Popular Post reaperveteran86
Platinum #323 Japanese Rail Sim: Journey to Kyoto Legend - 21,51% The gameplay reminded me of the Densha De Go series, but different then this series it uses FMVs of real footage of the 2 featured lines. Drive a train from station to station and try to be as punctual and exactly as possible. The game has an arcady vibe to me and I wouldn`t be surprised if there is a arcade version in Japan. 3 of the trophies glitched on me (2 for unlocking bonus material and one for getting all silver rankings), but luckily they unlocked during my hunt for the gold rankings. Platinum #324 Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights End - 56,90% A 2D soulslike/metroidvania, this time with a loli heroine, who lets "ghosts" fight for her. The game was not that hard but the procentage rate is oddly high for a game with only one trophy list and over 6000 owners here on PSNP. I think this speaks for the quality of the game which has a beautiful soundtrack (the ending reminded me of a dark version of a disney princess song for some reason) and graphics and really good gameplay. Platinum #325 Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Infinite Combate (West Version) Trophies Complete - 22,84% 2. stack of the game (got the platinum for the asia version allmost 2 years ago). The game looks and plays like a mediocre 3DS/PS Vita Action RPG and the post game is a grindfest, but I got the game for cheap and the platinum image is cute so I thought, "Why not?"
Popular Post Moridin83
#252 The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing A Diablo clone, although more story focused than many of them. The humor in the game is pretty good, and there are no difficulty related trophies per-se. There is a hardcore mode trophy, but that can be done on Casual difficulty, so it's really not actually very hardcore at all. The game runs well for the most part, but I did have a couple of crashes, and if you attempt to skip all the enemies to make sure you don't accidentally kill an Igor, voiding that trophy, I managed to get the game down to under 1 frame per second at one point!? All that being said, I paid less than $2 for the game during a sale, so I more than got my money's worth. Recommended if you pick it up on the cheap, better options at full-price.

Popular Post Boomshanks
( 86 & 87) BORDERLANDS 2 (PS3 & PS4) BORDERLAND DEFENDER ROUND TWO Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 4/10 I started playing Borderlands 2 on the PS3 all the way back in 2014 with a good friend with whom I’d also fully completed the first game. We had a great experience going through the game together and I think pretty much everyone agrees that this is a sequel that does about everything better than the first game. Instead of just the desert we get a number of different locations that feel much more distinct this time around. The story is also massively improved, a lot of which comes down to one of the best villains every created – Handsome Jack. I love this character so much . The dialogue and the voice acting are superb and he stays with you throughout the entire game which is incredible. The main characters of the first game all return in this game and are given much more screen-time and personality. It’s a massive step up from the first game and for me it’s one of the highlights of the game. The combat is as fun as ever with an incredible variety in the weapons. We never really encountered that much of a challenge within the main game though. After playing through it once, we put it aside and it wasn’t until 2022 that I took a shot at it again. I played through the entire game solo on the PS4 and did all of the DLC main story missions on the PS3. Then, after finishing up Payday 2 with two friends we went straight into Borderlands 2 to finally finish it up on both the PS3 and PS4. The cross-save function is a godsent here as you can complete a raid boss without handing in the mission, upload you character and then just hand in the mission on both consoles to get the trophies. This meant we only had to go through each DLC one time. The DLC’s are pretty fun, though Tiny Tina’s Wonderland is miles ahead of the previous three. Since my friends were much higher levels, the Raid Bosses didn’t pose that much of a problem. Whereas Payday 2 took us about a year to complete, the Borderlands 2 DLC and miscellaneous trophies took us about a month in total. It was great to play through everything together and I now have 2 more platinums to add to the collection. I don’t think I’ll get Borderlands 3 though, since I heard very mixed reviews, especially on the story and the villains. How they can massively improve on about every aspect of the game in the sequel only to mess it back up again in the third game is beyond me. Oh well, for me this ends the series on an absolute high note. Edited February 5, 2023 by Boomshanks
Popular Post blacklight-nero
#421 I don’t really play many horror games but this intrigued me because of the cyberpunk setting and Rutger Hauer is in it so I gave it a try, I thought it was pretty good I really liked the atmosphere of the game and was interested how the story was going to play out, It wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be and I was good with that lol, Overall I enjoyed my time with it. #422 As for this it’s a Masterpiece that’s all I have to say about that. Carol
#231 Telling Lies All Done Unlock all trophies. This was a game that interested me and, now that I have PS Plus Extra, the time finally arrived to play it. Unfortunately, it ended up not being my cup of tea. The acting is pretty good; all the actors are very natural in their performances and the game’s concept is also interesting and innovative. However, the fact that the story is told in a completely disjointed way, based on what keywords you search for, made it, at least for me, hard to follow and understand. Besides, this is a story that involves politics and terrorism, which are themes that don’t interest me much. I like more personal stories, so this game didn’t captivate me. In conclusion, this isn’t a bad game, but, personally, the story wasn’t what I enjoy or what I was expecting.

You need some patience to do all events including the rng key & misc item drops from enemies, it can be a chore but doable if you start going early to underground dungeon and hunt those accessories with + item quantity 2 or 3 with just some drop luck trait since you can increase your characters luck stat a lot, if you do like the anime nothing can go wrong for 5$ on sale. It's a difficult one to recommend honestly, maybe i enjoyed testing my patience with the sub events as you have to do certain things on certain time while some require another sub events to advance lol there could be more convenient places to teleport on the academy to save time too. Lastly was an interesting experience i tend to give something a try regardless of grind or difficulty if it's at least worth something and i can say this one was for the price on sale. Thanks for the insight, I'll make sure to grab it when it goes on sale again, as you said for that price even if it's just for the novelty of seeing the characters In a game can be worth while, thanks again for replying.
Popular Post RedRodriguez87
#437: J-STARS Victory VS+ Yet another game incomplete from my old account that I finally finished up. Took me multiple years to get through this one, because it is such a drag to play, and even worse with some of the biggest grinding trophies yet. People like to say this game is much better than Jump Force, and because I never actually attempted to play more than one battle of Jump Force I will have to take their word for it. I will say to anybody interested that this game is bad on its own terms. A 3D Arena fighter who stages are too big, camera is too unreliable and locking on to something that's not even close to you, obnoxious animation sequences that completely halt the flow of any match, and an AI teammate that can't decide if it wants to be useful or not.

Popular Post Elvick_
Platinum #273 LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens (PS Vita) The Force Awakens Unlock all Trophies I actually really liked this one. Top 5 on Vita for sure. From trying to look up a few of the trophies I could gather it's one of the ones that was a dumbed down version of the console version a "more or less" type release, but it was really fun. And it makes me excited to get to the PS4 version in the future. Now just LEGO Jurassic World left on Vita (I believe) and my LEGO backlog is done on that platform forever. Doubt I have it in me to do it right now, three in a row, and a fourth not that long ago. That's a lot of studs. The camera can be really jarring in the hub worlds though, it's just so close to your character and adjusts on it's own so it can be a bit annoying. And being a handheld port you can feel that certain things in the hub weren't designed for it but they kept them anyway for some reason. Like the 'races' and how brainless they feel in this. I assume they feel a bit more fun in the console version. The flying and stuff was really fun in the stages, and the chapters being split into three different levels felt very fitting for a handheld on the go experience. Some solid visual gags. Lots of fluff in terms of characters, but what else is new with most LEGO games? The main issue I had with this was how wonky it was to counter blaster bolts with a lightsaber. I get it's not the main focus of this game given the lack of experienced Jedi in the story, but even with actual Jedi it doesn't feel as easy to do as in the past Star Wars games. I struggled to get a counter or ever figure out how it actually worked. ANd the red brick for 'perfect' ones didn't seem to do anything. Looks good for Vita, but having seen the over design of the console version... it does, in comparison, look awful and empty. lol, but when I didn't know, I was quite impressed with how it looked and how the levels were built and structured. I wouldn't place it above the handheld exclusive games of Legends of Chima or Ninjago (second one in particular). But it's up there with Batman 3 for sure. Good in a different direction. OH and I really really liked the cover shooting parts. It added a nice level of variety to the levels and I felt like they did it just enough to not be annoying, because it can easily be tedious (as I found when I kept messing up one level with a missing collectable). Popular Post Bratinov
Plat 94: KENA: BRIDGE OF SPIRITS Difficulty: 4 Fun: 8 Grind: 3 This one is worth it for the gorgeous world and art style alone. It's damn impressive and deserves all the praise it gets. The combat system is deceptively simple and satisfying. This Plat is a real challenge if you don't plan on using the glitch for Master difficulty. Plat 95: DOOM ETERNAL Difficulty: 5 Fun: 5 Grind: 4 I don't really like it, it's exhausting to play. It throws so much bullshit at you at the same time it doesn't feel fair. (especially the DLC) Frantically running around in circles to find a weak enemy to chainsaw is not fun. Dealing with severely limited resources is not fun. 95% of fights you fight in a walled off arena until the game says so. It's bright neon colors don't suit it at all. While I appreciate the dash mechanic, platforming in this game gets old fast. I liked the lore and piecing together the story, that was great. I'm a huge fan of the Doom series and Doom 2016 is among my favorites, it's such a good game! Edited February 6, 2023 by Bratinov
Popular Post mega-tallica
The Evil Within 2 Enjoyment: 4/5 - While most people say it isn't as good as the first game (and it isn't) but it's still a really good game with great horror atmosphere, solid story, and memorable moments. I enjoyed the semi-open world in this game and the aspect of exploring which wasn't present in the first, more linear game. Even though Sebastian's story is pretty much wrapped up, I hope they continue and make a 3rd one. Difficulty: 2/5 - With cheats like one shot kills and invincibility, it pretty much takes all challenge out of the game on classic difficulty which I would imagine is incredibly hard if you were to do it legit. I ain't good enough for that so I took full advantage of the cheats for the platinum. I originally played it at launch and got almost all the trophies so these recent playthrough's were just clean up for the last couple of trophies I needed.
