Popular Post SIick_50_
Monster Hunter World - Iceborne : Plat #54 Difficulty - 4/10 Replay-ability - 8/10 Enjoyment - 9/10 Not as grindy as the original Monster Hunter but definitely more difficult. I feel like they hit a decent balance in this one when it comes to RNG. They added plenty of new features to keep the game interesting on the road to Plat. Getting the Gold crowns was still a grindy mess but the game was a lot more rewarding this time IMO. Definitely would recommend!
Viper
#190 Monster Jam: Battlegrounds Monster Jam Elite Trash. Pure, dumpster fire of a game. The physics they tried to put in place in this game are completely broken...you r trucks main focus is that it always wants to topple onto it's roof...so something as simple as a jump off a small ramp means your truck is shifting it's weight in mid-air to land on it's roof, for no rhyme or reason. Or if you're doing stadium events...good luck doing something simple like driving because the controls are insanely over sensitive and you end up spinning out like the left stick has a mind of it's own. Then with all this in mind, the courses you run on are designed for one thing, but the physics do another...creating this frustrating experience based solely on mechanics that weren't fined tuned at all. From a structural stand point as a video game...this is one of the worst I've ever played, in my entire life. There's no reason this should have been approved to not only be put on PSN, but to have been green lit in the first place.

Popular Post cr1s
#462 (+ 100%) - Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed Platinum Trophy Unlocked all trophies in SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED™ Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 5/10 Ah, those glitches... this one almost put Undercover to shame when it comes to that. While some of them lessened my enjoyment of the game a fair bit, others gave me a good chuckle: Spoiler I had the audio randomly cut in and out, sometimes a lot in quick succession. Muting the volume was out of the question even with that, not only because there was no telling when it would happen, but also because I like to hear that sweet engine sound. It didn't happen that much, but when it did, it was certainly irritating. The game froze on a few loading screens, right after saving. A couple of seconds earlier and my save would've likely gotten wiped, but that wouldn't have been a huge deal because I have a habit of making frequent backups of my saves (most of the time, at least). And with this game, you're definitely gonna want to do that. This one was also mildly annoying, but while mastering tracks in Quick Race, my car occasionally stopped in its track, just like that. The HUD and camera would then glitch and not work anymore - oh, except for the timer that kept going like nothing was happening. Hell, one time my car even did that on the starting line. I guess it was like "nope, nuh-uh, I'm done". The funny thing though is that upon restarting the race, my car was facing the wrong way. A few times while on the loading screen, the track was displayed as not being mastered when I had in fact partially or fully mastered it, which was accurately reflected on the bottom left of the screen while racing. This issue disappeared on all subsequent runs of said tracks. One time after resuming the game, the entire HUD got nuked. In the next race, all cars turned green/purple because why not? The visual glitch went away on its own, but it took a restart of the game to fix that HUD issue. And these are only some of the glitches that can be experienced in this game. I've read of numerous others that I didn't come across. Thankfully, I didn't come across any glitched trophies either. I had read that this might happen when having the "Unlock All Cars & Events" DLC installed, but all trophies unlocked normally for me. Outside of the potential laundry list of glitches one might experience, the game has plenty of content, featuring a lot of tracks, cars, events, and customization options. The tracks are well designed and I liked most of the cars I've used. Crashes are well executed and fun to watch - not so fun when you were in first place, though. =P The 100% takes a little while with everything that you need to do (Career Mode - which I still played almost to full completion, mastering tracks, grinding money, online, and DLC), but it wasn't all that bad after all. The hardest parts were the Drift Championship, the Endurance Challenge of Champions, and mastering a few of the tracks: Spoiler For the first one, I didn't seem to find a car that worked consistently, so I just had to keep trying each event until I nailed it. For the second one, I got pretty lucky with it. A two-race series on Nordschleife with both races (one at day and one at night) being five laps long sounds like trouble, and it would've been since I didn't choose the best car for it... but I rammed the rival near the very end of the first race and got away with it, while the second race saw him bump into a disabled car that was near the middle of the road right before the finish line, thus allowing me to take the win. For the last one, I used the Audi S3 when mastering the remaining tracks in Quick Race. Excellent choice indeed as it's slow and handles very well for that. I had to use a couple of other cars for a few corners as the S3 didn't seem to do the trick for those, but nothing that took me more than several tries. I had managed to master Brno while playing Career Mode and that's apparently the hardest track to master, according to many people. Nordschleife only had one tricky corner, but it was nothing more than a Nürburgrind. Ebisu Touge was a bit tricky as it's a very small track that requires near perfect driving compared to the other tracks. Everything else was pretty easy to master, though. Last but not least, a big thank you to @Honor_Hand and @CypherNova139 for their help with the online trophies. All in all, I thought it was a decent installment in the NFS series in spite of the technical issues. I managed to get a physical copy of Shift 1 several months ago and will be playing it soon, so it'll be nice to see how it compares to Shift 2. Popular Post madbuk
#372 - Block-a-Pix Deluxe This starts off as a pretty fun and (at least to me) unique puzzle experience. 60 hours later and it's no longer a fun experience, it just becomes a slog. It was around the 30-40 hour mark that I just stopped having fun with this, but I was too stubborn to spam fix, so I got every medal and prolonged the experience a lot more than the bare minimum for plat. Some puzzles can take 100+ minutes alone, and then multiply that by 15 for one page, the puzzles never really get any harder, they just get longer, and that doesn't make for a particularly interesting experience. You could say the same for Pic-a-Pix, which I greatly prefer to this, but at least in Pic-a-Pix you're not pixel hunting/pixel counting for multiple minutes just to find a single next move to take. This was enough to convince me that I should stick to Pic-a-Pix games in the future and not bother with the other types available like Link-a-Pix, because I'd rather not end up getting stuck with another 60+ hour puzzle game of a puzzle that long outstays its welcome. I put many, many hours into picross puzzles on mobile before Pic-a-Pix was a thing though so I'm confident I wont get tired of those any time soon.
Popular Post VoxAnimi
Platinum 43- Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime Master of Spacetime Difficulty: 3/10 Hardest trophy: Underwater Expedition Enjoyment: 7.5/10 My interest in this title arouse from the period of when it was a PS+ title back in 2017, especially because of its vibrant and colorful aesthetic. However, I somehow managed to neglect downloading this for some reason until my interest was reinvigorated in this title years later after reading more in-depth about it, so I decided to finally purchase it when it was on sale from the hidden gems sale a few weeks ago. Glad that I finally got to experience this out for myself though since it did prove to be a brief yet enjoyable experience. While this game is certainly oriented towards a co-op audience, it is definitely playable solo. The core concept of the gameplay is pretty simple- traversing throughout levels in a ship in order to rescue animals before fulfilling your tasks and heading off to the next level. You also have an AI companion that you can assign to either defend your ship with the shield, fire the various weapons, etc. It certainly was competent enough, although I did occasionally have some frustration towards the manner it behaved in. Variation is provided besides the normal levels in the occasional wave mode in which you have to fend off enemies from your ship after acquiring a certain engine or 4 boss levels that you play at the end of each campaign. The boss levels were entertaining enough, especially Orion, since they provided a nice change of pace from the leisurely manner that I proceeded in while doing the regular levels. My only real complaint is that the core concept never really evolved from its initial stage, leading to the occasional instance where I felt it was monotonous, but the various ships you can unlock alleviated that since they either functioned in different ways or provided certain gems right away, thus changing my playstyle a bit. Wouldn't have minded a bit more variety in regards to its objectives, but it didn't detract significantly from my enjoyment. Trophy-wise, don't let the low rarity of the trophies deceive you. It's a quick and somewhat simple completion, although it certainly is optimal to play on a lower difficulty to make certain requirements less demanding. Besides the natural progression trophies via defeating the certain bosses, it also features various miscellaneous ones such as finishing a campaign without using any gem upgrades to enhance your ship or using a weapon in a certain way. Additionally, there are certain trophies for fulfilling certain conditions in boss levels such as destroying all the shields or killing it by an indirect shot via a ball of flame that is produced, but the only one that posed a challenge was the Underwater Expedition one. It requires you to defeat the second boss of the game while its head is submerged completely underneath in water. It doesn't sound that difficult initially, but I struggled with it initially as the AI would either kill it at a different position or our health would get depleted, either by collision with the boss itself or the environment. In an ironic twist of fate, I managed to finally obtain it due to the AI finally firing in the right position for once. Overall, while it was a step outside of my comfort zone, it was a pleasant experience in terms of the actual game itself and the platinum journey. While I wasn't a member of its intended audience, it still managed to resonate with me in a way that I didn't anticipate. Next up will be commencing my NG+ run in Zone of the Enders: the 2nd Runner before I proceed to platinum it. I'll probably then proceed to either finish up Yesterday Origins or start another game from the almighty backlog. Popular Post BadRep24
Super Meat Boy! (0.20%: Ultra Rare) Unlock all other trophies. Difficulty: 10/10 Fun: 9/10 Getting this platinum requires serious dedication and lots of practice, in literal sense that you have to pour in 100 hours into the game. Prior to playing this game on a console, I've practiced the levels for a year on PC, before grasping into the hardest levels of the game, which were the no-death runs! It was one heck of an adventure that I would never forget. No-death runs is what makes the Platinum especially difficult to be obtained. Cotton Alley dark world is a testament to whether you are worthy of SMB's Platinum Trophy or not. Dark world levels are truly unforgiving and extreme to the core, where traps will either shred you or kill you at the instant. Cotton Alley dark world takes it to a whole new level of insanity and extreme of a no-death run. No wonder it has a rarity of 0.20%. In all worlds, the traps are your biggest concern for your no-death run. Edited June 10, 2020 by BadRep24
Popular Post LimitedTimeGamer
49# - Final Fantasy 7 Gaia's Guardian Date Earned: 27th February 2020 Completed in 3 Years 5 Months The Original Final Fantasy 7 was a game that was well lauded, thanks to its stunning production values, and its moving story. This was the first time a main character had been killed off in a major way in the story, and it affected a lot of people, myself included. However, my first final fantasy game wasnt this one, it was 8. So i missed all the hype, and all the praise, leading me to eventually try it now. And its an ok game. I like it better than the remake. It has its own charm. Trophy Wise, this game isnt difficult, aside from one trophy which bugged out for me, forcing another playthrough. Dating Barret. I Like barret. But boy, his affection value is a pain in the ass to fix, there is a glitch, but if you go too far, like i think i did, it wont work. Even if you do the scene. 50# - Final Fantasy 7 Remake Master Of Fate Date Earned: 06 June 2020 Completed in 2 Months 1 Week When This game came out, i dropped my original plan of making Tales Of Vesperia DE my 50th, but since the original was 49, i thought it was only fitting to make this game number 50. And boy, what a game to choose. I have so many mixed opinions on this game, and a majority of that is due to the hard mode. Hard mode, for those that dont know, disables your items. That's fair enough, but there is no way to RECOVER MP, outside of Aerith's Soul Drain or the MP Restoration Materia. This was a pain in the ass, and it forced me to grind to max level to counteract it, i was at LVL 39 at the end of my normal playthrough, the cap is LVL 50. But apart from that, the majority of the game was enjoyable, and im glad i took the time to experiance it. I was tempted to change games a lot.
Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 227 - CELESTE What a gem of a title - I’m surprised I waited so long to play this majestic platformer. Furthermore, as a proud owner of La Mulana plat, and golden boy from super meat boy I can definitely say this game has the most challenging platforming segments I ever played. I won’t lie I had to use some of the tweaks in order to conquer some parts the C sides levels, some of them are truly on a league of its own in terms of challenging gameplay. Truly amazing and I recommend to all gamers.

Popular Post eigen-space
Platinum #109 - Gravity Rush It's All Relative, 14.57% Rarity Difficulty - 8/10 , Time Spent - ~30 Hours , Enjoyment 3/10 Gravity Rush follows the protagonist Kat, a girl who wakes up in a broken city and doesn't know anything about herself or her surroundings. A sparkly-looking cat, who Kat names Dusty, grants Kat gravity-shifting abilities. With these abilities, Kat helps defeat monsters that have overtaken the city as well as piece the city back together by rescuing parts of the town from alternate dimensions. Preface before saying anything else: this is probably the hardest game I've ever played for trophies. And I hated it. The hate is mainly for one reason: the wonky controls. The game tries to make use of many of the Vita's technologies, namely it's gyro abilities, by being able to move the character around by reorienting the Vita. It is very difficult to get used to. Most of these directions can also be done with the joystick, but there are some aspects that you can't get around the use of gyro (namely, Gravity Sliding). The game also tries to be clever by making a mechanic where you can change the direction that gravity is pulling you; where you move the pointer is the direction in which Kat will fall (she is NOT flying). This takes A LOT of getting used to, even for just basic gameplay. The bulk of the time spent on trophy hunting will be with the game's Challenges. Most of these are sort of obstacle courses where you have to beat a certain time to get a Gold rank (you need Gold in all challenges for a trophy). These were an absolute nightmare for me. I've read accounts of people saying it only took them 2-3 tries before getting a Gold, but it would take me upwards of 40 tries to get a Gold on some of the courses. And even then, it seemed more like luck as I probably couldn't replicate what I did without trying another 50 times. I didn't even get any enjoyment out of beating these hard courses, just relief. And I'd be lying if I said these courses didn't have me crying out of frustration. The game did have it's good points, though. It had a pretty solid story, though there were some gaps which I'm assuming will be answered by the sequel (which I'm not going to play... big ol' NOPE). The artwork was interesting-- they did this unique thing where it showed the cutscenes in a comic-book type format. I thought that was pretty cool. And despite me hating this game, I think I could listen to the soundtrack all day. It has several very good theme songs. Anyway, if you can get past the controls and like obstacle-type courses/racing games, you'll probably enjoy this. Otherwise, maybe pass on it. Unfortunately, I'm not quite done with the game (though I really wish I was done). There's a couple DLC packs... which means more challenges, one of which is supposedly harder than all the challenges in the main game ? Popular Post Rick_Sanchez
Platinum # 245 Fun: 8/10 Difficulty: 4.5/10 (8/10 if your co-op partner decides to do Lockdowns on purpose [I was that co-op partner]) You're sentenced to prison over and over again. And again and again, you escape using the tools you purchase, procure, or steal. Each prison has their own feel and escape method from a basic prison grounded in what could look like a legit real life prison, to prisons on a boat, a train, and even a prison in space! You can tackle each prison solo or in online co-op and work together to escape with unique multi-player only escapes. The trophies aren't too terrible to obtain. some will take time over multiple prisons such as beating up 100 inmates, beat up a handful of guards, stay in solitary confinement for several days, and craft 50 unique items. You can't just craft anything you want and walk around without issues. Certain items are contraband and will alert guards if you wonder under a contraband detector. Also you have to get your intelligence up to a certain amount to be smart enough to craft some of the more complex items such as a laser sword. There is a competitive multiplayer trophy but it's easy to boost. Shoutout to @SnowxSakura for being the best co-op partner and I apologize for all those countless Lockdowns....lol

Popular Post ExistentialSolid
#185 - Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus ~ A New Colossus ~Difficulty: 9-10/10 // Enjoyment: 8.5/10 There is only 1 trophy in Wolfenstein II that warrants such a steep difficulty rating: the infamous Mein Leben trophy. I won't mince words, finishing the game from start to finish on the hardest difficulty with only 1 life to your name is a brutal, stressful, and ultimately painful experience. Mein Leben will take you to the edges of your sanity and back as you question why you bother trophy hunting to begin with. You will practice for dozens of hours only to die during a run because a guard happened to walk in a different direction than he usually does or because you peeked too far out of cover or because you threw a grenade at your feet when you meant to switch weapons. The unexpected will be your downfall again and again and again until you can coldly roam the halls of Wolfenstein II prepared for every possible outcome. Rarely does a game demand as much from you as Wolfenstein II does but, if you are willing to put in the effort, it will reward your persistence with this shiny bit of bragging rights. I am relieved that the journey is over and wish luck and an iron will to all of you that are planning to earn this trophy. Good luck and never give up! I really enjoy the humor in these games. I have watched the first Incredibles movie as a kid so I vaguely remembered some parts that were in the game. This game consists of both the first and second movie so that was a nice surprise! My favourite part was the addition of additional Pixar characters that you can unlock in the open world. It was always exciting to see which character you would obtain from opening one of the packages! If you played LEGO games you know what to expect but you either hate them or love them! I definitely am one of the lovers as I really appreciate the humor and it is fun to play them with my mom as she is a huge LEGO fan.
