Popular Post postofficebuddy
Platinum #136: Touhou Double Focus Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 4/10 Hardest trophy: Fastest in all of Gensokyo (Gold, Complete time attack mode within an hour) A decently enjoyable little Metroidvania. If you like the Touhou series I would recommend it. The speed run trophy really isn’t that hard. Every time you die 5 minutes is added to the clock. I died on the final boss 3 times and still managed a time of just over 40 minutes. Bosses do hit very hard though so you need to know their patterns and how to deal with each attack. Thankfully you can refight all of the bosses as many times as you like on your normal non-time attack save to get good at them. On a small side note this game has the best trophy tiles ever.
Popular Post elpoko
#83 Phantom Doctrine A fun game that outstays its welcome just a little. Only 2 full playthroughs and no Ironman requirements so I was grateful for that at least. Also the EU version is 5.25% while the US version is 1.5% so that was dissapointing. Onto Void Bastards for some good fun next.

Popular Post grimydawg___
Spider Man Remastered (PS5) 137 While this is certainly a solid game, I already played it on PS4. I did like the game enough to at least play the campaign and you can certainly tell differences between PS4 and PS5. I just didn't feel like hearing Screwball anymore LOL My next PS5 game is Control. Meanwhile, I think I'll do MGS2, Disgaea 3 on my Vita, and MLB 16. I'd love to alternate with all four of my systems.
Popular Post Eli_bloodthirst
#118 Devil May Cry 5 Devil May Cry - 2.96% Well this was my first real trophy in months. This game has been utter mental turmoil, I don't know how people can cheese it so easy. No cheese, every level no damage. I did it. Enjoyment: 6/10 Yknow for a rating this high, the game is great, plays a charm, mechanics are yummy. What did I enjoy? That incredibly high slog, I did DmC: Devil may cry a few years ago and was like I got this. Nah fam this was just. disgusting. Disgusting but I'm a patient, heck no. Stupid individual. Do not attempt if you're sane. difficulty: 9.5/10 Easily the hardest thing I've platinumed and I've done some gnarly shit, Catherine? Piece o' piss, battlefront? nah this is harder, other DmC? no this is wayyy harder. I feel hurt, my hands ache, my head hurts but I did it. Mumma didnt raise a quitter. Amazing game? Yes. Am I stupid? Yes. Trophy cabinet time? Yes.
Popular Post Ode2Destruxion
Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered (PS5) #35 Be Greater Absolutely loved the game from start to finish. The graphics are insanely amazing, the storyline keeps you gripped even when you can foresee what is going to happen. The amount of content in the game is enough to keep anyone satisfied, whether you are a completionist, only want to complete the story or just want to dabble in the side quests to upgrade Spidey a bit. What I will say is that if you're going for the platinum (which I assume anyone reading this thread would do) then do the side quests as they come up. This is what I did and however fun they were a bit at a time, I imagine the fun would soon dissipate if you left them all until after the main story and had to just soldier through them all without letup. The way the trophy list is set out is very fair. The New Game+ trophies are in a separate list so you can achieve the Platinum without having to replay the story on Ultimate difficulty. Similarly, the Remastered Trophies are also in a separate list, as are the three DLC's - although that is obviously to be expected. I still went for all the trophies which was an absolute blast of a journey. There are 51 trophies in total for the base game but that is upped to 79 with the aforementioned lists - a really solid showing. As far as only the Platinum is concerned, just in the process of completing the game 100% and without looking at the list beforehand, all I was left with doing was to pick up 2 trophies that are given for visiting certain areas in the map. The only disappointing thing is that I did only want this game but I was forced to buy it bundled with Miles Morales, which was sort of a kick to the unmentionables - never mind to the wallet. However, that is a side note and takes nothing away from the game. 10/10

Popular Post ex10097
Platinum #175 Fate Extella Link Enjoyment 7/10 Difficulty 2/10 Conqueror of the Moon Acquired all other trophies My 175th Platinum on the Vita! The gameplay is a lot more fun compared to the prequel but is quite lacking storywise. Just like how the story in Fate Hollow Ataraxia can't really be compared to Fate Stay Night and is more of a fandisc, Fate Extella Link is like a fandisc for players who enjoyed Fate Extella and the original Fate Extra on the PSP. The antagonist is quite lacking going on about Love, Love, Love all the time and honestly feels like a joke compared to Extella's antagonists, where you could really feel the desperation and terror fighting against such a strong and powerful enemy. There is not much focus on any of the main heroines, but on the plus side you can pretty much play as whichever Servant you desire. With the prequel's 16 Servants plus ten new ones including best girl Scathach! Game is also quite easy. Just stock up on Obstinate and Bravery Install skills and you can pretty much cheese the game. Hell one time I accidentally used a lv100 character to play a lv140 stage, and I won while barely taking any damage lol. It's super easy to obtain EX ranks this time around, but is not needed at all for platinum. Money also is not an issue in this game. I have a habit of switching Servants all the time and using the Money is Power System to level up them up to the recommended level, but still had plenty of cash to spare. Didn't need to farm either to synthesise all the install skills. One of the biggest highlights in this game would be the character interactions but sadly they didn't include that many. It's quite hilarious when playing as Nero, Tamamo, Altera or Elizabeth and talking with any of the other heroines in the base camp as they are all bragging about going on a date with their Master and the other party's like Gunununununu (Biting imaginary handkerchief). Nameless/Archer has changed his looks a lot too, which is funnily enough called out by Gilgamesh, and Nameless is like "It's about time I changed my image to match". Way to break the fourth wall there. If Nameless and Gilgamesh meet in battle they actually use the same lines in the Unlimited Blade Works anime: "Here I come, King of Heroes. Do you have enough weapons in stock?" But seriously though, why would they make him look like Xehanort? I keep expecting him to start yelling about darkness and try to take over Kingdom Hearts. A KH x FGO crossover would be great wouldn't it? In conclusion, this is a game for Fate fans. For those new to the series just check out Fate Extella first and if you like it then buy the sequel. Can't believe I actually scored these many platinums on the Vita. Gonna play Salt and Sanctuary after this which is supposed to be like Dark Souls on Vita. Just a few more games left in my backlog before challenging the dreaded Ninja Gaiden and Injustice, before officially closing the book on my Vita for good. Honestly speaking I love my Vita and would be sad to put it down. Sony is really stupid for ruining such a good console with retarded pricy memory cards and making it such a hassle for switching accounts and locking memory cards to your account.

Popular Post Vitallani
KINGDOM HEARTS Master Obtain all trophies Enjoyment: 8.5/10 Difficulty: 7.5/10 Grind: 10/10 Time to Platinum: 2 years and 2 weeks Actual Gameplay time: 140-145 hrs Rarity: 10.62% Kingdom Hearts is my favourite game series, so I'm super hyped to finally get the platinum on this game. I took two long breaks after completing the main narrative, hence the length of time it took. My first run was on standard difficulty, and I got most of the trophies during that time, but the remaining trophies were going to require some lengthy clean up, so I staggered it out. There are two things that stopped this game being a 10/10 enjoyment for me. The first is the camera, which is a royal pain in the ass; the second is the agonising grind for the Synthesis Master trophy. Most of the game is relatively easy, with a few tricky bits here and there, but I found the secret bosses very tough. It is felt wonderful when I finally beat them though. My finally trophy for this game was to complete it on Proud difficulty, which I found very difficult during the first few worlds of the game, but by the time I reached the final boss, was nowhere near as terrible as I though it was going to be. Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #500: Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age (PS4) I was definitely holding this game for a Milestone. Dragon Quest is one my favorite JRPG series. Quality is up there with Persona/SMT/Falcom Games This one really hit the good stuff. Better characters than IX (No development, just skins...in a JRPG...). Really wish we got an Offline version of X in the west. Music is great like any FF/DQ game. Visuals were clean and pleasant, made my PS4 fan scream at times. I might get DQ XI S version if it goes for 20 or so Physically . Popular Post ShonenCat
Platinum #78 - Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage Difficulty Rating 3/10 Enjoyment Rating 8/10 Uncommon - 38.53% I’d like to start out by saying this sequel improved a whole lot over its predecessor. More characters, more story, bigger levels, more challenging and much more charm! ? After saving the dragons and roasting Gnasty Gnorc, Spyro finds himself ready for a vacation. Upon going through a portal, he ends up in Avalar where Elora and Hunter ask of his help to get rid of the angry warlock Ripto and his lackeys from taking over their fantasy realm. This installment certainly reminds me more of Banjo-Kazooie in sense ^^ This is because the levels are bigger and have much more life in them. Each one is unique in its own right and has a set of characters that fit that level well. You learn new moves along the way and even have to pay gems to open new paths, so it gives you more of an incentive to keep on collecting. You collect orbs along the way by doing certain objectives and helping out the local residents. Reminds me of Power Stars or Jiggies ? Makes it feel more like you’re making a difference that way ? There are cutscenes along the way too, making this Spyro more of a story driven experience. It is still a fun 3D platformer at its core, and I love it so much more than the first game ? This one is a bit more challenging however, but nothing that a seasoned gamer can’t handle. The flying levels return and now they have time trials too. These are tricky, but it’s more of a matter of knowing what the best path is to saving time. I didn’t find them too difficult. The hardest trophy in the game I would say is trying to beat the second boss “Gulp” without taking damage. His attack pattern can be a bit sporadic and that’s why I give this game a difficulty rating of 3.. but nothing in the game is missable. You can replay any level at anytime. It would probably be best to save a lot of the harder challenges after you unlock the permanent Super Flame ability at the end of the game which comes from collecting everything. I didn’t know at first you could get that and go run trophy clean up with it ? So if anything gives you trouble along the way, remember that you’ll have that waiting for ya as an insurance policy. Something tells me the third game in the trilogy will be even better. We will find out soon enough, but Spyro 2 I often hear is the fan favorite. Just don’t have too much trouble with the trolley, eh? ?

Popular Post eigen-space
Platinum #127 - Candle: The Power of Flame Completionist, 51.91% Rarity Difficulty - 2/10, Time Spent - ~5 Hours , Enjoyment 9/10 Candle follows the story of Teku, a candlebearer that must free his Shaman from being sacrificed by another tribe. You use some very simple platforming in this game to traverse absolutely beautiful settings while picking up objects to use to solve some puzzles, while also performing a little bit of stealth maneuvering to stay out of the clutches of your enemies. Nothing about this game is terribly difficult, though you'll definitely want to save before attempting some of the puzzles that have trophies attached to them. That being said, everything also works really smoothly in the game. No hiccups apart from a collectibles-type trophy that popped early. This game has some of the best artwork I've seen in a while, though it is stylized in a way that makes it seem almost childish, though I don't necessarily think this is a kid's game. The music is also fantastic. I really hope this studio makes some other games because I had a good time with this one. Popular Post Duffcar
#154 - Call of Duty: Modern Warfare I really enjoyed the campaign of this game and found it quite visually amazing in some sections too. The platinum itself is easily obtained, certainly the easiest Call of Duty game I've played. With that said I couldn't help but delete this game as soon as I had achieved the 100% completion simply due to the absurd amount of space it required on my console. Whilst I found the Spec Ops missions (not required to platinum but are for 100%) enjoyable when I finally managed to scrounge 3 randoms together for as long as they were willing to be a team; these missions were certainly feats designed for a well coordinated group of gamers.
Popular Post FarSideOfSaturn
#42 - Grand Theft Auto V - Los Santos Legend - Congratulations! You're Vinewoods biggest star! - 1.94% I finally have an ultra rare platinum, so I'm expecting the four horseman of the apocalypse to ride out of the clouds any time now. I've doomed us all. I played the PS3 version of this about four years ago but only got 100% on story mode since I'm not really into playing online. Luckily this time round I spent a significant amount of time playing GTA Online last summer after some guys from work talked me into it, so I had already popped a lot of the online stuff when I came back to trophy hunting in January. I might have a go at 100% completion if I can talk my friends into trying the criminal mastermind challenge for the online DLC. Getting platinum was a lot easier than I thought it'd be, even earning 70 gold medals wasn't much of a challenge. I think it's one of those games where the enormity and time it takes to reach platinum is what makes it ultra rare, rather than difficulty. It's still a lot of fun to play even after all these years, definitely recommend going for it if you have it sitting unfinished on your trophy list. Normally I'd write five or six paragraphs but it's a seven year old GTA, I'm going to assume that everything that could be said about GTAV has already been said haha. Popular Post AgentSmiz
Platinum 121 - Remnant: From the Ashes Not normally a fan of Soulsborne style games, with Jedi: Fallen Order being the only other one I've completed. There's just something about them that I've never been able to gel with. However, this one kept me entertained and I really enjoyed it. Got frustrated at times *casts a glare at the moth boss on a small bridge* and some sections did feel unnecessarily cheap but overall, I'd recommend this. Ability to join random games did help as I got a couple of weapons/trophies just by joining sessions. Also, once I'd got my boss strategy down, the game became a lot easier. Arrive, throw a swarm of bugs at that, beam rifle their weak point, leave.

Popular Post MakotoKaCun
Platinum # 94 The Last Guardian The Last Guardian After so long finally got the time to play and unlock the Platinum for this game. I play though the game blind in the first run and really enjoy the game. But the more i play the game the more i hate the control. Not sure how to put this but the control don't feel good, in a way it kinda make the game hard. Other then that is the camera clipping in the wall, making something you will only see pit darkness. On a side note this game really feel like you have a pets which it may or never listen to you most of the time. So i guess is a good game to experience what it is to have a pet. So hope more people can find this game interesting and give it a go.
