Popular Post Mesopithecus
#122. Reverie Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 2/10 This game was a little gem, styled similar to Zelda and Earthbound, I thought the story and gameplay were both enjoyable and there was humor in it which gave some laughs along the way. Relatively quick platinum too as I think my playtime was around 6 hours.

Sigrun however, was an absolute nightmare to fight and deserves an 8/10 in terms of difficulty alone. I just spent four hours on that thing ?. I overall enjoyed every aspect of the game, after being slightly skeptical for my first time playing a God of War game. Now i can't wait to go back and finish all the others in the series!
Popular Post DamagingRob
#321- Duck Dynasty Dynast Unlock all trophies I don't think any other game I have played has made me come so close to quitting trophy hunting.. Absolutely 100% serious when I say this. The boat races were that freaking bad. The rest wasn't. Some of it was dumb or mildly annoying, and I kinda liked the fishing and shooting missions. But those boat races were the real problem. Damn things are horrible to turn, and the fricking rubberbanding AI will make you regret playing this game. And they will bump into you, making your boat go way off course. Nothing but frustration came from these. 2/10 Platinum, my ass. Stay far, far away from this one. Popular Post Inuty
#95 J-Stars Victory VS+ (PS Vita) Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 2 Time: 35 hours Finally finished the game after nearly a year .. I thougth it would be fun to Play the game and it was for the first playthrough. I like most of the Animes connected in this game and so I wanted to give it a try. After the first playthrough I thought I could clean the platinum very quickly but I was wrong . You Need to finish the game 4 times with each different Team of the Story. The Story isn´t much changing and only some battles are different. Then you Need to clear the victory road with all available battles in it. But you can´t simply choose the battles you are missing, no you Need to start from the beginning of each world and fight your way to the missing battles. This means you Need to complete some worlds 3 times. After the first playthrough and some of the victory road worlds the game became really repetitive. Glad that Luffy is so overpowered with his Combos that you can finish the victory road faster. But if you like me have some time off of the game it´s hard to get into it again. Popular Post yellowwindow7
Ultimate Shifter / Gravity Rush 2 just when i thought the remaster of the first game is good this game just made me change all that, gravity rush 2 just surpass the first game on nearly every level, i was so hocked up to follow the story of the children's in the ark since the first game that Kat found them way down below the giant pillar eagerly wanted to see how it ends and raven's free DLC story " another story: the ark of time - raven's choice " did deliver and the ending to it really satisfied me, speaking of raven's story DLC my favorite part is the labyrinth sure it's more like a walking simulator mixed with a hide and seek mechanics and platform puzzle but i really liked that part, even though it's already been done, but i even upload a three parts youtube videos for a 100% guide just for that labyrinth, the soundtrack in the labyrinth also catches my attention too. the new activities is also good, unlike the first one, which is a challenges to test your fighting and gravity shift ability, in GR2 you get a variety of activities like works as a paper boy...err girl, fight the bad guys and do real justice ( because the government in this game sucks and useless just like real life! ), advertise for food products, and an online memory game, works on mining orees ( act as the a dungeon crawler with random outcomes ) which is my favorite, there's a point where Kat even works as a stunt double for somesort of an action kung fu B movie, poor Kat at least she get's paid LOL! the ending is really cool too, the part when Kat fighting the last boss and the people of the town start to sing Kat's original made song " a red apple fall from the sky " have really did something funny to my eyes made them tears a bit...... a Bit ok? and yeah i heard GR2 didn't sold very well which is a shame but i really hope there would be a sequel, GR2 didn't end in a cliff hanger like the first one did but there's some events happen that might lead to a next game, PLEASE SONY! a third gravity rush game will make this dude so much happy.. platinum is very easy, the only dislike for me is pandora's side missions and just like the first game, the platforming is a bit clunky in GR2. and finally, i had no idea that Raven is the type that will do anything impossible for good food, i never saw that coming always think of her as that badass scary woman that beat bad guys for living until i played GR2, remind me of Nadine from Uncharted 4 somehow. next plat is Dust: An Elysian Tale. Popular Post Ala-Arska
Reverie (PS Vita) Tai of New Zealand Collect all other trophies Now all you need is a dagger, and you've got yourself a dynamic duo! New Zealand, here I come! Reverie is a fabulous mini-adventure circling around New Zealand culture, food and wildlife. And yes, there will be f**king feathers to collect Gameplay and graphics borrow heavily from Zelda series. Link's Awakening, A Link to the Past and the original The Legend of Zelda are well represented. Main character looks an awfully lot like Ness from Earthbound, other figures quite less so. The overall humour is much more mild mannered here too. Cool NZ movie references all around, from the obvious LOTR trilogy and Hobbit films to the modern-day gem Hunt for the Wilderpeople (it's fantastic!) As much as I enjoyed pretty much everything in this game, I didn't fancy the music that much. In a long run it just sounded like noise (blasphemy!) The other "downside" for me was the lack of length. Much like it's Game Boy "counterpart" Link's Awakening, the island was explored far too soon. It's very entertaining when discovering new small areas and caves in one set location, gives the locale more meaning. Zelda perfected this, Reverie follows suit. Absolutely worth playing. Second to Link's Awakening, but costs less batteries and is easier to see in daylight than Game Boy. NOW you're playing with power
Popular Post Z-Yux
I have a couple here: Platinum #39: Beyond: Two Souls Master from Beyond: Two Souls. This game was pretty cool. I always like the heavy story-driven games and I think Quantic Dream did a great job with this one: It was well-written and well-acted. As for the platinum in general, it isn't terribly difficult, albeit abit grindy in terms of constant replays of chapters and meeting requirements to view every ending in the game. Platinum Difficulty: 3/10 Time To Platinum: ~30 Hours Enjoyment: 7/10 Platinum #40: Heroes of Gaia from Final Fantasy IX. This had to be the next big milestone for me. Of all the final fantasy games that I have finished (7, 9, 10, and 15), this entry is tied for my favorite. I really enjoyed the theme of the game, the characters, the story, etc. The platinum trophy, though, is not the easiest in the world: Constant grinds, a good number of missables, a speedrun trophy (essentially), and so on. Popular Post madbuk
#254 - One Piece: Pirate Warriors This was a fun game. My first musou game and I think it was a good introduction to the genre. It was very easy and beginner-friendly, and it was enjoyable to play despite how easy it was. I didn't care about the story or the characters whatsoever, they introduced them way too quickly and then didn't develop any of them. It felt like it just introduced a character and then they were along for the ride, and didn't really do anything substantial. It also seemed very rushed. I suppose it assumes you've watched the anime and are familiar with the plot and the characters, and I haven't seen the anime. Also there would be dialogue during the missions where the characters are talking, but because the game has so much combat you can't really stop and read the subtitles without endangering yourself, and it's entirely voiced in Japanese so you can't listen either unless you know the language, which I don't. So I ended up ignoring those completely. Maybe that's where the characters get fleshed out? The RNG grind was horrible, brought back bad memories of the treasures from Uncharted 3, except I think there were even more in this game than there were in Uncharted 3. Thankfully, although the coins in this game are entirely random, and like Uncharted 3, you can get duplicates (it's so frustrating getting the same coin over and over when you are trying to get a different coin), you're guaranteed at least a few coins after every level, unlike Uncharted 3 where you had to pray every kill that a treasure dropped. It was also annoying how there's a trophy for killing 100,000 enemies but you can't track how many you've killed so you have no idea how close you are to being done, but at least that grind wasn't RNG like the fucking coins. Overall this was a fun game and I already have OPPW2 ready to play when the horrors of coin grinding have worn off a bit.
Popular Post Durandal
One True King Nice game, but heavily flawed in my opinion. Most of the time you do the same thing over and over until you are finished, literally! The story is nice and well written, but nothing special or even memorial. What I like about it is the Kingdom building and managing but even this gets very repetitive at the end. But most of all the progression is just bad. You can create very useful items, which you find anyway. And the legendary items aren't really necessary, not to mention the endless grind you have to do to get all the needed crafting items. There are only 8 very hard boss fights were these might be needed. But you need to level all the way to probably 90, which is also one endless and tedious grind. In the end there is not much left. I am going to write a more detailed review and post it in my trophy checklist. As for the trophies, well it's mostly ok, some are even fun to get. But it's another long grind, and there are lots of trophies that take up a long time. However almost all of them are easy to get if you don't mind investing lots of time. There are however X trophies that are particular annoying. One is the skirmish trophy which has you travel all over the map again and again to find all the 50 skirmishes. What makes this one annoying is that they appear randomly on the map, but at least it's fun. A little tip don't waste time to level up most or even all units. Just stick with 4 useful units and level them exclusively. The second one is the Wide Awake Trophy, which is basically easy but you need a lot of patience until you can farm this at the end boss. But you need at least one more golden ball to activate the trophy which is just silly. So you run around hoping you get a few balls until the end, I had just 15, and then you do the final boss fight a few times until Evan has awakened 50 times. And then there is the final fight in the Dreamer's Maze, which is a 30 level dungeon. The end boss is ridiculously easy, especially when you consider that he is level 95. I took him down at level 79. Sure he hits hard but you can avoid his attacks almost all the time. So in the end it was an easy but very long and sometimes tedious trophy hunt.

Popular Post Kent10201
Platinum #100: Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep What a journey this has been. 200 hours later and this platinum is finally mine. The Kingdom Hearts series is my favorite of all time. The characters are great, the story is interesting (if a bit confusing at points), the gameplay is fluid, and the music is some of the best in gaming history. That being said, Birth by Sleep ranks among the top 3 in the series in my opinion. The introduction of Terra, Ventus, and Aqua develops the story even further and leads to some huge plot points that are brought about later in the series. Terra is trash....we don't talk about him, but Ventus and Aqua are some of the best characters in a series known for them. (Especially Aqua) In addition to the story and character developments, Birth by Sleep introduces the command system which works really well. It allows for more strategy to come into play rather than just mashing attack for every battle, which is always fun but can get tiring at points. Not as a big of a change as CoM's card system, but just enough to make it feel fresh. Finally, the music includes some of the best pieces of music in the entire series, Dark Impetus being my favorite and Fate of the Unknown being a close second. The trophies aren't challenging, just extremely grindy. You have to complete the reports with all three characters meaning getting 100% game completion three times. After the first time it becomes a bit of a chore which is why it took me as long as it did. Once you get into it however, it's not actually that bad and each one can be completed in a weekend if you know what you're doing. The most challenging (and probably only challenging) part was defeating the Mysterious Figure (or as I like to call him the Mother Fucker) with Terra. This is because your dodge with him sucks and you attack extremely slow. It took quite a few attempts, as well as a bit of luck to beat him, but after that the rest of the plat was smooth sailing. Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Two of my favorite tracks from the game and series overall. Spoiler

Popular Post ShonenCat
Platinum #27 - Under Night In-Birth Exe Latest Difficulty Rating 4/10 Enjoyment Rating 8/10 Rare - 12.67% Fastest Achievers - #3 In many ways, Under Night sort of acts as a spritual successor to another fighting game called Melty Blood. It even stars Eltnum as one of the fighters. This is a reimagining of my very first platinum, although the PS3 version has a completely different trophy list with challenges of it's own. You'll do the usual fighting game song & dance with arcade, story, survival, time attack, tutorial, mission and score attack modes. I would say the most time consuming struggle would be earning 200,000 in game money so you can pop specific in game shop trophies. To earn money fast, I recommend going into versus and setting it to one round. There you will spam Hilda's light skewer technique on the stationary opponent. You'll earn 50 every match, it may not seem like much but it's the fastest method I know. When you do reach 200,000, I highly suggest backing up your save and reloading it when you run out of money. This way you can pop all shop trophies and not have to go back and earn more in game money. Hilda's light skewer is actually a great way to get through a lot of what this game throws at ya, such as beating arcade on the hardest difficultly with rounds set to best of 5. You can't use a continue either but at the end of that road lies a gold trophy. Under Night on PS4 is probably the second easiest tournament fighter platinum I've experienced yet. The first easiest would be Tekken 7. One upside to Under Night is there are no online trophies to worry about. I feel those who are not savvy with fighters should have an okay time with this one ^^
Popular Post Redgrave
#130: The Dark Soul - Dark Souls Remastered Another one of those games I didn't play on PS3 for reasons unknown (it totally wasn't because I was a coward). Fantastic game that really earns its reputation, and despite the vague story it really represents itself well with the lore items and the other bits of dialogue from other characters. It's also fun to see all the Berserk references that are in the game if you're familiar with that at all. Though it gets really blatant when there's a blacksmith named Rickert that you can find and some of the armor designs look really familiar. But I don't have a problem with that sort of thing, especially since Berserk is cool. On top of that it has some great level design that really made me say "That's awesome!" when it comes to the shortcuts. I know Bloodborne had shortcuts that were also great, but the ones in Dark Souls really made the game feel connected like it was just one big world. It's a great feeling when you wander off from Firelink Shrine and do stuff in a different area, only to take an elevator in a church that leads right back to Firelink. Anor Londo is also a great example, and it is also just a really beautiful place in general. Even Sen's Fortress despite all the traps and snakemen just feels so elaborate that even after dying a lot there I really admire the effort put into it. It definitely feels like those areas had a lot of care put into them, and that's always something I can appreciate. But then there's Lost Izalith... And Tomb of the Giants... Tomb of the Giants isn't actually so bad in terms of design, I felt, since it was mostly the enemies that were annoying there. But apparently for the Remaster they made it even darker for whatever reason. If it weren't for the Sunlight Maggot that @Undead Wolfblessed me with I would have really hated the place more. As far as Lost Izalith, I know it was said to be rushed and I believe even Miyazaki apologized for it, but I hadn't realized how bad it was until I saw not one, not two, not three, not even four, but seven Taurus Demons all next to each other in some lava area, with five Capra Demons standing next to each other after that. If I hadn't taken the shortcut, I think my eyes would have melted from how bright the lava is in one other area. But those are really the only bad areas I felt. Though I wasn't a fan of the Painted World because there's only one way out. When it comes to the bosses a lot of them were cool looking and it was nice whenever you beat one after struggling, much like Bloodborne. However the Bed of Chaos fight was bad, and I'm pretty sure everyone hates it too. The only other boss I can say I wasn't too big on was the Four Kings one. I'm not sure how to put it, but it felt like something that could have been left out. Or maybe they had other ideas for it, but couldn't implement them fully. But ones like Ornstein and Smough were really cool, especially how you can change the way the fight goes when you beat one or the other for the second round. Otherwise the only other things I can say I didn't really like were the weight system for armor. I liked the Fashion Souls bit of Bloodborne, since I really wanted to wear cooler looking armor like Tarkus' set or the Elite Knight Armor without worrying about how fast or slow I will roll. And I guess Bloodborne spoiled me with the fast travel methods since I would have liked to be able to warp between bonfires without the Lordvessel. Otherwise the game is great, and I'm glad I got to experience it. My only real regret is that I didn't get to have Black Iron Tarkus do his Rules of Nature moment while fighting the Iron Golem. Seriously, it's great if you can pull it off. Spoiler TARKUS! TARKUS! TARKUS!

I like the different Task you´ve got in the game because it never feels like you did something more then one time in the Story. For the challenges you Need to replay some missions with some requirements like time for the 100% but nothing to difficult that you can´t manage. I liked the idea to gather a Crew for a big heist and as always I wanted to see the new villains in the game. I had some framedrops in some underwater Levels so maybe that scare some People to Play the game with the Vita but I was totally fine with it. I guess next year will be the big finale for me with the series. If I haven´t anything else to Play maybe I will Play it earlier but I´m not sure yet.
