Popular Post IceSoul21
One Piece Unlimited World Red I Will Be Pirate King! Earn all voyages Difficulty: 7/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Rarity: Very Rare (7.05% in PSNProfiles) I remember having watched One Piece when I was little in Cartoon Network, but I think I never saw the episodes/arcs that came after Arlong Park, so after some years, I decided to watch it again and watched until the end of the Alabasta/Arabasta (?) saga and then decided to read the manga. Watched the final part of Enies Lobby in the anime (come on, I'm sure that if you've watched OP, you can agree that Luffy VS ??? is one of the best fights in the story), as well as the whole of Thriller Bark and after that, I sticked with the manga and got up to date. Anyway, got the game since, even if it is an original story, Spoiler it takes place after the 2 years timeskip and you can use Luffy's Red Hawk, Grizzly Magnum etc, etc. The game is fun if you decide to just play the story and do some of the side stuff, but if you decide to go for the platinum, get ready for some grinding, specially getting all the land/sea animals as well as getting all the words needed for "Quote Keeper" since you've to repeat missions and since the words are random rewards, it's not sure how many times you'd have to repeat them ?. Still, it was a good game. Might try the Pirate Warriors games if I can get them

Popular Post Gommes_
#95 Legend of the West I am finally done with it! Don’t get me wrong I really liked this game, even though it took forever to take off. The platinum is just a huge chore! I am actually surprised that over 1,3 % of the players on this site got all trophies. You need approx. 200 hours just for the offline mode and another 50 for online. At least right now. When RDO launched there were countless bugs and glitches you could use for levelling up fast. Anyway the game itself or better said the story is really well written and at the beginning of chapter 6 I couldn’t stop playing, because I was so hooked! The only downside is, that the first two thirds are way too slow and kinda boring to be honest. I think it is perfectly understandable to quit this game half way through, cause nothing is happening. Rockstar made a weird choice to create this game like that. Why didn’t it start with the robbery in Blackwater, giving the player an immersive and spectacular start? God of war for instance did exactly that. The story progression, the controls and the movement in RDR2 are just too slow to instantly hook new players. The mission design is also kinda weird. It’s pretty much just riding, talking, cinematic sequence, a little shooting, cinematic sequence, riding back. It feels like Rockstar wanted to give us a movie instead of a game. Another bad choice was that RDR2 is not an open world game during its missions. There is just one exact way to play it. What happened there? It was already obvious in GTA 5 but RDR2 takes the cake. What bugs me the most about all of these aspects is that RDR2 is such an amazing experience in the last third of the game! All these developments and characterizations were just outstanding! The voice actors/actresses did a superb job and the presentation was so well done. The last segments of the game were so great that it kinda made me forget the slow start. It’s a shame that Rockstar probably scared many players away with the way the game was presented in the beginning. Popular Post Starrk_01
Plat #148: Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 Just a FYI if anyone is still going for this plat to back up their saves as "Story Assembler" is glitched (or at least glitched for me). I tried what was suggested here and it worked. Anyways, fun game (besides boosting for online wins for a title).

Popular Post StilRh
#140, Resident Evil 2 Difficulty: 7/10 I really struggled on my first few play throughs especially some of the later bosses, but towards the end I was just walk/dodging past most of the enemies and had a good strat for bosses. I did use the DLC to do a cheap Leon hardcore run as I just wanted to mess around with unlimited rocket ammo more than anything. Fun 9/10 - Excellent game, one of my favourites for sure! Time: 40 hours I guess? I didn't play optimal for trophies but that time was never a chore.
Popular Post Boomshanks
( 48) Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition (PS4) Romero Would Be Proud Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 6/10 I had completed this on the PS3 to 100% before with my great friend Qurx. Then, I believe this came to PS plus on Playstation 4 and we had few other co-op games at the time so we started playing it there as well. The game is a lot of fun in co-op. I also really like the trophies here as they always give you something to go for next. First we completed the game on Normal. Then we started collecting all of the loot with some miscellaneous trophies in the middle. Finally we did another playthrough on Morbid and survived to round 10 in the arena. By now I can pretty much dream the entire campaign, but because of the co-op it never felt repetitive . The only playthrough that was slightly boring was the one collecting all of the mementos. I did it on Braindead because I wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible. I really don’t understand why they didn’t allow for that to be done in co-op as well. Throughout the campaign we never really ran into difficulties, but that might be because we know the game so well by now. I was dreading the end of the Graveyard level on Morbid, but we completed it on the first try, much to our surprise. The real difficulty came in the Arena mode. We had completed it on the PS3, so we knew we could do it, but we failed miserably the first few tries. Then we found a strategy that worked well for us and got a lot further. One time I died in Round 8 because I was too greedy with my Launcher ammo and I got sliced in half by a Cutter. Another time we were at the very end of Round 9 when the game disconnected us . We stopped playing it for a few days after that haha. But we did eventually get back to it and now I have the 100% on both PS3 and PS4 ?.

Popular Post Phoenix_argentea
A lot of LEGO platinum trophies! Nos. 113, 114 & 115. LEGO Movie: the Videogame (PS4) The Piece of Resistance My first games on the PS3 has non timestamps, so I decided to play a double version in order to have a "timestamp official" version. LEGO Movie and Lord of the Rings were the last ones. Well, actually there are the movie from KH 358/2 Days and Re:coded. But they are missing on the PS4, and virtually I've done the PS4 358/2 Days in order to obtain the Re:CoM platinum. So, this personal project is done! This is one of the shortest LEGO platinum (10 hours), but it's fun, as most of these games. Just my personal issue against the Italian translator (yeah, I know, I have a bad relationship with them): the Piece of Resistance should have been translated in Italian into Pezzo della Resistenza, but actually it's Pezzo Forte (maybe Strong Piece in english?), denying completely the concept of "Resistance" against the world of order desired by Lord Business. I think this translation choice is really bad... But I'm still surprised by the little booklet inside tha game! It's the same of the PS3 version, but nowadays they are really rare in a PS4 game... ? And the platinum screenshot, I really like this one : Bad Cop: "Hey, what are you looking at? What's wrong with you? Please no pictures, I hate them. Otherwise I'll shoot your camera and I'll put it under arrest. Too bad!" ? LEGO Lord of the Rings (PS Vita) One Ring to build them all. Just my opinion, but I think tha the LEGO trophies images of the Vita versions are strange and ugly. I mean, the PS3 LotR images are masterpieces compared to these ones... I'm a huge Tolkien fan, not of the LotR and the Third Age, but I really love the Silmarillion, the First age and all the history about the evolution of this amazing world. Unfortunately in Italy the Tolkien books are not really good (a couple of examples: Smog instead of Smaug in The Hobbit, and the famous missing 20 lines at the end the chapter II.1 "Many meetings"): The History of Middle-Earth (HoME) was never translated, except the first two volumes, and nothing more. Then, promises for years (more than 10!) about the other books, but nothing was published in Italian. I was sick of this, so I bought the 3rd and the 4th (in English). The 3rd was really difficult to read, because I needed a dictionary for almost every verse of the lays, but at the end I was proud of this book! ? Ok, I close with literature and I go back to the game. ? I played the PS3 version (together with the previous LEGO Movie PS3 version) long time ago, in a hot 2015 summer. And I don't think this one is really different from the PS3 version. Surely the last one has more contents and more levels (and more freezing times ?. I remember very well these ones... It was the first PS3 game with these issues). And like the PS3 "big brother", the Vita version is the first game that crashed on my PS Vita! Really fun, right ? And I finally understood the reason of it: during the battle Gandalf vs Saruman in free play mode I had two playable characters on the screen (while there should have been only one) and, at the end of the battle there was always the crash. I had to replay the game and hope for the "one-character-only mode" for that section... And another annoying issue is due to the free play groups the game pick up: most of them have useless characters and you have to switch in order to pick up the right ones. They should put a smarter AI in these games...? LEGO The Hobbit (PS Vita) The Road goes ever on And I continued my journey through the Middle-Earth with the prequel... This game was a huge surprise, because it's completely different from the classic LEGO style . A "real combat system" with attack, dodge and special attack. If you die, you have to restart the level again. And 10 challenges for every level. I appreciate this style during the "story mode", but when I had to replay all the levels, well... It became a little bit boring. Adn there are all the sidequests in the Middle-Earth map: of course non of them are tracked, so you have to travel over and over until you find a character that you missed (it was in clear sight and you still don't know how you managed to miss it). And I had also something worse: the "Good company" trophy glitched! I purchased all the characters and the trophy didn't pop up! I checked the characters so many times, and all of them were acquired. The next day I opened the game and I found one character that I had to acquire, but I am sure that I had bought all of them! Luckily I avoided a second free play run (yes, I backed it up only at the end of the story mode).

Popular Post Angel
Tales From The Borderlands Wow this Telltale story was surprisingly hilarious, I fell with the game so much just by the first episode and knew I was in on a wild ride and got myself attached to the colorful cast of characters! I have never played any of the Borderlands game so I had no knowledge what I was getting myself into but if this is just Telltale's take on Borderlands, I'm sure I'll love the main series and have made me interested in playing them in the future! I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good laugh (started playing TFTB after finishing the main story of Nier Automata and trust me I really needed it ) Thank you for your time and wishing you best on your next platinum!
Popular Post Omelette Paradise
#275 Driveclub This was an extremely fun racing game and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The racing is extremely solid and I enjoyed the club aspect of things as it gave the game an added sense of accomplishment. There was an absolutely insane amount of grinding required for the final trophy I needed for levelling up one of each Gameplay, Event, Vehicle and Game Mode accolades up to Level 6. I ended up grinding Drift events for the last couple of accolades I needed (Complete X number of races etc.) as they were the quickest events to do but even with this method, it took me at least 5 or 6 hours of playing the same event repeatedly. The recent news about the servers being closed and the game itself plus the DLC being delisted is very sad and I have no idea why Sony would do this to a first party title. It's a real head scratcher. I own all of the DLC's so I will come back and play them all at some point to grab some more trophies but I think the 100% is probably going to be out of my reach because of the difficulty of some of the DLC events. Before I do that, I want to finish of the platinum for Driveclub Bikes. I have a few more stars to grab there plus grinding experience levels for all of the bikes. You've obtained all of the trophies! 9th Apr 201912:47:41 AM 2.61%ULTRA RARE After getting stuck into the Friday the 13th sinkhole, this was a welcome respite. Besides being a boon for ultra rares, it's a fun game. Metroidvania elements with elements from Bleed mixed in made for an interestingly fun game. I bought this eons ago for like 5 bucks on sale and it was much worth it. My only complaint is the game was a tad shorter than I would have liked.
Popular Post JaM
#281: Chocobo's Mystery Dungeon EVERY BUDDY! Beak Performance Collect All Trophies. Before I met Vivi, Chibi Chocobo was (and still one) my favorite FF Character. Chocobo's Dungeon on PS1 was my first Roguelike game and I do still remember until now how to get Ramuh It kinda sucks that Chocobo Racing 2 was cancelled. Anyway when I knew that there is going to be a new game(well, remake) of a Chibi Chocobo game, I preordered the game. Off topic, Good thing that theme is fixed now. The game is a roguelike, so yeah, lots time spent for Grind and RNG. I didn't mind though, it wad fun for me(though, I had to take some days away from the game thanks to Omega) - the game having version of previous FF games helped a lot. My fave are definitely Dungeon Hero X Theme(or as I call, The Mog wiyh the Mogchine Gun), Treasure Hunter's Theme, and Battle with Emo Final Boss(too bad the game has no Gilgamesh. Trophy-wise, not really hard but time consuming (well, you judge it - 3-5 times of either 500F dungeon or 50F from scratch that you have to do in 1 sitting). Some parts are tricky and might require trial and error and lots of luck. Overall, I had fun with the game, would recommend of you like Roguelike and Chocobo ofc Fingers Cross for more Chocobo games. Popular Post DeathShark22
#41 - God Of War (PS4) Father and Son (31,82%) By far one of the best games i played the last years. Every scene was like a painting, and i kind of hoped the game would never end. The story was awesome, i liked fighting with Atreus and the combat was fantastic. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the repetitive bosses and reskins and the big changes from an awesome location to a boring location. Platinum was fairly easy except Niflheim and the Queen. All in all a great experience and i am hoping for an even better sequel. Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 4/10
