Popular Post Leon Castle
#261 Labyrinth of Galleria: The Moon Society 31st Mar 2024 The 2nd Labyrinth game. Enjoyed the story and exploring the Labyrinth not as Unique design as the 1st game was. The Random Parts was a pain so I mostly skipped them then I can but the true end Labyrinth being 3650 or so Random Floors was a pain but at least I was lucky with the elevator appearing every now and then but finding the best pacts? not so much. Doing the True Final Boss I had only 1 of Polka's pact and Oracle's Pact and after some tries of dying with the TFB in 3rd Form at Near-Death(most of my tries), in my last try I won over her. The Vetton Enemy? Never run into that thing doing my run but after trying to find a 2nd or more Polka's pact(s), I met it in one of those random blue events on the Grand Cathedral so it only shows up in Normal Mode or Harder but not Easy Mode/Gentle World.

Popular Post RylahPlatin
#49 [Grand Theft Auto: Vice City] Total Playtime: 23 hours Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 PSNP Rarity: 13,46% (Rare) Kingpin Again the PS5 version of the "Definitve" edition. An all-time classic for me. I love the 80s setting and Vice City - which feels much more alive and colorful than Liberty City. It doesn't take long to play the game 100% through (about 20 hours). The trophies are almost the same as in GTA3. There are 4 missable trophies that are tied to different missions. Fortunately, 100% in Vice-City is not missable. Other than that, there are the typical collectibles like hidden packages, monster stunts, rampages and so on. The hardest for me, without irony, was the 30 second wheeli trophy. I had a lot of fun in Vice City again - now the only thing missing is San Andreas from the Definitive Triology. Platinum Shot after around 23 hours - popped after finishing the last mission. Popular Post HawaiiGator
#235 - Cool Boarders This game has tons of nostalgia for me but the controls are really janky. This is a short platinum but it is not an easy one by any means. It may very well be the toughest platinum in the classics catalog of PS Plus Premium to date. Anyone who wants this one will have to earn it. My thumbs are actually sore from this game. Oh the things one does for trophies.

Popular Post FocusDR
Platinum #517 L.A. NOIRE : Platinum Trophy After getting 100% completion on Xbox years ago, I’ve finally finished it after years of first playing this on PS4. One of my all time favourite games! a remaster for the PS5 or a sequel would be awesome, highly recommend this game and in all fairness the platinum is fairly easy/straight forward.
Popular Post StewartBros
WRECKFEST Master of Crashes Collect all trophies. 11.02% - Rare I quite enjoyed this game. A few of the events posed a little difficulty, but nothing was especially taxing, and the majority of races and challenges were completed on the first attempt. Some of the events did drag on a little - there was one event consisting of 8 races, with each race comprising 6 laps, for a total of 48 laps; so that one took a little while to get through. But it was all quite good fun. You can make many races easier by changing the Damage level to Realistic; this results in most of the AI racers wrecking themselves fairly early on, leaving you with probably just a handful of racers to contend with. The crashes look pretty spectacular, though it can be a tad annoying when you suffer critical damage on the final lap and have to limp towards the finish line, and that's assuming your vehicle is even still capable of moving. Only 1 MP trophy, for winning 20 online races, which is easily boosted if you so wish.

Popular Post kkulifay
Far Cry 6 (PS5) + 100% DLC The Far Cry series is one of my favs. It’s action-packed, brain stimulating food. The freedom is boundless as you’re running, zip lining and soaring like a human torpedo in a fly suit in a tropical sandbox full of outlandish vehicles (including fly cars, yes that’s what I said) and other outrageous guns (like one that can shoot thru walls). Reminded me of that OP gun from Perfect Dark back in the day. Anyways, If all of that sounds like what you need to spice up your life, you should check this out. However, the story was kind of corny, ending was decent, and the antagonist was the least favorite of mine in the entire series. He didn’t have the edginess and anything memorable; overall, just feel flat compared to Vaas, Joseph Seed, and Ajay. Which leads to my last point. I actually really enjoyed the DLC. It was fun playing as those beloved villains and brought back fond memories. Huge shout-out to @Redgrave for being a terrific co-op partner for all of the spec-op DLC. He recommended this OP load out that was tanky. Perfect for my aggro style of play. We had such an effective system and performed flawlessly thru rounds. He did all of the dirty work and just let me go ape shit on hordes of enemies. I’m glad I didn’t have to endure that solo. Lastly, the rouge-lite theme in the other DLC kept the loop interesting and easy enough to stay glued. Edited April 1 by kkulifay

Popular Post disaster500
#109 - inFAMOUS 2 - 16.50% Personal Difficulty - 3/10 Damn this game was so good. inFAMOUS 1 was a fun game but had its flaws (mostly due to its age). This game improves over the first game in so many way, and is definitely my favourite in the series (which I've now played all except Festival of Blood, which is next). inFAMOUS 2 follows the events of the first game, where Cole MacGrath, a Conduit with electric powers has just saved Empire City from Kessler and his First Sons. However, Kessler's premonition of The Beast rising has come true, and is tearing through the US. Cole needs to power up to fight The Beast, so along with his friend Zeke and a special agent, they head to New Marais so Cole can use Blast Cores to strength up. New Marais has its own problems, including a militia tearing through the city, extensive flooding and a plague for good measure. Cole needs to find the Blast Cores so he can fight The Beast by the time he gets to New Marais. Gameplay is similar to the first game (it plays like a third person shooter), but with more customisation. You can select one of several types of bolt, grenade, rocket etc, with some are exclusive to Good/Evil karma. Traversal has also been improved with several methods of vertical travel introduced, as well as having some at the start of the game. I think my only gameplay complaint is that I wasn't a fan of the minibosses, I preferred the bosses in inFAMOUS 1. Usually I don't talk about the endings of games, but here the both Good and Evil endings were so well done. Good: The Good ending was a perfect finale to Cole's story, him sacrificing himself for humanity is about as good as you can be. I wasn't expecting Kuo to be the bossfight here, but I'm glad it was, and I'm also glad she eventually stopped and understood what needed to be done. The conclusion presented by Zeke was touching as well. Evil: The Evil ending was so sad, slowly killing Zeke as he tries to shoot you for humanity's last chance made me feel like a proper piece of shit, probably more than I've ever felt whilst playing a video game before. The trophy list was pretty standard, what you'd expect for a game like this. 2 playthroughs are needed, one for each karma path, with one of them being on Hard difficulty. In one of the playthroughs you need to get all collectibles, as well as all side missions. There's a few miscellaneous trophies, and a few online trophies for user-generated missions. It's such as a shame that this platinum will one day become unobtainable due to these silly user missions. But overall, inFAMOUS 2 was amazing. It's pretty much a perfect sequel, and probably one of the best games on the PS3. Next will be inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood for the full series completion (although it doesn't have a plat sadly). Popular Post KenjiCBZ
#127: Merdblade: Kenji's Sacrifice Done (41.06% - Uncommon) Collect all of the other trophies Yes, you read it right. In case you don't know, Merda is an Italian swear word, roughly translating to Shit, while the sacrifice... Well, it's not Senua's, but mine: playing this shitty game for so long was indeed a sacrifice. Yeah, I did not enjoy that game, lol. I had never heard of it until when, some years ago, a colleague of mine recommended it to me, claiming it was a great game. So I watched a video or two, and seemed actually a good game; then I looked at the Trophy list too, and seemed easy. That seemed ok. I decided eventually I would have played it. Years passed, and the day arrived: the very same day I got my Ps5, I found this game for cheap at GameStop, and I purchased it. Not going to lie, I was pretty excited. The Trophy list, as said, is easy: all Trophies are unmissable story related ones, except for one that asks to find all collectables. Not bad. My plan was to enjoy the game itself blind, but to follow a collectable guide so I wouldn't have to play through it a second time. But few minutes after starting the game, I had to face reality: I was not enjoying it. Some of the areas are huge, I had no idea what to do, where to go, or anything: the only thing that could somehow guide me was the collectables guide. But as I kept playing, things got worse, I had to face something I was not prepared for: puzzles. In case you don't know, there are some exceptions, but in general I hate puzzles: I'm not good at solving them and I feel like they are not needed and just break apart the enjoyment of the game. Additionally, it turned out the collectables guide was not enough: I was not even midway through the game, and I was already completely lost, going around with not a clear direction, no idea where to go and I had already missed some collectables. At that point, honestly, if it wasn't for Trophy support, I would have said it: "I don't like this game", called it a day and sold it back. But unfortunately some Trophies were already popped, there was no turning back: I am an avid completionist, and I always try to get as many Trophies as possible. And "unfortunately", not enjoying the game is not a valid reason: I had to keep going. So, what I did was copying step by step a 100% walkthrough. This is not a new thing to me: there have been various occasions in the past where I had to do it, and honestly, in few games, this was not annoying at all: instead, copying a video instead of playing the game myself actually made me enjoy the game as intended. But here, this was not the case: I hated every second of it. I just wasn't into the game, its story, the fights, the exploration, or anything. And you know what's worse? When I got to the end, I realized I had somehow managed to miss two collectables! No idea how that's possible considering I literally copied a video, but yeah. And you may say... Well, no problem, just use chapter select... Because the game definitely has chapter select... Right? Right? ... No, it doesn't have it. So you miss a collectable? You are screwed and you have to play the whole game from the beginning! I swear I wanted to cry. I forced myself and I started another playthrough, once again following the video... But after roughly one hour and half, I realized I had missed another collectable. There was no turning back, again: I had to restart the game once again. You have no idea how mad I was. And all of this hassle for a god damn 41% Platinum... I mean, if at least it was Rare, or even better, Ultra Rare... I could have understood. But for such a(n un)common Platinum... I wondered if it was worth it. I couldn't make it, at least so early, so I took a couple of weeks of break from the game to recover. Two days ago I returned to it and, for a third (!!) time, I started my playthrough once again. And once again, I hated every second of it. In two days, I was finally done and, as soon as the Platinum popped I: -Deleted this shit from my console; -Ejected the disk and put it back in its case for ever; -Took the following picture: Because if its sequel can stay on Xbox, I definitely know where the first game has to stay: there, where it belongs. 👍🏻 Screw it, and that colleague I haven't heard in years who recommended it to me. Thanks @AtarashiM0 for the custom pic. 6

ddracarys
1 minute ago, KenjiCBZ said: Oh, I wish I was joking Ouch. I personally loved Hellblade, even going as far as writing the (now outdated) trophy guide during launch. I'm pretty sure this game was also the reason why I created a NA alt account in the first instance, just so I could stack it twice. Bummer to hear you didn't enjoy it nearly as much, but at least it's done for you now and you don't need to think about it anymore. Personally, if a game was bothering me as much as you colourfully described, I wouldn't have thought twice about dropping it. Far too many great games out there to enjoy, that it's almost a crime to be spending time on one you don't enjoy - but that's just me. Praying to the Xbox gods that the sequel makes a comeback on PlayStation eventually!
Popular Post Mr_Wright95
March 2024 Update Now that I am actively trophy hunting again I will be returning to posting reviews / platinum posts per game rather than in bulk meaning this will be my last summary for while with multiple games in one. With that being said March was my biggest EVER month of trophy hunting! Platinum 169: Tchia (PS4) Collectibles the video game. That may feel somewhat harsh as this game does have some charm, but about 75% of the entire playtime is spent gathering collectables. Definitely dragged towards the end. Platinum 170: Nobody Saves the World (PS5) Absolute banger of a game. Couch coop which I always love meant I could play with my partner and she was also a big fan. Really great game and enjoyed every minute of it. Keen to do the PS4 stack some day soon. Platinum 171: Hot Shots Golf (PS5) Weird feelings about this game. As a kid Hot Shots Golf 2 is one of the first video games I remember, so finally getting the chance to play this (never had it as a kid) was great. With that being said HSG2 made so many improvements over this game that its fair to say that this was the building block for things to come. Platinum 172: Powerwash Simulator (PS5) This game was pretty solid but some levels definitely felt like a drag. Overall it was a pretty relaxing experience, but probably not one I would sign up for again, for quite some time. Certainly one of the longer games I have tackled in recent years. Platinum 173: Moving Out (PS4) Really appreciate that this game is couch coop, but also that they added accessibility options, because without it I feel the difficulty barrier would have turned my partner off it. With how it played with those settings we both had fun and the minigames against each other was some of the most fun I have had in gaming in a long time. Platinum 174: Unpacking (PS5) Did I do unpacking right after Moving out because they are similar titles? Yes, yes I did. With that being said this game is so well reviewed and praised that it somewhat flopped for me. I think my expectations might have been too high, because to me this game was just fine. I can certainly see the charm, but it just wasn't for me Platinum 175: Deaths Door (PS4) This game was always going to be a milestone platinum for me as the first time I played it (PS5 stack) I realised it was one of my favourite games of all time and probably the best game I have played since Hades. I absolutely adore this game and can not recommend it anymore highly to someone. Please play it if you have not already. Platinum 176: Tinykin (PS5) This game took a bit of time to hook me. As a huge platformer fan I was worried this wouldn't land for me as the first hour or so didn't really satisfy what I like about the genre. Sure enough though as the game progressed I found myself enjoying it and wishing it was a bit longer. Solid game that doesn't reinvent the wheel, but does a decent job in the genre. Platinum 177: Twisted Metal (PS5) Never got to expereicne this classic PS1 game as a kid so always knew I would give it a crack once I activated PS+ deluxe. Really solid game that doesn't hold your hand and gets right into the action. Pretty impressed by how fun and simple it was. Really a testament that games should focus on being fun first. Platinum 178: Cursed to Gold (PS5) 6% Rarity One of my rarest Platinums in recent months / years. This game was solid but started to get a fair bit buggy towards the end. The grind for 50 gold idols did not work as intended for me and led to me having to play for a fair few hours trying to solve it. Before these issues I thought it was a great spin on the rogue-lite genre, especially considering it is a golf game. Platinum 179: Need for Speed Unbound (PS5) Originally planned to skip this game due to a few painful looking online trophies, but a thread on PSNP made me realise they are pretty doable in the new mode they have added. With that knowledge in mind I started this and really am glad I did. Whilst this felt like a fairly standard NFS game that had some cheap catch up mechanics, the gameplay was solid, the collectables where far better than NFS Heat (less of a grind) and this game really ignited my desire to play more racing games. Platinum 180: Undertale (PS4) Quirky characters, a unique take on combat and a throwback to games of old. This game didn't quite resonate with me as it has with others, but I can see the appeal and am glad to have finally given it a chance myself. Platinum 181: Sackboy: A Big Adventure One of my proudest platinums in some time. This game was truly great. Couch coop once again which I appreciated and a well balanced platformer. Beating the Knitted Knight gauntlet is probably a 6-6.5/10 difficulty and I was really happy to finally get this done! Platinum 182: Wreckfest Covered this one earlier: But a solid racer / demolition derby game in 2024. Edited April 1 by Mr_Wright95
