Popular Post Masamune
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 Master You played the game so much, you made Neptune folks proud! Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Playtime: 31:33:13 (2 weeks, 1 day, 18 hours) Screenshot: Spoiler Another Nep plat for the collection! I knew the first remake was supposed to be quite different in terms of gameplay, but I wasn't expecting to story to be so different too. I thoroughly enjoyed it though. At first I did find it to be quite difficult compared to the other games, although I think I was just under-leveled most of the game (I missed a few dungeons & didn't realize it until the end of the game). The grinding wasn't as bad as I heard it'd be at the end, I managed to get the 100M credits (50M) in just 3-4 hours of Clione farming. Honestly the worst part was having to wait for it to respawn between the fights (around 30 seconds?). I'm just glad there wasn't any Lily Rank farming needed in this game, that probably would've taken a lot longer. ?
Popular Post ForrestEgan
Congrats to everyone on their latest Platinum!! Mine was: Got Platinum, 100% and all the Accolades on this one!! This was my 4th Platinum since getting my PS3 Slim in late January: * Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure * Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One * Skylanders: SuperChargers * Skylanders: Giants Definitely a challenge, especially on the Nightmare difficulty setting...but earning the Knights Helm for completing that was well worth it! Once again, like Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure, I used Stealth Elf quite a bit (especially when completing each level under the designated time limit), as well as Trigger Happy and Sonic Boom. I used Stealth Elf for both the Heroic Challenges and Quests...she’s a very versatile fighter. Wasn’t a fan of the Giants themselves, most of them move too slowly and take a beating in close combat...but Bouncer and Ninjini came in handy a few times, as did Eye Brawl.

Yoey_666
#317 - The Division 2 I could quote from the first game, but let's just say: It was fun as long as it lasted but I am glad it is over.
Popular Post madbuk
#312 - Code: Realize - Bouquet of Rainbows I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this. I played the first Code: Realize years ago when it was on PS+, Guardian of Rebirth, and I enjoyed it. Fun cast of characters, interesting plot, but it's certainly no Steins;Gate in terms of quality. This is a bundle of the first game and the fandisc sequel of sorts, Future Blessings. I briefly considered skipping through GoR and only reading Future Blessings, but I'm glad I decided against that. I actually forgot quite a bit of the individual character routes that GoR branches off into. The choices that you make throughout this game to determine what ending you get... seem rather strange. They all seem so minimal and then the story completely branches off to a large degree and I just don't see how one leads to another so drastically. I also felt like some character's personalities very slightly shifted between routes when there's no real reason they should've since they weren't involved in any of the choices you made. This is only a minor gripe though as the story was interesting despite that. I think my main problem with the story is the main character - she shows some degree of independence but for the majority of the game, whenever she's backed into a corner she has to be bailed out by all the anime boys she's acquainted with, almost like a deus ex machina. And it happens constantly so it gets a little repetitive. And speaking of repetitive, some of the routes retreaded plot threads of other routes. I got pretty sick of seeing a certain airship by the end of Future Blessings, for example. Each route still has their own individual story but the common trends got a bit tiring. Having read through GoR again, I thought it ended well and I wasn't really sure what Future Blessings was going to be able to add to the story. It actually offered pretty decent closure for each of the different routes - the original game had closure for each of the routes too, but it was nice to see some more of it almost like an extended epilogue to see how all of the characters fare afterwards. It also added three completely new stories, all of which were interesting although Finis' was easily the weakest for me, with Herlock's being the best of the three. Herlock's route introduced a new character who I'd love to see more of if I ever play Wintertide(?) since he seems like a great character. Overall of the original cast, Lupin is clearly intended to be best boy but even so I think Victor may be best. I'm not sure if I'll ever play the Christmas-themed game, as I'm not really sure how much meaningful content it could add to the story, but the cast is fun so if I ever see it cheap enough in a sale I might consider it. Overall, while not the best I've ever done, this was a good set of VNs.
Popular Post Melty
# 33 : PERSONA 4 GOLDEN Golden Completed Earn all trophies This was the first game I ever got for the vita 6 years ago. Funny story about how I discovered it, I used to play Blazblue a lot and I knew Arc Sys made another fighting game and I wanted to play it. I bought this thinking that it was Persona 4 Arena. I was pretty pissed because I never really liked/played RPGS unless it was Pokemon. But, I just sucked it up and played through the game and fell in love with it and it became one of my favorite games of all time. It also ignited my love for JRPGS and introduced me to many great games. Even though Persona 3 is my favorite game of all time and in the series Persona 4 Golden still holds a specially place in my heart.

Popular Post Neef-GT5
#27 – Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Difficulty = 3/10 Enjoyment = 7/10 I have had Hellblade on my to-play list for quite a while and I’m glad I eventually bought it, as it’s definitely one of the most interesting experiences I have played recently, in spite of its being far from flawless as well. Clearly the overall nightmarish atmosphere and ambience is a real success, with a special mention for the incredible work achieved on the sound design. You really want to play this game with a headset to fully experiment the symphony of voices and whispers that echo in Senua’s head all along the short but tense and well-led adventure. Technically the game is also very well done, graphics are neat and animations fluid, with no bug or glitch as far as I’ve been concerned. The combat system, based on dodging and parrying, is interesting and challenging although I regret the blatant lack of variety in the enemies and the lack of proper bosses (I can only think of one that really was apart from the regular opponents.) Eventually this makes all combats look the same and becomes boring if you play long sessions. All trophies are story-related except for one based on a reasonable amount of collectibles that will demand a second playthrough should you miss something, as there’s no chapter select and many points of no-return. Some are well hidden but any guide will make it a breeze. All in all, a quite satisfactory experience that is quite worth some of your time and money. Popular Post Undead Wolf
#257 - Crash Bandicoot: Warped The N. Vincible Crash Bandicoot! Collect all the Crash Bandicoot: Warped trophies. And with that, the trilogy is complete. This one added a few more mechanics that helped with traversal and dealing with troublesome enemies which was nice. I did have an issue with the double jumping, though, in that sometimes my input wouldn't register so there were many instances where I would count on the double jump to get me across a gap but Crash wouldn't do it, causing me to die. I tried two different controllers so I don't think that was the issue. So yeah, that was frustrating. Other than that, I'd say this is probably the best game in the trilogy. I appreciated how they spiced up the level variety a bit with racing, jet skiing, flying, etc. For the most part, the time trials felt easier in this game and I got the vast majority on my first try. High Time was the exception to this, but after failing for about 30 minutes, I decided to just get the relic in the DLC level instead. I was surprised to find that you didn't even need all of the gems to get the platinum. So yeah, I kind of have mixed opinions about this trilogy. It was equal parts fun as it was frustrating. I'm glad it's over with anyway.
Popular Post Jelly Soup
#105 - Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy It's been a really long time since I last played any of these. Last time was via WiiWare releases. Pretty stand up series and fun as well. A few parts are particularly fiddly and use really obtuse logic, but it's over all a fair experience.
Popular Post RevengeancePrime
Devil May Cry - Good god, this game and platinum became very difficult towards the end on Dante Must Die. I did like some aspects of the difficulty like enemies having devil trigger, which encourages you to kill them faster. On the other hand, giving bosses huge health pools and insane damage was just ridiculous. Luckily I saved up items during my previous playthroughs, which were very helpful during certain fights.

Popular Post Vermilion_Joker
Platinum 40 + 41 — Persona 5: Dancing Star Night & Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night Time to Complete: 2 days, 1 hour (P5D) + 1 day, 1 hour (P3D) They're easy, albeit tedious with those Commu requirements. It's a chore at times, but I had my fun with them. If you're good at these sorts of games, you'll find yourself getting most of the basic trophies done within the first few hours before the grinding begins. Spent like 2 hours grinding for those 20,000 Perfect notes and combo streaks because I got everything else done so fast from my time with P5D. I think I'll take a break from dancing games for a while, I've been these nonstop for the past few days.
