Popular Post lednatius
haven't posted since #50 i think?. #51-54 were all easy/quick ones though. 51-52: My name is Mayo. Good humor, worth the 99 cents for 2 platinums for sure. 53: Steins;Gate 0. Kind of want to talk about this more but it lives up to the first one and is pretty amazing, despite a plot hole or 2. 54: Batman (Telltale). It's a telltale game, good but not great. TWD season 1 is still the only one I'd say is above decent. still have to do minecraft, TWAU, and the new TWD though.#55 Nights of AzureUnlock All Trophies I... am very conflicted about this game. I love a lot of aspects of it, but a few things hurt it a lot: 1. The map system. There is no comprehensive overall map. If a quest tells you to go somewhere, if it's not right where a door is, you have to remember how to get there. Even just before platinuming the game I couldn't remember where some places were, though I did take a few several month breaks. 2. Difficulty. The main story is ridiculously easy, up to the final boss, and even the final boss isn't too bad if you level up a bit. The 2 post game bosses and the final arena fight, however, are actually hard in a very challenging but fun way. I wish more of the game was like that, or at least the storyline bosses. 3. 300 requests trophy. You can only do 3 at a time (out of a choice of 5), and they are mundane and easy. Playing through the story, if you remembered them all the time, you might have 50 done by the end. 4. World interactivity. The locales are pretty looking, but they're all just different looking walls and floors where enemies spawn. Sometimes theres barriers that you have to kill all the enemies to get rid of. I think there's 1 switch in the game that alternates which of 2 doors is open. Things I love though: Yuri, the art, Arnice's outfit, combat (when it's not so easy), yuri, and the art stuff that's pretty good: The music, "PLOT", some parts of the plot seriously though i love the art of this game. difficulty: 5/10 enjoyment: 6.5/10 Despite my complaints, I am excited for the sequel, and really sad it got delayed indefinitely

Popular Post Cave Johnson
魔法少女まどかマギカThe Battle Pentagram 私の願いは、全てのトロフィーを獲得すること 全てのトロフィーを獲得した I bought this game almost immediately after finishing the anime, which is now one of my favorites. As for the game, it's action with some RPG elements (like leveling up and status elements) and all the story scenes are in the format of a VN. The platinum isn't at all difficult, and I never really felt bored, even when grinding to level 99. Atelier Shallie Plus: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea All Trophies Obtained All trophies obtained. I don't have much to say about this game, since it's not too much different from the PS3 version. It's definitely an improvement over the original, though. One of the main problems I had with the original was Ayesha and (less importantly) Logy being completely absent from the game. The way Gust handled the returning characters in the Dusk games was pretty terrible. Based on the changes they made in Shallie Plus, they realized they made mistakes (or just listened to fan complaints, I don't know). Popular Post BOT-Brad
#68 - Final Fantasy XV (PS4) Only the 2nd Final Fantasy game I have ever played to completion after VII, and the latest since playing X on the PS2. A really enjoyable game with a great set of characters and a decent story, with some great moments. I paced myself through the game a little weirdly, spending over 30 hours before even getting past Chapter 6, and subsequently finding the remainder of the game (and many side-quests) fairly easy at best and laborious at worst. Overall a fun game, in an unusual direction away from the usual genre of the series. Time To Platinum: 60 hours. - I spent a long time levelling and doing many side-quests in the early portion of the game, and once I jumped into Chapter 8 I ended up finishing the rest of the story within a few hours. Only real annoyances were Gladio's survival skill (It was only Level 4 when I finished the story!) which took several hours of just walking about aimlessly, and defeating the Adamantoise which took me around 2 hours. Difficulty: 3/10 - Nothing very taxing in the difficulty department, although in truth I had levelled quite high early on and was Level 52 by the time I began focusing on finishing the story from Chapter 7 onwards. Balouve mines final boss was hardest, although purely as I wandered down early on and was completely under-leveled. Enjoyment: 8/10 - It took me a while to get into it, but I ended up really enjoying the game and getting stuck back into my first Final Fantasy game since the PS2 days.
Popular Post colinmazzini
Platinum #51 - Ratchet & Clank 2 He Went Commando Difficulty:4/10 Enjoyment: 7/10 I really did enjoy this game, however, I felt like there was a larger difficulty spike than the first one. Once I got some stuff leveled up it was ridiculously easy, but at first I struggled on some planets. Still, one of my favorite platformers from last generation, as I am now just trying out games like Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter and Sly Cooper.

But his special is pretty nice, but I like Igneus' mark special Only ever played a FF game on PSP, so this is pretty unique. I love using spells. Popular Post Jounochi
Platinum #97 - Kingdom Hearts - Dream Drop Distance (PS4) Wooooo boy, I was losing focus towards the end of this platinum. I had this game originally on the 3DS, but I never got past Traverse Town. I just didn't like the game all that much, and I still didn't enjoy this as much as I thought I would. Don't get me wrong, it is a good game, but I feel like the overall flow and presentation of the game is too choppy. This is probably due to it being a handheld game originally. The game itself is pretty easy. The bonus boss(es) are all easy to take out if you are properly equipped and there were no rage quit moments. The platinum itself is more time consuming than anything else.I had a good time with this little title.Game Rating: 8/10Platinum Difficulty: 3/10
Popular Post Terra
#52: Root Letter Difficulty: 1/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Time To Platinum: 1 Day, 23 Hours I was excited for this when it was first announced months ago. Now, I really don't know what to say about this game. There are five possible endings in the game with two realistic endings and three unrealistic endings. When I got my first ending (which happened to be the cursed route), I was left with a simple W-T-F. It felt a bit to silly to be taken seriously. However, what makes this stand out are the classmates you interact with and Aya. The personalities are a bit "stereotypical" but once you look past that, you really see that they stand apart on their own. I don't want to reveal any spoilers so I'll stop at that point. For those wanting a relaxing read then this is the VN for you. There is some interactions and minigames but the main focus is the story and the characters. Doesn't reach Steins;Gate levels but for me, it was better then the other VN's I've played previously. #53: Call of Duty: Black Ops Difficulty: 5.5/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Time To Platinum: 4 Years, 2 Weeks My first Call of Duty platinum and it's once I feel is well deserved. This is really where Call of Duty peaked for me and it hasn't reached this level of creativity since then. Black Ops II was still ok but I consider that to be the last COD game I really enjoyed. This game did take me forever to platinum because It took me years to finally get the motivation to start it again and when I did, I witnessed one of the finer COD stories in the series. It's not phenomenal but it's damn good. The campaign on Veteran certainly had it's points where I was ready to give up again. Namely the hallway of death in Executive Order, the infinite respawn hill in S.O.G., and the truck sequence in Rebirth. Other than those three parts, I really didn't have much difficulty with the story. Zombies was entertaining but I honestly wouldn't have gotten all of the online trophies if I didn't have some help from this site (which I thank the user who helped me out). Multiplayer had it's moments but playing Nuketown after Nuketown made me want to turn the game off. Nevertheless I am excited to finally have the platinum for this game and I hope this will not be the last COD Platinum that I will obtain. Popular Post Icebrand1270
Platinum 111 The Little Acre (PS4) 2/23/2017 Well, this one took longer than it should have... A relatively easy point-and-click that has a built-in hint and solution system and an interesting set of trophies: story, optional activities, asking for a solution, not asking for any solutions, not asking for any hints (fittingly called Probably Used A Walkthrough... they're onto us) and a speedrun trophy fittingly called... The Little Speedrun. And there was the problem for me. What should have been 2 playthroughs turned into 3 for me due to missing the 1-hour time limit by... no idea how much (3-5 minutes... I think). As a result, it took time to get back into this (almost a month to be exact) but now here I stand with this one in my Platinum cabinet. The story is short, charming and sad at times. I enjoyed it personally. The big thing with this Platinum is my "Plat-A-Month Streak" is extended to 21 Months! It took some time to get one this month as my health has not been great but I made it. what a streak I have put together... WOW, I just said that! I have no illusions of keeping up this streak forever, of course. We shall see how long I can sustain it! Anyway, onward to the next one... whatever it may be!

Popular Post RainstormIII
Platinum #18 Okay, so I'll be one to say that I was willing to give this one a chance even after seeing the reveal trailer. Picked it up a few days after launch with the Legacy edition and I'm glad that I did. Now, there are definitely better Call of Duty titles out there, but this game definitely has its moments. Played through the Campaign twice; once on Veteran and again on Specialist. Considering Specialist doesn't give you health regeneration and forces you to have health options take up an extra slot in your grenades (and when you're in space, helmets as well), I'm definitely glad they added that into the game. Barely spent much time into the multiplayer. I know the series is known for its multiplayer modes, but other than required trophies, I never spent a lot of time in the multiplayer since Black Ops II. I also had major issues connecting into matches. Most times, I'd get into a lobby and then seconds later get booted to the main multiplayer menu. When I did get in, I played Domination, the mode I'm used to playing for the 5 victories trophy. Unfortunately, I was one of the many people who had the trophy be buggy and not pop. Luckily enough though, it just took me an extra win to get it. Afterwards when I felt like it, I just sat around playing Infected. Zombies will be the part where I spend most of my time at. And fun times were definitely in store here. The map was easy to learn, but the Easter Egg, FUCK. It was difficult! Though the hardest part was definitely the Seti-Com defenses, especially the last one, when I had to set up a Medusa Device, a sentry turret, some trip mines, multiple grenades and a Fate card for fully refilling my ammo counter. Even with all that, I barely got out of that with very little of the Seti-Com health left. Other than that, everything else of the Easter Egg is easier solo... Yeah, that Easter Egg is a bitch.
Popular Post monkeydluffy512
#213 Uncharted: Golden Abyss I don't know how it happened but February 2017 somehow became 'the month I cleaned up all my Uncharted platinums". Now I have none left till I get a PS4. I could chase after multiplayer trophies in 2 and 3, but I don't see that happening. As for this game I enjoyed almost everything about it. The one thing that stood out as annoying was the swipe fest QTE boss battles.

Popular Post ContactMike
#47 - Yakuza 0 Big fan of the Yakuza series, and 0 was everything I wanted from a current gen Yakuza game. There was one very grindy trophy that just took time, but overall getting 100% completion in this game was way easier than earlier games in the series. The game itself is just a treat to play, highly recommend it even if you're new to the series.
Popular Post Walt the Dog
Platinum #309 Cyber Dimension Neptune My impressions of the game for those who care. Spoiler This was honestly not that bad. Certainly a great deal better than the last two Tamsoft games, though it still has some of the little nuisances that creep into their Nep games such as that fucking inability to pause. I mean, I get it; the game has online and more importantly, the menu has a lot of stuff that, if changable while paused, would make the game even easier, so you have to program the menus so they can be used without pausing, but would it kill them to have a basic pause screen just so I don't have to tell my parents "Sorry, can't pause the game!" if they need me for something while I'm fighting a boss? Aside from that, I do enjoy that they built this one around blocking and countering instead of just mashing square with no regard to anything that's happening. It made the game a lot more fun than the previous two games, even if it did eventually get to be samey by the end of my 23 hour journey. The graphics are also easily the best in the Neptunia series yet as many people have noticed by now, and aside from some framerate drops in a couple dungeons, the game runs smoothly. I have unfortunately dealt with a couple glitches in the game, mainly getting stuck in between the terrain and bosses (minotaur boss + moon dungeons = bad time) and one particularly nasty crash where the game did a soft freeze and, when I tried to close it, then froze my system to the point where even though sound was playing, I could neither eject my disc nor power the console off, forcing me to unplug the damn thing to turn it off. There's also an issue where breaking a boss's guard doesn't make them keel over, which can make the whole thing kind of useless, especially if said enemy moves around a lot. As far as non-glitch complaints, the complete lack of any kind of beastiary whatsoever is ridiculous, especially given that unlike Tamsoft's previous efforts, this one actually relies quite heavily on item drops for crafting and certain quests. Being unable to revive dead party members in any way whatsoever is also rather frustrating. The partner AI is also a piece of work, and while I managed to mitigate the infamous "y u no heal, Blanny" aspect of it by setting the AI to increase their rate of guard/heal/evade (fourth to last option in the AI settings menu), it also came with the nasty side effect of the AI rarely bothering to do a damn thing when bosses have their guard broken, which is especially annoying if you have the "increase STR for every 10 hits in your combo" gem equipped since the stupid idiots will more than likely ruin your combo by not bothering to do anything while you use your EXE Drive, leaving your attack doing a fraction of the damage it could have. Not being able to set the AI for individual characters is also rather annoying because while it's obviously important for Blanc to focus on healing, the same can't be said for Noire and Vert, who could've really stood to do more damage and should have had a more aggresive AI setting. That said, the game is definitely worth getting when it releases stateside if you had any fun, no matter how small, playing either of the previous Tamsoft games. As far as the plat, it's mostly straightforward. The only real issues are having to grind for a bit to get everyone to Level 60 for all the skills, having to make sure you pray every time you go to a dungeon to work on the 50 prayer trophy, and reaccepting the Rank 4 boss quest in the first area of the game once Ram and Rom have their skills to trigger a dungeon event for a CG and a trophy, none of which is so much an issue as it is just something you might not necessarily do naturally. tl;dr It's pretty good. You should probably get it.

Yes, like other Vita LEGO's, it's far less "open world". Which, in this case, works in it's advantage, for me anyways. I didn't care for the PS4/PS3 version either, but this tighter Vita package had the right amount of collecting and free roaming. I was trying to find games that starts with E, Q, W and a number to complete my A-Z plat and didn't noticed that I have this game sitting in my backlog for almost 2 years now thanks to PS+ IGC (yay past me for putting it in my download list even I didn't have a PS4 back then) scratch that.. a lolicon reminded me that I already have earned an E plat months ago The game freeze on me whenever I try to go to Pinwheel Village via Pinwheel Harbour and The case(luckily, I have used all save slots - yay paranoid me). I hated the Projector Puzzle where I had to rely to Canary - I hate being alone in the dark (worst part is I had to do it twice thanks to game freezing on me while accessing Pinwheel Village ) Aside from those I enjoyed playing the game. I had fun solving the puzzles and oh boy, the plot. Would definitely recommend to anyone for the experience - just make sure to save often, like very often. Popular Post BlazingCat83
#5 Red Dead Redemption This is no exaggeration when I say this is one of the best games I've ever played. The story and open world are all amazing. If you haven't played it, the single player is worth it for the price of admission alone. That being said, it's not perfect. I had several instances early on where my game would freeze constantly and hinder my progress. Also, the multiplayer is as broken as hell, though it's certainly not a bad experience. My main regret is not picking up this game sooner. This is also my first Rockstar game I've played to completion. I sincerely hope that Red Dead Redemption 2 is just as good. Popular Post Eli_bloodthirst
#43 Rise of the Tomb Raider Well this was my first major project of the year and I thought I would go in with a sequel to one of my earlier platinums, Tomb Raider. 6/10 difficulty - I didn't think this game was that difficult, other than two major aspects to the game, the first being that I had to get bloody everything and that I was like well damn I have to do this again, the second hard point was that some of the levels to the replay on score attack was absolutely disgusting to play (looking at you copper mill and gulag) but the rest of it was pretty dope 7/10 enjoyment - I loved the story, not as good to me as the original but I found that replaying this game was a lot easier than the first game so it wasn't so hard for me to go through and I really enjoyed that unlike the first game I only needed to plat it through twice
