthy, but overall I had to be Rambo just to reach checkpoints and level ends I've finally reached the 90's! Also made a bday plat too (^◇^); Edited June 18, 2018 by Intoner_Zero
Popular Post Sergen
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 (Vita): Platinum #111 Difficulty: 9/10 Here is what I will likely always consider as my most difficult fighting game platinum. Luckily I had the PS TV to do mission mode with, otherwise I really wouldn't have bought this game, because the vita console for this game would be self-torture. Funnily enough this is my first ever ultra rare platinum for the vita and I don't think any vita specific trophy list is actually more difficult than this one, but I haven't really explored the vita to see. In this version, unlike PS3 where I had the opportunity to go and download the DLC, I had to do every base game mission to get "Master of Tasks", that involved completing 18 of the missions that I skipped from PS3. Super-Skrull, X-23, Hawkeye and Captain America are the most difficult characters on this game to complete missions for, because of many factors such as having to air dash mid-combo, having to time attacks where the hit has to charge and hit your opponent and so on. It took me a while to get the timing right for hitting the air H at the end of Hawkeye's 10th mission for instance. I spent plenty of hours on this game doing the missions, but the game really tracks play time awfully, it definitely wasn't keeping track of all the time I had spent on the game. Most missions I did skip previously that I did this time around weren't as bad as I expected, but some of them really were missions where I saw the input list and didn't go any further with it, because I had the skips available to me on PS3. The online for this game is severely dead, so boosting is needed but surprisingly when I went for the 8 player trophy, a few random people were in a lobby already so all I had to do was ask some friends to join that lobby and we got the trophy. For 30 hours of online time, the game tracks play time significantly slower than the PS3 version, because here the game takes longer to load and you have to endure the whole character select screen before your match, luckily it can be idled. I did self-boost the online by using the PS TV and the vita console and it didn't take long aside from the 30 hour trophy. I did lose my rank online because I helped my friend get 100 wins in ranked match in one go and losing ranked matches makes you lose your rank, so I ended up being fighter rank at the end, luckily I got 6th Lord before helping. Luckily because this was the vita version, I was able to back up my save file to the PS+ cloud, then play arcade mode on the vita console while I wasn't home, arcade mode is simple enough to do with the vita console, I just never dared to try any missions on it. After finishing off a character's missions, I really was somewhat burnt out and always had a break before going for the next character, until the last couple of days when I finally got down to committing to completing as many missions as I could. I did stay up today to make sure I could get the platinum done, but I am glad it's over now. I will likely do the vanilla version and PS4 version next month, luckily the PS4 version has the benefit of the DLC characters being included by default and the 8 player lobby trophy is removed. I am sure the vanilla version will be incredibly easy for me to platinum after getting the 8 player trophy and 1st Lord trophy, so I look forward to the free ultra rare platinum when I go for it .

Nothing to say about this "game". #33 - Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm (PS4) Already did it on PS3, but no trophies, too bad. Easy game, easy platinum but really enjoy replaying it because I like Naruto games ! #34 & #35 - 36 Fragments of Midnight (PS4 & VITA) Two easy platinums too here ! It was cool. Popular Post eigen-space
Adventure Time: Finn and Jake Investigations (PS3) Adventure Time - Earn every Trophy in the game Rarity: 38.15% Difficulty: 1 (with guide) / 2.5 (without guide) Enjoyment: 7 Pretty easy point-and-click game here, and especially easy if you plan on using the guide here on PSNP. I went through it without the guide, apart from looking at it to make sure I got all the missables... without having a chapter select feature, I didn't want to skip something. All the puzzles and challenges were rather fun (if not a bit intuitive), and much of the commentary in the game was amusing. Never really watched the show (couple scenes here and there), but now I might have to give it a shot. The only negative thing about this game is that occasionally the voice tracks will repeat themselves. And then other times the voice track won't finish the entire sentence (but that's OK as it has subtitles). The battle system is also a little wonky; it can be difficult to control Finn sometimes.... but there are only two (really easy) trophies related to battle... and I don't think you can actually lose a battle either, so the bad mechanics aren't really detrimental to the gameplay; perhaps if you battled things more frequently it would be annoying, but I think there are maybe 20 fights in the entire game. Unfortunately, unless you purchased this game previously, you are out of luck unless you find a physical copy somewhere. The PlayStation Store removed it from their inventory a couple months ago.

Popular Post Desmuria
#78 - Silence Master of Silence Obtain all the trophies Enjoyment: 5/10 (I'll explain why) Difficulty: 2/10 Before I start with my epic rant, I can't fault the game AT ALL. The game itself is absolutely stunning. The graphics are sublime and the scenes are beautifully drawn, the voice acting is great and the music is lovely too. I never played the original game The Whispered World. Silence is the sequel (The Whispered World 2) although it never officially announces itself as such. I was thrilled to find that you don't need to have played the original in order to enjoy Silence as the early scenes fill you in on everything you need to know. I easily grasped the plot, which is quite moving at times, especially with the brother/sister bond between the two main playable characters. I will admit that there aren't many puzzles to solve and, the ones you do come across, are pretty simple and easy to suss out. The developers have tried to emphasise the importance of storyline over brain-bending puzzles, which I can truly appreciate with this game. Finally, I can't review this game without mentioning Spot. He's freakin' adorable. JUST LOOK AT HIM! THE RANT The reason why I'm so pissed is because the "Sherlock Holmes" trophy is glitched on the digital version. I didn't realise this when I purchased the game in a sale and, in my defence, I didn't think I would need to check if any of the trophies were glitched when purchasing it from the store. I had to buy a physical copy of the game to obtain the last trophy and the platinum. If I didn't enjoy the game so much, I'd have left it to rot at 97% complete forever. Having to purchase the game twice and give my money to Daedalic Entertainment who REFUSE to patch the game is a real kick in the teeth. I have seen forum posts going back to last year where people have complained to the developers and they've promised a patch and haven't delivered. It's just beyond a joke. IF YOU ARE A PLATINUM TROPHY HUNTER - DO NOT BUY THE DIGITAL VERSION OF THIS GAME UNTIL PATCH 1.2 IS RELEASED! If you're not bothered about the platinum trophy and you like point-and-click adventure games, I highly recommend this game. Despite the fact that it pissed me off so much, it's actually one of the best point-and-click games I've played in a while (and I play a lot of them!) Sorry for the rant, I needed to get this off my chest. I feel better now. Thanks for your time.

Deadly_Ha_Ha
#10 - Chroma Squad This one was actually a bit of a doozy. I had heard reports of glitched trophies as late as yesterday from a guy who reached out to me from the UK about the game, but I decided to let Jesus take the wheel and went for it since I really liked Behold Studios' only other game, Knights of Pen and Paper +1 which was also my 9th plat. Well fortunately no trophies bugged out for me, maybe it's a regional problem, but it was definitely a grind. Knights of Pen and Paper +1 took me like 3 or 4 days of on and off play, but this one took about 8 days of very dedicated play. Not difficult, but unbalanced and grindy. Still a pretty good time, and I hope they release another game sooner or later. I'm on to Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories now. I'm also in the process of writing a guide for this one too, but it might be my last guide for a while since I can't quite imagine what other game I'll be playing in the foreseeable future that doesn't already have a guide.
