Popular Post OobiGod
Platinum #17 Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King King of Everything Unlock every trophy in Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King. Lol I finally do my first ever VN plat. This is what should be an insanely hard plat. Until the devs decided to keep the cheat codes in. So why did I even buy this game you may ask? I love the Lion King its a goat movie and Aladdin is very good as well. I really liked the trophy icon. I did play a tiny bit of the actual game. They're like the opposite of being fun. Lion King is a mess that actually makes like no sense but Aladdin is a functional game. Not much to say about this plat. I'm probably going to plat scribblenauts next which is good because there's actual things I can say about that game.
Popular Post snakebit10
#293 Ratchet and Clank A Crack in Time So this adventure to platinum was a very long one for me. I started this all the way back in February 2011 and I have only needed one trophy since January 2012. Fast forward all the way to know and when I seen I was getting close to 15,000 trophies I started thinking what this milestone could be. I wasn't shore if it was just going to be from whatever I was playing at the moment (Far Cry 5) or make it a platinum. @Dr_Mayus Has been after me for a very long time to get this done and when I posted about what I would make number 15,000, he popped in and mention A Crack in Time once again and that settled it. It was time to finally get this monkey off my back. It is a great game and really playing it on hard was not to difficult. Had some trouble with Azimuth at the end, but I employed a good strategy and it worked. I didn't have the RYNO so I had to depend on other weapons. Now I have another milestone to start think about. What Platinum 300 will be for me.

Popular Post X_Wizi_X
#137 God of War: Ghost of Sparta The deeds of Kratos continue and this time he will have to deal with the ghosts of the past in search of his brother. Ghost of Sparta is a great game. I didn't find it particularly easy as many guides had written. There are moments in the game where I died several times and almost all due to the type of enemies that spawned during the mandatory battles. The worst enemy is undoubtedly the Keres Wraith. In my opinion the game has only one major issue probably due to PSP originally porting: not all the enemies I was fighting were on the screen and this was a problem since, not seeing what they were doing, I left the enemy side uncovered many times. As said, the Spartan mode is not as easy as the one in Chains of Olympus. Here the enemies when they hit you, they really hurt you and learning right away how to counterattack is essential. The challenge of the gods are easy, except for a couple of them. Enjoyment: 8.5/10 Difficulty: 5/10
Popular Post iamrb2212
#50:The Last of Us (PS3) One of my very first games I had on the PS3 so there are 2 trophies with missing timestamps long before I created my PSN ID and didn't know anything about trophy hunting. This game is an absolute masterpiece in storytelling. One of the best games ever made,in my opinion.Excellent single player mode and a very enjoyable multiplayer mode which requires you to be methodical, slow and carefully plan on how to get the drop on your enemies. Yeah,I earned the online trophies one month before the servers were about to shut down,so had to boost the DLC section, since it would've been extremely difficult to get 3 downs without dying in all of the different maps. The journeys were pretty intense and fun if you chose easy missions for the 100% risk weeks.Overall,I had a fun time with this game and will gladly do the remastered version at some point. Popular Post Jounochi
Platinum #147: Tearaway Unfolded (PS4) A nice little game that I have heard a lot about but I finally got around to properly playing. The game itself is pretty easy and is surprisingly meaty for a game that is geared more towards children. The whole story wasn't something a really enjoyed until the final act, and even then, I was more impressed with the level design. Music is pretty good throughout. Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 7/10 _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Platinum #148: Spider-Man (PS4) (+100%) I bought this game for $15 and it included the base game plus the DLC. The game deserves all of the praise that is given to it and it makes you feel like a total badass. The one thing I feel like I can complain about slightly would be the BGM in the over world. The super hero music is nice for the first 5~10 hours, but it gets old while going for the 100%. Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 9/10
Popular Post RedRodriguez87
#267: The Smurfiest Smurf to ever Smurf the Smurf! Because sometimes, one just needs a break from the serious realism of Infamous. Not too much to say here. Not a hard game, and also not a bad one. The most surprising about it was that Wayforward had a hand in it. One thing I DID for sure like was the 2d cartoon stills used for the cut-scenes. It was neat seeing scenes from the movie look like it's comic counterpart. I just think they are really well done, and makes me wonder how it would feel if the entire movie was in this style. #268: Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk Well, like the first Psyche game, I did this only for the cool looking platinum. And cool is the operative word here, with it being a platinum snowflake. What better trophy could their be for a Christmas Eve platinum? Well, I'll also admit to the main heroine being kinda cute.

Popular Post Viper
#180 Dishonored: Death of the Outsider Truest Self Christmas Plat! This was pretty good. it's more Dishonored..so if you enjoy the series, then there's nothing to really dislike here. Honestly, Billie Lurk probably has the best powers out of everyone. Her Displace is basically Blink with more control. and the ability to make enemies literally explode when you Displace into them...which is badass. Semblance, lets you take the form of any NPC...making it so that you can literally run past any horde of guards unnoticed, and Foresight...lets you walk through entire areas marking enemies that can stay marked from across the entire map, plus you can use Displace while this is active! Neither Corvo or Emily has that much control...and it was pretty awesome. And having to play on Origina Game + (which makes you have to play with Blink, Darksight and Domino from Dishonored 2)...just wasn't as fun.I went for Shadow on my first run, because Dishonored is more fun when you're being stealthy and not killing everyone...it's where the series shines IMO. Which is coming from someone not totally into stealth games.I really hope we get a Dishonored 3 next gen. I know this game wrapped up the Dunwall side of things, and Bethesda said it'd shelved for now. But this is my stealth fix as I don't usually prefer stealth games...but no one else quite does it like Dishonored, and I really want this series to continue.
Popular Post Redgrave
#168: Dancing in Starlight - Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight And so that wraps up the Persona Dancing games for me. I think I liked this one the most but that might be because Persona 5 is the one I've actually played and I really like the party members more. The remixes like the other two were really good with the exception of that one Rivers in the Desert remix that was auto-tuned. I could have done without that one #169: Your rank went up! Your new rank is "Punchline Master!" - Punchline I mostly knew what I was getting into with this one But despite the premise the story wound up being more wholesome than I expected it to be. Popular Post RedRodriguez87
#269: Ice came, Ice saw, Ice conquered My Ice Age platinum collection is for now complete! Not too much to say here either. I can now say honestly that Ice Age was a fun series of games, at least the ones released for PS3. This one, I have to say, is a bit disappointing. The reason I call it disappointing is that there is a platforming mechanic in this game that was very underutilized. It's a sling shot move, one that actually takes into account the different angles you approach it from. There are some collectibles in this game that require you approach a Slingshot in different ways to find them, and that leads to some creative moments like jumping towards a bottomless pit, tilting the camera up, and using your new angle to launch you up to a platform you could never get to going straight ahead. These moments were fun the pull off, but because the move is introduced late into the game, it's never cleverly implemented into the main puzzles; you might be asked to time your slings, but that's it. It's also a shame that I didn't see any cameos from the main cast. You see plenty of npc characters of in the distance of these levels, but if they WERE there, I couldn't pick them out. Again, it isn't bad; the graphics are good, the controls work perfectly, the camera only gets a bit iffy in tight spots, there is a fast travel method, and Scrat is still the same fun silly dorky vermin he always was, somehow getting involved in an ancient advanced alien race of Scrats; it's for the most part well put together. I would just wait for a price drop or two before trying it out. And it's also my Christmas platinum!

Popular Post RedgraveNinja3
#2 Platinum - Devil May Cry 5 This is without a doubt my favourite game this gen, espically that I played DMC4 to death back in the 360, the gameplay was top notch (I really like the Jump Canceling mechanic) but it was lacking in terms of story and enemy design DMC5 though is full with content and in-game secrets I liked all the Playstyles even V, but my favourite was Dante One of the best things about this game is the dynamic music in battle, it really gets you pumped up In terms of the plat it's really Overrated in terms of difficulty since you can cheese everything with Dante using Faust and Ragtime with Nero and you can turn auto assist with V and manipulate the camera to make his missions a breeze (except the bosses) Not saying it's easy, but it's not worthy the 10/10 difficulty but still a little challenging Fun : 9/10 Difficulty : 6/10 Time : 40-50 hours (#30 Fastest Achiever)
Popular Post MidnightDragon
#52 Harvest Moon: Mad Dash This is a puzzle spinoff of Harvest Moon: Light of Hope. The story of the game is the island you live on is turned into a jungle and you have to find eight time seeds to restore the lighthouse. Yea, not much of a story, but when do puzzle games have a compelling story? Anyway, the concept is pretty much Harvest Moon meets Tetris. It is pretty addictive, though it was dragging a bit by the time I got all the levels with three stars. There are 100 levels and you get stars based on your score. In order to plat it, you have to 3 star all levels, which is definitely going to be the platinum breaker. You unlock power ups as you play that will make the levels easier. You won't have too much trouble initially, but later on, it sometimes feels like it's more luck than skill, even with the powerups. The rest of the trophies will probably come naturally except Massive Harvest and Colossal Coconut Water, but there's video guides on this site. You can play with up to four people locally, which I imagine would make getting 3 stars easier. That being said, I did all the levels solo, so it's definitely doable with persistence. However, in hindsight, would wait for a sale before picking it up. Not saying it's a bad game, though. I did enjoy it for the most part.
Popular Post Undead Wolf
#298 - Yakuza 2 プラチナトロフィー ゲーム中の全てのトロフィーを取得した Yes, the original Yakuza 2, not Yakuza Kiwami 2. Whenever I tried to look up anything about this game, Google insisted I meant Kiwami 2 which was quite frustrating. But anyway, I had a blast with this game for the most part. I already knew a lot of what to expect given my experience going for the first game's platinum not too long ago. This one definitely takes longer in comparison, but thankfully there wasn't anything crazy difficult like that one batting minigame challenge in the first game. No Haruka requests either! There were some tedious parts going for this platinum, especially when it came to the hostess club management minigame. For those who've played the later games, it's nothing like the minigame in those ones. It's mostly just waiting around for phone calls and buying furniture for the club. It sucks. I also had to win a game of Mahjong for a trophy which is something a lot of people hate, but I'm used to the rules by now given my experience going for the other platinums in the series, so it didn't take too long. I actually think Mahjong is pretty fun. The battle system in this game is excellent and where most of my enjoyment came from. It set the standard for all of the games leading up to Yakuza 5/Yakuza 0. As much as I loved Kiwami 2, the combat still felt "off" in that game. I thought Yakuza 1 was miles better than Kiwami 1 (probably my least favourite in the whole series), but it's not as clear what I prefer out of Yakuza 2 and Kiwami 2. They are both amazing. So now that I've completed the HD remasters, the next game in the series I'll be playing is Ishin. I can't wait!
Popular Post Jachroth05
#94 - Titanfall 2 Mark of the AdvocateEarned all trophies. A relatively easy trophy, just playing normally gets you 90% of its list. But it was a lot of fun, the fast paced combat and mobility options are phenomenal, specially on MP matches, it's great to see what people with skill can do, and the story, while not entirely awesome, it really got me with our protagonists, pilot and titan. i've been wanting to play this game since i got my PS4, but never got the chance to buy it, lucky me when it became available for Plus this month. Hope someday we get a sequel tying with the events that shaped the universe before Apex Legends.
