I can't find one called "Perfectionist" and from the descriptions there seem to be some that could fit. 😕

Best thing to do, is save an easy trophy (like the one for hitting a chicken) until NG+ - cause if they bug out, the only way to fix it is to delete the save data and start again from scratch. Popular Post the1andonly654
Added Saint's Row the Third Remastered on deep purple, but it seems like my current purple has more deep purple in it, so I can switch them around in the next update if needed. Apart from the gameplay feeling a bit dated at this point and all the grindy challenges, it was fun as hell. The humor and all the absurdity had me laughing out loud quite a few times. I'm kinda going the wrong way with the series, having started with SR4 a few years ago, but maybe it's better that way. At least I can enjoy pixelization used as a joke not as an actual censorship. Maroon is gonna be tricky, at a quick glance I can't find anything that I have, that would fit and that I would enjoy.

Popular Post MAUSZX
After months of not uploading in this event I have an update.. I have more games that I can add but I want to wait to locked them in since those games have multiple colors. The new ones are: Black. Forma.8- a very good game specially for the Vita. Light Blue -God Of War Ragnarok. not a lot to say, awesome game. Red- Papers please. Already an indie classic. Yellow- The artful escape. Multiple colors, but I think yellow is the one that shines.

Popular Post Zanreo
Been a good long while since I've played anything to add to this, but I recently plated Puzzle Bobble 2X & Puzzle Bobble 3 S-Tribute: This is one of those games with lots of different colors in the image but I chose to count it as purple since that's a color I was still missing. Puzzle Bobble is always fun, so had a great time x3 (I also plated Unpacking but that game would probably work best for tan or possibly pink, which I already have, so...) Popular Post DrBloodmoney
Adding one to my Third card, courtesy of Star Trek Resurgence! A pretty good Telltale-style game in the Trek universe. It has a lot more in the way of mini games than the old Telltale model - stealth sections, shooting, flying shuttlecraft, interactive technology etc. and all of those elements are pretty rudimentary, TBH - but the draw here is the choose-your-own-adventure storytelling, and that is on point. Feels true to the Trek universe - in particular the 90s TNG/DS9/Voyager era stuff, and the narrative is genuinely engaging all the way through! Perfect for a Yellow, this one, so no real justification needed! Completed Cards: 1. 2.

Popular Post Xylobe
So I've successfully procrastinated my end-of-July update long enough for it to fuse with my end-of-August update into a Cronenbergian heap of early September. Whoops! The good news is that my second card is now complete! New additions are: The Solitaire Conspiracy on brown; Hypnospace Outlaw for deep purple; The Sojourn on blue; A Space for the Unbound on pink; Oxenfree for light green; and last, but certainly not least, Monster Hunter Rise on grey. I've said many times before that card-based games put me to sleep like none other, but thankfully The Solitaire Conspiracy was very much an exception. Could I, gun to my head, explain how it differs from regular solitaire, other than the face cards having special effects based on their suit and some fun FMV cutscenes? Literally not at all. I'll still play anything Mike Bithell puts out (unless it's attached to an IP I don't care about). Hypnospace Outlaw is a GeoCities-based detective game. If that doesn't sell you, neither will this. The Sojourn is a Portal-inspired first-person puzzler, whose main mechanic involves switching between overlapping 'light' and 'dark' worlds to reach the exit of each room. It's about as bog-standard as the genre gets, competent but unambitious, and I don't think there's any reason to play it while so many more compelling alternatives exist (The Talos Principle, Manifold Garden, etc.). I was quite late to the party on Oxenfree, and I think that's a big part of why it didn't resonate with me. Illusion of choice as a narrative device was a hallmark of the early-mid 2010s thanks to Telltale's The Walking Dead, and while it was only just starting to wear out its welcome by Oxenfree's release at the start of 2016, in 2023 its corpse is cold and buried. I didn't think the narrative's mystery was strong enough to carry the game all on its own, and with essentially no mechanics beyond the mentioned dialogue choices, what else is there? Another reason why I think Oxenfree fell flat is that I played it not long after A Space for the Unbound, which is a similar 2D narrative adventure with supernatural mystery in a retro-inspired setting. The main differences are that it (in my opinion, wisely) axes the illusion of choice in favor of some point-and-click-esque item puzzles, and just generally does everything else better. Seven years of added hindsight has its benefits, I guess. Lastly, Monster Hunter Rise is a boss rush action RPG with a legendary grind-- in other words, a Monster Hunter game. Including DLC, it took a bit under 300 hours to complete, and even though World with its DLC took closer to 500, I'd still recommend that game over this one every day of the week. The wirebug mechanic added in Rise increases player mobility to such an extent that, to compensate, monster speed, aggression, and hit tracking all need to be cranked to 11 (out of a possible 5). For me, that was compounded by the fact that my preferred weapon class, the insect glaive, is already the most mobile of the 14 options, meaning any benefit I got from the wirebug's addition was relatively small. When I finished my first card, I capped it off by ranking the games I used for it, so I thought I'd continue the trend: Spoiler Shadow of the Colossus A Space for the Unbound Hogwarts Legacy Afterimage Monster Hunter Rise Tchia The Solitaire Conspiracy Metal: Hellsinger Hypnospace Outlaw Mulaka Supraland: Six Inches Under (would place above or below Hogwarts if not for severe and save-destroying bugs) God of War III The Sojourn Oxenfree Itorah Monster Monpiece I need to sort through the rest of what I've played so far this year, but I wouldn't be surprised to have a third card at least mostly done. I'll check back in once I've looked it over!
Popular Post Beyondthegrave07
For my August update, I finished 8 games, mostly from the PS classics section and they are all repeats. Unless I want to argue that The Artful Escape is Purple or Pursuit Force is tan... but I would rather it look like a rainbow than fit a square peg in a circle hole type of thing. Maybe I'll try it later to see what it looks like... I care more about the aesthetic than finishing everything tbh. I may switch them out on my next card update though to make it look more rainbow-like.
Popular Post Doodlebawp
Progress update on round 2 of this challenge!! I've also made a few adjustments to some of my remaining game colors. I don't have much to share on what I've platted outside of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk. This game is absolutely my game of the year. I loved games like FF16 to death, but nothing can beat a proper love note to JSRF for me. This will be one of those games I come back to every couple of years, 10/10 would recommend. Other than that I'll have to replace my game for pink 😂, I'll plat AC some day but the gameplay isn't doing it for me right now. Mech games have always felt off to me, but I rolled the dice like a lot of others given that it's a Fromsoft game. I'm glad that the OG fans love it, maybe I'll fall in love with it to when I come back to it. Does anyone have any PS5 games for red to recommend? No Spider-Man please 😉
Popular Post DrBloodmoney
Adding two more to my Third card, courtesy of The Messenger! Finally got around to this one, since the sequel (prequel?) Sea of Stars was calling to me! It's a pretty smart (if occasionally mechanically frustrating) take on old NES / SNES Ninja Gaiden-style 2D action platforming - has a good sense of humour, and some really clever, 4th wall breaking uses of the medium. There's a "time-shifting" mechanic that lets the character switch between two time periods of the same areas - and when in the past, everything looks (and sounds) just like an NES / Master System game... ...but when flipping to the future, it is the same basic areas and music, but suddenly looks (and sounds) just like an SNES / Genesis version! Looks nice, plays pretty well, and has some of the most dope-ass chip tune beats i've heard since 3D Dot Game Heroes! The Main game fit for a purple, but since it's even darker than my previously slotted "Deep Purple" (Humanity), I'm swapping Humanity over to Purple, and letting The Messenger take its old Deep Purple slot, as I think that flows nicely on the rainbow now! The DLC manages to also find a spot - Picnic Panic has a nice Pinkness, covering a colour I often have some trouble filling.... nice! Completed Cards: 1. 2.
Popular Post Heather342
Hey there everyone! Been a long time since I last updated. Been working on a personal goal of mine to get my profile to 100% by the time I get to platinum 100, and with the games I have left it's reeeeeaaaaally slow going at the moment 😅. Yesterday I did manage to get a new plat, and think it works better for one of my colours so I'll be making a substitution: Light blue - Persona 4 Arena Ultimax (replacing Legend of Dragoon). This is a game I've been working on for about 3 years. I'm not the best at 2D fighting games and I've struggled with the combos A LOT 😅. But since I set my personal challenge to complete this I've been practicing loads and eventually made good progress. I still have some difficult combos left for two of the DLC characters for the 100%, but I'll keep at it. I'm also working on the original Persona 4 Arena which is straight up the most difficult game I've ever played so who knows when I'll finish that one! Between that and Red Dead Redemption 2, I'm not sure how many more updates I'll make on this challenge but hopefully can squeeze in one more 🤞 Completed colours: Green - Two Point Hospital Tan - Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Remastered Orange - Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Red - Spiderman Remastered Blue Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores DLC Grey - Never Alone White - Shadow of the Colossus Light Blue - Persona 4 Arena Ultimax

Popular Post GT__Jedi
Continuing with 2nd Card, I now present to you for the Black entry: Life is Strange: Before the Storm Not a real exciting game. Found this VN to be a bit boring and the dialogue to take forever to move to the next scene. The ending must of taken 30 minutes just to wrap up everything. Basically you play a girl in high school that pretty much has a pissy view of the world, especially of adults. Your goal is to tag different items in the story. Hoping that True Colors is a bit better.

Popular Post BlackSquirrell1
It is going to be sad to close out this card with one more game. Don't know if I have enough time this year to finish another one.......... For Light Green, may I present Chicory: A Colorful Tale. Wow! What a great game! Had a blast coloring the pages and following the storyline. Many collectibles - some where you are ranting at the game, but finally finished. I think the hardest part was trying to figure out the way to some of the places on the map. Highly recommend it, and for those of you that are sitting on the fence on this one, this game is leaving the PS Plus catalog THIS MONTH! Grab a game that is...
Popular Post pelagia14
Update time! For Light Green I have the platinum for Yoku's Island Express! Honestly, the reason I picked up this game was that I was looking for something to meet the "Pinball" genre requirement for the Platinum Every Genre Challenge, and it was a non-shovelware option that many other people used for that genre. I had no idea (or forgot) that this game fused Pinball with Metroidvania. At first it seemed like a really random fusion of genres, but I enjoyed it so much that now I'm baffled as to why there aren't more games trying to do this! Popular Post NerdRage04
My first update. White: Jedi Fallen Order - I really enjoyed this game minus the collectible. While it was nice that the map showed you how many collectibles were in each area, not having a fast travel really made this game painful. Can't wait to play the second one soon! Yellow: Hades - This game was a ton of fun. I played it over Christmas and it was an enjoyable time. My wife and I would take turns doing runs. It was fun to see what weapons/gods each of us preferred. We are both hyped for the second game. Tan: Wild Hearts - I am a HUGE Monster Hunter fan and try to play as many clones as I can. The building aspect of this game introduced a neat niche to the experience. There was something really satisfying about building a wall at the exact millisecond the monster charged you causing it to knock itself down. While the game had a few buggy trophies, it was an overall good platinum journey. Skipping to Pink: Tiny Tina's Wonderlands - I am a huge fan of Borderlands and was puzzled as to why a lot of people didn't like this one. I enjoyed everything about it. The weapons, the abilities and spells, how each area flowed really nicely, the story, the silly pop culture references and jokes. I loved all of it. If anything people should be rioting about the DLC. Borderlands is known for making amazing DLCs but these were a crime. I did them anyways as I got the season pass on sale for like $7 and thank god too! These DLC covered me for Orange, Blue, and Green. On my next card it will cover me for Light Blue as well. Jumping to Black: Outriders - This 3rd person shooter was a lot of fun. Once you got the right build going, you really felt like a super hero. The DLC weren't half bad too. I played this with my friends and we got everything done. With the DLC, this game covered me for Maroon and Purple as well! Deep Purple: Gotham Knights - It is really unfortunate that the game wasn't as full as a Spiderman game. After completing the collectibles it was wild to see how vast and full the map was, they just didn't put anything in it. A nice canvas full of potential wasted. I didn't mind how clunky the combat was, but the lack of gadgets and everything costing "momentum" just didn't make me feel really strong. The thing that really irritated me the most was movement/traversal. The motorcycle feels slow and stiff and the jankiness of the grappling hook was obnoxious. The DLC will cover me for Deep Purple and Light Blue on my next card! Light Blue: Tribes of Midgard - I don't really have a lot to say about this game. I didn't really enjoy it. My friend wanted to play it and I had to grind a few things to get the platinum. I am sure if I had a full group of friends in voice chat this would be a really fun game. Light Green: A lot of people played Donut County and for anyone on the fence just do it. Short. Sweet. Really silly. Brown: Minecraft Story Mode - I was combing through my profile and this was missing 1 trophy for the platinum. As far as these kind of narrative adventure games go, it was okay. I'd rather just play Minecraft. Grey: Remnant 2 - First I will start off with saying how amazing this sequel is and for only like $50! Alone or with friends, this game is a TON of fun. But man was this annoying. I have been really lucky for most of my platinum hunting to never really experience a game with a ton of bugs and have to wait for an update to get trophies or do stuff over again. This one I had to do some stuff over to get the platinum. The game is fine now with the updates that have come out. So if you have been waiting to play this game DO IT! So all I have left is Red which I am currently trying to finish Cult of the Lamb for then I will have my first rainbow done!
