The above URL has the games that use it. Some games can patch out the servers for different ones but not all of them will. Chime is offline only on the PS4 and doesn't have any online trophies so won't be affected. 7 Days to Die is exclusively P2P on the PS4 but it might use Game Spark for things other than matchmaking so could still go down.
