Judging by your trophies (namely your Ape Escape PS5 Platinum, which I'm going to assume you downloaded from the Classics Catalog), this seems like a good ballpark guess for when your first membership started in 2022. If you weren't stacking years and were renewing ASAP, then this would roughly be your time to renew on a yearly basis. This is just an educated guess, though. As for how I manage my subscription, I buy a month of PlayStation Plus Premium whenever I need it for something.
