Popular Post DeathShark22
#40 - Assassin's Creed IV - Black Flag + DLC 100% (PS3) Prizes, Plunder, and Adventure! (5,87%) Man, what an awesome game. I already finished the story back in 2013 but i honestly forgot how great everything looked and felt. I am by far not a big Assassins Creed fan but i have to admit going for the plats in these games was really really fun. Altough i really liked the Ezio trilogy, this one is probably my favorite location and the furthest away from an AC game. If they would cancel out the Abstergo story line, make a few changes to the typical AC formula we would have probably an even better pirate game. The ending was heartbreaking and Kenway an enjoyable character. I also liked the Freedom Cry expansion with the slave liberation mechanic. Returning to the Jackdaw made me feel really nostalgic. I honestly thought the platinum would be harder, but grinding level 55 was fairly quick in solo and never boring. The rest of the single player was also very easy except for that damn "Sharing is caring" trophy. How i hate these random stupid trophies. Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 3/10 #23 - Assassin's Creed III + DLC 100% (PS3) Master Assassin (5,64%) I actually got this plat back in 2017 but only now got back to it to finish the dlc. I never understood why people found this to be the worst AC, i really really enjoyed Connors story. The dlc was also ok, but felt less alive then the main game, since you are mostly just on rooftops. The plat was another story, pretty grindy and also a few hard missions (naval contracts). The dlc on the other hand was no problem. This finally was the last game of my Assassins Creed backlog:D Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 5/10

I have the game for months sitting in my backlog, I really didn't want to relive KH1 gummi TBH but with KHIII hype, I thought it is the right time to replay the series. Even it is my 3rd time playing KH1, KH2 and BBS and 4th time playing CoM, I still enjoy and had fun with the series (except KH1 gummi ofc) Less than 24 hours to go til I get my copy of KHIII and my body is definitely ready Edited January 28, 2019 by JaM
iGGTheEnd
Realm Royale was my last plat and also my first multiplayer platinum. Took me about 20 to 25 hours to do it this weekend. Was worried about the get 11 kills in one game trophy but it ended up being easy to get 11 kills.

My favorite game of all time is Persona 3 so I knew dancing with my favorite group of persona users would be a lot of fun for me. It was a pretty easy and relaxing plat. I loved dancing with Mitsuru her moves were full of beauty and elegance. The remixes in this game were really cool my favorite was most definitely Deep Mentality (Lotus Juice Remix). I might double dip and get this for my vita also so I can play it when I'm out and about.
Popular Post Desmuria
#150 - Assassin's Creed Odyssey Epic Cycle Earn every trophy. Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 I've finally gone and done it! Wow, this game... was amazing. Assassin's Creed Origins was my 100th platinum, so I felt it was only fair to give my next milestone to Assassin's Creed Odyssey. My new favourite assassin in the franchise is now Kassandra. I absolutely love her. I'll be honest and say that I hated this game at first, because I was still stuck in my ways and played it like it was Assassin's Creed Origins. I had to quickly learn to forget everything I know and start afresh. Learning to dodge like a pro was an absolute must! I loved the branching storyline, rather than the usual linear dialogue. I ended up getting the "Best Ending", so I'm pretty pleased. I hated the Mercenaries, but loved hunting the Cult of Kosmos down one by one. It was very satisfying. The introduction of the mythical creatures is really interesting, challenging and rewarding. I was shaking after I managed to kill Medusa. The only grind I faced was getting the level 50 and upgrading the Adrestia. I just raised my bounty and cleaved ships like there was no tomorrow. Can't end this review without mentioning how stunning the scenery was in the game. Everything was beautifully drawn. The statues that are dotted around the map are magnificent. I found myself using photo mode an awful lot to take snaps of the ruins and statues. I don't usually buy into the whole "season pass" thing, but I actually might for this game. I'd love to see where the story goes. Highly recommend this game, even if you've never played Assassin's Creed before. Popular Post Masamune
Ripto's Remorse Collect all trophies in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage Difficulty: 3.5/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Playtime: 8:04:19 (2 weeks, 6 days, 22 hours) Screenshot: Spoiler Well that wasn't a very big gap between platinums, although I did already have Spyro 2 2/3 done when I switched to Dragon Quest XI a couple weeks ago. Pretty much the same as the first, but I do like the fact you can learn new moves in this one (even if that means you can't 100% every level the first time you visit it). It seems like a few of the mini games you play in this one are a little more difficult, but not by much though... I got a little more playtime out of this one too (a little over an hour). I guess I'll go ahead & start the 3rd one & finish off the trilogy next!
AJ_Radio
11 hours ago, madbuk said: Hard mode is the real platinum blocker here. The boss shoots out way more enemies, attacks more often, takes more damage, and in general all the levels just have way more enemies littered everywhere. Area 1 actually seemed to be the hardest of them all (there are 4 areas in the game, excluding the boss area) which is a little strange. Area 4 has the most enemies but it's so easy to build up combos there so that you get health back anyway to make up for the damage you take. I dread to think how many hours I've poured into this game when you consider the fact that it only takes about 10-15 minutes to actually finish the game on hard if you're successful. I'm so glad it's finished. Area 2 gave me the most trouble. I died a lot there because you have to time your jumps because those spikes are automatic regardless if you're on the platform or not. Those big skulls also gave me problems because hitting them once causes them to go into rage mode which can be a real pain to deal with. Area 3 wasn't terrible, Area 4 was all a matter of building that combo for more health and slowly working your way down. The boss of course was nerve wrecking because your nerves are working against you. Downwell to me was considerably tougher than Rogue Legacy, probably the toughest game I played since Velocity 2X. It's easily possible to platinum Downwell in just two hours, but it took me closer to 12 - 13 hours of practice before I was finally able to nail that Hard run. Popular Post blu3st4rdust305
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Danger of the Ooze - PS3 (#173) Thought it was just going to be a beat 'em up, but it was also a Metroidvania, developed by Way Forward. Certainly on the weaker side of the genre with frequent load screens between fairly small rooms. The movement is kind of slow and traversing the rooms can get tedious. Swapping out the turtles was a nice use of the franchise. They differ just a little bit, but it does matter. For example, Michelangelo can jump farther than the other 3. The voice acting seemed to be directly from the show, which was also quite nice. The game was surprisingly challenging in that at the beginning your character does not have much life and losing a turtle means wandering around the world looking for the capture rooms where you have visit to free them. Unlike many Metroidvania games, the boss fights were quite easy, and the game itself was very short. One of the trophies requires a 1 hour playthru, but it can be done in less than 50 minutes if planned out accordingly. Honestly, I would only recommend this one to TMNT fans and Metroidvania enthusiasts.
Popular Post Deluziion90
Platinum #178: Resident Evil 2 Raccoon City Native Obtain all trophies. Game Rating: 8.5/10 Difficulty 4.5/10 Platinum Difficulty: 5/10 Gameplay: Gameplay was very enjoyable. I've never had any lag spikes or what seemed fps drops. The graphics were amazing and the gore was extremely violent. Arms, legs heads you could blow up everything from those zombies . Road to platinum: I'll probably anger some hardcore RE:2 fans but I'll be honest how I felt about this platinum. It was shit and boring to be bold. Running the game around 7 times total it felt like a drag and my last 2 runs were just with my eyes focused on the platinum. Seperating the platinum from the overall gameplay it's not really a fair comparison as I really enjoyed the creepy dark atmosphere. Though everything was the same after a few runs. No random zombie spawns just the same stuff on the same place every time which is a shame because the element of surprise and cheesy jumpscares were all gone after a while.
Popular Post Nostalgy_Flow
#62: Metal Slug Anthology Difficulty: 2/10 (Assuming you use the two pads trick) Awesome games, but unfortunately the input lag makes them almost unplayable. I have no idea what they did with this collection, a lot of years have passed since the last time I played a Metal Slug, but hell, I don't think there was so much lag in the original games. Super easy plat with the two controllers trick found out by a guy here on PSNP (https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/69144-a-simple-trick-to-get-this-plat-easily/). With this thing, you can die as much as you want, and the game won't count the continues you use, so this makes the 5cc runs really a joke. Basically the only "difficult" thing is to complete a mission of each game by saving at least 10 prisoners, since if you die you lose them. With a couple of tries you can do it without any problems though. A note for Metal Slug 6: When you finish the lives, be sure to join IMMEDIATELY with the other controller, because if the countdown-screen shows up, you won't be able to join with the other controller. I have no idea why but it is so. Edited January 29, 2019 by CriveL20
Popular Post TheFalseDeity
#50 - Assassin's Creed Origins Earn Them All! Earn every trophy. A decent game. Definitely liked it more than the first 3 minus Brotherhood's multiplayer so am looking forward to Odyssey also. Combat is better and im glad the modern stuff seems to be taking more of a back seat. Can be played on easy which makes the plat easy as well. Shocking hm? The locations part of it is a bit repetitive though.

Popular Post GraniteSnake
#114: Metro 2033 Redux Very impressive first person shooter. My only gripe was the lack of a proper tutorial. It took three chapters before I figured out how to throw a grenade. If that wasn't bad enough, it took me two whole playthroughs before I figured out how to charge the battery for the Night Vision Goggles. I honestly just thought my game was bugged! Aside from being left in the dark a little, I actually really liked this game. The length of the campaign was very solid for a FPS, and the story was pretty interesting for once. I enjoyed the survival aspect of the game, and it's focus on looting and conservation of equipment. The selection of weapons was plentiful, and the diversity of enemies wasn't bad either. Navigating through the gritty metro systems was exciting and at times pretty nerve-wracking, especially with headphones on. Really glad I decided to pick up these games, and I look forward to trying out the sequel! #115: Beyond: Two Souls Yet another ticked off of my collection of unfinished games. It's been so long since I've played Heavy Rain that I'm struggling to compare the two, but I have a feeling I enjoyed Heavy Rain more than this game. It wasn't bad.. it just wasn't all that great either. The scattered story line was odd and difficult to follow (for my first playthrough I chose the regular order rather than the remixed). Some of the levels really dragged on a bit, especially the Navajo chapter. It was a shame getting the platinum proved to be so tedious. This was mainly due to the lack of skippable cutscenes.. Aside from all of that, the whole concept of the game, the two souls, was interesting though and I did enjoy the rollercoaster ride from start to finish. The character models were great, and I thought both Ellen Page and Willem Defoe put in great performances. I'm going to try my best to remember my original playthrough when I think of this game!
Popular Post Elvick_
Platinum #164 Fe Sustain Forest Love Iron out all the trophies What a mixed bag this one is. I'm going to start off by complaining about the fact that after getting every collectable, and thus having nothing left to do in the game... they reward you with being able to fly around. Why? This would have been great like half way through the tedious ass level design. The level design is absolutely awful, I really hated that aspect more than anything else. Flying would have solved that. But there's no reason to keep playing once you get the ability. There's no real reason to even unlock the ability other than the last trophy and thus plat. But beyond that, I like the art design but like I said in a status I do no like the lighting. Most of the time it legitimately hurt my eyes to even look at. I can have smoke and lasers, bullets, grenades, and explosions all around me in Titanfall, strap VR to my face and have no problem. But this game's lighting is too damn annoying for me. And it makes the game look really ugly. Not sure how to describe the problem, it's like it's SD all over again. Only with bloom or something. And it's just not pleasent. Which is a huge shame, as the animations are cute and the general direction of the art is fine. It's the technical aspects that make it not live up to the potential. I mean look at that banner art. So pretty. Shame the game wasn't able to look more like that. It kind of reminds me of Ratchet and Clank Future: Into the Nexus' banner, and that game has a lot of purples and darker themes [compared to previous games] and it's a beautiful game... on PS3. I know it's Insomniac vs some indie studio, but still. Cuphead is indie. Just saying. So is Unraveled, which also was published by EA... The game was super boring until you got to be able to glide, which is the second upgrade. And it made navigation really tedious. The "helper" bird didn't even work initially for me. I would sing with my R2 shoved all the way in for a minute and the stupid thing would not appear at all. It worked later on, but not when it had the huge annoying tutorial message on screen telling me how to do it. Go figure. The game started to really drag on after that as well, until you get the 3rd upgrade which lets you run around. Which helps a lot. But then it starts to drag even more again. And sadly after that the only movement upgrades are the fly dash thing which I didn't like using much because the way you use it is stupid, why it was a double x tap instead of a different button is beyond me. And it's limited to when you're falling at a certain speed so contextual. And then the final upgrade to fly around [again to do nothing with]. Music was great. Sound design was hit and miss, some of the sounds are perfect. Some of the songs you sing are cute and not annoying, but others are one sound that's constant and they grate on your nerves. Particularly when you're failing to sync up a song with something, or they don't want to listen to you at all for some reason. Story was surprisingly decent though. This was a let down. I had heard mixed things, which is why I didn't get it when it came out. And, it put me off playing it when I originally bought it on sale too. And while I won't say it was a total waste of time, collecting everything sure as hell was and I didn't like how slow it was to start. Oh and before I forget, the platforming itself was super wonky. It didn't feel very fun to play. It was super clunky and inconsistent in what Fe would actually grab and climb up, and it just didn't have a good flow to it. Gliding around was alright, I only spent a few seconds flying before deleting the game so can't speak to that. There were many times I would jump off a tree in the wrong direction. Another dumb choice was to have you climb trees by mashing x, and also have you jump off the top with x... which can obviously lead to jumping off on accident because you're tired of the game and want it to end faster. Climbing that stupid giant deer was a nightmare. Cool idea, bad execution. I think they even demo'd that part and failed it themselves... I seem to remember that anyway. :/ Some of the puzzles were neat, I suppose. But they got super annoying and tedious by the end of it. edit; And I did forget that the map is dumb. By the time you're in the final part of the upgrades, the crystal indicator will cover up the current area's crystal counter. So you either have to slightly tap R1 quickly before the crystals show up and block it. Or open up the full map just to see how many you have. Defeating the purpose of the quick map. At least to me. Come on guys that's some basic stuff. How do you cover up information, with other information? :/ Moving the crystal thing to the bottom would've fixed it. Or move the actual counters to the bottom. It would've taken next to nothing to fix the problem. I guess they assume nobody is going to sit through the game to collect all these stupid things so will never see the issue. :/ Edited January 29, 2019 by Elvick_

Popular Post fantrig99
#104 Fallen Legion Flames of Rebellion Hero of the People Congratulations! You obtained all of the trophies Fallen Legion Flames of Rebellion is an action single player RPG as part of a two title series (the other Sins of an Empire) developed by YummyYummyTummy. This side of the story follows the character Legatus Laendur, a renowned general in the Fenumian empire. Due to an unexpected encounter and having doubts with its circumstances, Laendur decides to fight and overthrow the empire. The game is available on both the PS4 and the PS Vita. Both versions shares the same trophy list though the PS Vita version is noted by some players to have crashing issues. The PS4 version runs more stable though there are rare occurances of very few crashes. It is highly recommended to backup the game saves often when playing through their respective versions of the game. The trophies in this game requires completing the story multiple times, guard break bosses, and making key choices between battles in stages that can shift some events happening elsewhere which leads to different outcomes within the game world while getting its own trophies. Based on these choices, the summoned warriors (Exemplars) can evolve to their Order or Chaos forms and have their own achievements. Battle stages have rankings with S rank being the highest. There is a One Life Mode requiring to complete the game without the main character dying though there are ways to work around this by backing up the save and makes it easier. With a quite interesting story that raises some questionable motives behind the battle struggle, and a fast paced action battles with fights after fights while making quick decisions along the way has been quite an enjoyable experience overall. I might play the other side of the story in this series and get a better picture of the overarching conflict later in the future. The first 100% Playthrough I played it on “Rite of Passage” (normal difficulty); without a guide I enjoyed the story and collected as many as I could. After that I used a map guide to find the remaining collectibles and challenges. The second Playthrough I played it on “Deadly Obsession” (very hard difficulty) with NG+ and some things were pretty challenging because of the lack of base camps (the only savepoints in this mode). At one point I played 40 minutes straight through and then I accidently died; everything again from the last checkpoint. I was glad I had many of the skills and know what would come next. I personally hated Cenote (I don’t want to spoil anything). The Boss Fight was good, but because of NG+ not a real challenge. I played all three Reboot Games on Platinum and I have to say the developers were getting better with every title. I really hope for a fourth part.
