Popular Post Abbey97
#54: Dragon Quest Builders Perfectionist Awarded for earning all of the other trophies. Firstly, I'd like to say a big thank you to @Matrim_Drasgen for their guide for this game as it was well written and a big help throughout my journey to the platinum. Secondly, anyone who hasn't brought this game yet, just go ahead and do it already as you won't be sorry you did, trust me. The story in itself is brilliant, the characters are fun and all have their own stories and personalities which are lovely to see. The crafting system is easy to use and the worlds are bursting with new materials and quests to do and even when I had finished the story, I was left wanting to play it all over again so I think I'll just dive into free play tomorrow Edited January 28, 2017 by RizzleAbbey12
Popular Post straysheep87
#184 - Clockwork Tales Of Glass and Ink (PS4) The point-and-click fever goes on and on, and I hope the producer Artifex Mundi (this devs also published Nightmares from the Deep and released last week on PSN, Enigmatis) keep the good work.
ArmoredSnowman
My Name Is Mayo (PS4) Took 12000+ taps, because didn't realize there were costume trophies until I was at 7000 taps. Hopefully my VIta run will be quicker, since I'd know what I'm doing. Best game ever. Better than Watch Dogs 2 even. /s

Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #128: Dungeon Punks (Vita) Not the same quality as Dragon Crown and Odin Sphere. For it's price it aint bad. 12 Levels, and New game plus. Straightforward platinum...takes 15 to 20 hours. You level up with Souls, if you die you lose a portion of it. At the first playthough, if I die I lose 10 percent of the souls I got in a level. In new game plus I lost 90 percent. Sometimes It is better to beat a portion of the level and exit to bank in the experience. I made my experience a bit painful thinking I should try the whole boss or trying to get to the next exit point. Really had to tell myself...grind and bank....attempt when you feel you are strong enough. Wish they do a sequel. ArmoredSnowman
My Name Is Mayo (Vita) First Vita plat, and beat my PS4 record by 7 minutes. Still mind-numbing, and thumb-hurting, but I'm done.
Popular Post DamagingRob
#203- N.E.R.O. (Nothing Ever Remains Obscure) Our Journey ends Climb to the top. Really nice visuals, and an interesting story. Kinda sad, though.. Game crashed a couple of times, and my character became locked in a perpetual state of interaction at one point. So, it's a little buggy. Spoiler
Lordguwa
platinum #147 The Amazing Spiderman 2 (ps3) completed in 1 week and 1 day platinum rarity 11.80% rare done with this one, though not free from the vices of farming simulator yet... that be starting tomorrow the next games up will be tales of monkey island episode 1,2 and for the next platinum game will be Lara Croft Go. i think the tales of monkey island game purchased was during the 99 cent flash sale surprisingly one year if i remember right. Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#159 - Lost Dimension After 3 playthroughs (due to RNG screwing me over), I finally got the plat in this one. It's a really good game, much better than I had thought it would be. The concept was original and how to figure out who the traitor(s) are is well-implemented. The characters were great, the story was interesting, even though it might have been somewhat predictable. The numerous abilities were a blast to use, although a few skills were kind of useless or canceled each other out. My only issues with the game were the pointless warnings of there being a traitor in the party, when I already had figured out who the traitor was. Another thing that bothered me a bit was the costs of the final tier weapons which are impossible to get, unless you farm missions you've beaten. Also the supposedly the credits you didn't spend on a playthrough would carry over to the next one. Well, I wonder where the 100k+ that I had saved went when I started my 3rd one... Regardless a good game that seems to have gone under the radar of many, as it barely has any owners (on this site at least), which is kind of a shame. Enjoyment: 8 Difficulty: 3

Thanks for playing! #160 NIER is a game every PS3 owner should try. Great story, characters and amazing soundtrack. Automata caught my attention when I first saw the trailers for PS4 and after I watched some gameplay videos I decided to finally buy this game and I'm glad I did. If you are going for the platinum this game will take at least 60 hours to complete. The game is fairly short but some of the trophies are really grindy and it will definitely test your patience at some points. Upgrading all 30 weapons to the max level will take you from 25 to 30 hours depending on your luck. My total time for platinumm was 67 hours. Ready for Automata on March Yeah, I was shocked at how much I really liked the game.

Popular Post Mcbeanstr
#89 Ratchet and Clank (ps4) Oh my goodness what an excellent game, having not played the original p ps2 or ps3 (do own the trilogy on vita) before and jumping into this I was literally blown away from the moment you take control of Ratchet. Everything looks so detailed and pretty and awesome. Insomniac are fast becoming a developer I have huge respect for so naturally I am very excited to that Spiderman game as well As far as platformers in a third person perspective goes this game delivers and delivers tremendously well. Everything from the environments, characters, weapons, music hell even the boss fights (well maybe Captain Qwark's wasn't coughselloutcough ) are decent in this. Let's not forget the humour thrown around here and there which adds to the experience as well. I thought the story was easy to follow from the start, although having watched the movie beforehand I kinda had an idea of what to expect so my view on that is flawed but still though it's all pretty straightforward imo. In terms of the trophies in this game I was surprised at how simple it turned out to be in the end. Ofcourse using a guide to take note of the missable trophies will help in the long run. The only thing that will take time to do is grinding for bolts and then levelling up weapons and even with all that it wasn't hard at all. I would definitely recommend you get this game if you haven't already. Overall rating 8.5/10 Plat difficulty 2/10 P.S I hope insomniac are working on a new Ratchet and Clank game or will be after the Spideman game they're working on.The origin is pretty much covered in this so new stories and stuff will be great Spoiler Edited January 29, 2017 by Mcbeanstr

MegaZeroXX
Just got the Platinum Trophy for Final Fantasy XV a while ago. I farmed/grind the Fishing skill for about 3 hours. I'd rather have a trophy for reaching the maximum Hunter rank than the Fishing skill. It is just a snooze fest. Popular Post TheFalseDeity
#15 Ultimate Hero Acquired all trophies. The turtle farming went surprisingly quicker than i had thought it would even accounting for the fact that due to not mathing stuff out i did it longer than needed. A lesser entry for the series but still a good game and as with most games i play an easy one. Edited January 29, 2017 by TheFalseDeity

Popular Post Eli_bloodthirst
#42 Day of the Tentacle remastered Well this was playstation plus' game of the month, with my childhood in mind and a quick one playthrough platinum I certainly thought why shouldn't I just play it and get a free platinum? difficulty: 1/10 - It's a nice short point and click game, reminded me of my childhood as I remember having this game when I was very young, definitely remembered how to do a lot of this game naturally without having much issue. enjoyment: 7/10 - it's a very unique game that has it's ridiculous moments that I do encourage a lot of people to play, especially if they had this game originally, the remastered quality does add to the art style and the characters are all weird and wonderful in their own way. I'd do this again tbh
Popular Post Walt the Dog
This is technically my two most recent plats, but my last one was a spur of the moment kind of thing and I never got a chance to get to a computer until now. Platinum #306 Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2 (JP) This one wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The main game is probably the most tedious of the three Re;Birth games due to the ridiculous amount of endings and share grinding (albeit not as terrible as that in mk2) as well as actually having to take on some pretty tough strong enemies for the last couple of dungeon plans, but it's still nothing all that bad. Even Stella's Dungeon isn't too bad even without the DLC. Thank God I have a second Vita though, because my R;B2 Vita was basically out of commission for a good week or so thanks to the insanity that is True Neptral Tower. Granted, I had school for the most part, so I didn't play much in that time anyway. Platinum #307 Megatagmension Blanc + Neptune Vs. Zombies (EU) I wanted to speedrun this one since I managed a time of 1 day and 20 hours back when I did the NA version, which could've been 7 hours shorter had the PSNP guide not contained an error at the time (it's thankfully been fixed now). I ended up pulling an allnighter to get it done and managed it in 10 hours and 11 minutes, which is roughly 6 hours shorter than the previous best. With this, I now have every Blanc plat available.
