Popular Post pinkrobot_pb
Coming to terms with my lack of free time I have dropped my originally intended list for now. These are some games I have finished up lately and I have added them to the chart. I will probably be replacing them as the year goes by, but failing at some of the hotlaps on Assetto Corsa was... grinding my gears, so to speak. So I needed a break from that and the following games have been finished up instead: Vasilis: Cleaning up some games on the Vita I played through Vasilis. The hand drawn style could be nice but felt a bit lazy in this case. I generally do not enjoy using a guide but I did for this game just to be able to finally finish and delete it. Tetra's Escape: Another Vita puzzle game and I quite enjoyed this one. Maybe I will even stack the PS4 version in some time. The Sparkle 2 Evo 2: This PS4 game looks great and is pretty relaxing to play. The end was a bit frustrating because it does not exactly hold your hand. Thanks to a post on this very website, I managed to finish the game this morning. I can definitely recommend this game for some relaxed gameplay. Pinball Heroes: This one was already on the list. Just a nice and pretty easy pinball game. Edited February 10, 2023 by pinkrobot_pb

I'd actually consider swapping the two green ones around - The Sparkle 2 has a bit of light green, but the overall background looks to actually be very dark green too, and next to each other, I think that as green, and Terra's Escape as Light Green might work better? I have considered your consideration and have rejected it. I'm not sure where this puts us, but there you go. Seriously though, I am happy to have this discussion on December 31st, because I am planning on replacing each of these games before then anyway. I just wanted to feel like I was making some progress. Edited February 10, 2023 by pinkrobot_pb

Popular Post JayDeLosDioses
Two more games done. Tan - Wreckfest is great fun. I've got the PS5 platinum ages ago, was about time to get the PS4 version as well. Light Blue - I love watching snooker (and pool) and the game is fun, bit short but fun. Choosing it as light blue because I think I can get a game with a darker blue tone aswell.
Taruta13
I am going to change out Black - while I have committed to two Kingdom Hearts games, I am playing three games at once that have a more dominant black background with a small image in the foreground, so they would fit just as well. Also, while I am certain I can complete those Kingdom Hearts games and get the platinum before the event ends, I want to reduce the number of RPGs I have on this list because I am planning on completing this list by July, so I can go for a double Rainbow Elite challenge with a second card to keep me busy for the rest of the year(and by that time more recent games can join in), and I will probably put a future Kingdom Hearts game on that list. I'll update the image when I get the platinum for the replacement game, but it is a LEGO title. (Yes, I know that most LEGO games do not count for black as their game icon backgrounds are actually transparent, but there is one I can use... though it'll be a pain to finish due to its performance issues.... ) Edited February 11, 2023 by Taruta13
Popular Post Heather342
My third colour is on the board! Orange This game is essentially a condensed version of the 4 major sagas from the anime. I used to watch Dragon Ball Z on Cartoon Network with my friend....gosh that's going back at least 20 years ?. So many episodes of that show were filler, but it had us hooked and watching every day ?. I found this game's retelling of the story enjoyable overall, the sagas didn't feel like they dragged on too long and there was enough variety of side content and misc trophies to keep me entertained. Although saying that, I've watched far too much of the DBZ Abridged version by Team Fourstar, and I can't really take the plot that seriously anymore ?. If you are a fan of DBZ then this is definitely a game you should check out. Completed colours: Green - Two Point Hospital Tan - Ni No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Orange - Dragon Ball Z Kakarot
Popular Post Xylobe
Time for another quick update! This time I've done Plants vs. Zombies for green and Heaven's Vault for yellow (it could just as easily be tan, but this way there's tessellation, which is always fun). For Plants vs. Zombies, I feel like there's not that much to talk about-- it seemed like it was everywhere when it came out, and everyone except for me has probably played it to death already. We were always more of a Peggle household. Conversely, Heaven's Vault is a game that I could talk about a lot, but won't-- it's the kind of game that appreciates being as unspoiled as possible. In short it's a narrative-focused and non-linear adventure game, a couple of degrees removed from a point-and-click, focused on archaeology and language in a unique sci-fi setting. Unless that sounds like the most Boring™ thing on Earth, it gets my emphatic recommendation. Easily my favorite of the games on my list thus far.
Popular Post Keen_Chriss
3rd update Orange: Hot Wheels Unleashed. Was very conflicted between orange and blue but ultimately came down to orange. If anyone can concur or has other suggestions is more than welcomed! As for the game, very fun arcade racing game. Only complain I have is the trophy for acquiring 100k coins, a grind but if you play online it can be fun and wont feel much like a chore Maroon: Praey For The Gods An almost perfect match for maroon. It was just meant to be! A copy and paste of Shadow of the Colossus. Great game that pays tribute to an all time classic, there are a few complaints though. No game is perfect therefore this game is no exception, the mechanics of climbing and character controls is very janky. It takes some time to get used to but once you do, the game flourishes and you can start to appreciate the hard work that went into this game. The boss battles are epic and one of a kind, had a blast going through them. I ran into no glitches but those damn controls make you feel like you do. Other than that, I strongly recommend this game to anyone. Edited February 11, 2023 by Keen_Chriss

Popular Post KindaSabbath
Update #1 First update from me for this fantastic event and I’m ticking off 4 games! Not gonna lie, I’ve probably had more fun creating lists than actually completing them ? 4/16: White: Surgeon Simulator Anniversary Edition! A fun little title by Bossa Studios (the creators of I Am Bread) - While I do feel that IAB is the superior game overall in terms of fun factor, Surgeon Sim definitely takes the cake for the funniest game out of the two! There’s something so satisfying about nailing the surgeries in this, even though a successful surgery has literally zero impact on whether poor Bob will survive or not, because, you probably need to put certain organs back when you’re done, however, that is NOT a requirement to nab those A++ ratings (sorry Bobby boy!) kinda reminds me a little of an old childhood favourite party game called operation. Here though, the controls can be a little frustrating at times and no different to IAB - the game has its fair share of bugs… but nothing game breaking and it’s short enough to not overstay its welcome! Maroon: Metal: Hellsinger Absolute fucking dynamite! Damn this one was a blast to blaze through! Being a massive metal head, the soundtrack to this gorgeously violent game is nothing short of stellar! Gung-ho DOOM inspired gameplay combined with a decent selection of enemies to murder ON BEAT with some kick ass weapons, yeah, I feel like this one was made for me! My only gripe is the bosses can feel ever so slightly ‘samey’ (hard to explain) but it doesn’t take away from the overall experience being totally fucking bad ass! I’d even go as far to say: I probably won’t play a better game this year! It would be damn hard to top, that’s for sure! If anyone is on the fence for Hellsinger - here’s a small snip of the gameplay: Purple: Day of the Tentacle Remastered For the same reasons why I love Full Throttle, Day of The Tentacle just feels so wholesome. I have such fond memories hanging out with my cousins as a little lad and playing these old school point & click adventures! The art style is vibrant, the humour is timeless! Games like these will always have a special place in my heart so it’s pretty safe to say: I thoroughly enjoyed this one! It ain’t winning no personal game of the year, but it’s a fantastic game from the past and I really appreciate the ability to revisit while earning some trophies! Grey: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) What can I say? It’s CoD. It’s high octane, visually impressive and feels like playing an action movie! I haven’t kept up with campaigns in CoD for a hot minute but this one was pretty solid! I personally really love the new Cpt Price and tbh there were some pretty damn cool missions where the gameplay being excellent was just the cherry on top! Enjoyable platinum and I even got to spin a little spec ops with a buddy! Definitely a lot more interested in MWII now and totally eyeing up the Modern Warfare Remastered trophy list for my black entry, since as Cod 4 is the GOAT and all ?? Up next? ?♂️… but knowing me it probably won’t be anything that I’d planned since apparently, my ability to stick to a set list is literally fucking atrocious ? Regardless of what I tackle next.. it’s always a pleasure to read through and catch up with everyone’s progress here! Some rainbows ? are starting to look sharp man ?? Keep those colours flowing! ?
Popular Post PraiseTheFluppi
Quick update for White - The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (PS5) I was a bit torn between white and grey for this one, but since Geralt is called the White Wolf, I ultimately went with that color (and the game tile color is closer to white than to grey I think)
Popular Post Kefka1986
First update!! The first three months of each year are a living hell at work, so I don't really have time to play, or to do anything but accounting for money. What can I do, I need that money to buy more games ? Probably as soon as I can leave February and March behind, my gaming time will improve and I will be able to cross games faster. Anyway!! Two games down: Inmortals Fenyx Rising and Blasphemous. The first game is a great open world/plataforming/adventure game experience (it's like zelda breath of the wild but with lots of dad jokes) and the other was a dark metroidvania. I really recommend both (just don't buy the DLCs of phoenix rising, while the base game is great, the DLCs are... not. The last DLC is the worst thing I've played in years...). Next game will be probably one of the yooka-laylee games or crash bandicoot warped... we'll see!

Popular Post Cassylvania
My wet and sticky adventures have brought me to the Amazon rainforest this time. I got bit by snakes, hunted by tribesmen, and poisoned by just about everything I ate. Reminds me of my last trip to Philadelphia. The creator of the Green Hell game image is the epitome of, "You had one job!" Oh, well. I needed a black.
Popular Post diskdocx
Update I decided to remove my PS5 completions, as I really don't like the look of the square banner squished in (still wish Sony would have kept things as neat rectangles...) I think Star Wars should be ok for white. Added Poison Control for black (removing Mighty Math which was transparent). Gigantosaurus is the other new completion. I also swapped in Space Elite Force in place of Pretty Girls Poker for orange, as it's a better game and I think has more prominent orange with the ship. Let me know if any of these are problematic.
Popular Post Yuber6969
Finished Smoots Summer Games! Honestly wasn't sure what colour this would count for since there were so many different colours and none of them seemed the be dominant. I guess I'll put it under orange based on the colour of the words and the track? Please tell me if it's a problem.
Popular Post MattbluePT
Hey guys! It's been a while since an update, so I decided to let you knwo how I'm going: I'm actually not sure about Enigmatis (although I think the paper is kind of tan-ish) and about Seasons after Fall (But as the bear occupies a lot of the image and is brown, I would think it fits). Let me know if some of them doesn't fit.
Popular Post Duke_Ryle
Completed The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (PS3 Version) for my grey color. It only took me 9 years and 10 months to platinum! One trophy bugged on me through 2 previous playthroughs. I started a new playthrough and finally got the last trophy needed for the platinum. Probably be a while until my next update as I'm going to stick with Skyrim while I attempt to 100%. Completed Colors: Tan - Little Hope Orange - The Medium Deep Purple - Gone Home Gray - Skyrim
Popular Post Breakingthegreen
'Ight I've just eaten a whole cup of ice cream so I'm a bit giddy. This is my ninth game and it's the worst colour in the perspective of eating spaghetti a shirt of this hue: White. And this time it's the only good game publisher, Annapurna Interactive, and the game is... basically a movie Telling lies(telling lies) Wow that shade of white is unreadable. Now I look at it may be grey... Mister Professoorr Blood cash.. help a ice cram loaded person out. Telling Lies comes to us from the same director as Her Story and Immortality, but neither of those are on PlayStation ? so I haven't played them, doubly annoying since the reviews seem to show this to be the worst out of the trilogy. In this game you play as a woman called *SPOILERS* and you investigate *SPOILERS*... this is gonna be quite tricky to talk about when it comes to the story... Okay time to be vague as hell in this game you are looking on a computer screen and have access to a library of videos, and you basically just need to watch most of them to complete the game, but to do this you need to search a for a word that appears in the dialogue that is said in that video, you can click a word that's appeared in another video or you can put a random swear word in the search bar and find a bunch of video of people yelling at each other. These videos mostly consist of one half of a video call which you'll need to find the other half of the conversation to get the full context, which I can't say I'm a fan of since most videos will have long stretches of a character listening to a conversation I can't hear. There are some actual scenes where David (the closest thing to a main character) has brought a hidden cam and has actually filmed a complete scene. There's three stories to follow in this game, and the ending you get is determined by which one you spent the most time with, and honestly none of the post epilogue endings I really liked since they were the relevant character monologuing about their future, and it felt very cheap, a slideshow or montage would have felt better suited to a story whose whole conceit is trying to understand this web of story threads. Acting in FMV games often feels to me to be far more stilted and phoned in in comparison to actual shows, *Flash backs to the awful ADR of Late Shift*, but for this game the acting was very well done and about in line with my favourite FMV game Erica. So yeah, it was pretty good.
Popular Post Taruta13
The Completed Games: Red: LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga (PS4) Pink: Disgaea 5 Purple: Queen's Quest 3: End of Dawn Deep Purple: Teslagrad Light Blue: Storm Boy Green: Queen's Quest 4: Sacred Truce Light Green: Queen's Quest 2: Stories of Forgotten Past Brown: Warlock's Tower (PS4) Grey: TOEM Black: LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 It's been so long since I updated that I forgot where my last post was. Also, kudos to Game Freak for allowing you change your Pokemon's nickname without going to an NPC for Scarlet and Violet, it saved me a trip when I decided to swap. (The Oricorio was named Xion before.) So yeah, if you were wondering, I did a swap for BLACK because I want the new game I gave to BLACK the namesake it (bleep)ing deserves. Bulldook races that I kept failing, a glitch that made me had to redo a level for a collectible, and THE GAME CRASHING FOUR TIMES! ? And yes, I almost did Avengers but realized that the game icon's background is transparent, not black. Thankfully I caught that, because LEGO Marvel Superheroes 2 is the only game I had in mind with a black background. But in the end, I tamed the beast. So now it gets a place in my board. If you are wondering, yes, I do intend to platinum a Kingdom Hearts game. I already started up Kingdom Hearts Final Mix(a proud mode run) and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories. But I intend to platinum them in a month or two when I go to Disneyworld, for the experience of Disney. Ah, I got the platinum for Heaven's Vault a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it also. I remember struggling to get the "Change of Heart" trophy to trigger, which meant I had to do a third playthrough (I almost always do a blind playthrough of games, plus a 'clean-up') because I somehow messed it up and didn't have a save to revert back to haha. Nevertheless, awesome game. And a great one for Tan. Edited February 14, 2023 by Finch_III
