Popular Post fantrig99
#100 STAR OCEAN™ - THE LAST HOPE -™ 4K & Full HD Remaster Platinum Trophy Congratulations! You've collected every last STAR OCEAN™ - THE LAST HOPE -™ 4K & Full HD Remaster trophy! Star Ocean The Last Hope is the 4th major installment in the SO series developed by tri-Ace. In the aftermath of a devastating World War on the Star Ocean Earth, It follows a group of heroes as they explore the vast galaxy of the Star Ocean universe to search for a new home with mankind and evolves into a grand scale against an all powerful rampaging force. Chronologically this is the first Star Ocean game in the series timeline and everything begins from here. I played the PS4 remaster version of this game and it looks beautiful with the HD remaster and a gorgeous scenery of the different geographical planet locations. Gameplay is very enjoyable with the fast paced battles and inclusion of blindsiding, rush mode and the BEATs system. It consists of a four characters party with the ability to switch to other characters reminiscent to Final Fantasy X. Characters can customize their weapons, armors and accessories with their varieties of slot availability to strengthen their stat attributes. SO4 has a very time consuming trophy list. It ranges from 100% collectibles in spaceship data, weapons data, chest locations, create all items, bunny racing, complete the game on three higher difficulties, to finally getting all 900 battle trophies (BTs). Some BTs like 30k enemies, defeat the strongest boss with a certain character, exact damage, and some other miscellaneous tasks are enjoyable, challenging and sometimes very tedious. Other collectibles requires good guides and thanks to some great guides on the site and other external guides it greatly helped. Bunny racing makes a return, and unlike SO3, it can be manually controlled though still tedious. Long postgame dungeons have high level of replayability and one of them has a highly challenging design. Iconic Star Ocean superbosses like Gabriel Celeste and Ethereal Queen makes a return and the latter are some of the best boss battles I have experienced in any RPGs. After many hours of immersion in the world of Star Ocean 4, the journey reached its conclusion and getting a milestone. A thoroughly enjoyable RPG experience in my gaming and one of the best Star Ocean games in the series in my opinion. Dear comrades, it's time for the Star Ocean journey to continue. The ocean of stars awaits. See you again someday, somewhere. Popular Post RedRodriguez87
I talked to Amy. For like an hour. Today was a good day. :) All done! You know, I don't hear too many good things about this game. I mean, I haven't seen it thrashed, but it seems like nobody cares for it. There are a couple reasons given I kinda agree with. First, the games graphics can be an assault on the eyes if you aren't careful. Its fine if one is just goofing off, but I can definitely see it being a headache if you are trying to play it seriously. Second, the fact that it's an online game only. I've always felt that, few exceptions aside, making your game online only is just limiting it's lifespan right off the bat, and guaranteeing that it falls prey to all the glitches and bugs every online game encounters and that people will ALWAYS notice because hey, there's no offline mode to distract. The fact that it's been up for only been up for a little over a year before the servers closure was announced speaks to that. And yet, I can't help but find it a shame this game is closing shop so early, as I always appreciate a shooter with personality. We have a really unique high-school teenage doodle art style, a cast of distinguishable and complex characters, a wide variety of imaginative weapons, and a raunchy goofy sense of humor. Heck, even the trophies tell an interesting story. Ah well, here's hoping someone follows through with a spiritual sequel, or at least takes note of the good things this game does. Today was a good day.
Popular Post Conor
#7- THE WALKING DEAD (PS3) The Walking Dead Enjoyment: 9.5/10 Difficulty: 1/10 Time Taken: 4 Days, 22 Hours, 20 Minutes Rarity: 24.1% Rare (PSN) / 50.29% Common (PSNProfiles) Hardest Trophy: What Remains (Gold)- Complete Episode 5: "No Time Left" Right in the feels... It may be surprising for some to know that I have gone so long without ever playing a Telltale game. Even more surprising that I had literally no idea about the story behind this game, even though I love the comics and TV show. In light of the recent trouble over at Telltale Studios, I decided now was the time to play their games to see exactly what kind of legacy they are leaving behind. I didn't expect to be so moved. A similar experience a few weeks ago, Dontnod's Life is Strange, also delivered an emotional story with deep, complex characters. I never thought I could care so much about virtual beings until now. I won't say too much about the story in case anyone still isn't in the know, but if you are looking to have a proper response to a game, this is for you. Now, I've heard a lot of bullcrap about Telltale games "not being games" but if it requires player input in order to advance, then it is a game and anyone who says otherwise is a numpty. Of course, it had no degree of challenge in terms of gameplay but it did play on my feelings in a way I should have been more prepared for. I want to know more. I want to see where this person's story goes from here and how their life in this dangerous new world changes and how they evolve to meet to challenges it poses. I hope Season Four gets finished. I really do. I also got through the '400 Days' expansion very easily. I didn't feel it really added much but I guess I'll have to wait and see when I get around to Season Two. I took it handy with this one after I nearly burned out on Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, a very relaxing gaming experience overall but now it's back to getting my Keyblades smashed into some Heartless.
Popular Post Ala-Arska
Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure True Portal Master Unlock all other trophies In case any of you wonder, I was player 1... This was a case of "I don't know what to play next, so I'll just grab something blindfolded from my kids' shelf"-randomness. But, it did provide me with a decent outing of Skylanders (as always), and one more portal game to my collection. Still no Portal 1 or 2, mind you With Spyro's Adventure being the very first one in a longish series, gameplay and future ideas were still bare bones or non-existent. It's fun and stress free for one playthrough, especially when there's no Nightmare mode around *shivers*. But as a whole, it's a mixed bag. Everything is explained with so much repetition and slow pace, one might imagine this is a game for children... Yeah, dummy me, it IS a game for children. But it's a pretty tough journey, and beating KAOS "The Bullet Sponge" is as hard as always. Figurines take a lot of damage and die in seconds. This is done in purpose, now parents have to buy more figurines so their offsprings manage I did just fine with only a few Skylander, because 1) I'm a beast, 2) I know how to play and 3) no I didn't, it was a festival of slaughter Trophy for getting all upgrades for a single character was glitchy as f**k, I had to restart the game and my Trigger Happy two times over. This would, in turn, cause hours of doing the same slow-ass, unskippable cut scenes and levels over and over again. To add insult to injury, I had the privilege to hear it all in Finnish. All Finns who've played Sly Coopers know how awful that "acting" can be My last trophy was a pleasant one to get, though. I got to go mano y mano with my son in the Arena Mode, with results seen above and chars as in down: One might think I'd be Platin Arska and win. One would be wrong. Of course I did let my son win, because I'm an awesome dad. What, you don't believe a random Internet guy? What has this world come to... Anyhoo, S:SA offers great fun, slow dialogue and bankruptcy if you gotta buy 'em all. But where in Hell was that Spyro?!
Popular Post yellowwindow7
Platinum Trophy / Master Reboot been keeping my eyes on this game for quite a while to land on a new sale, anyone who follow my posts here know how i'm not too friendly with the PS Plus subscription but at least for once in my life i should thank the PS Plus for giving me this game for free, and it save my money too... i still not the guy who paid for a year of subscription, it was my brother, so thank you too dear brother! since i got this game for free ( nothing is free TBH ) then this game is safe from my rants ? though gotta admit it's very mediocre at best, everyone say graphically is outdated but to me i think the art style is unique, it's a mix of 3D graphics from the early 32 Bit and early ps2 graphics, but it was the 2D hand drawing during cut scene that looks so weird like if someone tried to draw something good but due to the deadlines he/she rushed through it at the end giving it a mix bag feeling. platinum is very easy to obtain, this is the only game that interested me the most on this month's PS plus games, even though it's a bit disappointing now that i played it but one thing is sure, this month PS Plus games is very dull!.... personally especially the ps4 games.

Popular Post DamagingRob
#352- Tekken 6 Tekken Fanatic Complete all other objectives. Well, that was another fun entry in this series. And I now have all the Tekken Plats. It's fairly different from the others, though. The campaign, where you'll spend the majority of your time, isn't really a fighter. It's a beat em up. You go through many stages, fighting multiple enemies. And there are a few weapons you can pick up, like a machine gun, flamethrower, and iron pipe. Enemies also drop heath items (in the form of chickens and their eggs; why can't I get away from these fowl creatures?), new equipment which raises your character's stats, and items that provide temporary boosts. Can also find many of these in breakable crates, too. At the end of a stage, you'll fight a boss fight against one of the characters on the Tekken 6 roster. And since there are a whopping 40 in total, that's a lot of stages! But they're pretty short. I found most of the game pretty easy, but the Nightmare Train stage kinda sucked. :/ First, I decided to switch characters, 'cause Asuka wasn't getting it done. And this was a pain, because a lot of these so-called "easy to spam" moves just don't work in this mode. Or I had to change a setting somewhere. Kazuya's was easy to do in Practice mode, but I couldn't do it here. So I ended up going with Alisa, and just spammed her high kick (). It still was a royal pain in the ass after that, though. So I ended up farming gear for her and Lars in the kangaroo stage. Once I got a couple of high health accessories for the two of them (300 and 400+) and equipped some other helpful gear, it became a lot easier to reach the end. Then I just had to get lucky, and knock Devil Jin off the train before he started wailing on me. It was pretty much smooth sailing after that, until I got to Nancy. Which I wouldn't say was hard, but she caught me off guard with her instant kill move a couple of times, and I had to fight my way back to her. Really cheap, that dropping you through the floor move is.. So yeah, a bit harder than the other Tekken games in my opinion, but still fun. And now the long wait for another entry in the series. Popular Post MidnightDragon
#37 Red Dead Redemption This was my second time playing through the game, but I was reminded why this was one of the best games I've ever played. The story, the characters, the lands...all so memorable. The last few missions that were essentially repeats of earlier missions I could do without, but it still was fine. I also enjoyed the wide variety of side activities...though Five Finger Fillet can burn in a dumpster fire. The multiplayer had its moments, especially when I was playing with friends, but the single player was the real reason I played it. Don't let the MP heavy list discourage you. The story is worth the price of admission alone. I'm not normally a person who likes shooters or westerns, but this game was definitely an exception. I hope Red Dead Redemption II is just as good, if not better. Edited October 6, 2018 by Spyro

Popular Post RedRodriguez87
2: Evolution Platinum Trophy So seeing as to how I had some fun with the first one, I decided to do this one. It does what a good sequel does; take what works about the first and expands upon it, refining the experience while adding new features. The games' mix of cartoony art style and silly sense of humor combined with its bloody head-popping game play is a charming as ever, the controls feel good and tight, the campaign is just the right length to justify its price, and the trophies have a nice mix of being challenging but fair. Now granted, just like the first, there are at least two trophies that are annoying and frustrating as hell to get, but it's that type of frustration and annoyance that makes you wanna try one more time, or take some time to cool off while you think of an alternate strategy (which is what worked for me). So yeah, bring on Rocketbirds 3!...... I mean, if it's even being considered.

I have always loved Kingdom Hearts, and this was the definitive version of the game for sure. Much easier to complete this time round, and im sure the drop rate of synth items went up. Working on this wasnt as much of a grind, but i dont remember Sniper Wilds being so much of a pain in the ass. Video Review - N/A

Popular Post Desmuria
#114 & #115 - Midnight Deluxe Platinum Midnight Unlock all the trophies. Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Having played 36 Fragments of Midnight, I was intrigued to see what they would do with the sequel. This game is completely different and plays a lot like Angry Birds. Some levels are purely luck/skill based, but they can be easily done with target practice (and a few flukes). I found the aiming to be a little more challenging on the Vita, so I'm glad I got that out of the way first. #116 - Word Search by POWGI Howl to the Chief Collect all the trophies Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 1/10 I love doing word searches, crosswords and the like, so I was really happy to sit back, relax and do a few before bedtime. The game is really simple and the trophies are easy to obtain. I played on PS Vita, so the touchscreen certainly made things a lot easier. I believe this trophy can be stacked, so I'll be playing this on my PS4 at some point. Edited October 8, 2018 by Desmuria Pedantism?

Popular Post Dark Layla
#140 - Dragon Quest XI :Echoes of an elusive age When i bought this game i had the feeling that i would have a lot of fun and it proved so. since the end of 2004 i have been anxiously for a new dragon quest on playstation and finally square enix has solved me with this masterpiece, a hymn to those who love a good traditional JRPG! A game at the level of DQ8 and with a cast of characters quite funny and that at times reminds me of certain events of dragon ball z (I will not spoiler) The gameplay is fantastic and sometimes it feels like addictive, just like the OST One thing i loved about this DQ is what i want in a game like this: no missable trophies. so i could do what I wanted without worrying about anything. Certainly i'm grateful for this game, I hope that in the future they can do more because that is what players like me need ? Popular Post DEsIx_KaerO
[ #151 ] My first Atelier game and i liked it! So, by playing the third installment in Dusk series without knowing a lot of characters that were introduced, i got interested in a lot of them like the previous MC's of first two Dusk games, Logix, Escha, Ayesha. And others like Keithgriff , probably my favorite along with Willbell . But those two games are a rarity, especially Plus version. Not to mention in PS Store they are too pricey. Would love to get into them
Popular Post SaiXeN-_-
#73 | Lords of The Fallen Difficulty: 6.5/10 Enjoyment: 7/10 (due to minor glitches and BUGS!) Estimated time to (100%): 35-40 hours Lords and Judges Unlock all trophies. OH MY LORD! This game must be one of the most buggiest I've ever finished. I have had few times when i rage quited because in this game mobs are more powerful than bosses, mainly those little golems (a.k.a. fast as f*ck bois) & spellcasters... Overall decent game with a very good story, but those 3 playthroughs nearly drove me insane. The most annoying BUG was a game breaking bug on NG++ that happend (luckily) at the start of the game, during the first Boss called First Warden so I've must started all over again on NG without all my gear & weapons. Be cautious! MAJOR BUG ON NG++ (my video) Spoiler Also very good OST... yet again Spoiler
