Popular Post Stormverse
#115 - Deiland I had a pretty good time with this game. It's sort of a survival/rpg hybrid. It's a very easy platinum. However, the trophies are extremely buggy at the moment so I'd hunt it at your own risk. I recommend waiting for a patch if they ever decide to do one. The platinum is achievable obviously but I had to do workarounds posted on various forums to try to get the trophies to pop.

Popular Post minh2t
Platinum #157: Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon Approx. platinum time: 45 hours Took a bit of Ability point grinding which made the platinum a little less enjoyable but overall good game. The story was okay like the first game, character design is still very lovely, great artwork. The OST wasn't as good as the first game, gameplay is slightly improved although the lack of "easy" weapon changing made this much more repetitive. All in all, pretty easy platinum for a jrpg, about 40-45 hours to get if you're interested. It does require 2 playthrough though, and even a partial 3rd one for the ability points.
Popular Post ObsceneSociopath
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 is my most recent. Took me over a year as I played it solely with my fiancee, it was our co-op game so we played it together or not at all.

That's 3 star, the game title, the trophy image and the trophy name. ⋆⋆⋆ But to be honest... the game isn't that sparkly.. kinda dull. Ah yes, one of my best plat screenshot so far... That trophy pop lied to me.
Popular Post LimitedTimeGamer
16# - Tales Of Graces F (NA) True Grace Date Earned May 7th 2018 Completed in 4 Years, 1 Week Well, this one was a long time coming. After many wipes, and trials, i finally finished Graces F off 100%. Tales Of Graces F is actually my second Tales Platinum, with Xillia 1 being the first on another profile. I lost my savedata twice with this game, and because this game has a mandatory 2+ playthroughs, it took me a long time to go back to it, as you can see by the Completed Time. Anywho, if you like Action RPGs, Tales of Graces F Battle system is one of the best. Its fluid, rewards skillful gameplay, and there is a buttload of extra content. In This game, your titles actually give you stats, and that includes DLC costumes. So, of course, being a shill, i bought them all. You play as Asbel Lhant, a 10yr old brat who grows up with a penchant for sticking his nose into other people's affairs. Also has a hardon for saying Protect. Video Review - (This Video says a hell of a lot more than i could. )

Popular Post TheFalseDeity
#42 - God of War III Remastered King of the Hill Unlock all trophies Took a little bit to get into it but an alright game overall. Wasnt expecting the power of hope conquers all theme though. Had a couple glitches but nothing majorly frustrating and the flight segments were eh but short at least. Will likely pick up the new one at some point. If you do a first playthrough on easy rather than starting on Titan then you can set up Titan to where you have infinite health and can also clear the game in 2 bosses if it suits you making the bulk of the plat cake. Challenges were annoying but none of them took me more than a few tries so still cant say that theyre hard.
Popular Post Mori
Trackmaster (Currently at 0,89%) Trackmania started as a really fun game but sadly turned into a complete annoyance during the red series but especially in the black series. While Lagoon and Stadium were mostly the fun parts, Valley / Off-Road was absolute terrible. Canyon was okay. My biggest issue with the game were the random moments, where I simply could not do anything. I am all for difficulty, but some parts where just insanely random, like the wall jumps on Track #178, leading to 6 hours of trying until I got the gold medal. This will be my last racing game for the next few years, except a new WipeOut comes out. This game showed me again, that I am simply not made for racing games. Don't get me wrong, this game is not terrible or bad, but just not my genre. Enjoyment: 6/10 (3/10 during Black Series) Difficulty: 8/10
Popular Post JaM
# 226 Revenant Saga Revenant Master Obtained all trophies. o.O It is a weird feeling to have the same name of the MC. I have actually not heard of this game. Got this game from a sale and I just downloaded it because it is the only game I could download at one point due to space. Anyway, it is one of those typical RPG game you would expect from a mobile game. Surprisingly, I had fun with it... til the cleanup part. Another gripe of mine is that you could not skip dialogues and it has a lot of scenes so I had to mash at some point. Trophy-wise, pretty straight forward, only one missable but can be prevented if you don't sell any of the accessory. Not that tough plat but quite frustrating a bit since there are some RNG needed in a couple of trophies and that treasure chests collectible (I spent 2 hours exploring every inch of the final dungeon since I was missing 2 chests) Would recommend? errr.. not really but sure, I won't stop you if you want to buy the game. On side note: *sigh* I was planning to have Ni No Kuni II's plat as my 11,000th but now I have the game sitting just there, not knowing when it will be platted... I guess I'll have it popped in PRD *shrug*. The silver lining... THAT 11,000th trophy - quite fits me Edited May 7, 2018 by JaM
Popular Post Angel
Persona 4 Dancing All Night I had so much fun playing this Persona rythm game, the story was surprisingly amazing and engaging. I enjoyed every music track in this game (especially Margaret's "Electronica in the Velvet Room", that lady can Vogue for her life!) that I never felt bored. Platinum wise from my personal experience; it was very straightforward, requires little to no guide since most trophies were unlocking just by playing and there is hardly any grinding involved since there are items that can help boost currency drastically for purchasing all costumes/accessories. I highly recommend playing it since even though we all have struggles in our lives, it always feels great to just dance away and forget them all even if it is just for a moment. Thank you for your time and wishing the best on your next platinum.
Popular Post mecharobot
42nd , Assault Suit Leynos Heavy Armor Master Rarity 3.88% Was a bit worried about being able to finish this retro shmup that I got on a whim at a sale, since it's a hard genre and UR trophy, but it is very doable. There isn't anything insane like no death run, it's more about just reading up the challenges in each stage. Using continue mid-stage does nullify the trophy, but it's not like the whole game needs to be played from the beginning, just the stage. So yeah, nothing grindy, nothing truly insane, just some rather obscure things like finishing stage 1 with 2800 points (which means only killing the boss, which is super annoying). Also stage 1 is the hardest stage in the game, at least in terms of trophies. Been a while since my last mecha-themed plat, so I'm happy to have this, but I'm not sure why this game in particular was remastered for the PS4. It has some nice 80s mecha vibes in the arcade story, but there are better games in the genre.

Popular Post TugaSonic
#92 Yakuza 5 (PS3) Fulfiller of Dreams All trophies collected Had the game installed on my PS3 since it appeared on Plus but I had other games to play and whenever I got bored of playing on my PS3 I would switch to the PS4 and vice-versa so this game was postponed until now. Got 220 hours of playtime (according to the in-game counter) and I gotta say that some minigames were really infuriating even while using the cheat items (mainly the Japanese gambling games). Still, I really enjoyed playing the game. Was surprised that there are so few complete English guides for the game though. I know it's a niche game but still. The guides I found were either made before the English version was released (so they have the Japanese text for items which makes it hard since Google Translate is far from the ideal translation), they are incomplete (some minigames have all the information I needed while others had small or even zero information) or they simply told me to check out a Japanese guide that while complete with pictures it makes it hard since some images require a little context to know it's meaning. The guide I found that really helped me out was the one from CyricZ. Edited May 7, 2018 by TugaSonic
Popular Post Caldor2K2
#107 - Cosmic Star Heroine (Vita) I decided to give the game another playthrough, this time on the Vita. I got the platinum on the PS4 version almost exactly a year ago, and well since it was cross buy with its own trophy list I figured why not do it again. The game was more enjoyable the second time around since i had a better understanding on how the game mechanics work. Sadly, once you reach a certain point in the game, every battle is mainly fought as outlined in the Overkill section of the trophy guide. Once you get past level 40 or so, you should be able to use Void Wave to attack all enemies. There is however, a nerf to the Hyper Awareness skill, lowering the damage bonus from 100% to 40%, but the method is still effective in wiping out most enemies within 2 turns. The game was a pleasure to play on the Vita, as games like this seem like a perfect fit for the system. The load times are longer than the PS4, and a few technical issues exist as well. Most are harmless, such as there is no outline when trying to change the options between walk or run, or when changing the game volume, so you may need to mess around with it a little. Also when attempting to change your party, after using to exit the menu, sometimes it takes a good while for the game to do so. Try to keep your save game current, as bugs with entering/leaving buildings can sometimes cause your character to become stuck, and closing the game is the only option. The abandoned building in Gehenna close to the shop is a perfect example, but it seems like it can happen anywhere. If you're a fan of old school RPGs, you should definitely check this one out. The story is decent, the music is good and there are plenty of characters to choose from, each with their own play style. There are 2 bonus dungeons on the Vita (positive I read they were coming the PS4 at some point). I haven't finished the second yet, as it probably requires close to maximum level, because upper 50s to low 60s doesn't cut it. As most people have PS4s over Vitas, that'll probably be where you'll be playing, however.

Popular Post Z-Yux
Platinum #38: Push it to the Limit! from Everybody's Golf. And pushed it to the limit I certainly did... That's two golf platinums for me in a row (the other being Rory Mcilroy PGA Tour that came prior). This game, though, was a good bit more challenging: A trophy that can only unlock within at least 18 consecutive days of play (and that's assuming you don't mess up your daily match against the Revenge Character. If you do, then add one day). The requirement of three condors (hole-in-ones on a par 5) is pretty rough and the grindfest for some of the Secret VS. characters are also painful at times. Popular Post I need more BIOSHOCK
Plat 372 The first time I played it all those years ago I got too pissed off with the combat and predator challenges. After getting the new remasters on PS4 done it would of been rude not to go back to the original. I've always loved these games and really enjoyed the main story campaign and the environments and characters. The challenges on the other hand not a whole hell of a lot, I know alot of gamers anjoy them but personally I just find them boring and annoying which is why I'll never bother doing the ones for catwoman, robin and nightwing on city. Popular Post Bullstomp
God of War "Father and Son" Difficulty - 3/10 (no difficulty related trophies) Fun Factor - 11/10 I bought the collector's edition day one because I am a huge GoW fanboy. I have all the GoW platinumed so this was kinda obligatory. I popped the game in and even though the combat started out more simply than I expected, I still loved what I saw (btw, the combat definitely picks up!) As I continued to play something unexpected happened: my then 5 year old boy started to get interested. Aiden (my son) really connected with Atreus and he tried to help me, pretending to be him. He would try to help me with puzzles, keep me motivated when I got frustrated and talk to me throughout the journey. I got him a little toy bow and he loved it! Now Aiden and I share the same birthday, May 8, and we set a goal to get the "Father and Son" trophy on that day. There were a few times when I doubted we would make that goal. But Aiden kept me going. This morning, with one raven left, I handed Aiden the controller, showed him how to throw the axe and we finished the platinum. Together. I am pretty sure it meant more to me than it did to him but he was pretty happy. Later today I will put that collector's edition statue on his nightstand, as a surprise. Happy 6th birthday Aiden. And thank you Sony for giving me such a treasured memory with my son.?
