Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#406 - Yomawari: Midnight Shadows After having played the first game, I was hoping they'd improve and fine-tune the gameplay mechanics for hte sequel. Unfortunately that turned out not to be the case and the same issues persist through this one. Very wonky hit boxes, cheap deaths and the same crappy stamina system. Story-wise this one felt a lot easier than the first game, collectibles gathering-wise it was way more difficult. It's still an alright game, but it had so much more potential. Popular Post Piggie_Pie
#79 Moss 10/10 - yep... Ten out of ten... this game is short but charming and worth every minute of game play. It's labeled as "Book 1" and I can only hope that Book 2 comes out soon so that I can play more of this delightful game. I highly recommend this game to anyone with a VR headset. Popular Post Bumperklever
So now my PSNOW trial is over and with the state of my internet and the sometimes issues, I guess I will let it halt. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good either. But I did snatch a plat before the trial was over: #104 Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd dimension (PS3) Lifetime Accomplishment Award Date Achieved: 1 November 2019Rarity: Rare (17-18%)Enjoyment: 4/10 Normally I would enjoy these kind of child or movie tie-in games, because they are stupid and therefore has charm. Well I found this to be really damn easy and not at all charming, actually really boring as well. Total cashgrab game, like the others, but with this one you can feel it. Story wise it takes place within a section within the movie, where it was quickly brushed over in the movie, they go indept here. you have 3 lovely worlds (balloon/old timey/ gnome) that seems in the same trend as the simpsons game, but without the quirkyness. Still arguably the best 3 worlds since the others are just generic as they get. The weapon system seems to be in the same trend as the rachet and clank series, but bad. The building system is a thing they advert in the beginning, but there is nothing fun about. But for the plat it is not only platforming, no you have some ' arcade games' as well. Perry ball is decent enough, but what does the points matter, there is not really a score in the end just the tickets you received? The crane game is just broken and way to slow, it's bad. Even though everything is bad and I am missing the charm in comparison with other 'bad' games; The level are really short nd the gameplay ,is boring, but really fluent as well. Making some let's rush through the levels kinda feeling. Lastly god, normally I like the english VA more then dutch, but now I couldn't bear it. The dutch VA did a fine job.

Popular Post AK-1138
Platinum #409: The LEGO Movie Videogame (PS3) Difficulty: 2/10 Playtime: 12 hours, 54 minutes, 14 seconds, 36 hundredths of a second (don't ask me why LEGO games have such precise playtime information) Enjoyment: 6/10 What is there to say? It's the PS3 version of probably my least favourite LEGO game ever. Building stuff from manuals is easily the worst gameplay "innovation" the series ever came up with. I probably wouldn't even have bothered if it weren't as short as it is, or if I hadn't bought it for less than the price of a bushel of apples years ago. Can't leave easy stuff lying around in the backlog. Though, if nothing else, I must say it's probably the most well-polished PS3 LEGO port of all; the quality drop-off from PS4 was impressively slight. It even crashed my PS3 only twice; almost a record. The writing is still charming, and a good expansion on the movie, but that's about what it's got going for it. Quick and (mostly) painless, if workmanlike. There's better times to be had, but worse ones too. Everything is completely passable.
Popular Post Atoya
Platinum 18 + 100% Mirrors Edge Over the Edge I am extremely proud to have this game 100% in my account because this is my second favorite game on ps3 because 1 will always be WET, anyway the game is honestly not that hard, the only thing that was a nightmare is the speedrun for every chapter but it was fun, now let’s talk about the dlc, all of the trophies are really easy except the 90 stars, that was fucking crazy lol, the only problems were playground 3 and acino I believe, at the end I noticed that there’s a map that I didn’t even play so I could have made it easier on myself lol. overall I really recommend this game fun: 9/10 difficulty not including the dlc: 4/10 difficulty including the dlc: 6/10 time: I think I played this for 60 or 70 hours lol. Popular Post Yoey_666
#328 - Goodbye Deponia In my opinion one of the coolest P'n'c series out there. The game is made with so much love and a lot of humour. The story is well thought and pretty cool spread over all the titles. Looking forward to the last part !
Popular Post SirDave1988
It's been a while since the last one, but just like buses, you wait for one and then two come along at once, although this was planned tbf. ?Seeing as though I bought them on the same day, figured I should finish them together as well. # 108 Medievil (PS4) Savior of GallowmereUnlock all trophies. This was awesome. I did not expect one day to be plating a childhood classic of mine, in the same vain I guess of Final Fantasy VII. It's weird though, because it's different enough to the original to not be considered a remaster but it's too similar to not be considered a remake, so I would classify it as a "remakester". The game is largely the same, such as the general level design and all the old voice acting but the graphics were completely and utterly overhauled and some things were added, like extra voice acting for the books you read and the Lost Souls post-game. Overall, it's great to see the franchise back at all after such a long time and a brand new entry wouldn't go amiss I reckon. #109 Call Of Duty Modern Warfare (2019) (PS4) Tier 1Unlock all Trophies Gotta keep up my 100% plat record on the Modern Warfare series and thankfully, this one was by far the easiest of the bunch. I really enjoyed Call of Duty this year, probably my favourite one since Black Ops 2 way back when. It's the first time since then that I really got this "new CoD" excitement back and I think Infinity Ward did a good job this year overall, although that Spec Ops exclusivity is a bit harsh for those playing outside of PS4 to be honest, especially post-campaign. As far as the single player goes, it was great but yeah, super realistic and dark in places. Not for the faint hearted that's for sure. Veteran mode was the easiest in the series yet, tough but very doable. Graphics were absolutely some of the best I've seen though, really outstanding. Makes you wonder what PS5 will be like ?. Gameplay was great too, JUST about different enough to CoD's past to feel new, but still retain that familiarity. Will be interesting to see what the next gen Call of Duty is going to be, I'm excited for it. (One of the best platinum images I've gotten ?) I could write a lot about it, but i'll just say that TLOU will force me to pre-order part 2, just to avoid any spoiler. I had a lot of fun with this game and I did 3 playthroughs for it. 1st play: Easy difficulty + collectibles + combat trophies 2nd play: NG+ on Easy difficulty + Iron mode + DLC collectibles 3rd play: NG+ on Ranger Hardcore difficulty (No exploit) This game wasn't that hard on Ranger Hardcore imo, aslong as you stealth for most parts and manage your ammo + equipments saving them for the tougher fights. I probably played for... 12 hours straight or something like that. I had so much fun doing all of the tough stages and just chilling on the mountain side in general. I probably won't go for the DLC trophies yet, but if there is a GOTY version I'll be sure to eventually pick it up. Recommended Men In Black: Alien Crisis Played these years back on the X360 Very weak story, but it's easy enough G.I. Popular Post Masamune
Mythology Scholar Obtained all other trophies. Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Playtime: N/A (1 week, 6 days, 13 hours) Screenshot: Spoiler This game reminded me a lot of Final Fantasy Tactics (or maybe Tears to Tiara II?), only this game focuses heavily on Japanese mythology (which I always like that kinda stuff). The story itself could've been a little more exciting, but it wasn't bad (it had some good anime cut-scenes in it too). It's not too difficult either, & level/job grinding is extremely easy in this game (if you set it up right, you can even let the AI handle it). Hard to say how long I spent on it since I did do some grinding with the AI (what kinda JRPG doesn't keep track of your playtime?), but I'd say somewhere between 50-70 hours? There are definitely some grindy trophies in the game though... you need to unlock & master all jobs (thankfully that counts between all the characters), get everyone to Lv99, & collect 1M Leaves (not cumulative). You also need to collect all 6 treasures in each stage (3 normal & 3 hidden chest), & also have found/bought all the equipment (also not cumulative)... if you accidentally miss a chest or sell some equipment you need, it can take some time to track down what you are missing. ? Really that's most important thing going into this game, making sure you keep a checklist of the chests you've gotten, & not selling anything you don't have multiple copies of... if you do that, everything else is pretty manageable.
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#407 - State of Mind Story was alright in this adventure game, the rest was bland a gell though. Floaty controls and unnecessary gameplay elements, lead this title to be subpar. It's also about 3 hours too long.
