Popular Post Carol
#102 - Hitman: Absolution Top of Your Game Collect all trophies I really like stealth games, because they have a unique way of making the player feel. I had never played a Hitman game before, and, since I heard good things about "Hitman: Absolution", I was curious about it, so I decided to give it a try. I liked it, although it was nothing mind-blowing. In fact, I don't think the stealth in this game is as natural (in the sense of being intuitive) and as enjoyable like in some other games based on stealth, like the great The Last of Us or some AC games. I still liked it, though, especially when the game gives you some original ways to kill your targets, like poisoning them or arranging freak accidents. These "accidents" were the funniest thing in this game, in my opinion. The road to the platinum is also straightforward and the platinum image is pretty badass! Popular Post zadorvp
#333: Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age Champion of Ivalice Collected all other trophies. It sure was fun returning to this PS2 FF - especially with all the new Zodiac content. Did a bunch of extra stuff that wasn't required for the platinum (getting all original ultimate weapons and Zodiac-version ultimate weapons as well as the invisible equipment, completing all side quests, beating the non-trial mode level 99 chocobo, etc), but ended up skipping three "completionist" things since I had done them on PS2 and didn't feel like prolonging my platinum any more just for them (racing all tiers against the Balfonheim trio, getting all six characters to level 99, and fully completing the bestiary). The only bestiary entries I didn't get the extra pages for were the Royal Mandragoras (had 8 more to face) and Archaeoaevis (3 more to go) since the former is kind of boring to grind and the latter is more annoying to fight in the Zodiac versions. Extra notes/thoughts: 1. I was never a huge fan of Penelo (not fond of her being the platinum image either), but she ended up being in my main trio (Vaan, Penelo, Fran) this time. 2. This game not only resulted in me having exactly 333 Platinums, but also 4444 Silver trophies 3. I enjoyed the renamings of the ultimate "FINAL FANTASY" weapons in this one (less happy they changed Trango Tower's name though) 4. Really had fun controlling guest party members and summons as party leaders One of my more anticipated features in this one 5. Speed toggle makes grinding and rare game hunting so much easier than the original 6. Trial mode items transferring over in this version is just too OP 7. It was nice fighting against characters in the trial mode that we never got to fight against in the main game, but I kind of wish they had included even more NPCs to fight against in that mode
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#195 - République Quite enjoyed this one. The story was interesting abd the collectibles were actualy fun to seach for due to the commentary each provided. THe first 3 episdoes are great, the last 2 are alright. My only real complaint is the save system (auto-save only). Enjoyment: 8 Difficulty; 4 #196 - Lego Marvel Avengers (PS4) One of those glitchy Lego games. Only found it to be mediocre and the excessive number of collectibles are getting really old. Enjoyment: 6 DIfficulty: 2
Popular Post grimydawg___
118 Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 4/10 Got the Crash trilogy done. This was the easiest of the three for me. The trial runs are pretty easy, as the remaster is designed with this games mechanics. While I got at least gold on most stages on my first try, I'd say this would be the hardest to get platinum relics. This game was the fewest I got the platinum on (got 10/30), whereas I got all platinum relics on the first Crash and I got 24/27 platinum relics on Crash 2. I could certainly get platinum relics with some persistence, but it would be challenging for sure. Fortunately, you only need at least gold. I don't know what game I'm going for next. I'm going to try and get a platinum this week, Sly perhaps. Madden 18 will most likely be my next platinum. I have games at least five games I want to get for the next three months (two on the same day ) Edited August 13, 2017 by grimydawg

Popular Post PooPooBlast
#80 and 100% BioShock 1 remastered I mean what can I say, it's bioshock! I already platted the ps3 version this year and so everything felt fresh in my mind and was playing it as if it was a speedrun. Not going to lie though the difficulty exploits helped tremendously in saving loads of time and I don't feel guilty cheesing it given how I did the ps3 version legit(have ultimate rapture edition which has all exploits patched) so I've got nothing to prove . Though this version was really buggy but luckily didn't encounter anything game breaking besides freezing, and looping audio glitch. Although one time a BD teleported and got stuck in the ceiling after it charged at me . Another time also I discovered that pressing a button at medical pavillion spawns enemies and boy was it fun messing around. I had like 20 splicers all bunched in a small room XD. Lol my game was lagging so hard I was afraid it was going to destroy my ps4. Anyways onto the next game!

Popular Post DesmaBR
Platinum #70 Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment Obtain all trophies. Obtain all trophies. Wohoo, my new rarest trophy, with 1.59% This game wants to be good so bad, but it just can't do it. It feels incredibly jank, to the point where the framerate drops to single digits frequently and glitches are aplenty. Heck, this is a PS4 game that is a port of a Vita game that was originally a PSP game, so that's already a good sign. All things considered, I was impressed by the effort put into this game; there's lots of things to do, including two stories to go through. I can't help but appreciate games like these that try to bite more than they can chew. But, at this point, if you really want to play a SAO game, just play Hollow Realization. It's basically this game, but better in any way Edited August 14, 2017 by DesmaBR
Popular Post Yoey_666
#175 - Downwell I was glad seeing this coming to PS+ cause I was close to buying this multiple times. It was one of those indie games I just love. The style, the gameplay and the difficulty all made a perfect game for me (if you like indies of course). Took me way longer than it should I guess but I enjoyed becoming better with every try. Personal: Difficulty: 7/10 Enjoyment: 9/10

Popular Post jacks
Platinum #83 Pyre Herald of the Scribes Earn all other available trophies in Pyre. Enjoyment: 8.5/10 Difficulty: Kind of hard to rate, because of some balance issues and gross oversights by the developers. About a 4/10 overall, though. Pyre is a fairly interesting "fantasy sports game" that brings all the elements of RPG seen in games like Blood Bowl, while being strangely reminiscent of games like OG Xbox's Deathrow (minus all the profanity) where the point of the game is to beat up the other team while alley ooping a ball into their goal. I think it's a perfect blend that would appeal to most people who don't see the appeal of games like Madden that lack any real goal beyond winning the Super Bowl with a QB for 10 years in a row, or people who do like sports games that might be in the market for something different. In that way, it largely succeeds. The story, for all the text and lore it throws at you (most of it's optional, and there is a LOT of reading for anyone who is interested), is very, very interesting, and the general scope of it when juxtaposed to the very simplicity of the game is very impressive. Characters that you find along your journey you truly get to know through side conversations are quite wonderfully done, but... like said... little to no voice overs, so you're going to be reading about a book or two's worth of text, should you indulge in getting everything you can out of this game. Lastly, how 'bout that music? Hot damn, one of the best soundtracks I have heard in a game, and I'm a little late to the party -- if you'll forgive me -- to Supergiants efforts, as I'm hearing this is quite the attraction with their other games, as well. Definitely will be checking out Transistor and Bastion now that I see how their beautiful graphics and design and music just all coalesce into something very, very beautiful and touching. The bad? Well... the game is fun, but man can the game feel a little long winded with all the back tracking you have to do through the various Celestial landmarks to do and redo the rites over and over again. Not to mention farming the "Misc" trophies in practice mode (and make sure you do, as pretty much the entire campaign list is missable aside from maybe the two trophies for starting and finishing the campaign). Lastly, I'm unsure about the balance, as mentioned in the difficulty rating, since a couple characters seem OP and some seem rather worthless. I think the 6 Titan Star trophy for beating the CPU on Master Difficulty highlights a lot of the insanity that goes on with the game. Largely had to resort to kind of half-way cheesing the trophy, since the AI and its rubberbanding can be just downright unfair with even a couple Titan Stars activated (and there's no point in activating them in the campaign, since you can get all your all-stars up to level 5 through Vocations, so screw the bonus XP). Then you can actually achieve some of the trickier trophies during a certain "instance" in rites -- of which, I'll leave it for you to decide if you want to look it up or not -- which kind of renders part of the challenge moot. All in all, it's a good (even GREAT) game, and the RPG elements are so smartly integrated that I'm definitely going to make a post-plat run-through to try out some things I may have missed in my first go. There so many little choices that seem to affect people's playthroughs, it's actually fun reading how people have different experiences than me in what is very deceivingly simple gameplay. I highly recommend this game to just about anyone, and hey, the platinum is competely offline (though have a second controller prepared for the VS. trophy against a human opponent since there is no online in this game, only couch MP)

Popular Post JavaNext
#46 - Rayman Legends Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 7/10 The best 2D platformer on PS4, in my opinion. It looks beautiful, sounds great and plays like a dream. The musical levels alone make this worth playing, and the final challenge world versions are even more ridiculous. The one turn off is the time it takes to achieve the Platinum, I played every day for almost 3 months... But that doesn't change how brilliant this game is. Hoping for a sequel in the near future. #47 - Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 6/10 Not much to say about this, it follows the show fairly well, looks good and the gameplay is what you would expect from the series. But due to how simple it is, it gets boring pretty quickly and the HUGE grind towards the Platinum didn't help any.

Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 143 - Resident Evil 5 (PS4) Date of achievement: August 14, 2017Enjoyment : 8,5 Difficult : 5,0Hardest Trophy : War Hero Resident Evil 5 for the PS4 is a remastered version of the same game released 8 years ago for the PS3. This version however for being a remastered version, delivers better frame rate and graphics and has all the previous dlcs. Resident Evil 5 was branded as the black sheep of the series, the actual first one that totally shifted what resident evil was supposed to be by turning the survival horror series into a action game. Needless to say, the game received tons of mixed feedback at launch specially from the fans of the series, including me. Fast forwarding to 2017 the game still delivers the same explosion experience that made the game as popular and hated as it was in 2009, the catch however is that the game isn't and wasn't bad to begin with, sure the game is different but it also delivers a great coop fun experience. The game also had the incredible dlc lost in nightmare, a add on so well made that made me wonder what RE5 could have being if that was base game experience. Although that idea of being the base game would be neat, that would also mean that Sheva, our African Queen wouldn't exist, so I'll accept how the game turned out in the end and give them a extra point for the awesome lost in nightmare dlc. In the end and 8 years since the release, Resident Evil 5 still manages to deliver great coop fun and great dlc content, making this PS 4 version the best deal you can find. I widely approve. The fact that it was my first platinum game
Popular Post BrutalLooter
Platinum #123: AC: Unity Its simply a "do nearly everything" AC game but this time you also need to collect nearly every collectible, which is a lot... i think co-op is unnecessary (i guess ubisoft thought the same thus Syndicate didnt have coop) but worst part was nostradamus shits. I enjoyed the story and game overally but platinum run was long and tedious. As i platted AC Syndicate last year and i remember enjoying and not getting bored of it, i easily can say that ubisoft has improved the series with Syndicate and realized making player collect every single collectible in map was a mistake. I thing the atmosphere, gameplay, trophies etc. is much better in AC Syndicate, but there is one thing AC Unity does best, actually it might be the best of all in all games... cloth physics!
