Popular Post Omar
#128 - The Last Guardian The Last Guardian - Collect all other trophies .Achieved: May 20, 2018 .PSNP's RS: Ultra Rare .Difficulty: 3 .Enjoyment: 7 I have been procrastinating this one since it came out and it has been in my list for months after even buying it. Now, finally, I have completed it in one swing! The Last Guardian was one of the most poignant narrative experiences of the generation so far for me, with storytelling coming out of its every pore. Gameplay is a little wonky but puzzles are well thought out and your hand is not held, meaning thinking is encouraged. I didn't find myself stuck at any given moment but using my head felt good. Some of the trophies demanding several playthroughs was a bit of a bummer because the charm of the game dies down a little once you first go through it, but I still had a blast! I now need a Trico in my life so I hope somebody finds a way to make that happen! Long story short: play this game If you excuse me, I'm now going to head back home, CLOUDs are getting a little DARK out here
Popular Post Tankor_smash
#274 Dynasty Warriors 9 Not a very hard trophy list, and no where near as grindy as past DW games. This is a pretty big departure in the formula with an open world China. It worked on some levels, but in other ways it really made the game feel a bit shallow. Maybe making you find the side objectives, or limiting the map during main story quests would have improved the experience a bit. I also miss the old voice cast, it just wasn't the same. #275 Southpark the fractured but whole Funny and fun, it felt like it dragged a bit at the end of the story. I liked the combat in the first one better as well.
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#275 - Amnesia Collection Was alright overall, but in my eyes barely a horror game. Neither was it scary nor unsettling, and instead was more annoying with the constant slowdown and blurry vision. Popular Post Sergen
Prototype: Platinum #110 Difficulty: 6/10 Time Taken: 40+ hours Here's another ultra rare platinum for my collection. This game isn't really a special platinum, but I didn't really want to endure any multiplayer grinds with GDPR being on the way and potentially shutting servers, so I chose a single player only game to play and this was it. I took my time with this game as there was no rush considering it is single player only. I am a little bit surprised that it has some of the ultra rare trophies that it does, because all but one of them is easy to earn. This game really seems to take inspiration from comic books for this story, as it revolves around one super-human being that can shape-shift and demolish the entire US Military. The game is set in New York and a viral infection is taking over people's bodies and basically turning them into zombies and freaks and you have to kill a ton of them and stop the military from also destroying the city. The game is quite good and has some fun gameplay mechanics, but it did start to become very repetitive in the end, because you basically fight the military for alerts and run away from them to finish missions. The only difficult aspect of this game are the events, which require you to earn a platinum medal, which is sometimes a little bit difficult or annoying to do, any platinum medal that was annoying for me was simply due to the luck required, as some of them require you to kill a lot of infected enemies with a specific weapon within a set amount of time and they need to all spawn close to each other and not far from you for you to accumulate all those kills. Some of the kill events that require you to kill military would have been difficult, however you can actually cheat those by parking tanks that you find around the map in the location of that event, then when you start the event the tanks will be there and you can destroy them and get the kill points for destroying them. Movement events are the only skill based thing on this game, they're just time trials where you need to perform an obstacle course in the city within a set time limit, but you can still make plenty of mistakes in most of them and get your platinum medal. You don't see what is required for a platinum medal on the game until you get every gold medal, but you can still complete the platinum requirement before unlocking the platinum tier and it turns to platinum after you get gold in every event, I'm glad I didn't have to play them twice. This game's hard mode would have probably been quite difficult to complete, but luckily with this game, there is an invincibility glitch and when that is in a game, you can't really say you had a tough time beating that difficulty setting. If you want something that's not going to scare you over a server shutdown, I recommend this game as it has a medium ultra rare platinum for a single player game and the game is quite enjoyable. Popular Post JavaNext
Need to post more often... Got 6 new Plats since last time. #60 - Shadow of the Colossus (2018) Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 6/10 This is my first time playing this game, and now I understand it's legendary status. It's beautiful master class in game design. One of my favourite thing in this game is the barren landscape which is meant to make you feel small and alone against impossible odds, I love it because it could have been populated with meaningless filler but they did was needed for complete immersion. #61 and 62 - South Park: The Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 5/10 Probably two of the funniest games I've played this generation, say what you will about South Park but these games brought back some great memories. The games look like the show, they gameplay is decent and stories are pretty good. I played them back to back because I got Deluxe Edition of Fractured But Whole and have to say that I prefered the first one, the fantasy setting was more interesting and the jokes and references made me chuckle more often. #63 - Final Fantasy XV Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 5/10 I was very surprised with how much I enjoyed this, especially after seeing so much hate towards it. My favourite things were the lore, worldbuilding and the relationships between characters, I ended up really caring about everyone, I did however watch Kingsglave and Brotherhood which gave amazing insight in to what is going on, and without them I would probably care a lot less about these characters. I played the Royal Edition and so I can't speak for the Original, but content wise it was a stellar package. #64 - God of War (2018) Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 4/10 One of the best games of the generation. I was very skeptical about it when it was announced as I loved the original trilogy, 2 is still my favourite adventure game and this looked like such a departure from everything that had come before. But as it turns out, that wasn't a bad thing, the combat feels just as good, it's hands down the best looking game I've ever played and score is just perfect. I won't talk about story because that is the focus of the game it shouldnt be spoiled, just need to say that Mimir is the best fashion acessory ever. #65 - Rime Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 1/10 I was curious about Rime for a while and since it was free on PS Plus I decided to give it a shot. While there is nothing wrong with game it just felt a bit bland tbh. The platforming and puzzles were serviceable and it looked pretty but the only thing really connected was the ending.
Popular Post Matrim_Drasgen
My 20th Platinum. Really cool my 20th was the sequel game to my 10th. I am disappointed as I was 9/9 in Platinums last year when September hit, thinking I was gonna go 12 for 12. Oh well. Took awhile this year to get number 20 but keep pushing forward. Goal is 25 this year and also making my 2000th trophy the Styx Shard of Darkness plat as the original Styx plat was my 1000th. The Bright Lord Middle-earth has been saved. Popular Post DoctorDrPepper
Just wrapped up platinums #78 and 79 with CSI and NCIS for the PS3. Not because they were easy, but because the idea that they made two games based on two different CBS procedural crime scene investigation shows is so ridiculous I had to have them for my collection. Popular Post Desmuria
#75 - Black Mirror Every Trophy accomplished Accomplish all Trophies and complete the game Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 2/10 This game is very much like The Raven Remastered, which I got the platinum for recently. An "old" game, given a new lick of paint and some minor "improvements." HOWEVER, just like The Raven Remastered, the controls are absolutely awful and clunky. Many a time did I get stuck and wedged between a chair and a table... clumsy me! The story isn't that great. The Gordon family tree just gets confusing after a while and I kinda lost interest about who was related to who. It's an easy platinum, though. Nothing too challenging. There are some QTE's and some simple puzzles to complete. I recommend you don't pay full price for this. Grab it in a sale if you like point-and-click adventures.
Popular Post SmilexBomb
Mary Skelter: Nightmare Escapee Obtained all Trophies! Enjoyment: 5/10 Difficulty: 4/10 Time: 45 hours Decent dungeon crawler on the Vita. The story starts off pretty bizarre but actually gets pretty interesting later on and I found myself actually wanting to push through quick. The game has classes and skill layout editing but I found it too be pretty lackluster as the overall balance is pretty poor, so it felt like putting effort into a build was just a waste of time. Certain classes and skills are so much stronger than others that combat became a bit repetitive later on, and the roulette system made the game feel a lot more tedious. Overall it's not a bad DRPG for the Vita, though there are much better choices out there.

Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 181 - TALES OF XILLIA Date of Achievement : May 25 , 2018 Enjoyment :Difficult : 4,0Hardest Trophy : Sub-event Superhero Tales of Xillia is the thirteenth entry in the series released in 2014 for Western players, the game takes place in a fictional world called Rizie Maxie where humans and ethereal spirits live in harmony. Xillia follows the story from the perspective of Jude Mathis and Milla Maxwell, two different entities that are brought together by destiny and are forced to uncover all the mysteries that surrounds humans and spirits. The story begins with Jude Mathis, a medical school student who is asked to investigate a military research facility in order to search for his missing professor. There he witnesses a spyrix-powered weapon called the Lance of Kresnik, while searching the vicinity he discovers that the weapon absorbed his professor, as he's about to leave the Lance activates and targets him as the next victim, powerless to do anything he is saved by Milla Maxwel, Maxwell's successor and the lord of spirits. After the battle the Lance absorbs Milla spirits forcing her and Jude to retreat. While reminiscing they both decide to confront Rashugal King, the endorser of the Lance's creation. Tales of Xillia uses a dual raid version of the classic linear motion battle from the series, here each characters can link to another team member to deliver combos, artes and passive/active skills. Xillia also has a leveling system know as Lilium orb, a hexagonal web that allows the player to allocate skill and upgrades using GP, which is earned after every level up. If you're looking for a game with excellent gameplay and charming characters, Xillia won't disappoint, it is indeed one of the best in the series and every JRPG fan should give this one a chance.

Popular Post Zach
#82 Dark Souls III Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 7/10 Time: 77hrs Guys I did it. I started a Souls game and didn't give up. I even got the platinum! This is probably the platinum I'm most proud of so far. It started off as a 8 or 9/10 for me. However, once I got past the actual difficulty of the bosses, it became a 7/10 difficulty for me. The amount of collectibles needed for platinum is massive and very disconcerting. But once you realize that it isn't hard to get the collectibles, the platinum feels much more obtainable. Even if you miss a collectible, the game is nice and lets you get it in your next playthrough. There are 3 playthroughs (NG, NG+, and NG++) required for platinum for all 3 endings. Don't worry though, because the hardest playthrough will be your first. NG+ and NG++ are jokes of a playthrough. Bosses will die a lot easier and even if they don't, (depends on your level) you'll be a master fighter against them because you've memorized their movesets. The moral of the story for this platinum is, don't give up and you'll finish it! Patience is key. The normal and hack 'n' slash your way to platinum like most RPGs does not work here. I'd like to take the time to also mention how thankful for members like @Omar and @Mah2c I am for. They made the awesome guide on this game and helped so much. Thanks guys!

Popular Post cr1s
#359 - Guilty Gear Xrd: Sign Xrd Times The Charm Unlocked all trophies. Difficulty: 6/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 I'm glad to have both Revelator and this platinumed now. I'd say this platinum's difficulty was more or less on par with Revelator's. No badges to worry about here, but missions need to be S ranked this time (although there's still enough easy/medium difficulty ones - hell, some can even be cheesed if you use the right character). The tutorial speedrun trophy was slightly harder this time, as I got it on my fourth try with 3 seconds to spare, whereas I got Revelator's on the first try. MOM mode is more time-consuming here, as you have to complete it and get all items, and having the European version meant I had to deal with RNG. Everything else was pretty much the same. But as someone who isn't good at fighting games, both of them still weren't too bad, and I enjoyed playing them for the most part. Spoiler I-No still best girl. Even though I didn't play as her except for the challenges. Edited May 27, 2018 by cr1s
Popular Post zizimonster
#44 Claire Glad I took the longer route (two playthrus) in obtaining the plat, because I died a few times during my Nightmare speedrun. It was all my mistake: I refused to use health drinks. This is not a bad game at all. Some parts are clearly influenced by Silent Hill. It was fun and sometimes depressing when getting through dark corridors (or rooms) with only a lighter shining the way -- especially on Nightmare when my sanity kept going down. All in all, play this game if you've got it from PlayStation Plus, or wait until it gets cheap.
Popular Post Charizarzar
#63: Wolfenstein Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficulty: 5/10 Another old game that I liked more after coming back to it. Even the daunting trophies weren't bad at all. Only issue were the multiplayer trophies, which were a total chore (or at least some of them). E.g. for one you had to get 200 kills with a veil strike, like a grenade that let out red smoke. I think I only managed about 5 kills without boosting because no enemy player is gonna stand in the middle of that and wait to die. But the single player stuff (which is what the game should've been about) was pretty fun for an older game, it's a shame it got overlooked.
Popular Post DiegoMolinams
God Of War Father And Son An absolute masterpiece, this is one of the best experiences I've had on the PS4. The game is filled with epic moments and the visuals and music are outstanding, the lore and attention to detail were terrific also. The progression system was perfectly balanced. When I went to kill a Valkyrie for the first time I got my ass kicked, so I went to Nilfheim and Muspelheim, to level up and unlock new gear and the Valkyries were easier but still challenging. This game is one for the books, will be remembered as one of the greatest of all time. A must-have for sure.
Popular Post PooPooBlast
#104 and 100% and level 28 The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt!! Where do I start? Magnificent work done by CD Projekt Red and I applaud them for their effort that was put into this game. If I had to describe this game in one word, it would be detail. Everything in this game feels like it's hand-made or deliberately made this way. From awesome and memorable quests to random NPCs to cool vistas and locations, I was never once bored throughout my 144 hour journey! Now to the spoilery part! Am I team Yen or team Triss? Spoiler Neither! HAH! Shani is the best of them all! I've said this before but Shani is the best!! Shani>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Keira>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the ladies at the Passiflora >>>>> The crones >>>>>>>> Triss>>>>>>> a bag of Doritos>>> Yen. Yen felt waaaay too manipulative/ condescending to even remotely like. Triss sounded a little whinny at times but was more tolerable than Yen. I don't know I never felt a real connection to either of those two so naturally I romanced both and paid for it but it's all good Oh and I totally dig Shani's reserved personality. She's this smart/hard-working person who's shy as well when confronted. She is fun if she is pushed a little out of her boundaries. These things made her the most human/ relatable character to romance! I also heavily enjoyed the main quest! Spoiler This game had so many high moments that it felt I was approaching the end multiple times! The quest with the Baron had me hooked especially the bit with the Crones. They were soooo creepy man XD. Then the next bit was when I was reaching Novigrad and trying to rescue Dandelion. Near the end of that bit I thought I was reaching the end but nope. Then come in the bit with defending Kaer Morhen and Vesemir dies and I thought it was over there when they were about to capture Ciri but NOPE! Finally, the real ending came and I defeated Eredin who was a cake-walk compared to the level 3 ghouls you fight in the introduction section lol. AlI in all I was really happy with my ending and the best part was that it came naturally by making choices that I felt was right. I made Ciri become a Witcher with me and told Emhyr that she was dead. I couldn't care less that Yen and Triss left so all in all I enjoyed the ending I got. Now for the dlcs, despite the overall consensus that Blood and Wine is better, I enjoyed Hearts of Stone more just because of the emphasis on the characters and the narrative in that one. Blood and Wine also had a good story but the overall emphasis was on the world which was nonetheless fantastic to explore. They were both awesome but Hearts of Stone gripped just me a little more with its story. And because of Shani . You also cannot talk about this game without talking about Gwent, this little minigame that had me hooked from the start! Seriously though I never had so much fun collecting digital cards . That and the music that plays with it was a blast to sit through and experience. Speaking of the soundtrack, it was fan freaking tastic! Here are some of my favourites. Spoiler Finally as I am about to wrap this up, throughout my 144 hour journey I made sure to capture some funny moments/ glitches. If you are planning to play this game though I'd skip some videos just because it's better to experience the funny dialogues first-hand. Enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCK9xlsoi24EUE8dUU0Ku-Zw/playlists It's unfortunate that I am done with this game but it'll definitely be one that I'll remember for years to come. Thank you CD Projekt Red for creating this gem!

Popular Post IntroPhenom
Platinum trophy #32 Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom One True King Current rarity: 21.43% Personal difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 7/10 I'm not sure of the best way to sum up NNK2, but I'll go with this - it's a great game, not a great sequel, and it doesn't explain itself very well. Had I taken the time to discover more about higgledies and skirmishes (more than the game offered), I think I would have rated my enjoyment an 8, or possibly even a 9. It wasn't until the end of the game I realized higgledies could be extremely useful, and could make or break a battle, and that running during a skirmish was an option. (Two buttons to run...square and x, and x is much faster!) The visuals are top notch, the music is great, and the game play is tight. You do get stuck in a 'corner' during battles on occasion, since a barrier is put up during each fight, which does give you the chance to flee, but also sneaks up on you when you're evading. I got pummeled a few times because the barrier blocked my movements. The loot is also top notch; tons of gear, weapons, food, materials, etc., most with really cool artwork and names. The developers obviously put a lot of effort into the little things, which I love, but they didn't nail the story, which is slight, and didn't trigger any care on my part until the very end. I thought the main baddie was just some vapid evil doer. He isn't, but by the time I learned this, I was like 'meh'. Didn't care for the trophies. Spoiler Sure, half of them are what you'd expect, lots of bronze for finishing chapters or doing your first side quest, etc. However, the game can't decide if it wants you to complete everything or not. You have to cook every meal, but not every higgledy. You have to complete every dreamer door, but not kill every tainted monster. You have to recruit all available citizens, but not conduct all of the research. There's a bronze trophy for amassing a certain level of influence in your kingdom, instead of a a gold for 100% completion. The rarity of the platinum trophy is so much higher than NNK because the trophy list just doesn't demand you do everything. Anyway, I finished the game at 137 hours of play time. I did all of the research in the kingdom, all but two side quests, and spent a lot of time reading things and fiddling around with crafting. Happy to have played it, but relieved to be done. I'll definitely pick up any DLC that comes out.
