Popular Post Urdnot_Wrexx
#39 Herald of the Scribes Pyre 4.7% on PSN / 18,68% on PSN profiles Man what an amazing game it was... I was a bit afraid of mix between visual novel and sport game, but it worked out amazingly and I had much fun while getting 100% of it. If you love Supergiant Games, you know what to expect - amazing graphics, mesmerizing music from Darren Korb and rich storry. If you do not know but you love indie games which will reach for your soul - do not hesitate and grab it ASAP.

Popular Post LimitedTimeGamer
51# - Yakuza Kiwami KIWAMI Date Earned: 12th July 2020 Completed in 2 years, 3 months Ahhhh, Back to the streets of Kamurocho. This game takes place shortly after the events of Zero, and because its a remake of the original game in the series, it is much much shorter. Noticible changes were the majima everywhere system, where Majima becomes Mr.Shakedown, and shows up in various costumes and fights with different styles. It was fun to see where he would show up next! We also got more backstory with Fishki (Nishkiyama) and showed how he turned into a bad person. Overall, this plat was much easier than Zero's. And if you missed a ball in the baseball minigame, it wasnt a INSTANT FAIL. Thank god. 52# - Assassins Creed 2 Master Assassin Date Earned: 17th October 2020 Completed in 2 Years, 6 Months My "unofficial" start to the AC series. Altair is all well and good, but the first game is boring. AC2 has a much better protaginist, and a much better paced game, though i thought it was a tad too long for my liking. Overall, an easy list, but my tip, is to collect as LITTLE feathers as possible till the end. I had to use a map to find all of them, and there isnt one in game. Keep that in mind, as that problem is thankfully fixed in later titles. 53# - Astro's Playroom You've Only Done Everything Date Earned: 15th November 2020 Completed in 3 Days, 12 Hours What a fantastic show off demo for the Dualsense! I loved this game, and im very tempted to pick up a VR headset so i can play the other Astro title. Cameo's abound in this game, and seeing the Monster Hunter Reference, with a LANCE USER, just made my day. This game made me smile from end to end. If you get a PS5, please, platinum this first, its well worth the 3-5 hours it takes to fully complete it. 54# - Final Fantasy X HD Spira Completionist Date Earned: 25th November 2020 Completed in 4 Years, 8 Months This was a struggle. I have attempted this platinum many times over the years. This one is my longest worked on platinum, for sure. I have the entire story for this game memorized. I know where every chest is, every weapon. All the secrets. Dodging 200 Lightning Bolts was a pain. Chocobo riding was a pain. I love FFX, but i would not reccomend 100%ing this title. Its just too much of a grind. Major respect to those that have this platinum. You Guys worked hard, and its a badge of Honor as far as i am concerned.
Popular Post DeathNyx
Dead or Alive 6 Platinum N°94: DEAD OR ALIVE 6 Master Unlocked all trophies. Game enjoyment: 7 - 7.5 Trophies enjoyment: 6 - 6.5 Trophies difficulty: 5 - 5.5 Comment: Unfortunately another DoA title ruined by expensive DLCs and ingame purchases. Overall a fun title tho (i enjoyed this a bit more than DoA5), the only thing i always wished for DoA is the character creator to create your own fighter like in SoulCalibur but here obviously without weapons. Too bad they also removed the Tag battle which i liked it a lot in previous title. Trophies are way easier than some previous DoA titles.

Popular Post Valyrious
#82 - Cyberpunk 2077 (6000th trophy as well!) What can I say about this game that hasn't already been said? Let's see... despite the game's rather buggy launch, it is perhaps the best game I have ever played in my entire life. How's that for hype? Or is it just recency bias? New game hype? We'll see as time goes on. I am tremendously excited for the future of this game. Game crashes were extremely frequent on PS5, and often times completely offputting. I got two crashes out of 5 times in the credits, chasing all the different endings. That isn't a good look. But unlike everybody else, I am not going to shit on the game for an experience I myself didn't suffer. Outside of game crashes, I only saw a few graphical bugs. Only one instance of NPC T-posing. Had several instances of audio bugs though. The future of this game is super bright. I can't wait for CDPR to continue to patch this game, and add more content (both free and paid expansions) to increase the sense of immersion. As it currently is, you can really tell how much content they needed to scrap, just to make the game release on time of top brass's (unrealistic) schedule. A lot of people are going to experience a world class game in 6 months time, maybe a bit longer. Few seem to give it the credit it deserves in it's current state. But I will. The game is still incredible as it currently is - bugs included. I love how it constantly reminded me of Mass Effect, in so many ways. It was my most anticipated game for the last 5-6ish years. While I'm painfully aware that it didn't meet other people's expectations, the hype was real for me. Keanu had an incredible performance. But if we exclude him, Takemura's VA stole the show. So many amazing and memorable performances outshine all the bugs in the world in my book. Play the game. Just not on base PS4 consoles. Wait a little bit if you have to. But don't blindly listen to critics on this one. This game is special. I will never forget this experience. I will wait for the next two patches before I begin my second playthrough.[Shameless thanks to the trash My Name is Mayo 2 for allowing me to time CP's platinum as my 6000th trophy.] Spoiler Edited January 14, 2021 by Valyrious

AJ_Radio
On 1/6/2021 at 0:25 AM, ScarecrowsFate said: In contrast to much of the bloated, design by committee games in this industry, which attempt to blend a dozen different genres in the hopes of mass appeal, Nex Machina is a very pure, focused arcade experience. Simple in a good way, it knows exactly what it is, and it's better off for it. Without overly complex controls or a confusing mess of jumbled mechanics, I was able to just drop into a satisfying zone of dashing through intimidating enemy crowds and bullet hell projectiles, using my special weapon to survive by a thread, and not needing to really think about what my hands were doing. That's the very reason I stick to mostly indies and older games in contrast to modern AAA games. Games like Nex Machina and Matterfall don't need mass appeal, and they're all the better for it. Sure, these two games didn't do too well financially which made Housemarque drop out of the arcade/shmup genre for a while, but I'll take solid, responsive controls and thrilling, addicting fast paced gameplay over the boring, cookie cutter, hold your hand experience the mainstream games have taken. These games never had and will never attract a mass audience. They were aimed at a niche audience, which further proves the point that games with few game owners aren't always bad, and games with mass appeal aren't always good.

Popular Post KennethMcCormick
Invisible, Inc. Enjoyment: Much/10 Difficulty: Reasonable, I guess/10 Time played: Indeed hours Took me a year and three months, and it's my rarest plat (0,42%, at the time of writing). Got the game years ago went it was on Plus, but only started playing it autumn of 2019. Played on and off for a few months, sometimes quite intensely, some other times one mission when I felt like it, in between games or when I needed a breather. Last week, after a full year break and needing something to wrest me out of Nioh 2, if only partly, I decided to go back and finish it. It's basically a turn-based infiltration game in a quite cool futuristic espionage setting. Love the graphics and the music, and the replayability is high (procedural generation of mission levels, RNG for the teammates you can free and gear you can find in missions, endless mode). What's more, the game's extremely light (1.2 GB), which I find impressive for what you get in return. Nice experience, and the kind of game I go back to even after getting the plat/100%.
Popular Post Viscera1900
#267 - Bloodborne Bloodborne "All trophies acquired. Hats off!" Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 5.5/10 Completion time: 41 hours / 1 week, 4 days My first platinum trophy in 2021 and starting it with this gem that I've always wanted to play, but never got around it until now; Bloodborne! The only From Software game that I've played and beaten story/game before Bloodborne is the original Demon's Souls (also played Dark Souls, but I didn't get too far before moving on other games). I forgot how thrilling and engaging these kind of games can be and Bloodborne definitely got me interested on trying the Dark Souls trilogy and Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice in near future. The world of Bloodborne is very exciting and interesting that it made me want to explore every nook and cranny. Exploring every place is not always easy, since from times there are very tricky enemies blocking your progress and can take lots of retries before getting past those obstacles. The game is also visually gorgeous despite being 5 years old game .The best part about Bloodborne are definitely the boss battles; they are intense and every single one of them got my heart racing. And the satisfaction of beating a boss in this game is really something else. Trophy wise Bloodborne seems to be less time consuming to complete/achieve the platinum trophy compared to the other From Software games; you don't need spend absurd amount of time to grind materials/game items and with a little trick: you can get all the story related trophies in 1 playthrough, so multiple playthroughs are not necessary. The bottom line is: Bloodborne is one of the best PS4 exclusive game and if you're interested on trying "Souls" like game, Bloodborne is very good starting point for that purpose. Praise the moon!

Popular Post zizimonster
#93 Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Positives: A definitive Star Wars experience. I'm in Star Wars! Wielding a lighsaber and using the Force never get tedious. Story is amazing. Really engaging with some cool characters to interact with. Smartly designed metroidvania levels. Performance on standard PS4 is okay. Negatives: Controls can be clunky at times. #92 State of Mind Positives: Atmospheric cyberpunk thriller with a touch of speculative fiction. Negatives: Though quite original, the story is mostly unengaging. Most of the characters are boring. With games like this, I usually expect some nice puzzles, not shallow gameplay which consists of an uninteresting to-do list.
Popular Post preciseRNG
#40 Demon's Souls Slayer of Trophies 26.93% Uncommon I did play all the Souls games except for this one. So for me it was like a total new game despite the speedruns I have seen from the original PS3 game. It has been a great and hard experience, I almost did three playthroughs. Because my first attempt without a guide and no magic became weak quite fast. Magic is just OP in this game and other than the other Souls game I would not care too much about trying different things. I don't know why but it did not catch me as much when talking about replayability than the other Souls games. Otherwise great graphics, great soundtracks and an ever so confusing story Here's the plat snap: #41 Ice Age: Scrat's Nutty Adventure Ice came, Ice saw, Ice conquered 51.88% Common I was scrolling through eBay and stumbled upon this game. It looked kind of fun and I thought, why not give it a try. Not too much to be expected here, I like how you unlock different skills as you progress the story but on the other hand you have to replay all previous levels to get all collectibles which was kind of boring at some point. The story is about three sentences long and not to mention here. The jumping and camera angle were sometimes really confusing and annoying. Here's the plat snap: Edited January 15, 2021 by preciseRNG
