Popular Post STFUxDxD
#71: Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom Billy's Bucket List Earn all trophies in the game. It's Most Recent Platinum Time! So, I've never actually seen Adventure Time but I gotta say, this game was fairly entertaining. Inspired by one of my all time favorite classic games and priced at just 99 cents, I really couldn't think of a good reason to not pick this up. Plus, I wanted to show my Vita some love so there's that too!

Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#165 - Duke Nukem 3d: 20th Anniversary World Tour Still a fun game after all these years. It offers a good amount of levels, albeit fairly short. Tons of secret to find, like it was common in this genre during the 90s. The multiplayer in these games I always found to be an unnecessary addition, and that hasn't changed either. The game looks like arse though, but I guess that was to be expected. Popular Post Bartolomeus
-- 31st platinum Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands A fun game that was offered through the IGC last year. I don't really have much to say about the game, it was a short and pleasant ride. The graphics are so-so, and the story is... well, there was a story. Not an award-winning one, but one does not play Prince of Persia for the story, right? The gameplay was fun and throughout the game the Prince gradually learned more tricks needed to proceed. In addition, the platinum is easy and very straight forward potentially requiring two playthroughs if you miss a sarcophagus, and the boss fight related trophies were a little tricky, particularly the last one, but other than that the trophies were mostly unlocked by playing the game. -- 32nd platinum Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (PS4) Wow, what a mixed bag. On the one hand, the game plays great. As I reached Act II I was fairly good at the game, and as I replayed missions to get the S rank and complete the mission tasks I felt like a God in my sneaking suit, running around causing death and destruction at will without anyone discovering me. Playing most of these missions were just so much fun, although there were a few notable exceptions (like mission 12 - Hellbound, that was a nightmare). On the other hand this game was very disappointing from a narrative standpoint. I've only played MGS4 before, but I have a good comprehension of the overall story, and I really disliked how they made this game. MGS4 was filled to the brim with cutscenes, perhaps too many of them for some people's taste, but I loved it - the intensity in them, the over-the-top emotions conveyed, the choreography in the fight scenes - and here they were all gone. A few short cutscenes here and there that lacked all the aforementioned and post-mission briefings about what exactly each mission achieved replaced the great cutscenes from MGS4, and it just killed all the narrative tension that identified its predecessor. This game just felt like a series of mission with a few plotlines here and there to connect them, and the fun in the missions was certainly not the droplets of story here and there, but the fun and immersive gameplay. Had this been any other game I would've loved it, but seeing as this is a MGS game I just expected a bit more. I do recommend this game to anyone looking for a fun third-person shooter - it's among the best out there in my opinion. - 33rd platinum Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition Another great game. This game really reminded me of the Uncharted-series, which is fine as the Uncharted-series was in turn inspired by the older Tomb Raider games. In this game we get to play as a young Lara Croft as her travels takes her to a mythical island not too far from mainland Japan. Just like the Uncharted-series this is a linear game where you travel from one set-piece to another fighting through hordes of enemies to solve a mystery and in turn escape this island. Unlike the Uncharted games, this game, however, allows for some free-roaming. The story is quite alright, nothing big, but I liked it. This is probably much due to the setting and atmosphere of the island which I enjoyed a lot. Some of the online trophies proved to be a bit difficult to earn, but after getting help from a few people I met online we were able to achieve them. As a result of finishing this game I really want to replay the Uncharted games, and I'm going to look out for a sale on Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Popular Post ResidentScrub
#64 Final Fantasy XV Definitely a step back in the right direction after FFXIII and was overall a fun game but it's also far from the best of the series. If the next one takes as long, hopefully, they will use the time to iron out more of the problems.....really looking forward to playing XII again in the meantime
Popular Post TheFalseDeity
#17 World of Final Fantasy True Grymoirian Obtained every trophy. Overall a fun enough game though a piece disliked. Characters and bestiary entries were funny often enough, lots of fourth wall stuff, and the references to the previous FF's were nice. But the one the of the main the characters the talking the like the this the was the annoying. The. Knew id dislike the chibi going into it and then the 100 mirage board trophy while probably not my grindiest time wise certainly felt like it. Easy game even by Final Fantasy's standard and trophies are easy enough also.

Popular Post Wdjat Prinny Doods
#151- Horizon Zero Dawn Great game, good story, good main character, and good combat. I don't know if they are planning to make this a series but if they are this is a good start and I'll be looking forward to more if it. Plat wise it is really easy and beside getting the collectibles it was a fun plat to earn. I highly recommend this game doods

silenticecream
#34 Nioh Game rating: 9 Plat difficulty: 6 The awesome combat system pretty much trumps every complaint that i have about the game. Mastering the various weapons and techniques was incredibly satisfying and kept me hooked even when the enemy types and environments because all too familiar. A couple of new foes in the later levels would have been much appreciated, and the Diablo-esque loot (and to an extent mission structure) system was unnecessarily flabby. But crucially i was never bored and the boss fights (and game in general) were challenging without feeling unfair. Popular Post Shurax_Urden
#58 - Game of Thrones Enjoyment: 6 Difficulty: 1 Lord of Ironrath Typical Telltale but worst. At first glance I thought that the story was gonna be better, bet it was a bit 'meh'. And truly the choices you make almost does not affect the ending. I hate those cheap choice were they sell you that you can do something but what is going to happen is scripted and there is no way of changing it. Technically is a bit of a mess. I encounter a couple of glitches that made me reset the game and graphically looks terrible (I literally could see giant pixels ) ... I think it is time to upgrade their graphic motor... Although I love the cellshade look
Popular Post TBostonFC
#8 - Dishonored Definitive Edition Enjoyment - 7/10 Difficulty - 4/10 Honestly, the difficulty really depends on the type of player you are. This could be harder for some, and easier for others. Anyways, I love this game, Im a huge nerd for stealth games. I recommend this for any other stealth lovers or trophy hunters since it's pretty easy. Going to try to get as close as I can to 100% as well, but Dunwall City Trials DLC might be a bit challenging, not sure.

Popular Post Juzota
#68 - Hotline Miami Trophy Addict Unlock All Trophies I bought Hotline Miami 2 yesterday so I wanted to finish the first game before starting that. I heard that the sequel isn't as good as the first game, but we'll see. At least this game was amazing. Hardest thing was definitely to get A+ on every level, but with some practice it's doable although on first glance it felt like impossible task to do. Audiovisually Hotline Miami is one of the coolest game out there. Very pleasant game to look and listen. I love the 80's vibe this game has.
