Popular Post GoldenShaka
# 86 World to the West Omniscient Well, I got this shiny some weeks ago, forgot to post it. This is an action adventure game built in the universe of Teslagrad. But you don't need to have beaten that game to enjoy this one. Game is mostly about exploring, puzzle solving and some action. This great indie has a nice length and it counts with 4 heroes (a Teslamancer, a Digger, an explorer, and a Strongman). Nice story, charming characters, good soundtrack, enough to have you entertained for many hours. All trophies are collectibles, no less than 80% of them are in plain sight. And even if you are having problems with some of them, later in the game you can buy the collectible locations. Well, you also can purchase the location of health upgrades. I would say just enjoy the ride till you reach the final boss (point of no return), and then go and get the whole bunch of collectibles (trophies) in a few hours. Especially because at that point all your characters have unlocked all their abilities, so you can access blocked areas where certain collectibles are located. And even if you are having problems with some of them, later in the game you can buy collectible locations. Well, you also can purchase the location of health upgrades. There are some totems distributed throughout the map which work as saving points and to teleport. The only nuisance is that you need to active those totems with every character, so if you browsed the map and activated totems with the digger, he's the only one who can use them until the other characters find those locations and unlock the totems for themselves. But considering that the game is exploration at heart (as you can see), then use that time to clear the area from obstacles so the others can access those areas in the future with no problem and while doing it get some money to purchase item locations later. Give it a try, it's a very entertaining game

Popular Post FilmFanatic
#180 - Dark Souls Remastered I’d been wanting to play this again for a long time but having the platted the PS3 version I didn’t want to play a game I had already platted over games I hadn’t played yet so when the Remastered version announced the opportunity was there again. It’s my favourite in the series and my 4th favourite game of all time. Turns out the game was harder than I remembered but it was great going through it again and it looked good and ran really well on my Pro. #181 - Red Dead Redemption That’s not the important part, this is. Trophy #10,000 - Red Dead Redemption Platinum Red Dead Redemption is my favourite game of all time. I first played it when it came out and I loved it from the start. It was a beautiful game (though coming back to play it on a 65inch 4K screen not so much) and a heap of fun. Killing bad guys with your six shooter, lassoing people and riding around on horse back was amazing. It had a great story and plenty of great characters in it. Everything about the game felt authentic (though all I can really compare it to is western movies) and sitting on a horse on top of a cliff with the sun setting behind a big desert and a sparkling river running at the foot of the cliff was an experience like no other. RDR2 is definitely one game that I shall be playing day one when it releases.
Popular Post Darling Baphomet
Platinum #40 - Agents of Mayhem This is actually a pretty good game. I picked it up on sale for 8$ (and it's been regularly hitting the 10-20$ ranges for the last few months) and was very pleasantly surprised. It's not, by any definition, a Saints Row game, although it is a Saints Row influenced game. Expecting otherwise would set you up for a pretty major disappointment. It is its own little thing, an open world hero shooter with a lot of fun characters and spot-on combat, though the mission variety is fairly lacking. The gunplay is a *major* step up from SR3 / SR4's dinky weapons which had no feel to them at all, which hopefully will transfer to SR5, assuming it's a possibility. The trophies weren't all that difficult, although shard hunting was a massive pain as I did it all blind. If you do intend to plat this game, I recommend using a guide / map, because otherwise you'll get stuck driving through the city for hours looking for that one shard that you managed to miss. Connected contracts were annoying, as I'd frequently get matched with people who seemingly had no interest in playing the game, but I didn't have to grind them too much seeing as how I'd started doing them from the beginning of the game. Overall I'd give this game an 8/10. Good characters, good combat, but a bit of a disappointing story and not much mission variety.
Popular Post LimitedTimeGamer
20# - Dark Cloud Dungeon Master Date Earned: 3rd June 2018 Completed in 1 Year, 6 Months Ahhhh, the memories with this one. This was the First RPG i bought with my own money, back when i was small. How i came to find it was a surprise on its own. You see, the library's down here, used to stock Official Playstation Magazine, and if people havent stolen them, the demo disks. The day i got my Ps2, we went to the library, looked around, and found a mag with a demo disk selling for 20c. Worth every penny. The Game is a basic dungeon crawler with lite city building elements. Each dungeon in the game has around 10-26 floors each, and your goal is to find a drop item in each stage, and pick up all the atla so you can rebuild the world. My Favourite Character was of course Osmond, who is in the platinum image, and its a nice touch having Toan's 7thHeaven Sword (Ultimate Weapon) in the plat image too! Give this one a shot if you have a spare weekend free and want to try something unique for the ps2 Video Review - N/A

Popular Post Omar
This one has me IN TEARS #129 - Dark Cloud 2 Past, Present and Future - Collect all trophies .Achieved: June 3rd, 2018 -PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare -Difficulty: 3 -Enjoyment: 9 Level-5's JRPG titles during the PS2 era are some of my all-time favorite games. Back in June last year, I decided to start this game, and I managed to make it to the end of the story, but a gigantic medal grind was ahead of me and Crash Bandicoot N'Sane Trilogy came out, so I slowly dropped it......until now. The trophy set has had me do things I never bothered to do on PS2, like winning the Master Class of Finny Frenzy, transforming a monster to its final form or getting each and every one of the 396 medals the game has up for grabs. Completing every challenge has been extremely time-consuming, with my file clocking at 158 hours upon platinum, but I enjoyed every bit of it. A truly special game, truly special memories attached to it and a wonderful platinum to add to my list. Popular Post Jesaya815
#300 NieR: Automata Final Words Thank you for playing. Nier: Automata is a piece of art and it absolutely deserves all the praise it got over the past year. I never played the predecessor, but I really enjoyed this one. Although three playthroughs were required to experience the full story, each one was different enough and always added something new to the mix. I can't think of any other game where that's the case. While it was cool fighting as 2B or A2 (their combat styles reminded me of Bayonetta and Lightning from Final Fantasy 13 to a degree), 9S was probably my favorite. His hacking ability saved me more than once. The self-destruct mechanic was an interesting feature as well, though I rarely used it, except when it was necessary for specific trophies. Overall, it's definitely a game everyone should play at some point.

Dead Space Concodrance Officer Collect all Trophies Fun meter 8/10 Amazing third person experience with no cuts between gameplay and cutscenes. The whole game is just one "long take" from beginning to the end. Make the game more immersive. Also there is no interface element cramping on the screen at all. Everything you need to know about character health bar or ammo on weapon presented on the equipment. Thus makes the game still look very next gen even 10years after released. ? Popular Post DamagingRob
#319- Get Even Perfect Recall Collect all trophies. What an entertaining ride this was. Saw it on sale awhile back, and thought it looked cool from watching the trailer. Decided to grab it, and I'm glad I did. I love stealth games, so playing it like one was fine by me. You can also play it as a shooter, if you prefer. But will most likely get the bad ending. Speaking of which, I don't know how badly you need to play to even get it. Lol. I had some chapters where I killed too many people, and made some bad choices. But still ended up with the good one. Ended up playing through almost every chapter again for the hidden memories, killing everything in sight, and making the bad decisions. They are really short when you know where to go, and aren't sneaking everywhere. Literally only took me about 2 and a half hours to run through most of the levels today, and finish this one off. Surprised the Platinum isn't more common.. Since it's so short, I'd recommend waiting for another sale. But it is definitely worth playing. Excellent tension, story, and atmosphere. And if you're as much of a chicken as I, you will be very disturbed most of the time. Spoiler Broken icon again.. Popular Post Undead Wolf
#201 - Resident Evil Revelations 2 The Never-Ending Nightmare Unlock all trophies. I thought this game was very disappointing. While the first game wasn't anything amazing, I still enjoyed it quite a bit. For the most part, I just found the sequel to be boring. It tried to be both a survival horror game and an action game, but it failed at both. I hated how you had to constantly switch between characters to do different actions. You have to manage two people's health, so the dumb AI can end up screwing you over a lot. The story is just garbage. They even tried to tie in the main villain with an important character from the previous game, but it just felt forced. Like they were doing their best to make you actually care about the villain, but in actuality, she's just poorly done. She contacts you on your wrist-radio thing throughout the game spouting off quotes from literature for some reason. Just stop... They bring back fan-favourites Claire Redfield and Barry Burton, but they are nowhere near as charming as they used to be. Also, Claire's face just looks really weird and Barry makes lots of awkward dad jokes. The new characters, Moire and Natalia, are equally as bad. Moira is constantly cussing in an attempt to sound cool I guess, but it's just annoying. For example, you just kill this Tyrant-looking boss and she responds with "Go jump on a dildo, boss". Ugh, so cringey... As for Natalia, they try way too hard to make her into a Ellie/Clementine character, but I couldn't give a damn about her if I'm honest. She isn't likeable. The trophies aren't any better. While none of them are actually difficult, they are just really tedious, especially getting all of the medals in each chapter. It wouldn't be so bad if you were informed during gameplay whether or not you earned a medal, but you have to play all the way up until the end of that character's section before it gives it to you. This means that you have to manually keep track of things or risk replaying the level all over again. There's an invisible enemy mode which really doesn't suit an action-orientated game like this. It worked in the classic Resident Evil games, but that's because there weren't many enemies and if you paid attention you could spot where they were. In this game, only the secondary character can actually see the enemies (sort of) but they can't really do damage, so you have this awkward situation where you switch to one character to reveal an enemy and quickly switch back to the other in order to shoot it before it disappears again. Pretty dumb... I ended up just running past every encounter I could, but due to the nature of the game, this is very much trial and error. The countdown mode is basically a speedrun sort of thing, so you guessed it, more running past enemies. I didn't mind this mode as much, but you can end up screwing yourself by getting a checkpoint when you don't have much time left, forcing you to restart the chapter. There were a couple of moments that were kind of cool, like the final boss fights for example. All in all though, this game is painfully average. I was sceptical of the direction they took Resident Evil 7 in, but after playing this game, I'm excited to see what they've done with it. It won't be hard to top this game. Popular Post Baker
#179 NieR: Automata Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Total playtime: 42 hours I had really high expectations starting this game. It has been in my top 3 to play list for a long time. The original NieR was amazing. So it's sad to say I'm a bit dissapointed when I finished the game. Although the game is great it isn't as good as NieR. I can still recommend this game though, amazing soundtrack, good story, great visuals. But to sum up: NieR>NieR: Automata.
Popular Post SirDave1988
# 87 Killzone HD (PS3) Platinum Collect all trophies in Killzone The endless job of getting through my backlog continues with finally finishing off this HD remix of a PS2 exclusive. Sadly, it hasn't aged particularly well as many other HD re-releases I have played. Modern titles such as Call Of Duty, Battlefield etc. have really advanced the FPS genre and made it far more flowing and nice to play compared to this 2004 title. It was also quite the time sink this one. Took the better part of 4 playthroughs, 1 for each character, to finally finish this one off plus other small tasks here and there. Also, this is strictly a HD re-release, they didn't even fix any of the glitches, so it really is exactly as you'd remember it if you played it before. Might sound like I hated this game haha, but it was alright really, there is far worse out there. Onto Splatterhouse and LEGO Star Wars III to finish off next... hopefully. Popular Post ImplyingYouCare
#56: Rayman Legends (Vita) ITS FINALLY OVER, THANK GOD I'm a huge platformer fan and I love the Rayman series a whole lot. Origins was my game of the year when it came out and I loved Legends a ton too. These games are absolutely gorgeous and I can't overstate how great they look. After years of most 2D games being pixel art, Rayman really stands out with it's painted style and it's worth checking out for the art alone if you got this game from Plus last month. The main campaign is fairly easy to get through. There's nothing really challenging in the gameplay and it's not difficult to find all of the hidden teensies or complete the invasion levels. The gameplay is fast and fluid, and you have infinite retries for every section of every level. There's nothing in the main game that would stop you from getting 100% in a few days. It's fairly short and feels even smaller if you've played Origins since half the levels are reduxes from the last game. The reason this platinum takes so long is because of the online trophies. You have to earn 2,000 points worth of trophies by competing against other players, and these trophies are awarded based on the percentages of other people playing daily. That means that less players online will make it much harder to get higher level trophies, and it'll take you a lot longer to rack up 2,000 points if you're only earning 10 or 20 every day. At this point the Vita version had so few players that getting a diamond cup (worth 50) was near impossible because only 2 or 3 people could earn them. Even though the online levels bring out the best in the game's mechanics, these online competitions can be a real slog. You'll likely have to play 100 days worth of these challenges even if you're good at them. The PS4 version is crazy easy by comparison and if you want this platinum, you should jump on it now while the online is heavily populated since it was just given out on Plus. I love this game and I wouldn't have kept playing the online if I didn't enjoy it, but it's good to finally have the platinum and not have to worry about the server issues anymore. Now I can go casually enjoy the PS4 competition while it's popular and easy to win.

Popular Post DamagingRob
#320 and trophy #16,000- Persona 4: Dancing All Night Dancing All Night Obtained all trophies Not an official milestone any longer, but I decided to hold this one back for a bit. P4G is one of the best games I've ever played, so getting to see all these characters again was a delight. A little disappointed Marie wasn't in it, but what can you do? And wasn't sure what I was going to think of Rise's new voice actor, but Ashly Burch did a really good job. Some have told me this is a poor rhythm game, but I really liked it. Mostly because Persona 4's soundtrack is legendary. The story was pretty good, too. And it wasn't above my pitiful rhythm game skill level. I'm sure @Lucas would agree with me, that anything with Persona 4 in its name is fantastic.

Popular Post DuckSwimmer
Platinum 66: Persona 3 Dancing Moon Night (JP) ダンシング☆ムーンナイト 全てのトロフィーを取得した IM JUST MAD BECAUSE THERE IS A WHOLE STORY TO THIS. (inserts vent) -- I ordered the P3 & P5 dancing games a while ago. Obviously Play-Asia has this warehouse issue going on SO. THREE days ago I lost my patience and was like, fuck it. I'm going to buy it digitally on the PSN store so I could AT LEAST play it.. I DIDNT EXPECT TO PLATINUM IT. ALSO, Play-Asia has YET TO SEND OUT MY COPIES OF P3 &P5.... I mean, thank god I have a co-worker interested in this game, I like Persona and I like collecting games cause holy hell.. This game came out on the 24th. It's soon about to be two weeks. God damn it, Play-Asia. Now, game related. I honestly loved this game. Definitely a lot shorter than the P4 dancing game due to it not having a story mode to it. I had a few issues with some things because of the language barrier, but google translate helped me through them with no problem.. but other than that this game was great. All the songs were amazing, some of the new things that they added to the "dancing game" were nice. The Commu events were pretty interesting - Obviously waiting for the localized version to grasp the whole dialogue from that - in terms of being able to go around SEES members rooms and such. Also I liked how you had to do certain things to unlock Commu events since it gave more of a challenge/objective to the game that the player had to achieve other than just simply playing the game. Definitely will buy these games again once localized. But my main complaint about the game.. KOROMARU SHOULD'VE BEEN IN IT. But whoop. Let's just hope they send this order out this week or I'm gonna have a huge urge to buy P5 next.. lol.

Popular Post Inuty
#94 The Legends of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel (PS Vita) Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 6 Time: 100 hours What can I say about Trails of Cold Steel? I guess it´s not for everyone. You can see that this is the first part of a 4 games series and it has a slow Progress regarding the Story. You will get all the Information about the world and about the conflicts in the world in the first part of the series. You will get to know the characters and learn about there Standings in Society. In the end of the game you have the Feeling that this is the real beginning but you Need to Play the second game for this. In my case I like it and can´t wait to Play the second game but I guess a lot of People will get bored because of the lenght of the game. The trophies are really not fun without a walkthrough. You Need to collect several Notebook entries about everything (characters, enemies, fishing, cooking). Some of this entries you will only receive from specific People on specific days. So the whole game has a lot of Point of no Returns for the Notebook trophies. WIth the walkthrough it´s no big deal and I would give it a 3/10 but without it it´s a 6/10. Also there are some unnecessary trophies like the 1000 battles (I needed to grind 300 battles after 2 playthrough, one on normal and one on nightmare) or the 100 hours playtime because you don´t Need normally so Long. So if you are a fan on JRPGs and want to experience a big Story you should try this game. If you are bored quick and don´t have a lot of playtime in life this is maybe not the game for you.
