Yes, but as we all know the vast majority of people on PSN probably don't hunt for trophies. Relatively easy games like inFamous Second Son and Until Dawn have the rarity statistics much lower on PSN than on PSNP, because most people played them once or twice and moved on. Personally I don't care about average rarity (I'm at 56.99%), if a game is enjoyable to me I will play it and try to get most or all of it's trophies, whether the trophies are common or rare.
