Popular Post Yoey_666
#168 - Nex Machina Housemarque games are an instabuy for me. This game proved again, that I have good reasons for it. This was by far the hardest Housemarque platin yet. Amazing game, worth every penny. Can't wait for the next game from them. Now gimme my Housemarque shirt, I am a fanboy.
Popular Post snakebit10
219 Full Throttle Remastered A fairly quick and easy plat. This one was okay but I think I liked Day of the Tentacle better. The story was alright in my opinion but nothing really special. It didn't have the humor of Day of the Tentacle either.

ArmoredSnowman
11 hours ago, Lars said: My biggest milestone so far: Platinum #100: Horizon Zero Dawn I chose this game as my 100th platinum the moment the trophy list came out, i knew the platinum was doable and the game got great reviews so i decided to buy it from day one. I was hyped for this game and with good reason, looking at trailers the expectations were very high, and the game even surpassed my expectations. The game had a bit of a slow start and the story wasn't clear immediately to me, i often have this with fantasy (for me fantasy is everything that isn't happening in our world with characters and people with unknown names) games that i have to look up a lot about the story because i don't understand it. But when i got the grips of what was happening even that was a strong aspect of the game. The gameplay is absolutely amazing, and so much fun. When i looked at a checklist i asked myself if there was enough content. With RPG's you often see something like 60 side quests, 200 collectibles. Games like Far Cry had more then 30 of those bandit camps, this game has 6. But the content is spot on, absolutely perfect content. Like i said, gameplay was amazing, fighting machines was fun. Every machine because the higher level you got the stronger and bigger they got, and i didn't encounter many smaller ones. Fighting human enemies was a bit less enjoyable because with the explosive bombs it was very easy, so going stealth made it more fun because it was more difficult. My platinum account has 60 hours into it, and i still have to do some side quests. And fighting a Thunderjaw or a Stormbird never gets old. This game is a must have for every Playstation owner, GOTY potential, although going off reviews many great games have already come out this year like Nier and Persona 5. Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Make sure to preorder the DLC!
Popular Post xMissFantasy
140 Insanity Achieved all other trophies. I got super excited when I found out this was on sale. After seeing a couple of Amnesia videos on YouTube, I really wanted to try some myself. I'm really glad they put these in to one collection for console because I enjoyed the hell out of them. Especially "A Machine for Pigs." I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes horror games and don't mind a few puzzles along the way.

Popular Post Walter_Breit
#54 Starwhal Unlocked all game trophies. Difficulty: 3/10 Fun: 1/10 Thank God I'm done with this. Its by far one the worst games I have ever played. Hated it so much that if it wasn't for the RTHL I wouldn't bother with the Platinum. If you thinking about playing this piece of crap I warn you not to do it. That is if you plan on getting the Platinum because the Trophies are buggy in a way you have to do almost everything in one sitting. Its not a hard Platinum but very Grindy one the challenges are quite doable once you get used to the controls. Anyways I'm glad I can delete this off my console and never play it again. Popular Post SoliDeoGloriaIHS
Platinum (and 100% - I saved one main game trophy for last so I could pop the platinum as my final trophy) #55: Skyrim (PS3). 232 hours, 54 minutes, 2 seconds. A HUGE grind, but an enjoyable one. I tried the game out back in 2014 and after sinking 30 to 40 hours into it, I just didn't take to it. It just didn't turn me on for whatever reason. And again, for whatever reason, back this past April after platinuming Lego: Ninjago: Nindroids, Skyrim again popped into my mind and I figured why not give it a second chance. I'm glad I did.
Popular Post MidnightCJ
#33 - Life is Strange (Have a doctored photo from my blog as for some reason, the trophy icon on the site isn't displayable.) This was some serious f'ked up s't and I have been reliving the ending I chose over and over and over in my mind, thinking about the future of poor Maxine. If my best friend died, I would have lost my s't and just gave up on life. But messing with time isn't the answer. It's gonna take me a long time to forget the whole story of this game, even if it was an easy platinum. Curse you PS+, you'd better have a much more fun and happier free PS4 game next month! (I am renewing because I intend to plat FFXIV and you need an online account to play that game). I am going to avoid the prequel that was shown at this year's E3 for a while, even if it's not that dark. Z-Yux
Platinum #22: The Town of Light from The Town of Light. I borrowed this game from a relative and he said that it definitely lives up to the name of a "psychological horror". In my opinion, he was correct; to the point where I think it was a bit too descriptive, but the platinum is very simple to get. If you go for it, then you can get it within a days time. Enjoyment: 4/10 Difficulty: 1/10 (assuming you look up a guide for a few of the trophies). If not, then probably a 2/10. Popular Post nenugalimas
#137 DownWell: Its a great game for the most part. It looks great and plays even better. I thoroughly enjoyed playing through it on the normal difficulty. I found it to be tough but fair. Hard was a different matter though. From what I can tell a lot of the difficulty came purely from RNG. It gets quite infuriating failing simply because the game throws impossible odds at you. I really think the hard difficulty needs rebalancing to reduce the over reliance on RNG. Difficulty: 6/10 Enjoyment: 8/10
Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #144: Blasting Agent (Vita) Not too easy but not too hard. Does not overstay it's welcome and reasonably priced. 3-6 hour platinum and faster in the hands of a skilled player. Normal Mode, IMO was Harder than Hard Mode. The guy with the gun maybe able to use better perks and clean off the minions with ease. Some of the bosses were such a pain with him. Getting flanked from ass minions with no where to hide while the boss is hounding you. Thankfully completing Normal Mode, unlocked a Cheap Melee Character. She can destroy projectiles and be immune against most touches/attack with her own palm strikes. She made short work of bosses that I suffered with earlier. I only ran into one annoying bug, that is getting a Heart (Plus sign), for it to register you need full health. I did not touch it till I clean the area, went through a door to save. (going through a door saves progress). Kill myself to get full hp, then go back and get the Plus Heart. $3 gets you two manageable platinum's. One list on PS4 and Vita. NA/EU have separate lists....so maximum of 3 platinum's. Enjoyment: 8 Difficulty: 4 Rating: 7
Popular Post Mesopithecus
#49. Oceanhorn: Monster of the Uncharted Seas Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Pretty enjoyable Zelda clone Overall it's pretty simplistic, even the puzzles didn't pose too much of a challenge. The fishing minigame wasn't as bad as I was expecting, especially after hearing others complaints (Botfish didn't take too many retries before I finally snagged it) I did have issues with the blood stones though, despite collecting them all, my inventory only showed as 54/55 however exiting the game to the title screen and reloading fixed that issue and unlocked the trophy too.

Popular Post Caldor2K2
- #99 -The Wolf Among Us (Vita) This was another game that I had sitting around for a while and never played until recently. I actually enjoyed it and almost feel like kicking myself for not playing it sooner. As with the other Telltale games, its very straight forward with nothing permanently missed thanks to the chapter rewind option. The story itself is interesting, but unlike the other Telltale games, the source material was unknown to me and I never even heard of it. Thankfully the game doesn't require past knowledge of its source material, but after playing I feel like it would have been more enjoyable knowing what it was about even though (according to Wikipedia) this game is a prequel. Now the bad news. I played on the Vita, and much like The Walking Dead it has some issues. A lot of times its not a smooth transition from one moment to the next. You can select one option, the game pauses for a number of seconds, and its almost like you're in the middle of a fight sequence. Think lag while playing a game online and your opponent already has a head start on you, that's kind of what it seemed like.

Popular Post TheLastSurvivorD
#69 - Hitman: Blood Money And that is all of the games in the Hitman HD trilogy complete! Having played all three games in the trilogy, this one was easily my favorite of them all. It literally improved on almost everything about Contracts and Silent Assassin, making gameplay a lot smoother than they were previously for example. It also included some great new additions as well, like notoriety, reports after each mission, upgrades to weapons and equipment... and AI as well. Guards and civilians were glitchy and annoying to deal with in Silent Assassin. Contracts improved that a little bit, but it's almost a non-issue here. The different level environments you visit in this game, disguises you can wear (47 as a priest, or Santa, or a crow) and ways that you can approach each mission were some of the best parts of the previous two games, and I think they were even better here. There were a lot of great levels to play, especially the awesome bonus level at the end. This wasn't a very long game, but it was undoubtedly the best of them. Popular Post Nauticus87
#116 - ラブライブ! School idol paradise Vol.1 Printemps I love rhythm games and this was no exception. The stage and live gimmicks were fun and although it was a small, easy set of songs, I liked all of them. Not knowing Japanese caused a couple of issues, mainly taking a while to figure out how to adopt the idols' suggestions. I was just picking myself based on what they said, not realising you had to physically click on their suggestion. That meant a couple of extra runs through the story to get the other sub stories. Finding the force skip option also helped when I eventually looked in options. I'll probably grab the other 2 volumes when I can find them for a cheap enough price.
