A post-launch roadmap for Far Cry 6 doesn't detail any further expansion, as all of the included crossover missions and DLC packs have since been released. This isn't to say that Ubisoft won't release further expansion packs for the game, but the details are yet to be confirmed by the developers. Should the Lost Between Worlds expansion pack be announced by Ubisoft, it doesn't seem as though it will be included with the Far Cry 6 Season Pass. The image leaked by Lumia appears to indicate that the 'game of the year' upgrade will include not only the original Season Pass, but also the new expansion, Lost Between Worlds. Not that it had much competition in 2021 but even still, it wasn't even nominated for GotY in any category so calling it "Game of the Year" is blatantly false advertising. Usually when game’s getting rereleased, they will have “The Complete Edition or The Definitive Edition or something like that” To have all post contents, DLCs and updates all rolled into one version. The special Stranger Things mission fell flat and the DLC for FC5 (Mars and the zombie one weren’t very fun). I enjoyed the Vietnam one. I assume the DLC will also be available as a separate DLC to buy when it releases just as with the other season pass DLC's. Considering the season pass is 40 euro and the GOTY upgrade pack is 60 (this DLC, season pass, ultimate pack)... Vault-TecPhantom Posted November 30, 2022 Share Posted November 30, 2022 Bloody hell, I waited ages to complete the DLCs simply to avoid constantly reinstalling but this seems to be a trend with Ubisoft now across all their games - release bits and bits of random DLC then a paid expansion after a long period of silence just when trophy hunters think they're safe lol. Not a fiber in my being is going to pay for it again. I'll wait and see how much JUST this expansion is...but I'm sure that'll be grossly over priced too and I'll likely be waiting on a sale for it. I enjoyed FC6, but I thought I was done with it. Kind of annoying this AC Valhalla trend of drip feeding DLC is carrying over. More annoying is when we got the first three DLC packs I said I just wanted more story DLC with Dani, now that it's here, it feels like I don't want it as much anymore. A bit greedy it is then... I'll wait on a sale. I was disappointed by the DLC's from the season pass and Blood Dragon made up a bit for that although it also had some technical issues.
