Popular Post Lucas
#36 Watch Dogs 2 Graduation Day Win every trophy I finally decided to go back to Watch Dogs 2 last week and complete the story for the platinum trophy. Even though a lot of people seem to be way more enthusiastic about this game than about it's prequel, I wasn't really sure. I really liked WATCH_DOGS's story, main character and setting and thought the gameplay was pretty fun in that game. In Watch Dogs 2, the story and characters were way worse in my opinion. The story was way too childish and was completely different than the one from WATCH_DOGS. The setting from this new installment in the series was really nice, though. I might even prefer the colorful San Francisco from Watch Dogs 2 over WATCH_DOGS's Chicago. I also felt like the gameplay really improved a lot. The shooting, driving and hacking were all worked out really well in this game and were all a little more enjoyable than in the first game. Watch Dogs 2 was a really enjoyable game but I felt like the story and characters could have been much better than they turned out to be. I'm looking forward to a potential Watch Dogs 3 and hope they manage to get back to a bit more serious story like WATCH_DOGS in combination with the super fun gameplay from Watch Dogs 2. Popular Post Terra
#51: Grand Theft Auto V (PS4) Los Santos Legend Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Time To Platinum: 1 year, 2 months I never thought I would achieve this but through some dedication and time set aside and some help from fellow PSNProfiles users and my brother, the platinum was achieved. In my opinion, this is my second favorite Grand Theft Auto. The fleshed out characters, memorable missions and side quests, the amount of activities you are able to do such as golfing, and GTA Online. There was rarely a moment where I was not invested in this game and it was the reason I was motivated to get the platinum. At times, getting the collectibles was a bit of a drag and the under the bridges/knife flights were certainly the hardest area to overcome but I kept a smile on along the way. It takes some grinding out but it was worth it and I encourage anyone who doesn't have to the platinum for this yet to go for it. Now to see if I can tackle the PS3 version!

Popular Post Ala-Arska
Far Cry Primal Apex Predator Obtain all the Trophies Where's your everyday U.S. Military Mark IV Cyber-Commando when you need one? Guns make me safe. Bigger guns make me safer. Prehistoric era was not safe at all. For the first hour or so, Far Cry Primal blew me away with its sharp graphics, beautiful scenery and survival mentality. But, then it got a bit stale. Getting your tribe back together and beating the shit out of some evil war lords isn't the most exciting story ever Everywhere I went, it was Wenja this or Wenja that. Save Wenja, help Wenja, hunt with Wenja, sleep with Wenja... Despite being a big collectables/XP farming quest, I still ended up liking the game, for the most parts. Graphics were impressive the whole journey. Snowy mountains, romantic (yet deadly) sunsets, foggy swamp...me likey. Music and sound effects averaged at "good". Some tunes reminded me of the manliest movie ever, Predator. Some war cries were chilling, even Gameplay was solid and familiar, especially if you've experienced a Far Cry title before. Grinding went ahead of the story, but meh. Not any high tech weapons around. Just clubs, spears, traps, bows and such. Gets the job done, not even a mammoth can resist a good whooping. Far Cry Primal has a fresh idea and it's splendid at times, but at it's core it's still a Far Cry game. Easy to like, hard to love

Congrats on that platinum! I was able to grab the platinum for GTA V on PS4 as well. The online trophies in itself was a nightmare for me, but with the help of a few friends, I was able to grab the last few trophies needed.

Popular Post Starrk_01
' Plat #78: Watch Dogs 2 To me seems like a typical Ubisoft game with the missions being the same thing over and over again. It sounds bad but I just don't get the hype from the game (this is coming from a guy who didn't play Watch Dogs, so take it as you will).
Popular Post GoodbyeBread
# 64 - BioShock This one I had my eye for a while when it came out. Never got it as I was into Fallout 3. Speaking of which, some of the games qualities had a lot of similarities with the fallout 3. Still, going to a city under the sea to fight some splicers and running from Little Sisters with Big Daddies can yield some fun. High points were Big Daddies and plasmids. These guys have given me a lot of trouble with the impossible play through, but beating them gives you a sense of accomplishment. The Iconic Bouncer is terrifying and will charge you the second you start to attack him or if you go near the Little Sister its protecting. Plasmids were the best by far. You could shock, burn, freeze and enrage enemies. You could also use security systems to attack your enemies, which was a saving grace. When I tried to approach a little sister, I would make sure a camera was near by and in the camera's sight. Once there, I used "Security Bullseye" (a plasmid) and watched at flying bots poured out and chip away at his health. I also used another plasmid called "Hypnotize Bid Daddy" which exactly what it says. Seeing Bouncer vs Bouncer was hilarious and very useful. Be careful with Rosie vs Rosie as it usually ends up being a 50/50 chance of your hypnotized Daddy dying, since they throw explosives. Just make sure you have enough ammo and explosives. Low points were Weak Villian Andrew Ryan, machine gun and aiming. Other than story, I don't see him as a Villian, rather he is an obstacle. You could argue it was to elevate the "A Man Chooses" speech, which was well done. I just think that should've happen after you fight him (which never came). To me, it was disappointing and a waste of a potential epic show down. The Machine gun felt like the weakest weapon out of the entire game. I might as well fight with a pea shooter. Aiming was awful as it slowed my character down. Your best bet when playing the game is to use hip fire. Bioshock was a pleasant experience, but this is a game I'm going to leave at the bottom of the ocean. If you are looking for a good time with shocking and burning your enemies, taking on or running from Big daddies at the bottom of the sea, Then pick this game up and dive in.

Popular Post Rick_Sanchez
Dead Nation (Vita) Plat # 193 Fun: 10/10 Difficulty: 6/10 Quite the fun game to play with a friend. A top down shooter that you can play with a friend which I do recommend to do so to help out in the single player campaign. The biggest challenge will come from completing morbid difficulty and finding all the treasure. Use a guide and you will be good to go with the treasure. I recommend one person focus on maxing out the SMG and the other focus on the shotgun so you both can focus down special infected such as cutters which is a priority target at all times. Dead Nation Apocalypse Edition Plat # 194 Fun: 10/10 Difficulty 4.5/10 While easier than the vita version it still is quite fun to play. The list is almost identical to the vita with the exception of finding all the mementos which is only found in single player. If you feel you haven't got enough of Dead nation on the Vita or PS3, the PS4 offers the DLC included in with the base game's trophy list which offers its own set of challenges but can be easily conquered with the right strategy.
Popular Post ratchetdude231
Sly 2: Band of Thieves Plat # 11 Difficulty 2/10 I was really itching to play through the Sly games again so I decided to start playing the Sly trilogy on PS Now. I plated Sly 1 a while ago, and just a couple days ago I plated Sly 2. Overall while I felt Sly 1 hasn't aged very well Sly 2 is just as good as I remember it. I love the open world levels, being able to play as the other characters. The mission variety is great, and I also really love how everything came together at the end of a episode with the heists. Popular Post Fire
#111 - Need for Speed Rivals Platinum Trophy Earn all Need for Speed™ Rivals Trophies I'm not really into racing games nor i'm good at them, but NFS i like in general. This one was okay. It had very good variety of cars, especially on racers side. At the beginning it was interesting, but as i progressed more and more through levels, it became very boring. I mean getting to racer level 60 was okay to do once, but doing it again for the cops side, yeah, it sucks. Races were okay, not too challenging, and it was good that there wasn't a trophy for earning a 1st place in every race, like it was in NFS Most Wanted. Overall, not a bad game just a bit boring and grindy. If you like NFS, you should try this one too. Enjoyment 6.5/10 Difficulty 4.5/10
Popular Post Cellcrash1991
#26: Assassin's Creed II Master Assassin Unlock all trophies. Everybody who's a bit of a gamer knows the Assassin's Creed franchise. Some like it, others don't. I used to be in the 2nd category. Back in the day, my brother played it on his X360. I watched him play it and to be honest, I thought it was pretty boring. I never payed any attention to it since then. Now recently, the movie came out. I noticed that it became quite the hype in my environment and then I saw the Ezio Collection being released and I thought, what the hell, let's try it myself from the beginning. So I started with this game, since the first one has no trophies. (Although when playing this I became curious about Altaïr) And I have to say, i enjoyed playing this game. I liked the setting, I liked the missions, I liked some side-missions, I even liked collecting the collectibles. The (100) feathers were fairly easy compared to the (350) Blast Shards in the first inFamous game. Some puzzles from the Glyphs were quite annoying, but I liked that they gave you some stories of real events from the past. It was worth playing it and i'm definitely gonna check out Brotherhood too.

Did you encounter any glitches during the way? Considering your time it took you may not remember, but various side missions didn't pop up for me when they were supposed to (Pulling Favors, Kifflom, Franklins Cab questlines to name a few) and trophies didn't pop when missions were completed. I also did character transfer from the PS3 and the online trophies barely managed to instapop after 20 minutes and in the wrong order... Popular Post dmland12
#36 Resident Evil Platinum Splattin' 'Em! Picked this up on PS+ a few months ago and finally got around to playing it. This is an oldie (that's been remade and remastered), but is still a fun one to play! Nothing too difficult about the trophies, although they do require at least four runs through the game. They mainly sound harder than they are, since most enemies can be run from or avoided without much trouble. I had never played the original RE before so the most difficult run for me was the very first on normal difficulty as I wasn't using any guides and figured things out on my own as I went along. The only real annoyance was the fixed camera, which kept changing as you moved through each room. In many cases it made it difficult to see the enemies that were trying to attack, although I suppose you could say that adds to the tension, and it didn't take too long to get used to it. Movement on the other hand I never quite fully got the hang of. Using the left stick to move, I would be moving one way, then the camera will switch and all the directions switch with it. It's not as bad as it sounds, since as long as you continue holding the stick in the same direction you'll keep moving that way even after the camera change. Still, it was awkward and I had trouble in a couple rooms running back and forth as the camera kept switching and getting nowhere. Overall, though, this was a solid, fun game with some flaws that didn't get in the way too much.
